The ticket cancelled on 29th July amount is still not processed and amount not refunded I call their customer care, i don get proper response, i am asked to send mail to [protected]@jetairways and i dont get response from them. Every time i talk to any executive, they will tell that they will send a refund recipt and no one know whats the status of money.

i had called up customer care and spoke to a supervisor there and he verifuied and confirmed that its pending and finally the amount got credited to my account

    I booked a London-Delhi-Chandigarh and back airticket. PNR NSASAU. Outgoing 31 January 2014 and back 10 Feb 2014. The Delhi to Chandigarh sector was cancelled on both ways. The company made no arrangements for my onward travel and offered me a refund of just 11.80 pounds out of a total ticket price on 520 pounds. Jet airways Ref No: BOM/CQI/NS/020514/7591613‏. I have written to Jet Airways number of times but they have not prvidedme with the details of calculation of my refund amount. They have refused to provide any compensation. I need a detailed calculation of my refund and a suitable compensation

      First of all thank you for SPOILING my day. My pnr is HQELHM I was travelling from Ktm on 9W 0259 and had a connecting flight 9W 0834 from Delhi to Bangalore. I was accompanied by a jet airways official at Delhi airport for my flight to Bangalore. I even checked with him beforehand whether I would be able to check in one of my baggage as I wanted to purchase a liquor and was assured it would be done then only I bought. After reaching the check in counter I was told that I wont be able to check in so I was TOLD by jet officials to throw away my $50 liquor despite requesting several times. Most amusingly when I said its not my fault that the connecting time is ridiculously low I was told that "You are the one who bought the ticket", oh how much I regret that I did that and will make sure no one in my close vicinity will ever make a mistake of buying Jet Airways tickets again. Not to forget I had to run 15 mins with my two cabin baggage due to which my legs are still cramped. This is totally unacceptable and I will do what it takes to file a consumer complaint regarding this. Saddest thing is Delhi airport is an interface for most tourists and if this is the kind of experience they get after reaching a country I can imagine why the perception of so many about the people here is so bad so please be responsible about the image of the country at least. I have never had a worse experience than this specially because of the jet staff at delhi. I hope you guys who call themselves a premier airlines will at least show some courtesy to reply and recover my financial loss.         I was sick during the 9 hours flight from Mumbai to Paris. Infections on injuries on my left knee and left hand declared during the flight and it was very painful. I asked the crew some betadine to desinfect the injury and the just gave me hot water ! After 5 hours suffering they finally gave me some basic medical care. After landing in Paris I was directly transfered to hospital where they stop the infection. During all the flight, no one of the crew tried to help me or to minimize my uncomfort. I will never fly again with jet airways.

          I had a horrible experience in my recent travel from Paris to Hyderabad. (Details: 10-Aug Paris to Mumbai, PNR: RSBODM, 11-Aug, Mumbai to Hyderabad, PNR: JAKMVJ) I was flying business class throughout and had a change in Mumbai. I had checked-in one of my bags as fragile from Paris (also got another fragile tag fixed in Mumbai when I changed to domestic flight). However, when I received my bag, its lock was damaged (photo attached). It took me and the Jet Airways Hyderabad airport manager over 10 mins to open the bag. Post which we saw that the bottles bought from duty free were also damaged and had leaked in the bag. The bag had multiple fragile tags while checking in but when I received it, the condition of the tags and the bag was bad (photo attached). Despite, this not only was the ground staff rude but grossly incompetent. Miss Sangeetha B, a ground staff in Hyderabad, treated me rudely and gave illogical arguments. The explanation given by her : "Sir, at times during luggage handling the fragile tags do come off and then we treat the bags non-fragile. It's not our fault that your bag got damaged." This implies that it's the passenger's duty to make sure bag tags stay on the bag till the end of the journey. If that was not enough, the airport manager in Hyderabad, Mr Abhijit Angolkar, proved that rationality has no place in Jet Airways. Due to the damage on the bag, the champagne bottles sealed in the duty free bag got damaged and had leaked within the bag. I have attached picture of what happened to the bill inside the bag. But in Mr Abhijit's words "Sir it must be a manufacturing defect in the champagne bottle that it leaked, as I don't see a big crack. Hence its not our fault that you lost your bottles". The airport manager blamed the construction of champagne bottle, rather than owning up the damage done by their luggage handling team. I reached out to Jet Airways directly (compliant number: BOM/CCI/AD/180814/4655074) handled by Mr Anil D'Souza, who again instead of owning up the mistake, gave me a disclaimer that they are not responsible for any damages to the fragile bags. I am not looking for any financial redressal but I want to make sure that such incompetent airlines (and their rude incompetent staff) don't get an opportunity to get away with this.

