Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — Rude staff and video not coming on the screen

So, yesterday I went inox msx mall greater noida so when I reached there the cinema hall has occupancy of not more then 15 to 20 People so we were 5 friends and decided to sit on just one upper row but one guy came and said you can’t sit here and sit on your booked seats so we sat on that and after 1 hour 30 minutes the video was gone and only audio was coming for about 10 to 15 minutes I am attaching the video and please see to it. No costumer satisfaction
