I called up ur customer care no mumbai for similar complain... Person named sunil picked up my call said todaily is sunday i am nt executive.. He did not respomd or eve had decency to respond to even anythng... I habe already wrtn a full essay on my complain.. This is wrtn because i cald up ur no ryt now. N now m gtng shortage pf words message... Hats off to ur service... Treating a family like dis.. N spoiling our day

    I had come from 45 minutes away in pune to watch movie at insignia inox for mulk 7 50 pm show.. Rchd at 7 pm bought tikets waited for anodr haf hr.. At time of buying tikets ur exetuve on duty at 7 pm gave us tticket prebooked by me at 4 30 pm.. Confirmed... Saying all tikets avail book it.. Then we at 7 50pm at tym of strtng movie was challenged by 2 sets of ppl saying they have same nos.. Then the manager came saying that u have booked tikets for 14th (Mistake by ur smart executive at tym of printing).. And told us "come out n leave".. Me my dadd n mom... The person frm whom we bought ran away saying his shift is over.. Not accepted mistake not chnged.. And sent us off after i said refund.. If this is ur behaviour tgen wow for inox i will never come for sure.. Wasted my time... Nd impolite executives... Ticket no a4 5 6... Highly diassapoimting.. U have lost ur pwrmanent cuatomer..

      I planned to watch meg movie, the first show at 9:40. but when i reached on counter to buy movies tickets, they just refused to gave us tickets and said the show got cancelled. I came to inox from 15 KM. This is just harassment to us. PVR never dis this to anyone. This is so unprofessional. I will never go again to inox.
      No matter if only one person comes to watch movie, its all about the services and hospitality. I realy upset i unable to watch the movie. I will take serious action regarding this issue. They simply said the show is cancelled due to low show bookings. Its not my problem i came here to watch movie and relax my mind. but u completely messed up my mind. So bad exprience with inox it is. Their is no priorty to customers you guys only looking for rush to get more money.

      I came to inox rohtak to watch mulk movie. At counter i saw a promo pamplet mentioning 25% discount on hdfc times card. I used my hdfc times card for booking payment. However, the promotion offer was not applied of my booking payment. Kindly refund the excess amount charged.

        On 22/07/2018 sunday, i was watching ant-man and the wasp with ticket id - 1753647.
        At interval i bought a medium plane popcorn with medium pepsi (With bill number 00290 at 14:40:56), the net amount was 400. I paid it via debit card
        At first when i enter the pin and press ok suddenly there was a power cut and your pos gets off. (I thought it was battery operated thats why i was paying through it if somehow i would knew this it was direct line operated i will ask for the another one.)
        But moving on, when power comes back the person who was attending me
        Told me sir your payment is not completed so please pay again, it told him but i received a msg from my bank of deduction of 400. Then he show me his sale slip from the pos and told me sir if your payment is completed then
        This line should not be here (I am also attaching the photo of the slip, go through it).
        After that i paid ot again with different pos which was battery operated.
        And the payment was done.
        When i ask about my previous payment he told me sir it was unsuccessful it will be refunded with in seven days
        But as you can see the date from. Payment to today it is more then seven days.
        I also approached the bank they said it was a complete transection
        So refund will be done.
        Now tell me who is responsible for that.

          Metro inox at marine lines, is a very old and mumbai's one of the reputed cinema halls which had rats running in the movie hall, threatening customers lives in screen 4 in the last row a 20. I am a customer who had gone for 9:45 pm show on the 1st of august 18 bearing ticket with bar code number t4akklf to be a victim of rat running over my hand, after which i noticed the rat hole was just beside my corner seat in the last row. Attaching picture of the rat hole next to my seat. What is the management doing?, if they can't maintain hygiene in the vicinity! Looking forward for a strict hygiene check to be adopted and action to be taken to ensure safety of the customers.

          We hope these rats are not roaming in the food court area.

            Respected sir we pay the amount as decided by you for watching the movie and not the advertisements but to the worst part there are very very long advertisement breaks in the interval for about 20 minutes 30 minutes. Are there any guidelines set bye you for all your multiplex screens because this is the dilemma we face in vr mall surat inox. Sir i like to watch the movie in your theatre but unfortunately because of long breaks i have to move out to other theatres. Please make the brakes shorter so that we can continue to watch movies at your theatre

I would like to elucidate here that we design the advertisement schedule looking at the ideal interval time that is required for all the guests to resettle on their seats after the break. Since this schedule is fixed for the entire week, during the week days it may seem to be a little longer interval as the turnaround time taken by the guests is relatively shorter when compared to weekends. Although the inclusion and timeframe of advertisement content is done with this approach, however, with the inclusion of movie trailers that add to the entertainment and excitement of the guests, and certain internal and statutory communication for the awareness and knowledge of the guests and society in general, the interval time may have appeared to be longer.