            Dear all, I would like to lodge a formal complaint against your airline staff and booking policies. Me and my friend were due to fly on the JetKonnect flight from mumbai-kozhikode on 8th April at 11 35 am after flying in from ahmedabad early in the morning. We approached the check in counter at 9 45am, we were met by front desk office Ms. Jennifer. At first, she asked us to adjust our luggage. On asking her for seats together, she told us she will try her best. While we were waiting, she never gave us a clear picture on the situation. At 10 05am she told us that there were no seats on the flights as the flight was overbooked, we were asked to wait till 11am. We patiently waited till 11am extending our full cooperation. At 11am she tells us that we were being issued standby boarding passes, incase of no show we would be allowed to fly. Please note that this was after arriving on the airport well before time and having booked our tickets well in advance! We asked to speak to the supervisor in charge, at 11 15am Ms.Leoine came and spoke to us and we explained that this situation is totally unacceptable as we needed to attend our brother's wedding on the very same day at 6 30pm. She said that they would book us to a flight to kochi and give us a compensation of Rs.3000 per passenger. Cochi (Btw...for everyone who isn't aware) is 250 kms away from our destination in kozhikode, which is 4 hrs by road. She informed us that the kochi flight would leave at 1 25pm and arrive at kochi at 3 35pm and we could take a cab thereafter, which we will have to manage on our own.In the mean time, we were told that they have requested other passengers if they could postpone their flights. We refused to accept this as a plausible solution. We then asked to speak to some senior manager. After waiting for 30 mins for the manager to appear, with Noone attending to us in the mean time Mrs.Anamika Rane approached and explained the same option to us again. We refused to budge, they projected the whole situation to us like "take it or leave it". We demanded some higher authorities too look into the same, but in vain.After a lot of discussion, we requested them to atleast pre-book the cab for us at the cochi airport to ensure no further wastage of time! They refused to do that as well saying it's not possible that we have to go there and book ourselves, which we forced to do. We were told that someone would assist us at the kochi airport. Once, we arrived at the kochi airport there was Noone to assist us. Later someone from jetairways appeared and she too was of no help at all, she left us saying she would be back in 30 mins. We managed the cab transport on our own. After lot of traffic and hassles, we reached kozhikode only at pm, ensuring we had missed the whole function! The cab transport cost us Rs.4825 + Rs.80 (toll), leaving us with 495 rupees compensation per pax. Our issue isn't the financial compensation only, jet airways sent 2 women travellers to unsafe and unknown zone to figure their ways around for no mistake of theirs. Your airlines is a big disappointment! We originally live in dubai and are frequent international and domestic travellers, we have never faced such a taxing situation while travelling with any other airline. Your airlines forced us into an unacceptable situation by all standards and subjected us to emotional and physical harassment. Your staff lacks empathy, all they could do was say "they were sorry". We were told IATA allows the airline to overbook each flight by 5-10%, so they cannot help us at all. This leads to another question, so is IATA to be blamed for this harassment. Mumbai-kozhikode has very few flights and overbooking on such routes is completely obnoxious! Please let us know who can we turn to in such situations. I would be approaching the consumer court and all leading domestic and international newspapers and media channels because this is totally unacceptable. Jet Airways, today has lost us as customers for good. We have attached all proofs for our travel. Kindly also note, our friend who was travelling on same flight that once she explained our situation to certain fellow passengers, they told her if informed or asked they would be willing to give up their seats, which leads us to believe that the airline took no effort to try! "Customer is the king" is the principle that is followed by all service oriented industries but I will not say the same for your airlines. You have Zero customer service. I would rephrase the principle for JetAirways "customer is the donkey"

