[Resolved] Ixigo — money didn't refund | |||
On 04th may 2019 at 08:11 am, i tried to book train ticket from ballari to secunderabad through ixigo train app and gone for upi paytm payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.549.88 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this. These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me.. And refund my ammount Was this information helpful? | |||

Today I paid the train ticket amount 570 rupees from phone Pay account. And I didn't get the ticket but the amount is deducted from my account. Please refund my money as early as possible. Or send me the phone number where I can contact to ixigo. My contact number is [protected].
