Kids as young as 4 were admitted in jurassic world: fallen kingdom, which is an a rated movie. The kids were noisy and ran around the theatre. There were also school kids below the age of 16.
Why is id not being checked for a rated movies? This is unjustified for increasing revenue. It also inconveniences the other people because there was no regulation of kids moving around the theatre, standing up on chairs etc

Race-3, 1120 show on 16th June 18. Seat no. D 13-16, some sticky or vomit kind stuff on carpet beneath the seat and causing unbearable stink. It was horrible. A mental torture. I need compensation. My number [protected]
When ever I come to movie to inox I see advertisement more than movies.

This is not acceptable. We pay to watch movie and not advertisement. You make us wait long.

    I had booked 2 tickets on 09 june 2018, 9.55pm for kaala (Tamil) movie at inox, central, bangalore.

    When i went in intermission to claim f&b at the counter, i saw my phone charge was completely drained off where i have booked my tickets through book my show.
    I have taken preventive measure in collecting tickets at the counter at the stake on the same. But i didn't know that u have failure erp model where order details of the movie tickets or f&b cant be tracked with the phone number or with the date and seats of the customer.
    Therefore i requested the counter staff to help me out in collecting my f&b.

    But i was shocked to see that inox is majorly lacking in its internal system of erp where the order couldnt be tracked.

    When i spoke to the manager over there, i found a ridiculous answer saying f&b is not linked with movie tickets, and cannot track your order and so on using any of the methods i was told

    Adding on i had used my one single debit card to pay both for my tickets and beverages.
    1. Erp system - a complete failure
    2. Cannot track f&b with customer id of the customers who booked movie
    3. A negligent answer for not trying out any possibilities.

    It's not about the money. Its about the service and quality, the value for money given you have provided to customers is completely lacking and training you have given to inox staff has completely gone in ruin.

    Hope you know where it could result in
    1. Failure of customer satisfaction
    2. Value of your brand
    3. Quality and service provided

    Alternative measures
    1. Get my email id
    2. Track with the phone number or customer id
    3. Fix you erp system
    4. Staff could have explained the valid reason by explaining their rules and instructions rather than telling they dont know or showing carefree faces to customers.

    Later, though it was fixed using my phone number after having an dicussion for 25-30 mins. But why couldnt they do it by themselves or atleast me telling them about it.

    I wanted to address this issue as i dont want any other customers to face this issue. As there wont be educated customers coming up all the time to get this done.
    I hope you guys can work on it and fix them and revert me on the same

      I had movie time today at 7.30 pm at kalyan east when i tried to connect with inox wifi but unable to connect with the same for that thing i have been charged.
      I had really bad experience with inox wifi at kalyan east so i am not gonna recommend any of my friends definitely.
      I[censored] r not providing internet service so kindly stop charging for the same.

      At the counter of IONEX Zsquare mall kanpur. I waited for more then 10- 15 Min to take ticket and then they forced me to take Combo also along with the ticket. I spoke to Mr. Hament who is the manager of that IONEX and he was also forcing me to take that combo. What kind of service is it.

              I booked a. Ticket of veer the wedding 10.30pm show on date 03/06/2018 in jalgaon city. There is a lot of bed bugs on a row which cost a red dots on my skins within 30 min. This is very worst and poor service i found in my life today. This situation is very scary for us.

                I am attending a movie at metro inox (Veera di wedding) for the 9.45 pm show on 3/6/18.
                We have been waiting for an hour but the air conditioning is not cooling in the theatre.
                We are now waiting out and missing the movie but the manage and everyone else sayis to wait and then disappears.
                Waiting for mr ravi more but no response from him.
                We came to metro because of the inox brand name but definitely never visiting it again.
                Mr sunny kachre especially had a terrible attitude.
                The money was refunded at the end of the movie after missing most of it, waiting out for more than half hour and repeated compmaints.

