[Resolved] Ixigo — refund immediately

I have tried booking tickets multiple times.. Both the times my booking failed and my money is still pending with you.. My payment id's are 2m3v2ull7uli59h6pc which i tried booking on 21 april at 7:48 pm and the other payment id is 2msbq3gvlmzncfjqg5 which i booked on 23 april at 10:20 am through upi.. Please refund my money.. All my money is stucked
I want to book my tickets immediately and this mess happened because of your app
Please resolve my matter as soon as possible

Please be informed booking against the shared id had failed and refund shall reflect into your bank account within 5 working days as per bank refund policies. You would get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your payment statement.
Rest assured! Your money is safe and will surely be refunded to your bank.
