Itc, together with its importer to malaysia, are importing aashirvaad atta illegally, without the official import permit, issued by the proper malaysian government authorities.

Your importer is importing illegally, with giving false declaration to customs.
Itc will also be legally liable for the illegal importation., when the customs finds out.

For your own good, itc, please check to see that your importer has the valid license to import
They have been importing, by submitting false document.

Attached is the requirements for the imports of edible wheat flour. From the government website

Importation of eight (8) types of edible wheat flour for human consumption requires a certificate of approval (Coa) issued by sirim qas international. Testing and verification for the certification comply with the malaysian standard ms 85.

White flour.

High protein flour.

Protein-increased flour.

Wholemeal flour.

Atta flour.

I like to get it to your attention that the cigarette brand listed above is been selled for higher price in most of the shops from rs 19 to rs 22
The worst part is shop keeper giving an unsatisfied reply and blaming the dealers are selling it for the higher cost to them...
If they have bought for an higher price from dealer dose it mean the dealers are are cheating because as they are getting it from the distributors too?

Tirumala enterprises, Suryabagh, Vizag (ITC distributor) is selling essential items at a higher price during these COVID pandemic times. The distributor is not even providing the bill for increased prices and keeps inferring that the ITC company has increased the prices as a whole. Please take action against the concerned person.

The ITC cigarette distributor demands for mrp price ...so being a retail how can I sell more than the mrp price ...I seriously don't understand how can the distributor charge the mrp price for the retailer

Dear Sir,
I had placed two orders #2658 and #3063. with ITC store on line
The first order was placed on the 27 Mar 20 and a few days later the second order. Was in touch with the customer care by mail and phone and they explained a delay in delivery. So far so good.
On the 14 Apr the order #3063 was delivered. The first order was not delivered.
I spoke to customer care and wrote a mail also. I was promised that the delivery will be made the next week.
Subsequently all my mails and phones have gone unanswered. No reason for the delay.
This is the first time I have dealt with ITC for on line orders-based mainly on the reputation of the company as an honest Indian company.

Duplicate cigarettes from distributor

This is to inform you that during the "lock down period", we retailers thought there was no supply from yours company via distributor, but we found that there is a smooth supply in other places and we have to purchase the goods going to that place
Without any delivery from the distributor with "high rate" and there are lots of scarcity in it. This purchase made us bitter in eyes to our customers. Now, we are mentally and physically demoralized.
Please help us to make the supply smooth as soon as possible to our beloved customers.
We would be highly obliged if our appeal is accepted, otherwise we would have to take necessary steps against your distributor.

I am a resident of Howrah residing within 1 km range of Howrah Station. In our area, all ITC brand cigarettes are being sold in a price higher than the MRP @ 20-25%.

Under this circumstances, please do the needful at the earliest or else this issue is going to be big in the near future..

The gold flake 10pack kings is selling for 175 INR.where the MRP is mentioned as 150 INR only. When I enquired they are asking to talk to ITC.

This is to bring to your notice that, in bengaluru most of the shops are selling the cigarettes' in high price. Below are the details of the charges
Kings - 260 per 10 sticks
Small - 200 per 10 sticks
Lights - 250 per 10 sticks

There are many others for which they are charging more. When asked they say distributors are charging more. When asked distributor, he say there is no stock due to high demand they purchasing from different vendors.

I would really appreciate if can take some actions on this. Hope to see your actions soon.

Vinayaka enterprise itc distributor is charging 110rs for one 10's packet of small and asking us to sell at 150rs & 200rs for gold flake king 10's packet and asking us to sell at 250.. But the mpr on packet remain the same 100 for small & 165 on kings...

Iam an ex-army person and a retailer in ballygunge military camp in kolkata. I have taken aashirwad atta and yipee, but they have taken the high rates. Like earlier the 5kg atta came in 173.25 but now they have given in 180, and yipee price was 9.06 and now they have taken 9.20. So i just want to enquire about the increase in rates. The rtea has increased ir they are taking false rates in this lock down situation.

Iam a regular customer of american club and Marlboro red but I am not able to purchase a cigrattes because of its over rates.. The local retailers are selling one american for rs 15 and the malboro red for 22 rs.. So I kindly request u to take a action on those retailers.. In sanathnagar Hyderabad 500018

Charging more than actual cigarette price. now the gold flake per cigarette is 17₹. But in our area they are charging 20₹, 21₹. Please do something about this. The shop keeper is doing this because of some other people saying like in tht area charging this much and all.

This is parthasarathi samanta from haldia. I am a regular customer of gold flake @ rs. 95/. During last one month i have to paid 100/ for a single packet instead of the print rate 95/. Today the retailers are selling @ 110/ per packet. They are saying that they r buying in black.
Kindly look after the issue an solve the problem. Else i will go to consumer forum.

Gold flake light price has been increased now to rs 165, but local retailer in bhubaneswar, odisha were selling it in rs 170. The sales team who is here in bhubaneswar know these facts, but they are not taking any action on it.

Price has been hiked for all brands of itc cigarette by the retailer irrespective of what ever the mrp is.
Please stop this illegal activity.

I had purchased a 300 page exercise notebook of classmate and paid rs.160 for the notebook. Although behind the notebook it was mentioned that there are 300 pages, to my utter disgust i counted and found that there are only 150 pages in the notebook. I was mislead into buying the notebook by a false advertisement and mention by a well reputed brand like classmate.

He delivered us aashirwad aata 2 5kg bag and in one bag 1 5kg aashirwad aata bag is leaked completely and whole aata is spread in the 50kg bag.
When i told him to change he asked us to return all product of itc.

And he has shown too much attitude and he forgot how to talk with shopkeeper.

Many times we have helped him by providing space for display when the company plan for visit and that too free of cost.