              Hi, I am kalyan. I booked a round trip from hyderabad to mumbai on 4th Sep 2014, PNR number is PVIIJN. But unfortunately two PNR's got generated "PVIIJN" and "QATMOZ" and amount got deducted twice. PNR no"QATMOZ" got genrated but no ticket booked in my name.                 I am Ram Awatar Sharma, I booked flight no. 9w2395 to travel to Indore from Mumbai on 12.09.14, I have reached at single baggage counter at exact 5.30 am, but no one was there. Then I approached to Ms. Nasha at nearby counter for help looking to the urgency, but she refused to help and told me go to the queue. After 5 minutes, I was able to reach at counter 50 after passing through the queue, there was no announcement for indore flight, I met to Mr. Farzan he was very reluctant to talk to me and when he saw my ticket without checking anything, he straightway refused me to issue boarding pass, though I had done web checkin. Then I contacted to Ms. Tesi at 5.40 am, she tried to talk somebody overphone and then replied to me that it is better for me to book next flight of 10.45 after adjusting the balance of cancellation existing ticket. The whole staff were very non cooperative, arrogant and not ready to listen. If they want to help me, they can easiely print boarding pass from kiosk, because I had already done the webcheckin.

My money has been debited from my bank a/c but tkt couldn't be generated. The txn no. for the same is IGX1178138 and the amount involved is Rs 7788/-. The tkt was cancelled. 3. The PNR i checked from customer care is WLRGRS. 4. in this regard i received a mail from your office giving a refund ref no. MSB[protected] on 16 aug 2014 but the amount has not been credited in my a/c till date. 5. You are requested to make arrangements to refund my money in my bank a/c no.                       We were travelling to bangkok from delhi and our flight was delayed by 5hrs as per airport authority so we went back our home.But fortunately my son called the airport to know about flight after 2hrs and they said it is going to take of in an hour or so. Then we ran towards airport and catches our flight. That was very tough to take that flight my email id is [protected]@ymail.com

                        Kindly refund my amount because it was cut twice for the same journey.When I
                        Use online payment option first time, Due to Technical error, amount got deducted but ticket was not generated, but when I do on the second time it is successful and both the amount is cut from my

                          I wish to lodge a complaint with your organisation for the way I recently was treated by Jet Airways. I booked a trip earlier this year through the website opodo.fr from Paris to Delhi via Mumbai. I was due to return to Paris on the 17th August and ended up being stuck in Mumbai area for a number of days. I spent that time trying to get Jet Airways to reply to my phone calls and emails to try and get them to fly me back to Paris, all to no avail.I landed in Mumbai from Delhi on the 16th August at around 10PM and was due to fly out to France a few hours later, ie at 2AM on August 17th. It is then that Jet Airways announced to me that they wouldn't let me check in eventhough I had a legitimate booking. The only reason they gave was that my name was not on the passenger list. I then contacted Opodo and they sent me a new booking for a later flight the same day. Jet Airways again denied me the right to check in. I have proof that I was due to fly that day as the service manager for Jet Airways at the airport printed off a copy of the flights I had booked from Paris (all with Jet Airways) and it clearly shows I was booked on a flight that day to Paris. The document I have is my possession and is called a "Virtual Coupon Record".Opodo and Jet Airways are now ignoring all my requests for help and compensation that I have made via phone call or email.I incurred numerous expenses such as hotel, taxi, phone calls in order to try and break the deadlock with these 2 companies, all to no avail. I estimate the total loss I have suffered to be about GBP1000.May I add that dealing with the JA staff at the Mumbai airport proved to be a horrible experience. I got nowhere.I would be grateful if you could advise what my rights are and how I can obtain compensation from Jet Airways and/or Opodo.

