I bought 9 ticket for thugs of hindostan on 9/11/18. I wanted tickets for 8 pm show which was on 10/11/18 but i got the 8 am ticket. I want a refund. I also searched the website for refund but there was no way to get it. Its my humble request to refund atleast 50% of the money. Please consider as i booked another tickets for the same day. Also to tell i payed by net banking and the amount was of 1830 rs. As i booked 9 tickets.

Dear Guest,

We are in receipt of your mail and would request you to follow the steps for ticket cancellation.
Login to your account > Under> My bookings
You would get the booking detail and there would be an option enabled to cancel your booking.
The same would be valid till 3 hours prior to show time.

Kindly note the same is only for registered users and not guest bookings and not applicable for any promo /offers applied online as per terms and conditions listed below
Should you not see the option mentioned then the tickets are not eligible for cancellation .

Cancellation Policy
1) Cancellation policy is available only for tickets/F&B booked through inoxmovies.com or INOX mobile app, INOX mobile website.
2) Transaction can be cancelled only after 10 minutes of booking the tickets/F&B.
3) For tickets cancelled 3 hours before show start time, 75% of ticket value and 100% of F&B value will be refunded
4) Refund will not be applicable for cancellation done within 3 hrs of show start time.
5) To avail cancellation, you should be logged in to your INOX account while booking the ticket and while cancelling the ticket with the same account.
6) Refund will not be applicable if somebody registers as a guest
7) In case of F&B booking (without ticket) through any mode, there is no cancellation available.
8) No refund will be given for booking done through or amount paid by Gift cards/Voucher/Promo/corporate bookings/special screening/block bookings. Also ticket cancellation cannot be applied/clubbed on a booking done through or an offer given by INOX Leisure Limited or facilitated by INOX Leisure Limited business partner.
9) No partial cancellation is allowed. Patron will have to cancel the complete transaction.
10) Convenience fee and taxes applicable thereon will not be refunded in case of cancellation
11) Users shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the offer being availed.
12) The refund for the cancelled ticket will be processed in minimum 7 working days.
13) INOX Leisure Limited reserves the right to modify/add/alter/revise/ withdraw or otherwise carry out any necessary changes to these terms and conditions and/or the cancellation feature (either wholly or in part).
14) INOX Leisure Ltd. general rules & regulations are applicable.
15) INOX Leisure Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any User(s) from the benefits of the Program. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program.
16) In case of any disputes, INOX Leisure Ltd. decision will be final.

    I booked two tickets of TOH in inox pink square rajapark Jaipur. the transaction was successful.I got a call from cinema that the show has been cancelled and if you want to visit for the same movie same day, you will have to pay again.I again pay the money and have not received the refund yet.

    THIS IS NOT A GOOD SERVICE.

      Inox cinema surat has unusable washroom and i’m facing this problem for 3rd time. I ve already given complaint to in charge here but he could not resolve problem in 2 hours also n could not use washroom in intervals. I ve taken seat in insignia that costs me 650 rs per seat and i ve paid for entire row still no service. Not expected from inox. Inox is deteriorating the standards.

        I am your regular customer and regular take snacks from your refuel counter but now today i am very upset that weather is cold today and my son want a cold drinks from your refuel counter. He want to buy small glass of cold drink but your staff force him to purchase larger cold drink when i ask that you have small glass also then why you are not given cold drink on it then he replies that they are giving small cold drinks in only combo. I have purchased one cold drink and one popcorn in rs 420/- my bill no is 1039f26257 time 5:26 p. M. And date[protected]. I will request to you it is call black marketing if you have or not giving in store. Your employee name is pradeep who is doing all thing.

          This is not a complaint, but a request about screening the documentary bts - burn the stage in the inox theatre in madurai too. I have seen that you are screening the movie in chennai, but some o[censored]s fans cannot travel all the way to chennai to see the movie. Madurai has a lot of bts fans too and we would be very happy if you could screen the movie here.

