We understand that your concern is regarding Trip Id <IXITR[protected]>. We regret that your ticket could not be issued even when amount was charged. This happens in a very rare scenario when railway servers don't respond properly and hence, PNR is not generated. However, your full amount has been already refunded to your bank and complete transaction details along with refund reference numbers have been shared over e-mail. Please check your inbox for the same. We'd request you to please check your bank statement to see the refund amount as some banks don't notify via sms when refund is credited.

On dated 16 Sept 2018 I was booked my ticket from Delhi to Silchar. In that order your company show 600 rs cash back but I have not received yet.my complaint submitted for your appropriate action please.
Murali, Sir i was booked a ticket from tirunelveli to chennai pnr [protected]...some health issuse i can't go chennai at particular date so i cancelled my ticket on 19.09.18... but still i have not collect my refund...so that y i filled this complaint to you...pls taken on my complaint to process immediately and bring it back to my amount short...
Yesterday morning I booked a train it took to the payment page n Amount had been deducted bt booking had failed then where my deducted amount..?? Plz book the ticket r plz refund d amount by today itself
