We know that in INOX Tuesday big tub popcorn unlimited refill offer is still going on but in chennai Marina Mall OMR they are not providing it. They are just escaping by manipulating us. It is very disappointed and dont know why do you want to cheat everyone by giving false advertisement. Worst service on the snacks counter and even manager is not bothered about people waiting on queue.

    Very disappointing and ridiculous procedure for ticket booking.
    Doesn't have UPI or other online payment options for ticket booking, only food counter has active UPI for online payment which is inappropriate.
    I had to buy a combo at food counter so that i can buy tickets online!
    Online payment options should be valid and open for all sort of payments.
    My Booking Reference Id is 1555341 (Kolhapur Inox).
    Take my concern and work for the same

      I booked my ticket for drishyam 2 on bookmyshow, because of some site issue it got booked for today, i tried cancellation within 5 mins of booking.
      Inox says its not possible to refund or modify booking because of terms it blames bookmyshow. Bookmyshow says inox doesn't allow cancellation. At this age and time if I can't cancel my booking within 5 mins then its a shame on your management and technical staff.

        On december 1, for the sandwich worth Rs.150 the payment was successful from my side, but they said the bill was not processed and to repeat payment again. They also assured that the first one will be refunded within 3-4 days. But still havent received the amount.

        Kindly please help on this

          I'm writing this because I faced issue with INOX Garuda Yelahanka branch.

          As per rules and regulations it is cleared mentioned in your website that wearing mask and following covid precautions compulsory and also for 'A' rated movies below 18 years age not allowed but when they follow 18years of age strictly same time it applies to wear mask and follow covid precautions. My kid is not allowed to watch...

          I am seeing a movie bediya in jaipur inox vaibhav cinema vaishali nagar jaipur. In this show picture quality is too much bad and seats are broken and not comfortable, I have request to their supervisor his behavior not good and he was talking and used abuse words which is not good for us and Inox goodwill. We also request refund my money before movie starting he is deny for the same. So please take the right and quick action on this issue and update me.

                    I am Commandant Ravi..last night I booked 3 tickets for Bhediya Movie show at Raghuleela Mall Vashi Navi Mumbai for 2000 hrs and i received A19, A20 and A21 seat..i paid 990 for the tickets..as i was already late for the show the movie was started and there was pitch dark inside..when i went up to grab my seat..i saw A21 seat broken..as the movie was already started..i didn't wanted to create a scene..i went ahead with my family and watched movie at second row from screen..i was surprised for the fact that how the seat was issued to me..despite knowing that the seat is broken..also the cleaning staff has not informed to the management that the seat is broken..it was a big embarrassment for my family..

                        There are 3-5 movie theatres of INOX chain in Gandhinagar City, Gujarat. I often travel 50 km from my home to theater to great cinema going experience but since after the covid times the brightness of screens are as low as any android smartphones lowest resolution and if as a customer we complaint they say if you take seats in middle you dont have a issue. What is this logic. Many members of hall felt the same problem they should resolve it quickly. We customer pay 150-500 per person to have Great cinema experince. But how can we if we cant watch our movies in good resolution. Even people who wears spectacles they faces more troubles.

                          We reached the Inox Pink Square at 10:15 am on 21.11.22 and the lady at the counter when asked for the ticket she stated the price to be 1100 for 2 tickets however the price was INR 140 that we had checked online before proceeding for show. The lady clearly mentioned that this is the price and it will come with the combo mandatory. She clearly denied to give us the ticket without combo and tried to misuse of the fact that the online portals were closed by the time. She even denied to tell her name and that's where we had to speak to the manager wherein he mentioned that its optional and helped us getting the ticket at the actual price. I would like to highlight

                          A. If this is the practice the INOX is following then i am not sure that how many people had been cheated till date and since when such practices has been started by INOX

                          B. The whole issue spoiled our 20 minutes and w missed the beginning of the show which had spoilt our mood and hence i would like to reclaim the amount of tickets as well.

                                I went for 9:15 am show on 19th nov 2022. At the ticket counter, they charged me more than the actual price of the tickets. As early morning are not expensive I asked why. They answered that's the rate. Toh which I refused and told them to check online. They replied by saying that's the rate here otherwise book online. They further refused to sell tickets without combo . Earlier they didn't mention the combo added in our tickets. The employees were extremely rude, at their worst behaviour. Highly disappointed by the Inox staff. Manager tried to manage things but i was not able to file a written complaint against those two at the ticket counter. #worstexperience

                                  In Salem ₹60 Tickets are available for all movies.But only 4 or 5 seats only available, others are booked. But in cinema theatre, that ₹60 seats are fully vacant. And i watched 3 movies in Inox and same problems have faced.please make a solution.

                                    Today nov 17, 2022 - we booked a movie ticket in inox counter at marina mall chennai for the movie kanthara - 11.50 am show. We got snacks and waited for the movie in the seats around 1 hour finally due to some technical issues show not started and got cancelled. Getting refund is very difficult, I would like to receive refund that I paid by card using my phone [protected]