            On the 31st of october 2018, i went to watch badhai ho (11:50 show) at the inox liluah. During the frisking, i was asked to leave my water bottle behind. On reminding them that the sc has passed the judgement that permits people to carry water to the multiplex, i was informed, "inox doesn't follow that rule". I requested the concerned person to show me the rule. The manager was promptly called who arrived and told me it was his rule and it's not necessary that every rule has to be written down. Very politely i asked him to say that in camera or give it to me in writing so that i have the proof but his demeanor was so rude and threatening. Three of your staff members surrounded me and your manager told me that i am creating a scene and kept showing the cctv. It is so extremely disappointing and terrifying that the organisation that promises to make our movie watching experience wonderful would fail to train their staff on how to behave. I was alone and i couldn't believe that for a simple bottle of water, the manager and 'admin' of inox liluah could resort to hooliganism. I hope that the concerned authorities would look into the matter and take necessary action. It was a very traumatizing experience and i have never faced such harassment in any other theatre of yours.
            You may have your set of rules but a customer can at least expect to be heard and not treated like some piece of trash.

              I went to inox liluah on 31st october for watching goosebumps at 10.25 pm
              While booking ticket i enquired for a combo. Where the person told me for a tub and 2 cold drink
              I asked for a single. Popcorn and cold drink combo to which he said you have to go to the hall
              When i asked him to call the manager he told me that combo is available

              Why are your people. Mis guiding people and not giving complete information

              Same issue i faced at hind inox

                Are you guys sure what u are doing by allowing selling food/ hawking in the theater during intermission.
                Suppose some one does not want to buy food for their child, then your person tempts our children, and they cry for the junk u guys want to push.
                Nothing less than evil.
                Just think... Think...
                A family comes to a movie for relaxing and we wind up saying no to at least 10 hawkers.

                  In anand inox i go for movie bazaar on 26th oct 2018 10:15 pm show, during booking they are saying that ticket price is 230 with combo and it is compulsory or else book your tickets online, the actual price is 150 rs only, but why they are selling combo compulsory it should be an optional, u can't force customer to take a combo and u also can't say like this that u buy at 230 ra from here or else book online. This is the way u treat your customer. I'm not tolerate this thing. I[censored] can't resolve this then i will go in consumer court.

Account is debited but i got a message like "we regret that your transaction is cancelled, auto refund will be initialized and your money will be refunded in 10 working days".                       This is not exactly a complaint but i'm requesting for you to show the documentary bts - burn the stage in chennai too. I have seen that you are going to release it in your theatres in india in places such as mumbai, pune, delhi etc. Please include chennai too!                       There are a lot of Indian ARMYS ( BTS's fans) waiting for you to uptade us on the screening of BTS-Burn the stage movie in Delhi. Please do update us and let us know when will you be screening the documentry and related details.

                      I humbly request to allow screening at all of your inox theatres with multiple screenings. I would like to watch the movie even if it is screened for a few days, but I request you to kindly allow the screening to take place at inox in shipra mall, indira puram, ghaziabad as well.

                        My family had booked 4 rkts for movie andhadhun on 17/10/18 10.30 pm show screen 1 at inox ghatkopar, mumbai from bookmyshow site. Seat no. B7 to b10. I was surprised to see that seat no. B9 had no back rest n was broken. I m very unhappy with such a experience.
                        I demand that inox should refund my tkt amount.

                          The lady security guard at the duty from evening to night misbehaves and humiliates me every time. She gives sarcastic comments and insults me. She doesn't let me show my bag, she snatches the bag and puts her hand in each and every stuff of mine. I really feel disgusted and humiliated. People do their duty but this lady doesn't check other's bag properly and snatches my bag every time she sees it. I don't like digging her hand into my purse. She should immediately be fired. This insult is intolerable. I got to quest inox for movie from a long time. This lady's behaviour had led to a lot of anxiety to me.

