They served iced tea with smell of coffee, when we could see that in light few pieces of coagulated milk were seen, we paid 170 rupees for this nlater they blamed the machine, no proper handling of complainant manager called Hitesh at forum neighborhood mall n early morning shows.
No cleanliness no taste
not even value for money.donate money to needful onces.
Also no training imaparted to staff....

Krunal pandya the mannerless executive at inox rajkot. On duty behaved very rudely and also pin pointing towards customers while talking, which is very unbearable and hindering for a customer respect. Kindly take actions for krunal pandya and kindly ask to inox rworld @dharam talkies - rajkot not to increase the price of 100rs to 200rs. This is purely irritating to customers. Thank you...

My complian us regarding the excessive time of advertisment shown before and in between the intervals.. Which cause movies to start late. Are you not obliged to start any show at the given time? If not.. Then please give us the maximum time for advertisement in cinema theater. We pay for watching movies and not advertisements...

We booked 8 ticket for primium class in gandhinagar sector 16 today 6.55pm show movie genius. But there was rat in the premium class seats. I have booked all 8 seats. When i complained staff was misbehaving and rude. This kind of service can not be acceptable. We left the movie in 15 minutes because of rat problem and staff misbehave. Manager is not giving me instant refund. I was my refund and take action against staff of inox gandhinagar...

I m coming watching 7: 05 pm show of happy fir bhag jayegi at inox c21 indore. Show is already late but still they are showing so much trailer and ad almost 25 min had gone but still show is not showing. Its totally wrong there should be advertisement when show time has some time. For there trading they are wasting our time. Entertainment does not mean we can waste our time in such stupidity...

Today at tickit booking counter of burdwan inox, (4th floor), i went to book 2 tickits for satyamev vijayate on 9.15 show.. The guy sitting counter offered me coke & popcorn at 100 rs.. Bt i refused, then i gave 200 rs where tickit price is 140 rs.. He said wait for 10 mins (Time was 9.10) for taking rest change amount. I saw he had sufficient 50 rs note and 10 rs coin. But he not gave, while i was repeatedly telling for giving me change...

Your inox in r city ghatkopar is not allowing us to take our eatables and sprite inside the multiplex, even after the ban has been lifted from prohibiting outside eatables in the multiplex from 01/08/2018.. This was not expected from your multiplex as after going against them to allow us to take eatables inside the mulitplex.. The inox staff disallowed, saying we don't have any such orders... Which is not expected from inox even after 15...

I had booked 5 tickets for satyameva jayate at inox citi centre, chennai. The security didn't let us in and directed towards the counter where along with my family i had to wait for 30 minutes! The movie began at 4pm and we were in talks until 4:35. When i asked for refund, they denied. Staff didn't respond after that. We had to walk out. Kindly refund the full amount. Tickets were purchased from the counter....

We had booked tickets for a telugu movie (Gudachari) for saturday 10.40 pm show at varun inox, visakhapatnam. We were made to park our car 7 floors beneath the ground floor (I. E., p4),
We had to take a service lift, small enough to accommodate 6 persons, with 20 persons waiting for their turn in every trip and another lift and then the main lift to reach screen 5. It took us 20 to 30 min to reach our screen after lot of inconvenience....

I had come from 45 minutes away in pune to watch movie at insignia inox for mulk 7 50 pm show.. Rchd at 7 pm bought tikets waited for anodr haf hr.. At time of buying tikets ur exetuve on duty at 7 pm gave us tticket prebooked by me at 4 30 pm.. Confirmed... Saying all tikets avail book it.. Then we at 7 50pm at tym of strtng movie was challenged by 2 sets of ppl saying they have same nos.. Then the manager came saying that u have booked...

I planned to watch meg movie, the first show at 9:40. but when i reached on counter to buy movies tickets, they just refused to gave us tickets and said the show got cancelled. I came to inox from 15 KM. This is just harassment to us. PVR never dis this to anyone. This is so unprofessional. I will never go again to inox.
No matter if only one person comes to watch movie, its all about the services and hospitality. I realy upset i unable...

On 22/07/2018 sunday, i was watching ant-man and the wasp with ticket id - 1753647.
At interval i bought a medium plane popcorn with medium pepsi (With bill number 00290 at 14:40:56), the net amount was 400. I paid it via debit card
At first when i enter the pin and press ok suddenly there was a power cut and your pos gets off. (I thought it was battery operated thats why i was paying through it if somehow i would knew this...

Metro inox at marine lines, is a very old and mumbai's one of the reputed cinema halls which had rats running in the movie hall, threatening customers lives in screen 4 in the last row a 20. I am a customer who had gone for 9:45 pm show on the 1st of august 18 bearing ticket with bar code number t4akklf to be a victim of rat running over my hand, after which i noticed the rat hole was just beside my corner seat in the last row. Respected sir we pay the amount as decided by you for watching the movie and not the advertisements but to the worst part there are very very long advertisement breaks in the interval for about 20 minutes 30 minutes. Are there any guidelines set bye you for all your multiplex screens because this is the dilemma we face in vr mall surat inox. Sir i like to watch the movie in your theatre but unfortunately because of long breaks i have to move...

Been waiting for the movie to start for past 1 hour with ticket id 2368344. This is very inconvenient as i have come from very far. If this is the kind of service you provide i am afraid how long you will survive in this competitive and growing market. This is totally not the way to treat your customer even if i am willing to return no refund is being provided and there was no prior notice of delay while booking at the counter....

I went to inox pink square, jaipur for a movie dhadak..
My seat was in the corner and i faced the severe problem of mosquitoes around my seat...
There were alot of mosquitoes in that section of our seats... We complained about the same and in the intermission we requested the person on duty to atleast spray something so that we can watch the film but our complaint went in vain..

Im From Nadiad Gujarat. Inox Is Such a Brand But Still There Is not a single Show of Hollywood Movies In English?? We have no option other than watching it in Hindi Dubbed Version.

So Please Arrange atleast a Single Show of Hollywoof movies in English. Even if it is In 2D it shall do. No need for 3D. But please arrange single show in English....
