A. Only those with two doses of COVID 19 vaccination/fully vaccinated persons will be allowed entry.
B. All persons will be checked at the entrance for fever using thermal scanner and hand sanitizer applied.
C. All persons should compulsorily wear N-95 masks throughout and compulsory wearing of face mask at all times including during the show.
D. No Food & Beverage shall be allowed inside the screening Auditorium.

    To whoever it may concern
    Me and my sister visited the inox in Greater Noida’s Omaxe mall to watch Uncharted. But few minutes into the movie the movie stopped because of some maintenance issue and did not resume even after 20 minutes. I have never experienced this in any of the cinema halls. I would have to like to have a refund of this movie or free tickets for some next movies

      I came to watch pawankhind at royal heritage mall nibm road pune. The film started fine but after 30 minutes its starts fluctuating continuously and not able to understand the film even all the dialogues are also not cleared.

      Need seriously attention on this.

        Address: Inox cinemas, magrath road, garuda mall

        These looters are now asking us to pay for N95 masks compulsorily and showing us a government notification, which clearly mentions other masks not recommended only it nowhere states that only N95 masks are allowed.

        They are charging 20₹ per mask at Inox Cinemas, Magrath Road, Garuda Mall.

        They are clearly looting the public, who are compelled to buy their products which they have conveniently added in their menu as addon products.

        This kind of looting in the name of N95 masks is nowhere mentioned anywhere in cinemas Of Bengaluru.

          Why are there cctvs inside a theatre?

          Dear sir / madam, when i was watching movie there was continuous red
          light beam light falling on my eyes and attracts my eye sight, the same that is of a cctv. is that of any hidden cameras if so it should be informed earlier during the movie begin, and what about individuals privacy, please let me know what exactly the light was and do u have cameras installed inside the cinema hall...??? So please let me your views this things...

              I always preferred watching movies in Inox for the best cinematic experience and this is the first time someone troubled us at Inox garuda yelahanka Bangalore. Ms.Bhavana at cash counter denied us to give the tickets if we are not buying snacks at ticketing counter and rudely told us to stand aside and made us pay for the food which is utter ridiculous and they denied on the face to give the ticket which was really shocking is this what the customer service that's provided by Inox the same has been complained to consumer form as well i hope you resolve the issue and refund our hard-earned money if possible.

The only communication I have received is a very informal SMS from an executive who could not even bother to type full words although I have to follow up for a response.                         Watching 1983 at Inox Kalyan Screen 1. The billing counter for food items was poorly serviced with arrogant staff. There is no system or directions for the queue. Delay of more than 3 minutes for a single person. Only one counter is active. After a span of five minutes of ruckus opened a counter for cash service. No bills provided and used irritating language.
                        Disgusting at the cost that you charge.

                          Disgusting. No valid explanation from Inox management even after 4 days.

                          Shamefully comparing with others ( PVR etc ) saying that, they are also not on time.

                          Please share me the response in written, what you told me verbally in telephonic conversation I need it in written. Please share it to my mail id [email protected]

                          If inox management can’t share me, if Inox management can’t submit an apology in written, if there is no compensation for my strain & Lost, I will proceed legally .

                          I am going to include some more witnesses while submitting complaint at consumer forum, As well as I will submit the same to I&PR department GoAP, A.P Digital Corporation

                              This is to bring to your notice to the above subject that I had booked 6 tickets of the movie 83 at Inox Bhiwadi. The show was scheduled on 31st December and the timing for the same was 1:30 PM. This is brought to your notice that out of 6 recliners I booked, only 3 of them were working and 2 were out of order and even one was broken. There was no maintenance of the same from the concerned theatre. Thus it is submitted that the refund for the tickets be issued to me as soon as possible. I am hereby attaching videos of the same.

                                  I booked a movie with INOX, DN Regalia Mall, Bhubaneswar on 25th December 2021. The movie's name was SPiderman: No way Home; 6:40 PM show.
                                  I booked for Royal seat thinking it to have the better sitting facility. However, the seating is the same for front and back.

                                  I don't know why you have categorized seats when there is no difference in the comfort of the seat.
                                  Again there were a lot of mosquitos and the experience was too bad. We did not at all enjoy the movie even though we booked for Royal seats (A9 and A11) and because of mosquitos bites.

                                  This was too much of an inconvenience. This is not how INOX should run a movie hall. Your charge is high however fails to provide a good comfort level.
