Dear sir some days back we went to innox to see picture with my family at nashik near bhodle nagar ur security mr arjun nimbalkar was drunk & started touching my wife's private parts as i told hum to call female society he started arguing with us giving threatening after picture finish he called some gundas & looted me my money & mobile of life co so sir please take strict action against him as soon as posible as i am regular visitor of innox...

Went to vizag chitralaya to watch aravinda sametha veera raghava reddy a telugu movie at screen 1, 7.25 pm show. No air condition inside the theatre. Not of inox standard theatre. I advise to remove this theatre from the list of inox brand. Inox brand gets spoiled. The tissues supplied with food are very poor in quality. We ordered grilled sandwich. They issued without chips around which tasted bitter too. Costing @ 100 but quality is worthless....

Break was given @ 8:36pm and after 10-12 minutes advertisements started we were sitting after having interval, paid advertisements went till 8:55pm, after paying for the movie for our entertainment we made to sit n watch forcibly paid advertisements longer then usual timings for 10 mins. For my complaint about imax 3d glass and cleaning in imax i met manager of above cinema on monday 8 the october 2018.

For cleaning issue of audi he called housekeeping supervisor. But the way he talked to me was unprofessional. He used following language:

I have booked 3 tickets for andhadhun on for 11 oct at inox kanpur. Transaction is successful my amount is Deducted but no tickets recieved in mail or mobile. 534.48 INR HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. EITHER CONFIRM MY TICKET OF SEND ME THE REFUND.
UNABLE TO CANTACK CUSTOMER CARE AS WELL.
This is a very bad service booking from bookmyshow of paytm we dont have to face these problems.

I have booked 4 tickets using inox website inoxmovies.com on 07.10.2018 for movie andadhoon for show at inox kolhapur on 7.10.2018 fir 7.15 pm show. Amount of rs. 676.8 got deducted from my account when i did transaction using sbi internet banking but on successful transaction i haven't received any ticket or confirmation mail. When i checked other options to regenerate ticket i didn't find any such option.

I booked my tickets at INOX prozone mall on 25.09.2018 with my card in the ticket vending machine. The first time I tried to make a payment, I removed the card before transaction was complete. So the machine delivered a msg that the transaction was not complete and insisted to try again. So i tried again and the transaction was complete and I got my tickets. We booked a movie for four online through paytm of movie bati gul meter chalu at inox satyam patel nagar.

The show timings stated were 10.15 pm, whereas the show started at 11.15 pm only ie. late by an hour. We were allowed entry in the hall at 10.55 only.

Nowhere it was mentioned the show would start late by an hour.

Today i went to inox trilium mall amritsar with my friends.. The staff member at the counter named (Neelam) was so rude that she was not even listening to our queries about the movies. Moreover she didn’t return our change after we paid and was talking like a nuissance. This type of behaviour is not expected from such a big brand name👎🏻👎🏻 i think inox should work on staff training otherwise it's gonna be a mess....

Staff was very unprofessional, behaved rudely. No one was there to supervise and look into the interests of the customers. We booked inox movie tickets from paytm for today love sonia for 3people, also my kid who was below 3yrs no ticket was booked.
We were not allowed into the movie hall because of the kid and no refund or any spare movie tickets for other movie was given, we lost out on rs.600 and nothing was provided - no refund no nothing.

Many persons are not paying respect at that times. Many drunkyards are there their disrespect makes me to feel offended.

13th of September at around 4:00pm we came to the ticket counter to purchase gold tickets for the movie "Searching". The lady attendant on the counter said the movie was cancelled. 13th September 2018 Movie Name: Searching at 7:40 pm.

I regretfully like to inform you that officials at nadiad inox lacks in maintaining the integrity of the brand.

I went to watch nun at nadiad inox on 7th of september in the last show at 10:55. There were several couples and ladies in the house. There were so many irrelevant comments and nuisance happening as soon as the movie began. It was even hard to hear the dialogues. Few o[censored]s felt it and approached the officials standing...

When i saw bookmyshow app.. I appeared too much seats are booked.. Only front seats are available & other seats display as booked.. Bt when i entered in theatre i shocked there was only 6people in all theatre n why they showed booked ticket whn i checked online?? We came to inox cinemas, malad west at 8:09 pm to purchase the show tickets for 8:10 pm show on wednesday 5 september. We asked twice if the show started but we were affirmed it will start after 5- 7 mins.
