Dear itc, i have been writing this mail to you to inform you that the supply of flake, gold flake and other tobacco products and food products of itc is not supplied to me by my local dustributer.I asked them about this shortage of flake and gold flake but they refused to supply me. They rather supply it to retailers in hugher price which makes them much profit. Whereas they are selling cigarattes in black.They supply goods to me according to them not through my needs.I dont expect this kind of fraud and disrespect to wholesalers from a big company like this. Feeling very ashamed to even sell your products.I even dont get any supply of other itc products too since lockdown because of ther inappropriate nature.Sir, in lockdown they just made money like a thief
i am wholesaler. I sell around 5 cartoons(60000) of flake every month and now i dont have any in my stock. Is this the behaviour you want? is this how you treat your wholesallers...I am one of the biggest wholesalers in my area..
Sir, i request you to please take actions against these type of distributers who make the name of you company dirty.The name of two of my local distributers are buban saha and rajesh maheshwari(karishma enterprise)

I am Andavar Store (Cust code:5220) running grocer shop at no:10 Lic colony, Trichy, Tamilnadu.We purchase all products from your Appointed distributor M/S VRR AGENCY.
One Mr.Ganesan (cigarette Sales man )had not visited our shop for the past 1 week.Then I send my person to the agency on 21-01-21 to buy cigarette and he told that I will come today.
We waited for a day and finally he came on the same day around 8:30pm next to my shop(Gopal store)and delivered the goods to that shop and he return back.
The other day again I called him and asked why you have not visited our shop, he replied in an improperly.
I request you to supply me goods with the alternate distributor.
We alway keep supporting us.

Today i have purchased one filter gold flake cost rs. 15.00 at chennai koyamedu bus stand behind shop, most of the times happening like that. Most of the shops selling like that only. Outside the cost of single filter gold flake rs. 10.00

Here in Ahmedabad retailer are doing overcharging on cigarette, Small Gold flake stick is of 10 rs but retailer are selling it in 12 rs and I got surprised that near to this outlet ( Prabhu Pan, opp. Prahlad Nagar ) there is ITC branch of Ahmedabad near to this outlet.

I have purchased asshirwad aata from the distributer deshpande bandhu. Yavatmal he is doing fraud in market he is not able to handel the business. He refuse to give me the produts. He is using secound software and not giving the company software bill. Kindly take some action. He is not the proper distributor.

It's been understood from one of the ITC wholesale distributors that he can give 10 Gold flake cigarette packets only off 10 WAVE cigarette packets are purchased.
Is it true?
Also he never gives a Bill while distributing the stock.

At the time of aashirvaad atta lottery i won the quiz ..of 1 year free 10 aashirvaad atta but recived only 3 months after that it stopped due to Covid-19...but now as its all started i am not able to contact aur communcat for same ..I talked via via taking the contact of vipul dingra your itc employee of gujarat circle but didn't got any proper response..so plz need help on same

I found Fake cigarettes(Glod Falke King) are sold in Hyderabad.
Your vigilance team failed to stop such horrible thing and provide other earn money.

We saw many little worms in 10 kg ITC Aashirvaad atta which we got from Dmart Hyderabad near Miyapur aurobindo colony, it is shocking to see worms in food items which we get from branded companies, we cannot use it now as it can create health issues.

I am a retailer from Faridabad. I got a cartel of Bourbon biscuits on 2nd November from Rama Enterprises, NIT, Faridabad. They sold an expired cartel to me and are not taking it back.

Few days ago i went to grocery shopping with mom and i prurchased 3 Bingo packets (ITC Product)as i was hungry,
when i opened the first pack i was shocked to see that there were just 2 chips inside the packet and i ignored as average consumer ignores .
considering it as a manufacturing error, i open the second pack which was quite properly filled with the chips and air tight .
now while i was having the third packet in my hand i tried to check the packet as it felt lighter in weight so i tried to feel the chips inside the pack
and in that i can feel there are hardly 2 to 3 chips . i kept packet with me as a proof and i came home,
because there was no point in arguing with the retailer as this product is not from his house .

