I booked 2 tickets from ahmadabad to rajkot for 2nd nov, 2018 & rajkot to mumbai central both the bookings were in duronto express, payment id 1. (Qg9raxhaoclqx2xjn) rs 1, 384. & 2. (Qgb5x26s8bt856x6b) rs.1, 746. I booked both the tickets on 31st oct at about 1830hrs, but its been quite a few hours that there has been no status generated and payment has been made successfully. I am not able to book my ticket now as it is an urgent requirement. Please do the needful and refund my amount as soon as possible.
Its been almost 15 hrs till now and the booking is still pending.
