Inox won't compromise for providing a great user experience but now a days it's showing greediness in the form of making new rules like outside water is restricted. If it's restricted then please provide drinking water for free of cost if not reduce the cost of water bottle which is available inside the theatre. Drinking water is everyone's need. Please consider this complaint as from a middle class person who wants to enjoy 2 n half hours of his time with his family. And don't show your greediness here.

The information is clearly stated on our tickets and at our Box office counters so that guests are aware prior to entry. It is also an industry norm and as company policy we follow the same. For our guests we have arranged to serve a variety of food options that has high standards of quality and charges are as per MRP. We have made exceptions in relaxation of house rule in cases where guests have medical condition or are infants. We have also made provisions in our premises to serve free RO purified water for all our guests.

    29th april 2018 (Sunday), after purchasing 2 tickets in inox city center 2 rajarhut kolkata, manager did not allow us to enter for "avanger infinity war" movies due to loss of my tickets. While purchasing they keep my number but when i ask for help they didn't cross check my number. I had 2 tickets total amount 580 i paid. My ticket was audi 2 (Seat number 15b, 16b). They did not check even there database. I loss 580 rupees. Also the manager is not helpful. He didn't even check the matter seriously. The show time was 3:10 p. M.

      Hi,
      I am writing to you for the refund of the tickets and any other form of compensation for the movie avengers infinitywars at omax inox greater noida. I had four tickets of insignia screen on 29.04.2018, as i was sitting on the corner most seat, your ushers were continuously, even after asking them not to, were poking or tapping me on my shoulders and asking me to ask people sitting next to me and ahead for any food orders. Further, after every 5 minutes i was disturbed for similar such inquiry.
      Subsequently at the interval, i went to the counter and asked him to clear my bill. Upon which i was told that the bill will come to me with the order. However, your staff not only lost all our bills but in the middle of the movie one of your ushers came to me with a rough bill of orders of all the four seats and said started talking to me. I asked him to get a proper bill and told him to not disturb me but again the same did not happen and until the end someone or the other was continuously disturbing me.

      Not only was i unable to watch the movie but also the plate on which my food was served had oil at the bottom of it and when i kept the same on my lap, it stained my white dress.

      That when the same was addressed to the manager, he instead of helping me told me that all the staff is only 10th standard pass so it's not his fault. To my surprise, your manager was more interested in knowing my personal details like my job status and where i live and when reluctantly, i told him that i an advocate by profession, i was told by him that he will whatsapp me for some legal advice.
      I was so overwhelmed by the response that i quickly wrote the feedback form and rushed out.

      So for all that money and traveling till greater noida from delhi, i neither saw the movie nor enjoyed my meal. I even lost a white dress to oil stain and was asked abrupt questions.

      You are kindly requested to reimburse me for the movie, travelling, dress and mental agony caused to me.

      Maintenance of Burdwan inox is very poor. It smells very bad inside, there are bed bugs in the seats. It feels very unhygienic inside the hall. Since people do not have many options available here, they go to inox. This demands immediate attention.

        W. T. F yesterday i visited to watch avengers movie.. So for the forst time i chose to watch it on your inox cinema..in pvs mall, meerut... But what # cheap services your employees provided was shameless..
        First of all there was this staff person who was come frequent times and walking with a torch all over the hall again and again.. Disturbing while watching movie
        Then there was your food counter who don't even take payment through credit card or any any digital form..
        Then i ask for a combo of 320 which they said isn't available.. Because there are no samosas... So i ask if there's any other combo.. They said there is of 380 but gave me only halve the contents i was getting at rs 320 rs...
        Aftter alll this when we sat down and ate the food it was half cooked # popcorn 🍿 and not so chilled cold drink..
        Utterly shameless services
        And even after all this there was that furniture of your hall.. Which had a nail on arm resting place which poked me several times during the movie..

