[Resolved]  Ixigo — train tickets refund

Sir, i book my train ticket from thiruvarur to japur... The amount was deducted... After the confirmation captcha was not supported my mobile keyboard... So the booking was failed... When i get my refund amount? I want it immediately... Because, i have to book train tickets immediately... I am getting problem... Please help me to refund my money rs. 1611.36 as soon as possible...

When i booked this flight it says it is non stop
Now in this e ticket it is showing that this flight has 1 stop in ranchi

Payment of Rs. 3243 deducted but ticket comfirmation still pending and no refund yet. Really disappointed with ixigo sevices. their contact numbers are also switched off. No replies on email also. Please help with the refund.