                  I made tele booking on 22nd may and i got an sms regarding booking with a link of payment... When i tried to make the payment then amount got deducted from my account but it said booking failure so i had to male the payment again at the time of tickets collection. So i would like to when will i be receiving my money in my account as its already 48 hours and they said it will be refunded wihin 48 hours

                    श्रीमान, मैं मेरे परिवार के साथ शनिवार, तारिख 28/04/2018 को पिक्चर देखने गया था।मध्यांतर में मेरी पत्नी और बच्ची बाथरूम इस्तेमाल करने गयी थी तो महिला बाथरूम में 10 से 12 लड़के घुसे हुए थे।बाहर कोई भी सिक्योरिटी नही थी।दो तीन लड़कों ने तो शराब भी पी रखी थी।मेरी पत्नी घबराकर बिना वाशरूम इस्तेमाल किए वापस आ गयी।काउंटर पर शिकायत की तो एक श्रीमान जी ने, जिनका मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है।इन्होंने शिकायत को बहुत ही हल्के में लिया और सिर्फ ये बोलै की सिक्योरिटी वालो को बुलाया है।
                    पिक्चर खत्म हो गयी, हम अपने घर आ गए।
                    अभी जब समाज में और न्यूज़ चैनल्स पर ऐसी दिल धहलाने वाली खबरे सुनते और देखते है तो दिल दहल जाता है।
                    आप जैसी 19 साल पुरानी inox फ्रेंचाइजी से इस तरह की उम्मीद नही की जा सकती।
                    मैं आप को 1160/- रुपए देकर अपने परिवार को हिफाज़त के साथ पिक्चर दिखाने लाया था परंतु आप ने निराश किया।
                    अगर मेरी जगह आपके स्टॉफ की या आप का ही परिवार होता तो क्या आप भी चुप रहते ?लेकिन मैं इतना पैसा खर्च करके और अपने परिवार को मुश्किल में डाल कर चुप नही बैठ सकता।पिक्चर की टिकट मेल के साथ सलग्न है जिसका पेमेंट मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड से हुआ है।जवाब का इतंजार।

                      On thursday 17th may 2018, i went to watch razi along with family booked 6 tickets, the condition of movie hall is horrible, all seats are making noises, they are almost scrap but sill they are using it in multiplex, and main point is their are bed bugs in those seats which bites us lot, mainly to my daughter, and now she is not well, guys please avoid to visit inbox c21 indore, thank you.

                        Hopeless services these people provide. First they say to be in a queue for pre booked tickets and after waiting for 20 minutes, when you reach at the counter they tell you to visit the counter at 3rd floor. The person at ticket window is really hopeless mr. Hemendra shekhwat, the way he speaks to the customer is speechless. I guess the customers visiting are his slaves.
                        Really very disappointed with services of inox leisure.

                          I, Jignesh Patel, resident of Hyderabad had done a booking (9 tickets) for a Telugu movie for Saturday[protected]:30pm show at INOX cinemas (Banjara hills) online through PAYTM (2 bookings of 3 & 6 tickets respectively) on Friday[protected] with confirmed bookings.

                          We reached to the cinemas around 10:25pm on Saturday. But were denied initially for entry with a technical problem from your side, as the QR code not detecting in your device. Your ticket checker asked to go to box office counter for confirmation. At box office counter, I showed him the e-tickets in my mobile. But he said that no booking confirmation was showing in their screen. It happened the same to others as well in front o[censored]s.

                          After that your floor manager( didn't remember his name) came, he asked me to show the SMS (message received from PAYTM) of confirmation for booked tickets. He saw that, but all he did was that he just asked the person sitting at box office counter whether he has checked it or not & denied us the entry.

                          In this process, my brother tried to scan the QR codes at the entry. At that time it scanned for one booking (10:32pm), while the other was not detecting.

                          I even showed him the ticket booking confirmation email received from PAYTM, and also asked him to go to the auditorium to check whether those seats were empty or somebody else have occupied. He went upstairs to check that but didn't came back even after 5 min. to give us a reply.

                          We tried one last time to get the QR scanned from the confirmation email which we received from PAYTM. And by god grace, it got scanned & we were given entry (10:46pm).

                          In this whole process, we had to miss the movie of about 15 to 20 minutes with no fault of ours.

                          On the upstairs, we even contacted to your manager named Mr. ANIL. But he was the most pathetic person I ever came across in my life. He said that, "In their cinemas, they daily do more than 5000 approx scans everyday, but not even a single technical issue has arise". Such was a wierd answer given to me. He was saying as if we were telling lies. This is how you people treat to the customers. I use to visit other multiplexes regularly, but never received such a horrible treatment once in other multiplexes.