                            The tickets we wanted were for 5:55 pm ‘ s show. But there was a mistake by the person of inbox and we were given the tickets for 2:20 pm ‘ s show. Now they say the money can’t be refunded nor new tickets. This is a serious issue.!! And disgusting 😡 this has happened in inbox belgaum. And what can we do?? The staff here is really careless.

                                Went to vizag chitralaya to watch aravinda sametha veera raghava reddy a telugu movie at screen 1, 7.25 pm show. No air condition inside the theatre. Not of inox standard theatre. I advise to remove this theatre from the list of inox brand. Inox brand gets spoiled. The tissues supplied with food are very poor in quality. We ordered grilled sandwich. They issued without chips around which tasted bitter too. Costing @ 100 but quality is worthless. Mainly my complaint is aircondition. Though i complained the manager, he did nothing for the betterment. Useless theatre chitralaya inox.

                                  I am satish, yesterday[protected] had been to theatre with my friend to watch aravinda sametha, @7pm show. Break was given @ 8:36pm and after 10-12 minutes advertisements started we were sitting after having interval, paid advertisements went till 8:55pm, after paying for the movie for our entertainment we made to sit n watch forcibly paid advertisements longer then usual timings for 10 mins. When he had been paid audience our timing is mis used by inox theater for commercial gains, our time is not valued and we lost our precious time for there gains! We felt harrased!

                                    For my complaint about imax 3d glass and cleaning in imax i met manager of above cinema on monday 8 the october 2018.

                                    For cleaning issue of audi he called housekeeping supervisor. But the way he talked to me was unprofessional. He used following language:

                                    1- don't teach the father...
                                    2-you are not a good observer.
                                    3-he asked where i work so he would come and check if i keep my area sanitized all the time.
                                    4-overall talking like "chalta hai" attitude.

                                    I just had simple patron complain for that i had to experience this kind of behavior. Surely he thought i was fishing for something complimentary as i traveled from south mumbai.

                                    I didn't made a scene there and ruined my holiday but now i think this behavior shouldn't be tolerated.

                                    I need the explanation from your company about this and satisfactory resolution.

                                    Plese look into the matter and oblige.

                                    Ps: i will only interact with senior person above him from head or corporate office. If you failed for the same you lost a valuable patron.

                                      I have booked 3 tickets for andhadhun on for 11 oct at inox kanpur. Transaction is successful my amount is Deducted but no tickets recieved in mail or mobile. 534.48 INR HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. EITHER CONFIRM MY TICKET OF SEND ME THE REFUND.
                                      UNABLE TO CANTACK CUSTOMER CARE AS WELL.
                                      This is a very bad service booking from bookmyshow of paytm we dont have to face these problems.

                                        During the interval of a movie, by mistake we had actually used a drink dispensing machine and had got some drinks out of it, we knew we were guilty, the staff came while everyone was sitting in the hall and they started shouting at us for doing something like this, we told them calmly that we're ready to pay for whatever the compensation is and apologized, but the manager was called and he started shouting at us while everyone was seated and he abused us in front of the whole hall while everyone was seated. Being the manager of such a big theatre, he still does not have the basic courtesy of knowing how to talk to people decently and how to handle situations, he started abusing us in the most vulgar of languages and we ended up paying 4 times the amount that we were supposed to, god knows how much he kept in his own pocket, the staff too, was very very dumb and was shouting for no reason, this is not what we expect from an inox. People like these should not even be allowed to get jobs here, god knows how much company image these fools destroy every single day.

                                        Book ticket inbox app for movie sui dhaga in city mall gorakhpur mony is detucted in my account but not received ticket show time 3:25 30 sep 2018 inox app helpline no not working I will send in mail inox movies site not reply in my complaint plz return my mony inox movies don't cheat and plzz I requst don't spoil my weakend.
                                        The date of pickup is always set as current date though we choose a future pickup date .Lost Rs.380 due to booking twice.I demand that the inox support team immediately looks into this..