                            I (Rajni Thakur) was travelled Jonehessbrug to Mumbai on 31 Aug (flight no. SA284) and took connecting flight from Mumbai to Bangalore (flight no. 9W381) on 1 Sep. South African airlines told me my luggage check in through Bangalore, when I landed in Mumbai airport I checked same with jet airways do I need to collect my luggage here they said its connecting flight you will get your luggage directly in Bangalore but when I reached Bangalore my luggage was not arrived. It is in Mumbai only with custom. No body is guiding me the correct procedure to get my luggage. I reported this issue at Bangalore airport to jet airways staff(Mr. Nishat/Abhinav-[protected]) he gave me copy of custom ( BOMSA11170 and BOMSA11171) attaching same in the mail for your reference. All are asking to Send mail only from Jetairways . Then i got a call from Mumbai (Jet airways) Saying that we have your one Bag and we will send that from earliest flight.I said two bags are there not one than JetAirways executive disconnect the call and we are keep calling then but no response from them. Jetairways is worst worst service ever . I need compensation for my Time waste. Regards, Rajni Thakur

                              I booked a ticket with PNR- ULJNFO, RISJEM ; Flt-9W-824-9W-4607, the travel being from Trivandrum to New Delhi with one stop at Bangalore by Jet Airways on 31.8.14, scheduled to depart at 6.05am from Trivandrum and I reached the counter by 5.22 am. As I was coming all the way from Chenganur to Trivandrum Airport, my driver lost his way to Airport and we reached at 5.22am. As I approached the counter and showed Mr.Varghese, my ticket and he told bluntly that the counter is closed. I told him, " please do something; I am not that late either to not consider." He said that the boarding is closed. I asked him that I wanted to speak to his superior. He told its of no use. I begged him to please let me talk to his superior but he was indifferent. One lady came out of the cabin and Mr. Varghese asked her that I wanted to board. She said, " its impossible ", with an indifferent, callous gesture and went away. I requested Mr. Varghese again but he kept on talking to someone at the counter as if he doesn't have ears. After about 10 minutes he told the flight left. I asked him if the Flight leaves before 5. 35 ? but he kept mum.Some of the Airport staff told that these creatures are arrogant and many passengers have left in tears at many times if they are a bit late. The quality of people at Trivandrum Airport Jet counter and the superiors is at par with the sweeper and Wardboy of Government Hospitals. God knows if my ticket was cancelled as the staff at the counter outside of the Airport told me that he cancelled the ticket. I've seen passengers who are late being escorted at last minute by the staff and their names being announced continuously before close down of boarding at other Airports. Was it not possible for Jet staff to consider a man who is late by a few minutes .Can it be confirmed, the time of last boarding and if it was possible for them to make me board and if the flight go before the scheduled time . Is the Jet Officials not liable to explain and work out the possibility if passenger reaches late. I enquired with the Indigo staff and they told me that till 20 minutes to the departure time, they consider boarding How can Jet have people who doesn't even want to speak and explain a passenger . What is the status of my ticket which was cancelled by the staff . I had to shelled out 17000 Rs for the next flight to Delhi. Will I get my refunds, will action be taken against the erring Jet staff

