Vinayaka enterprise itc distributor is charging 110rs for one 10's packet of small and asking us to sell at 150rs & 200rs for gold flake king 10's packet and asking us to sell at 250.. But the mpr on packet remain the same 100 for small & 165 on kings...

Iam an ex-army person and a retailer in ballygunge military camp in kolkata. I have taken aashirwad atta and yipee, but they have taken the high rates. Like earlier the 5kg atta came in 173.25 but now they have given in 180, and yipee price was 9.06 and now they have taken 9.20. So i just want to enquire about the increase in rates. The rtea has increased ir they are taking false rates in this lock down situation....

Iam a regular customer of american club and Marlboro red but I am not able to purchase a cigrattes because of its over rates.. The local retailers are selling one american for rs 15 and the malboro red for 22 rs.. So I kindly request u to take a action on those retailers.. In sanathnagar Hyderabad 500018...

Charging more than actual cigarette price. now the gold flake per cigarette is 17₹. But in our area they are charging 20₹, 21₹. Please do something about this. The shop keeper is doing this because of some other people saying like in tht area charging this much and all....

This is parthasarathi samanta from haldia. I am a regular customer of gold flake @ rs. 95/. During last one month i have to paid 100/ for a single packet instead of the print rate 95/. Today the retailers are selling @ 110/ per packet. They are saying that they r buying in black.
Kindly look after the issue an solve the problem. Else i will go to consumer forum....

Gold flake light price has been increased now to rs 165, but local retailer in bhubaneswar, odisha were selling it in rs 170. The sales team who is here in bhubaneswar know these facts, but they are not taking any action on it.

Price has been hiked for all brands of itc cigarette by the retailer irrespective of what ever the mrp is.
Please stop this illegal activity....

I had purchased a 300 page exercise notebook of classmate and paid rs.160 for the notebook. Although behind the notebook it was mentioned that there are 300 pages, to my utter disgust i counted and found that there are only 150 pages in the notebook. I was mislead into buying the notebook by a false advertisement and mention by a well reputed brand like classmate....

He delivered us aashirwad aata 2 5kg bag and in one bag 1 5kg aashirwad aata bag is leaked completely and whole aata is spread in the 50kg bag.
When i told him to change he asked us to return all product of itc.

And he has shown too much attitude and he forgot how to talk with shopkeeper.

Many times we have helped him by providing space for display when the company plan for visit and that too free of...

All the itc products suchs as flake, gold flake, navy cut, total etc. Are being sold at a higher price than the printed mrp by the local distributor due to which the retaillers are also selling the products at a 1rupees increased rate to the people on asking to the retail shop owner they are telling that the distributor is selling at a higher rate that is why they are bound to sell at higher rate.
I request the company to keep a close...

I bought a pack of candyman double eclairs and the packing of toffee is very bad. Half of the white covering is badly stick with the chocolate and my kid was almost about to have chocolate with that white packing stick to it.

That white plastic paper is very bad for health if swallowed by the kid

I was eating the chilli spice bingo potato chips..I liked the chips so much and you ### doesn't care about the safety I found cockroaches on that...I chewed also one on them as seriously you guys make things so stupidly.i don't believe this..reply me back asap or else I'm keeping it on Twitter and everywhere possible .I will make sure none eats this ###...

I had recently purchased Aashirwaad wheat flour from big bazar. It was an unopened pack of 2kg and as soon as I opened I could see cockroaches crawling all over, not just one and there were many cockroaches crawling. This is not the first time, a few months priorly also I found some cockroaches in the pack of 5 kg atta. Very disappointing to know that they manufacture such disgusting things being such a big brand....

Hmari shop kali mathiya me 30 salo se chl rhi hai aur yha ka sales person hmari shop pr cigarettes ki supply ni kr rha hai aur jb hm unse milte h to vo khte hai k shop pr he aao 10 bje vi se lelo agr shop pr he mujhe lena ho to aap SO ki facilities kyu dikhate ho pls meri display 200 se bhdaiy aur provide new sales person with new display amounts.....

Please look at the attached photographs of bingo 60gram potato chips packets. On opening the two very same pockets, one had less than 25 grams of chips where as the other had stated 60 grams of chips.

It surely is not a problem or discrepancy of amazon, the vendor who sold and delivered these packs. But it is a malpractice or a discrepancy from the manufacturer which is itc.

I would request you to take this up...

As i am a smoker of king regular cigars i find different prices per pack of 10 cigars in different places in kodagu and mangalore. On 4 nov i bought 1 pack at ujire near dharmasthala for 170 rs. When i asked why he take 20 rs extra the shopkeeper told me that wholeseller doesn't give for wholesale price and he is taking 160 rs per pack. Otherwise no stock. Why should we give more when there is mrp on the pack?. Please enquire....

A shop named annai mobiles in karapakkam at chennai-600097 is charging refrigerated itc products for a higher price than the maximum retail price. That is a 200 ml mountain dew pet bottle is sold for rs.20 when it's maximum retail price is rs.18 only. Please take the necessary action on this as it is highly offensive to sell a product more than its maximum retail price....

Sir so many time i complained regarding my product bingo achar masti in which very bed smell appear and product is not usable for human being.
But i think company have no any solution and coustomer is not valuable for company. No any excautive contact to me from last one month.
When i contact to sales person than he say no any approval provide by company
Please provide my best solution otherwise i goes in consumer...