In this pack the net weight printed and promised is 18 grams, where as when tested its only 5 grams.

In this case it seem like there is issue in quantity check, what if there is no testing carried out in the quality check .
imagine the quality of the flour used in this is the low quality and the oil in which its getting fried is of low grade, we may never know what thw actual product is made of .

Are the companies strictly following the rules and regulation of food licensing department (fssai) ?

It Seems like these companies < Bingo packets (ITC Product) > are taking consumers for granted and they are selling there faulty and defected product in the market openly.
as a common customer i know that the Product after manufacturing goes under various types of testing phase,
which majorly includes quality and quantity testing which are very basic,
if this product or the whole strips would have gone through the testing phase it would have not came into the market at first place .

Still it has reached the market that means the company is not taking any strict measures in this testing phase and the defected product is still rolled out
from factrory to CNF, from CNF to Distributer, Distributer to Dealer, and dealers to retailers .
And surprisingly it seeems like each middle person has thier own profit share in such defected products,
Some one from the insider of the company may sell this defected product to some CNF, considering the cost 5 rs pack, it hardly costs a 1rupee 50 paise to manufacture,
packaging 50 paise, 2 rs rate from company, the same defected product cost less than 2 rs and its sold to cnf, and then the product goes to the lower chain and each one of them keeping the share
in this whole process the company is purely considering indian market as a low grade market and customers as fools .
Due to lack of knowledge of laws and rules and reguation indian consumers are getting fooled daily and these companies are taking advantage of this and making money out of it

now perople will think what happens if one 5 rs pack is having an issue and it can be a manufacturing error, i agree but point here is imagine if the whole
batch having same issue and this is clear case of ignorance and neglegance, what are testing units ment to do then, if these products are not at all tested.

We have purchased Dark Fantasy Choco Fills pack which is under offer, Buy 3 Choco Fills packs and get 1 Coffee fills pack free. In one of the packs, the choco fill had plastic wire apart from chocolate fill. As these cookies or biscuits are purchased for my daughter's consumption, this is very dangerous and will pose major health issues.

I have attached pictures of the biscuits where plastic material is popping our after a bite and looks scary. This has been purchased from Ratnadeep's Himayathnagar Store in Hyderabad.

Have raised so many times my complain but still i am found any thing helpful form your side kindly tell your head person to call me as soon as possible
i bought one 5kg ashirwad atta on june but there was quality issue regarding that product so i raised complain your executives are xalling me but not helping me further only call came but no one is helping
its been 3months now i am waiting your persons are asking my address but now one is still visit

The complaint is against a person who does fraud with the company and earns extra money and at the same time running parallel business, I want to know what action can the company take if the identity of the person is relieved

I purchased Aashirvaad atta from jiomart. Today when I was preparing breakfast I found contamination in atta. I need refund and action against them for not maintaining hygiene.

I am the winner of ashirbad atta contest 2019. It will be declared that i will get 5kg atta every month (upto 12 month). All are going smoothly l have got 3 times 5 kg atta from compan. But last 7 month i have not get any packet, any message from company. It is a reputed company that we know. Please tell me what can i do so that i get the remains prize.

Dear Team, I own a departmental store at Guwahati and is regular retailer of ITC food products since 2016. My store falls under the jurisdiction of On Distributor, Ganeshguri, Guwahati. However pls now that there have been very irregular supply of items to the stores which eventually effecting sales and customer servicing. Om Distributor has not been supplying regularly and their delivery staffs are the worst that we have ever seen.The distributor does not keep their delivery commitments and never worried about retailer's business. As of one instance my last indent was placed on 09.10.2020 and they are yet to deliver the items. On enquiry the salesman very casualy replied that the computers are not working. This is a regular phenomena now..every now and then delivery is delayed. Also the deliverymen throws the items while taking out of the van and do not care about the damaged products.These people need to be changed.
I request you to kindly look into the complaint on a serious note and assist retailers like us.
