Hi,

Today I visited ITC pavilion restaurant and I have seated for 15 to 20 min but no one came on our place and ask for order. They are behave just like we will eat on free. If it's online reservations for seat then they will inform on restaurant entry. Very bad 👎behave and pathetic service not like 5 star restaurant

Hi ITC...I have purchased a biscuit pack (Mom's Magic) from D'mart on 08/03/21...
Batch no-1606A17/09.01.21...but cashew or almonds are coming smell.
I believe ITC produce a good quality products...but I am not satisfied above issue...
pls maintain quality

I reside in Abudhabi and I bought two one kg packets of Aashirvad atta from Fresh and more super market, Airport road, Abudhabi back side of wear mart stores. I bought this Feb 2021 middle.

both the packets are decayed and I was having thread like materials in the atta packet. both the packets are unable to use due to this

Its outrageous to have so big quality control department and pest control department in your organization, as sealed packed 10kg of atta is mixed up with lizard (attache with photos and batch number)
firstly i expect full replacement as dealer is not accepting open packet
secondly if not satisfied with your prompt action, i will take this social networking handle and consumer forum

hope it will be resolved ASAP

My asm gaurav srivastava is not doing work and i have send him some complaint about cutting of items but then he is not taking a action and i have recently gave him the some profe the cutter who is disturbing in my area and i have click some photos of the cutter who is disttturbing my area and gaurav ji is not taking any action and i tell him he is doing illegal work then gaurav ji is not taking any action please do some favour with me i am the wd o[censored]nnao lu4048 please help me .

We deal in itc products like tademade chips biscuits approximately sale one lac of food itmes for week but the distributor does not responding properly so I request to your good self plz see the matter

I ordered a pack of bingo mad angles achari masti worth rs 50 from jiomart bokaro. The pack is of achari masti flavor but inside it is tomato flavor. To confirm my suspicion i bought another pack of rs 10 from different place but achar flavor. It was different and it tasted as achar flavor should be. Itc is fooling its customers by packing chips which do not sell much in different flavour packs.😡😡😡😡😡

There always shortage of stocks available in our city of visakhapatnam and this has been regularly happening every quarter
Please look in the supply chain and make sure there is regular sufficient stocks available

we have a grocery supermarket in nallsopara (west). Name:- gloden trading pvt ltd.
This complain is to inform you that

we last received your product at november 2020
from november till now nobody has visited our supermarket .
A distributor name:- babulal jayantilal co. Vasai (west)
who where giving us your products does'nt comes for a vist we tried to call them but the mobile number ([protected]) which they mentioned in the bill is not reachable
so kindly do the work asap.

We have a pan shop in malviya nagar main market since 35 years and we ahve a very good sale of itc cigarettes and itc others products around 40k daily and now it's been 10 years we are asking from our area supervisor a cigarette selling counter but there is no response from them even after they took measures of our shop to provide a new counter. The current counter we are working with is in very bad situation so please it's my humble request to you to provide us a new counter thanku

It is intimated that M/s Sai Ganesh Agency is holding distributor agency in CHITTOOR, Andhra Pradesh. He is not giving the cigarettes to the rural shops. Where as we come to know that he is selling the cigarettes in black market with a double price. He telling lies to the shopkeepers. Kindly look into the matter sir. We are fully dependent in this business only. We are unable to buy with that huge price sir. He is spoiling your company name by selling in black market.

Hello ITC;
Like many others i am also a regular consumer of ITC products specially Tabacco ciggrattes since many years. In our area with Pincode 401101 Mira Bhayandar - The vendors have really looted consumers in last few years with pricing factor. The reason i am writing now is that somehow we feel cheated by this new cartel.

I am sincere citizen and pay my taxes, GST etc on everything accounted for. What i feel panic about is that they create artificual shortage of ciggrattes, or charge 5-10% extra on full packet - when asked why are they charging more than printed ITC rate - they would say what can you do - everybody in Mira Bhayandar and mumbai does that. The top vendors charges us more and all that crap.

All this income unaccounted and with such cartel momentum gives buyers like me concern. I feel that its better to buy ciggratte of a brand that is available at MRP like Benson or Dunhill.

Further more i am also a shareholder of ITC as a stock - and i really did not like the way this cartel is empowered to loot that extra 5-10% above printed price and just multiply that with number of packets in Mira Bhayanadar.

Dear itc, i have been writing this mail to you to inform you that the supply of flake, gold flake and other tobacco products and food products of itc is not supplied to me by my local dustributer.I asked them about this shortage of flake and gold flake but they refused to supply me. They rather supply it to retailers in hugher price which makes them much profit. Whereas they are selling cigarattes in black.They supply goods to me according to them not through my needs.I dont expect this kind of fraud and disrespect to wholesalers from a big company like this. Feeling very ashamed to even sell your products.I even dont get any supply of other itc products too since lockdown because of ther inappropriate nature.Sir, in lockdown they just made money like a thief
i am wholesaler. I sell around 5 cartoons(60000) of flake every month and now i dont have any in my stock. Is this the behaviour you want? is this how you treat your wholesallers...I am one of the biggest wholesalers in my area..
Sir, i request you to please take actions against these type of distributers who make the name of you company dirty.The name of two of my local distributers are buban saha and rajesh maheshwari(karishma enterprise)
i tried contacting and talking to many of your empliyees but they seemed to be doesnt care about this problem. Disgusting behaviours itc

I am Andavar Store (Cust code:5220) running grocer shop at no:10 Lic colony, Trichy, Tamilnadu.We purchase all products from your Appointed distributor M/S VRR AGENCY.
One Mr.Ganesan (cigarette Sales man )had not visited our shop for the past 1 week.Then I send my person to the agency on 21-01-21 to buy cigarette and he told that I will come today.
We waited for a day and finally he came on the same day around 8:30pm next to my shop(Gopal store)and delivered the goods to that shop and he return back.
The other day again I called him and asked why you have not visited our shop, he replied in an improperly.
I request you to supply me goods with the alternate distributor.
We alway keep supporting us.

Today i have purchased one filter gold flake cost rs. 15.00 at chennai koyamedu bus stand behind shop, most of the times happening like that. Most of the shops selling like that only. Outside the cost of single filter gold flake rs. 10.00

Here in Ahmedabad retailer are doing overcharging on cigarette, Small Gold flake stick is of 10 rs but retailer are selling it in 12 rs and I got surprised that near to this outlet ( Prabhu Pan, opp. Prahlad Nagar ) there is ITC branch of Ahmedabad near to this outlet.