            Let me assure you that all the activities, events, programs and operations at INOX are done with guest centric approach and we are extremely sensitive to the overall quality and experience that our guests have at our premises.

              Been waiting for the movie to start for past 1 hour with ticket id 2368344. This is very inconvenient as i have come from very far. If this is the kind of service you provide i am afraid how long you will survive in this competitive and growing market. This is totally not the way to treat your customer even if i am willing to return no refund is being provided and there was no prior notice of delay while booking at the counter.

              Today i.e 30 july 2018 i watch M.I6 at treasure next central mall, indore. i purches 4 ticket with my debit card of sbi seat no. H 16 to 19 but by default amont cut 4 time i.e [protected]@per ticket = 680/-. and the amount will cutted 4 time automatically i.e 680/- *4=2720/-. plz refund my 2040/- back ASAP.

                I went to inox pink square, jaipur for a movie dhadak..
                My seat was in the corner and i faced the severe problem of mosquitoes around my seat...
                There were alot of mosquitoes in that section of our seats... We complained about the same and in the intermission we requested the person on duty to atleast spray something so that we can watch the film but our complaint went in vain..
                Nobody came to resolve this issue and we watched the whole movie scratching our arms and legs..
                And at the end of the movie that man came again the hall.. I told him thank you for not helping us.. And told him that i ll file a complaint against you.. And he replied-“yes mam sure!”
                Please see to this matter.
                Because one pays so much but in return what we get? The hilarious service... Unheard complaints...

                  Im From Nadiad Gujarat. Inox Is Such a Brand But Still There Is not a single Show of Hollywood Movies In English?? We have no option other than watching it in Hindi Dubbed Version.

                  So Please Arrange atleast a Single Show of Hollywoof movies in English. Even if it is In 2D it shall do. No need for 3D. But please arrange single show in English.

                    We bought tickets from inox city centre 2, rajarhat, Kolkata. While going to the hall i somehow lost my tickets.
                    And its unbelievable the manager was so rude, he told that there is not option of giving duplicate tickets. We just bought the tickets about 10 minutes ago.
                    Moreover he also said that we'll have to buy tickets again and he will not let us enter and told us to go. I showed him the atm receipt and there are duplicate tickets available in the counter and i told him to verify that. He simply refused. This is how inox treats their customers and its pretty normal that someone might lost their tickets. And inox simply does not have any solutions for such scenarios, the manager further added that tickets are the only proof of identity their and if someone else found the tickets he would have let time enter.
                    Never visiting inox again.

                      Yesterday (July 11, 2018), I went to Inox Varun Beach, Visakhapatnam and took a ticket for 3:20 PM show. Then I went to the third floor at 2:50 PM to watch the movie.

                      The security people there told me that I need to come back after 10 minutes. I told them that I am tired, and I have a Blood Pressure problem, and I need to sit down. I further told them I there are no chairs on the Ground Floor. The entire third Floor was empty, and one person sitting in one corner will not create any problem.

                      One of the two security people Ms. Uday Laxmi was rude, reckless, and obnoxious. She claimed that she has been working there for eight years. For a woman, she lacked a basic understanding of humanity.

                      The other security person, a man, was more understanding and even offered water to me. However, Ms. Uday Laxmi lacked any sense of propriety and behaved like a bully.

                      Because of this disgusting behavior by your security staff Ms. Uday Laxmi, I will not be attending Inox Varun Beach, Visakhapatnam ever again.

                      This appalling behavior may have caused harm to my life. I hold Management of Inox Varun Beach, Visakhapatnam responsible for the mistreatment of their regular customer.

                        Hi Guys.. today, I went to watch Sanju movie in INOX ef3 mall faridabad. It was my first and last visit to watch in INOX. Pathetic service of the snacks during interval time. I asked for combo but he denied and said we have only this combo and reason was because queue was long and he knew that I won't wait for long. There was advertisement coming on display about the same 380rs combo. He asked me that u can take only 290rs combo. 380 combo include 2 popcorn, 2 Pepsi and 2 samosa. 290 combo has one popcorn and 1 Pepsi. Individual Pepsi is of 170 RS.

                        They are making money i.e. 460 rs for 1 popcorn and 2 pepsi. Inspite of giving 380rs.

