I booked the movie for my parents, booking id t2akczw via bookmyshow, the employee doesn't allows to the enter the screen although booking was valid.

He hasn't even had time to verify that, just told i will not allow to access unless bring the bar code, how the person is booking for other person will bring the bar code on non-smart mobile. Even after showing identity card and verification via call (To booking person) on that number. Still no access was given. Which made them late for to watch. Very bad service.
Earlier when it was srs cinemas, service was best, same scenario was there, but the staff was so helpful and good.

The movie robo 2. O the show was at 10.50 it was 11.30 now. Wtf? Why can't you people that it was late or else u would have started the movie 11.30 informing people. Meanwhile these stupid advertisements which they play for more than fourty minutes. You people should have informed us or else you should have kept the movie timings at 11.30 interested candice's would have come or else no. And the cleanliness i can't even explain about it so stupid. Fix these problems or else it would go to collector taking all these issues into their view. I need answer for this! Thank you

The morning shows for burn the stage movie were cancelled on 25th november in bangalore but the amount has not been refunded yet. I am unable to reach any kind of customer support also submitting the form on the website was useless. There is no communication regarding the refund except what they told at the venue that they will do it within 3 days but it has been more than that. Booking reference # t7aqhbu amount rs 734.72

I tried to book for 2.0 movie telugu 3d on 29th nov 2018 for the show on 1st dec mnrg 10.10am show at gvk one banjara hills for 6 tickets first and 7 tickets 2nd time through inoxmovies online website. Amount was debited for the first was 1092 and 2nd time 1304 as i used icici debit card offer. For both attempts payment showed success and after 2 minutes i got message to my mobile that booking failed and money will be refunded. But i am not convinced with their response. I booked through [protected]@gmail.com. And mobile number is [protected]. Expecting a quick response from your side.

I thank inox for distributing burn the stage in india but i'm from bangalore and there are still so many o[censored]s who want to watch the movie. But due to curfews and our parents, we are not able to go for the movie due to late timings. It's a sunday. And it's also a holiday in bangalore the next day. Could inox add earlier shows in bangalore malls? I mean in rmz and mantri. We would be ever grateful to inox if they do so. Not everyone is 18+. We can't go out for a movie at 10 pm. Help us out here.

On 9-Nov, I went to INOX at Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and over ticket counter booked for 2 tickets for "Badhaai Ho" Rs 460 (Rs 230 / ticket) . I did payment from my card transaction ID - MPS/INOX LEISUR/[protected]
31719/0. However it did not work, thus they swiped my card again saying this will be refunded, as it did not reach them. transaction Id for swiping the card again (MPS/INOX LEISUR/[protected]
32042/0). Thus, they charged double from me. there has been no refund, it has been more than 10 days now.

'burn the stage, the movie' which is gonna be released on 25th november - chennai.
As there is a huge fan base for bts in chennai, the tickets were sold out within seconds as soon as the bookings were open. Still many couldn't make it.
Watching bts in a big screen is a life time dream..

This is not exactly a complaint but i'm requesting for you to show the documentary bts - burn the stage in kerala too. I have seen that you are going to release it in your theatres in south india in chennai, bangalore etc. Please include kerala too! Bts has a large fanbase here that are looking forward to this movie and we would love it if you could give us shows in thrissur inox!!!

I booked a telugu movie named Savyasachi on 3rd october 6:45 show for which money of Rs.469 was deducted from my account but the ticket booking got cancelled. Refund is not processed even after 15 days. Tried calling customer care number of Inox which says not a valid number. Even had a word with inox cinema manager at Mysore but in vain.

Many of the fans were looking forward to this movie and now your"ll have postponed the date of release i checked the inox app and there was no sign of the movie. Hello, this may be considered as a complaint but many o[censored]s, over here, at chennai, have a huge fan base for the south korean boyband, bts. They are releasing their first ever movie;burn the stage :the movie tomorrow, that is, the 16th of november, 2018. It is a worldwide release. At first, there were many cities in india that were included but unfortunately, chennai wasn't one of them. As we, bts fans, in chennai realised it, we did our best to get it to screen here. I, along with a ton of other people, signed a petition for this. It took us a lot of work. The hard work did pay off as chennai was soon after, included into the list. We found out that it was on october 27th, 2018. We have waited ever since and the bookings are still not open. We are worried and confused. We would like to be updated on this matter as soon as possible. None of the websites or apps have it as a part of the 'now showing' or a part of the 'coming soon'. Please let us know about this.

We've observed that burn the stage the movie will be screening from 15th of november. The same was mentioned in the official bts site, www.burnthestagethemovie.com
Pre-booking is supposed to be open from 5th of november but it still shows 'coming soon ' and in the official inox site there is no information regarding the movie. We aren't sure if the movie will be screening here or not. It is an important movie for all the fans and definitely people will be there to watch the movie. Please don't consider it as a joke and update the details as soon as possible. Thank you.

I don't know why you are forcing to us keep our food and drink out side on behalf of our safety... You are serving food inside your premises... This is not safe for us... If you have legal right ten tell us otherwise i will go through consumer court. I visited your cinema hall at nagpur they keepmy 500rs food n drink out side without any proper notice.

I am in Inox screen 3 in Belgaum. Ac is not switched on when the show started. On request also, they are not serious. Complained to Manager to get basic AC in the theater hall
