We have purchased above frozen food item from dmart Store bhayandar west on 18.05.2023 at 12.55 pm vide tax invoice No[protected] & paid through debit card on cashier tg/070592 of dmart price rs 149.50.
the item title Itc master chef veggie pizza pocket 9 pcs of 340 grm. manufacturing dt 28.02.2023 & expiry dt 28.02.2024 pkd batch no[protected] . on monday 22.05.2023 my wife going to fried this food item it spread bad smell like food damaged & spoiled she try to taste 1 piece of it & kept in mouth she is filling bad smell food like fizzy water & omit the same & thrown all 9 pcs in dustbin. our complaint it that when food expiry in feb 24 how it was spoiled. we request to dmart or itc company replace the item or credit the amt in next bill adjustment. we have attached photographs herewith for the references. hope quick action in the matter. thanks & regards rajesh s medhekar - 91 - [protected]

      I want you know that the Gold flake cigarette priced at Rs 95 per pack that is sold in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir is very acrid in taste and the cigarettes of other companies that are low priced are better than that . I have been smoking since last 12 years and I am astonished the way goldflake Rs 95 packet is in taste nowadays . It seems the bad quality tobacco is used or something else . I would like to address this issue or else many customers will switch to other brands.

          I worked in ITC infotech and was supposed to recieve night shift allowance, when i worked for 21 days in night shift last year

          i left ITC infotech in may 2022 due to toxic work culture and they should have processed the 21 days night shift allowance at 350 per day with my full and final, but all they do is delay,
          its been more than 9 days and they are not giving my money back

            ITC Infotech hasnt paid my shift allowances, and its been 9 months now

            I used to work for ITC infotech and we had a night shift allowance policy.

            i worked in night shift for 21 days and was supposed to be paid 350*21

            i left the job in may 2022 and was told it will be paid with my full and final .
            since then, i have been following up with them and every time they tell me that they are taking approvals, its been 9 months and the money hasnt been paid,
            i have sent them...

              We are having the complimentary nights Vouchers, which got expired on 31-Jan-2023, though we had booked that for 30-Jan-2023, but due to some urgencies and unavoidable circumstances, he was not able to get this opportunity to stay at your hotel.

                    I stayed in ITC Chola hotel from 10-Dec-22 to 16-dec-22 and at the time of my check-in, I gave my business card along with my membership number noted on it. But at the check-out time they not transferred my reward points to my membership id. On the same called customer care and they said the Reception team is looking after this and will get back, but no one came till today. Later spoke to the Duty manager about the same. Though I got a mail from him, till today it was not actioned. Reminder mails are also sent but still no response

                      I am regular customer of ITC classic regular cigarettes. I am residing at Deolali Nashik . I am a Colonel from Indian Army. For last few days I am getting Classic regular cigarettes which have long sticks inside and on smoking give a pungent smell and have to be reignited again.on reporting the matter to dealership at Nashik road they say they supply what they get..If I want more he can get only 5 month old stock as even nov 22 is not available It is really shocking. Company of such repute is playing with customers of their premium brand. Attitude is utterly irresponsible Action taken should be intimated at the earliest.

                        I am a Retailer at Jaipur, Rajasthan. I am a big purchaser of ITC products from Jaipur distributor.
                        But he cheated us, he sent nearby expiry items to our store, and said if they got expired we will replace them. But from last 1 year he is not responding to our calls and messages. I visited his office and he clearly denied to replace my expiry.

                        What should i do now?
                        I will file a complaint now in Consumer Court, but before i request you to clear the matter outside it.

                          I have recently purchased yippee four in one pack, which have some plastic cardboard inside it to align noodles but it have some chemical smell which was imparted to the noodles. After cooked it contained chemical smell and taste(it makes it worse to eat).
                          It should be considered serious concern about yippee large pack. ITC should change their packing of it.

                            Purchased Aashirvaad multigrain atta 5kg from bigbasket on oct 13 3022. Realised floor has lot of worms on dec 12th before expiry of product (27 dec 2023). My family is eating this for a while. When I called bigbasket, no proper response on action from their end & in fact they are saying only 7 days replacement. Please save our nation from such adultered food. For people who read this, please dont trust the products just by brand like I did. Be cautious to see what is inside. Now I feel guilt for serving such poor quality food for my family for past how many days which I don't know :-( I have photos and videos captured in case if this complaint really goes to next level

                              I've been consuming Aashirvaad atta for more than ten years. Last week, I bought 5 kg of it because the roti I was making smelled like chlorine and I couldn't eat it.

                                I have applied for the Personal Loan in HDFC Bank and it is not approved and got declined. I checked with an executive who was my loan consultant saying that you have attached a fake Bank statement in 2017 with the HDFC loan application But currently, I'm having problems with the loan with all the banks because HDFC says you have submitted manipulated Bank statement and your HDFC LOAN DEPARTMENT staff member demand corruption amount ₹30000 for loan PROCESSING . I have denied to pay than after today I am facing lots of issue and your staff member updated the same status in the portal and fraud list. I request to you please clear my case from the hunter. I'm not a fraud and I can prove it. please review it to get it sorted out, it's about my career as I can't apply for the loan if you don't clear it from the fraud list. Requesting to you please please review and clear the case from the hunter list

                                    Dear Sir/Ma’am

                                    I reside in Bhopal, M.P. India.
                                    Due to the events that have occurred until now, I am concerned that your online ITC Store team will not deliver the order and my amount will not be refunded to me. Hence I write.

                                    I had placed order via your online ITC Store on 24 NOV 2022, the details of which are below:
                                    Order #603555 for Rs.841.00.

                                    The orders were scheduled to be delivered by 29 NOV 2022. However, they were not.

                                    When I enquired, they told me my order no. is not valid, then I sent them a mail with payment confirmation and there own mail of the order confirmation on 29 NOV 2022. They raised the ticket against my complaint. I was fine with this.

                                    On 30 nov 2022, I call them on there customer no. to take the followup of my complaint. Again i got the same reply, we keep this on our high priority but still today(02 nov 2022) there is progress from there side.

                                    1. There is no tracking system for me to see how the order is progressing. How will I receive communication on this issue?
                                    2. I have not received responses from your support team in spite of writing several emails to them.
                                    3. Not a good customer care support by ITC?
                                    5. What is your escalation path if I do not receive my delivery?
                                    6. Who do I complain to, for this harrowing experience?

                                    Kindly let me know what to do?