                        One more thing about service, basket which they were giving is not matching with popcorn box and Pepsi glass. Both were not getting fitted into basket.

                        You guys are taking money from customers but not providing quality service to customer. I asked him to call your manager and I was waiting for 15mins but no one came.

                        I want to know why are you guys don't believe in brand. I was thinking INOX is the brand who serve quality but you are making fool of the customers.

                        I will communicate this to my colleagues and will print in newspaper about the same.

                        People shouldn't go to INOX.

                          Inox Shipra Mall smells like a rotten egg it’s seats are torn, handrest is broken Also they serve stale food and do not clean theatre in between the shows when complained to manager he didn’t reply and went away. I had a very bad experience and they are just charging highly price for tickets and giving services worse than a Cgrade theatres.Not expected from a brand like Inox.

                            I am pallavi today in inox bhopal (Capital mall) at 12 pm. I asked for 2 tickets of sanju movie. At upper ticket counter, a lady was there she charged me rs 450. When i told her that 2 tickets costs 300 rs.
                            She told it is compulsory.
                            Instead of my rejection, she gave it to forcefully.
                            Please go through as it is not the right way of making incentive.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am very much disturbed & upset because of the service at INOX Khandesh Central Jalgaon, I was along with family, my wife & son went ahead and due to urgent call I was behind them, attendant misbehaved & blamed that I came inside without ticket, I explained him my wife has details of booking in her Mobile, where he along with his manager misbehaved with me saying I was there to see free movie by taking only 2 tickets and 3 o[censored]s came inside, that blame itself was Question mark on your systems, At gate how they allowed 3 o[censored]s to come inside if we have booked 2 Tickets.
                              Then through PayTM I proved them 3 Tickets were booked then they shut their abusing language & immediately started pleading by that time we missed half of movie. I request you to take strong action on attendant at Screen 4 & his Manager.

                                We booked a movie ticket for sanju 1 jul 9.25 am show from paytm.. We came to ansal plaza at 9 am but parking was closed... They opened parking at 9.20 am and due to this there was long queue in parking.. Somehow we managed to park by 9.30. Then again a big queue for lift which took another 10 mins.. I had paytm tickets but they didnt had bar code scanner, so again i had to stand in ticket booking queue to get my tickets for 15 mins.. Then i entered the screen and saw that movie has already started. When i told them how they can start then they start blaming that it was my fault that i same late... No one here was being responsible.. All of the staff was ignoring my compaints and said its not our responsibility talk to the manager, who was seen nowhere.. I request you to take appropriate action against them otherwise inox brand name will be at sake...

                                  Children were crying, we ordered 2 large tubs of popcorn n wanted seperate paper holders for them but even theanaget refused saying even those are chargeable, very sad, first of all ul charge so much just for popcorn over that ul cannot take care of customers specially children's. Very sad, manager sunny kachar was not helpful and very rude. Kindly. Look into this matter, it is really sad state of affairs these days, and this happens only here. All. Other threatres are very helpful. Hopefully people stop coming to this place and realise now customer unfriendly it is

Each tub has to have a corresponding receivable amount and hence not sold loose. The same can only be given on purchase of the popcorn, hence regret that the same could not be given as requested.

                                  Extremely sad, like I said i[censored] cannot attend to customers to just given a single paper tub, when u make so many like u can't keep some extra .like I said ul charge 5 times the actual cost and u can't give an empty tub .this is our last visit here and also our friends and will be spreading the world socially .

                                      In inox multiplex theaters the are charging over prices on food items,

                                      For large popcorn (Quantity not mentioned on bill or on item pack) they charged 105 rs as a price

                                      For large coca-cola (Quantity not mentioned on bill or on item pack) they charged 105 rs as a price

                                      For veg monchurian they are collected 95 rs for 10 pcs.

                                      Is there any way to control the prices.

                                      Who is the responsible for controlling the over pricing in these multiplex theaters

                                        I went to watch movie race-3 with my family 1120 show on 16th june 18 at inox cinema in glomax mall, kharghar... Our seat no. We’re d 13, d14, d15 and d16. Carpet beneath the seats was sticky and it was stinking and it was smelling like vomit kind. I called up the manager, they cleaned but still it was stinking. It was horrible time we had during movie. It was simply mental torture. After movie i revisited manger named mr sunil patil and he offered me popcorn as a compensation. I felt like he is giving lollipop to a kid. Shame. I need compensation for the mental torture.. I wrote complaint in register at cinema hall. My number [protected]
