Sir i have bought red chief mens leather rust boots from amazon.in on 18 august 2018 at 7:14 pm at a cost price of rs.1826. I have made an online payment of rs. 1745 by jkbank master card and rest of the payment of rs. 81 by amazon pay. Then i cancelled my order and received a refund of rs.81of amazon pay but not received the payment of rs. 1745. Whereas i contacted customer care of amazon.in they said me they have refunded the whole amount and it will appear on 29 of aug 2018 but the same was not received by me from j&k bank ltd.
Here is the referencence number: 202054 which amazon has sent to me.
Please resolve the matter soon.

    Hi sir my i’d is amir8741256. And account no. [protected]. Of name amir bashir bhat... I have my e-banking on but i don’t have access to make online transactions so i request you to allow the time respective service that everyone is enjoying... I am studying abroad so i want to use your service appropriately and selectively as all my friends are enjoying it. I had thought that the sbi bank is working good in foreign but i was wrong our jandk banks is lot more beneficial and supportive in every sense. It is now developing with dynamic progress in technology and modernization. Thanks

      Dear sir/ madam,
      This is with regards my salary account number [protected] maintained in your jk bank b/u noor bagh, srinagar. I am using this account from past 9 years and i just need this account to get my salaries from employer as i am just a private employ. The account does not possess any huge transactions and neither i’m using any credit card / loan facilities from the bank. I just have debit card and the charges for same are regularly deducted from my account after every quarter.
      This is not the first time that my account has got deductions on the head of lien balance and often creates serious problems for me when i need to pay someone. I have limited amount of money in my account and the same is credited to different parties on every interval. But such kind of deductions always creates very much problems for me. This was the only reason that i opened a new account at b/u lal bazar which is already linked to my main account because i was tired of these uneven deductions from jk bank b/u noor bagh officials for no genuine reason.
      I request the concerned authorities to kindly credit the same balance to my account as soon as possible or else i may switch to some other banks which are providing accounts on zero balance scheme.

        I request you to please undertake that bank branch of zirpora bijbihara ang has always created a problem with us (Bharti infratel ltd) via payment stops against all airtel towers which is approximate above 12 lacs always and every time when we ask them including branch manager, they always refuses and didn't give any support

          The jammu and kashmir bank branch baniha misleading the clients having very cheap knowledge in banking system.
          If im suppose to withdraw my money twice or thrice in a month what problem they have how can denied me to withdraw my amount any time.
          If i need availing e-banking service why they denied to proved these services.
          If i transfer my amount to other branch or account why they interfare and denied me to do so.
          I request the employees may please be investigated why they could not provide these services otherwise i will take other step to teach them a lesson.

              This is the email i received;

                I feel very sorry to say u that the service o[censored]r bank is worst.my one of client give me check of seelo branch.i deposit it at Rohama rafiabad but the cashier said there is no amount in this account but there was much more cash in account.it was emergency at that time.the employees o[censored]r bank r no good.we r not setisfied with Ur service i know u will not take action on them because everyone is corrept hare in j&k .it is 21th centurie today is strong technology but Ur employees are not polite they have ego.so my advice is try to make Ur employees polite and cooperative thanks.

                with due respect i want to say tht j&k bank is worst bank i have ever seen, sir 4 months they leaned 1000 of my balance, after tht i went to branch they did email ro some one ...thy said my balance will b credited .but sir it is 5 months coming im not getting any balance ...plz resolve this issue ... it would b ur most kindness...
                It Worlds worst bank such a worst experience with Jammu & Kashmir bank every time the bank server issue is there and the MPay is not working all the time showing time out an error I will recommend people please do not open an account in Jammu & Kashmir it is better if you can open the account in HDFC or ICICI bank or any other bank who will provide you the better service but please do not open the account in this worst bank
                All the complaint i have seen are correct...I also experienced that jk bank totally worst..It Worlds worst bank such a worst experience with Jammu & Kashmir bank every time the bank server issue is there and the MPay is not working all the time showing time out an error I will recommend people please do not open an account in Jammu & Kashmir it is better if you can open the account in HDFC or ICICI bank or any other bank who will provide you the better service but please do not open the account in this worst bank

                  Respected sir;
                  I am working in j&k bank unit wachi as sweeper from last one year. Fortunately the j&k bank ltd. has decided to regularize the services of all the sweepers who are presently working as sweepers in the various branches through respective zonal heads. But to my utter surprise i came to know that for wachi branch the post for sweeper has been kept vacant.
                  Accordingly it is prayed that my name should be incorporated in sweeper list for wachi branch so that justice is done.

                    I Accounts manager Govt District Hospital Bandipora want to bring in your notice that business unit wullar branch Bandipora are not doing their work for which they are paid. They always make us and people suffer as they don't do GOVT transactions on time.
                    We are made to visit several times to branch to get our transactions done. Even they don't clear salary advices of employees on time .
                    They pass buck from one employee to another for approving one transactions .
                    Several times Branch was requested to mend the arrogant behaviour of his employees but nothing happened on ground .
                    They make us to suffer for PFMS portal as they always excuse for one of the other reason.
                    We have submitted PFMS advices before two days but still they are pending in the bank.
                    Kindly look into the matter otherwise we will be left with no other means rather than to write the finance department to stop PFMS portal in District Bandipora

                            It was 3rd june 2018 i did a debit card transaction towards the central university of haryana and Rajisthan for counseling regetration but due to some technical reasons transaction failed . J & k bank debited Rs 504.50 from my acct [protected] branch: Deethu .Then i complained at the same branch they forwarded my application, but i didn't get my refund

                                Today i went to the bank regarding my Loan case but the staff namely anees drassi make undisciplined behaviour with us and give us warns that he could do any thing .He has no sense of discipline how to talk with the customers.he is showing his extra attitude. So we the customer of sankoo bank request to u sir plzzzzzzzzzz transfer this misbehaviour staff from our branch and give a n honest staff against his post.

                                      I also had been charged 282 rupees for closing my current account which is against their service charges schedule.

                                        Sir i have an account at tp kulgam under account no. Sb 10336 and i am a guarantee of an employee he has himself a salary account in the same branch.. But it is very unfortunate the concerned bank officials freezing my account without interfering his own salary account untill he withdrawn his salary. They are doing this from last two months in this way i have been losing trust on jk bank.. So i request to ur good self please look at the matter... Wating for ur respond.

                                        My transanction from jk bank to paytm bank failed...but the money has been debitted...Kindly tell me how many days will it take to get refunded