          I have booked for avengers 2.55pm show in inox treasure island mall indore and the since i'm from south and did not knew the language which the frisking person understood taught me to wish people matherchood which is supposed to be an abusive word the so above experience is truly unacceptable and irritating when i came to know the real meaning of word and shows the culture of the staff working here

            Hi,

            I was trying to book a ticket through bookmyshow for avengers-infinity wars for 28th apr 2018, saturday however there was an error when i reached the payment screen and the seat selection screen opened again. I went ahead and booked the ticket (Booking id - imcm[protected]) but was surprised that the ticket was booked for 27th instead of 28th. I contacted bookmyshow but they informed that while other cinema franchises allow cancellations/reschduling, inox does not allow the same. This is an unfair policy and needs to be relooked at.

            Please help in correcting the same and issue a ticket for 28th apr.

              This is to let you know that the behaviour of the lady security guard during the security check was very abrupt and pathetic. No greeting, was busy on the phone, usage of very bad and unwanted and unacceptable language used.
              Proper words were i can show my attitude too. Uncourteous behavior

              This was he first time when i walked in to the metro inox and i feel that it has to be my last time as i believe pvr and cinemax have more professional staffs and security

                In INOX multiplex theaters the are charging over prices on food items,

                For large popcorn (quantity not mentioned on bill or on item pack) they charged 105 rs as a price

                For large Coca-Cola (quantity not mentioned on bill or on item pack) they charged 105 rs as a price

                For veg monchurian they are collected 95 rs for 10 PCs.

                Is there any way to control the prices.

                How is the responsible for controlling the over pricing in these multiplex theaters

                  I tried booking 5 tickets for "bharat anu nenu" telugu movie at inox:maheswari parameswari today i. E., 18th april 2018 at 9:25 pm via inox app. After entering the otp, money got debited from my bank account but there came a message in the app saying the transaction is failed and asked me to retry for another booking. I booked again and this time it was successful. I am enclosing a screenshot of my account transaction details wherein it shows amount being debited from my account twice. Please go through this matter.

                    I was so dismayed to see people sitting without tickets in adalaj gandhinagar inox theatre.
                    Gold section last row was totally empty while starting the movie then after 15 minutes all people with loose characters come and sit in the last rows of gold section with tickets. When i asked for their tickets they said we have our reference so we come without tickets, such a loose character people come in and with sounds inside the theatre make the theatre so rubbish.

                    Please see to the matter it will spoil the image of inox movie theatre

                      I noticed that let say if you buy small popcorn it cost you 80 rs, if you buy large/bigger one it cost you 140 rs, water bottle 750ml cost you 40 rs,
                      2 samosa cost you 80rs. "does it make sense?"
                      Is there any way to stop such nonsense things and open loot in name of hygenic food. Outside of that place you can get this thing at almost half price.
                      There have no any control on this? Or is there any board who can fill the complaint?

                          We booked 4 tickets to rangashtalam at inox lido for 9.45pm show on the 30th.
                          We were 10 minutes before time at the booking counter but the person at the booking counter seems not tech say, very slow and dumb. He took more than 15 minutes to track our booking. I gave him my booking id, my mobile to recorm, read it out etc but in vain. He wanted me to show my messsage, email recvd, mobile number etc. He kept saying my booking is not there and finally he retrieved it.
                          This delayed my entry to the hall by 5 minutes as the theatre has only 2 lifts for 4 screens.
                          I need my monye back or tickets for another movie as we missed the main part of the movie and this is not ok.

                          Recently visited inox in c21 mall in indore. At the box office aksed to purchase a combo for corner seat. They asked me that purchasing combo is mendetory for corner seats.
                          I was called & was apologised. I was told I will be offered complimentary tikcets for the same movie. I told that we understand a movie even if we missed 5-10 minutes and would not like to waste 3 more hours on same movie and if they really were sorry they shall offer complimentary tickets to another movie.
                          The manager said they will revert but dint.
                          Its just an eye wash.
                          Realising inox is not customer friendly. they have huge attitude issues.
                          We seee movies in other theatres too.

                            I am subham agarwal, suffereing from jaundice wanted watch the movie bhaggi 2,
                            So had come to inox city centre, matigara, siliguri west bengal -734001.

