I have tried booking tickets multiple times.. Both the times my booking failed and my money is still pending with you.. My payment id's are 2m3v2ull7uli59h6pc which i tried booking on 21 april at 7:48 pm and the other payment id is 2msbq3gvlmzncfjqg5 which i booked on 23 april at 10:20 am through upi.. Please refund my money.. All my money is stucked
I want to book my tickets immediately and this mess happened because of your app
Please resolve my matter as soon as possible

Please be informed booking against the shared id had failed and refund shall reflect into your bank account within 5 working days as per bank refund policies. You would get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your payment statement.

Rest assured! Your money is safe and will surely be refunded to your bank.

I booking train ticket on 14 April but payment is taken on bank but booking failure I need my full amount Rupees 9941 plz solve my problem my order I'd is IXITR[protected] so refund I want plz which date my refund is come to my bank

I book a ticket from Raipur to agara cant
08/04/2019 at 17:25 hrs OrdeID:IXITR[protected] but booking is pending and money deducted my account 489.36 so please refund my money to my account
I booked train ticket on14/04/2019 renigunta to howrah but booking failure amount is taken but refund is not come in bank plz solve my problem
My amount was wrongly deducted from account while ticket booking on 11 apr 2019 aprox time 14:51 .when I was booking ticket from secunderabad to manmad but the process of ticket booking was not completed, There is no ticket was booked
So please refund my deducted balance
We booked a bus ticket on 21 St April for going from Eluru to Banglore bus in big bus 12 u seat no we booked the ticket on date 11 on your ixigo App money payed by card money was cutted from bank 1992/-Rs but confirmed message did not came to our phone or email
Payment debited from my account but ticket not confirmed but amount refund not credited to my account
