ticket Cancellation Refund not processed

The ticket cancelled on 29th July amount is still not processed and amount not refunded I call their customer care, i don get proper response, i am asked to send mail to [protected]@jetairways and i dont get response from them. Every time i talk to any executive, they will tell that they will send a refund recipt and no one know whats the status of money....

The worst cabin crew ever !

I was sick during the 9 hours flight from Mumbai to Paris. Infections on injuries on my left knee and left hand declared during the flight and it was very painful. Request to refund the money fro the PNR no: QATMOZ