                            As suffering from jaundice i am not allowed to drink bottoled water, i was not allowed my boiled water inside the movie hall.

                            I had brought my reports for proof but still staff members here had harresed me and i was not unable to watch the movie bought by paytm just because if i get thirsty will not be able to drink water.

                            I am studying in m s ramaiah institute of technology, bangalore had, visited many pvr where such kind of indecent and unkind event could never take place, it is shame to myself being harassed in inox in front of public.

                            I am looking forward to a swift action regarding this and is looking for the results from your end.

                              Visited inox liluah for black panther for 9.35pm show on monday 19th march 2018 after watching the showtime on google. As i searched black panther on google it showed inox liuah showtime on the front page. On reaching i got to know they don't have a show at 9.35pm.
                              It was really embarassing as i took 2 of my cousins with me.
                              Please look into the matter and rectify this ambiguity. I had a talk with mr. Billabaran and mr. Deep, they agreed to the scenario and promised me greveance redressal. Although they did nothing.
                              Google still shows the same time. Do something or i will approach twitter next.

                              They said you have to buy popcorn and coke...
                              I said no and they not give me ticket...
                              So i decided not to watch movie and back to home...

                                Hello i am Er sumit agrawal today i visited inox river side lucknow.. For the muvi sonu k titu ki sweety tickets rates was 110 for 0er seat nd they were charging 200 Rs for per ticket.. Superviser was giving some coupan like thing nd saying that this is necessary nd without this coupan ticket will not be genrate...then i purchased ticket from book my shop hopefully inox will get my poinglt..

                                  Inox security staff not allowed our water bottle to take inside, infact they made us to take out bottle at security point. Common water filter was available inside food court but water was not there. It is disgusting after law has passed to allow water bottle in cinema hall or cinema hall owners has to serve water inside cinema hall free of cost then why it was not instructed to such a big giant of multiplex INOX, jaswant tuli mall, nagpur.
                                  This completely shows that INOX wants to support there food court and sell water at very high cost. Strict action should be taken against them.

                                  On 21st march i went to inox burdwan, west bengal
                                  I asked one of the staffs in "refuel " for turning the air condition ..he asked me to go inside the cinema hall...directly ..during summer also the air conditioning aren't working in the corridors of the burdwan arcade

                                    The inox cinema here on anand vidhyanagar road is charging extra money for corner seats, it's like one need to buy four seats for a couple in the corner, while if the same tickets are booked online or through any other medium, we're only supposed to pay for two tickets as a couple. Also, the staff herein is misguiding us by stating that the combo needs to be bought compulsorily along with the movie tickets. The thing he asked for, when i was standing in front of the window, surrounded by people was really embarrassing, which please note. Hence, they are providing inappropriate information.

                                    Now I am watching movie in Shipra mall Ghaziabad inox cinema Audi No -2 seat No P- 12. My chair is damage & i have serious injury to my elbow . I have many times to inform to concern staff but he is doing rude behaviour with me & no any action taken by him.

                                      I watched a movie tonight with a hanky on my nose throughout. The audis in shipra mall are very very bad smelling.. The carpets below the seats are sticky like they have not been cleaned up in ages.

                                      It was a really pathetic experience. How tough is it to keep your place clean and smelling fresh. Paying so much money for a movie and getting a feel of some local 3rd grade cinema hall is very disappointing.

                                      Today when I'm buying movie ticket for movie hate story 4, counter boy provide me 2 tickets which was already printed by 4:10 pm and I'm reached there by 4:20 pm and he forced me to take it, and not able to make it new, its totally bad impression which was I seen

                                        On march 4th, 2018, while booking ticket at inox cinema in mantri mall malleshwaram, money was deducted twice from my account with serial number 002088 and 511661.
                                        First the ticket booking was tried on the self ticket desk and card was used to made payment but the transaction was failed and then tickets were booked from counter and then the fare deducted was twice as per the charge. Tickets purchased were two but money deducted was twice of the two tickets (Rs 2x1360)
                                        Pfa the attached messages from bank showing two different transactions.
                                        Please look into this and refund the remaining amount (Rs 1360) asap.