                          Let me remind you of one thing that your's cinemas is not the only one.

                          Now after having that horrible incident happened to me, I don't think that I can ever turn up to your cinemas to watch movies and will suggest others not to turn up at your cinemas.

                          I visited many Inox across the country. Few days back i visited Inox Bardhaman. I watched Solo: Star wars story in 3D for 170 rs. The quality of movie theater is worst. U can see from below images.AC was not working path3tic for movie. Worst Inox ever.

                            This multiplex is used maintain very high standards, but over the months, the cleanliness is deteriorating both in side the theatre (the seats are worn out and the area started giving foul smell. The bathrooms are soiled all the time, stinking, floors are wet and dirty.

                            We used to enjoy the theaters and and used to feel proud of it. Please pay attention and don’t let it gointo the category of cheap theatres and loose its special place in our minds.

                              Dear sir, on 3/5/2018 purchased 4tickets for avengers movie 1:55pm show cost of 1024/- at mantri square malleshwaram, bangalore. I used my debit card to make payment. As the one who was operating the pos said first time the transaction did not respond, so i entered the pin once again... Finally they took 2048/- from my debit card instead of 1024/-. The transaction no's are othpos[protected] othpos[protected]. Kindly refund my extra deducted amount asap..

                              I visited INOX theatre in Tuli mall of Nagpur. I want refund of my tickets as 204 minute Omarta movie was cut short into 165 minutes only including interval. This happened on 5 May 2018 02.55 PM show.

The 3d glass was not clear and sound was reduced after the interval and the ac was shut down also... We people are paying f... Money but you people does not give what we have payed for... Why do u do this to people... We are not watching as a free keep that in mind... This will be the last time i am coming to inox in chandra mall chennai... I will post this facebook too

                                  I watched movie on 5th may at 3:45pm show in screen 6 with d20, 21 seats of inox movies at mantri square. After interval ordered popcorn tub n two cokes large. Servicing at seats they told but was very late and that too popcorn (Salt n cheese) taste was very bitter n pungent smell, unable to eat. Very bad taste.
                                  Spoiled my movie time n comfort time with family.
                                  Please take care while servicing at seats with quality items. As customer we are paying huge amount.

                                    I have booked 2 tickets for 9th may show time 4:40 pm of film dristikon at inox city centre saltlake, kolkata but have not received any ticket via mail or any acknowledgement by sms. My bank a/c has been debited & in the seat availabilty diagram those 2 seats (D 3&4) are showing as sold.

                                    Please suggest what to do now..?

                                      We visited inox janakpuri on 01 may 2018 at 7.45 pm to watch avengers in audi 1 vide booking id: scjn[protected] and allocated seats ry b1, b2, b3.
                                      1) the glasses given were unsterilized and handed over to audience with tissue paper to wipe clean!
                                      2) b2 seat's back was broken so we were shifted to d1, d2, d3.
                                      3) to my utter shock, d1 seat was totally wet and my dress was badly soaked & got dripping wet!!
                                      I called manager anirudh and explained the situation. This was the worst ever experience in my entire life.
                                      4) i talked to gm mr. Pankaj on phone, who told me that they are not responsible for broken seat as person seated in prior show must have broken by pushing back too much.. Doesn't it sound weird?
                                      5) your staff replaced the trolley with sterilized glasses from inside door while i was talking to anirudh.
                                      6) i waited till intermission to click the pics of wet seat. Until i reached home, it was more than an hour being in wet situation which was highly embarrassing & shameful for me as a female.
                                      7) in following morning, starting at 5 am i had frequent urination with highly burning sensation. The frequency rose to 20+ times and i had to be taken to emergency at ayushman hospital in dwarka. The doctor declared it acute uti. I never ever had such problem in life.

                                      The seat must have been peed over or puked over by previous show viewers which carried forwarded infection onto me.

                                      The whole evening mood was spoiled along with landing me at hospital.

                                      Can inox reimburse my sufferings??

                                        In d middle of transaction d pos machine malfunctioned & i was charged on my credit card. The attendant said ur transaction is cancelled and asked me 2 pay in cash. Amount is rs. 600 for 3 tickets at mall de goa porvorim at 21:13:39 on 1st may 2019. You may check d cameras as i was wearing blue colour jacket and my wife did d payment in cash... One note of 500 and other of 100