                                It has been one of the most horrific, disgusting, sickening, and the worst experience of having travelled by Jet Airways to India for a vacation which my family was keen and eagerly looking forward to for many months. Right from the start of leaving YYZ, our experience with check in formalities, either by using Web Check in or calling in the customer service has been deploring. The seats assigned to us at the time of booking the tickets was changed at the last minute and seats were all over the plane, and with a child traveling, there should have been consideration that the mother and child need to travel together. To add to this initial horrific experience is the next saga of missing baggages…my flight from BRU to AUH (Aug 11) was delayed due to which the flight departed late and arrived late at AUH, and the connecting flight to BLR was missed. The next flight to BLR was next morning and I had to spend more than 12 hours at the airport, and finally when I landed at BLR the next day again late by 2 hours, I land without my bags. This is after traveling for more than 30 hours and the stress and trauma that I had to go through….Assurances, promises that the bags will be delivered to my home by next morning was made, but it never happened. I had to spend the next 4 days calling and chasing people all over to find out the status of my bags. The call center people had no clue or idea as to what was the status of the bags…first of all it’s a nightmare to reach someone on the toll free # who can understand and efficiently respond to questions and queries…..they are like parrots who have been told to read responses from a written script and they don’t deviate from it…when asked that the call be directed to their supervisor or manager - the response is “Sorry” we cannot do that, or “ we are not allowed to give that information”…..is this the way a call center functions… Do me a favor Mr Goyal……invest some training dollars in your staff…let them understand and learn as to how to deal with customers and not be responding to a written script. This is not how call centers function all over the world. Also provide them some knowledge and understanding of the geography of India…let them know where Bangalore is and where is Mysore on the map of India. Your call center folks (I had to speak to 19 of them) over the 4 days to ask about missing bags, and their response was where is Mysore? How far is it from BLR? Seriously!! After all this the day I was to leave Mysore I was told that the bags are in BLR airport and they will be delivered the next morning. Each and every call center personnel had different answers over the past 4 days, and each one said that they will be delivered either in the morning, afternoon, evening on each day from Aug 11, 12, 13 & 14. I was shocked and distraught at the responses and still did not have a clear idea. Finally the agents at the BLR airport said that the bags will be on a BUS which will come to Mysore Bus Station at 2.30 pm in the afternoon and that I should go and collect the bags….really….!!! this is one of the most disgusting and wretched response…I had no choice but to go and collect them, as I Needed them most desperately. Can I ask you who is going to re-imburse me for the clothes and daily things I needed during the 4 days without my bags, who is going to pay for the innumerable STD calls that I had to make to all Jet offices to find out the status of the bags, who is going to pay for the transportation cost from my home to the Bus station to retrieve my bags? YOU? Well, the saga does not end here….this is on my return trip back to YYZ on Aug 28. Due to heavy rains and traffic snarls at PNQ airport, I arrived 5 mins late at the counter, and there was still 45 mins left for the flight to Delhi, but the lady at the check-in did not allow us check-in and were told that boarding was complete. She said that we should have done a web check in, however the web check in did not work, and there was an error message that we should see someone at the counter…..She did not even have the courtesy to hear us she just refused to check them in and started talking on the phone. There was absolutely no consideration given to the fact that I was travelling alone with my kid who were already worn out after such a long journey. I had a connection from Delhi @ 2.40 am to BRU and then on wards to YYZ by Jet and not by any other airline. After pleading and requesting to be considerate, she advised that we should go and check with Air India, IndiGO, GO Air and other airlines if they have 2 seats and if they can accommodate us, but to our luck none of them had seats and claimed to be full. With the risk of missing our connection at Delhi, and being in a state of panic and stress, there was no solution forthcoming. After pleading and begging, finally I was advised that the only choice is to book online and pay a separate fare for traveling on AI to Delhi, which I did and finally landed at midnight at Delhi and made sure that I connected to flight to YYZ. Let me ask you, who is going to pay me or reimburse me for the extra cost that I had to incur for traveling to Delhi on AI? YOU? Would you have paid me for the fare to YYZ, if I had not made the connection at Delhi? Who is going to compensate for the all stress, trauma, grief that I have experienced with Jet? Can you quantify a $$ value? We book our tickets many months in advance and upfront our hard earned after tax dollars to get value for the service. If we had invested the $$ I would have probably earned interest. Would you compensate me the loss in interest earned? In spite of paying for the tickets upfront, there was no gratification and nothing but misery. Mr Goyal, I have traveled a lot and do travel each and every week…and have never had such a bad experience with any other airline. There is a lot to be desired with Jet and suggest that a learning experience with major North American & European carriers be undertaken. This is not the first time that I have heard of such wretched and disgusting service from Jet. Many of my friends, colleagues, business travelers have had the same opinion. No wonder your complaints page is overflowing with pages and pages of complaints, and I begin to wonder if there will ever be a resolution. It’s horrifying to read about people’s experiences, and comments. I seriously begin to wonder as to why Jet is still in business. I am forwarding this note to all the news agencies, social media, press local and international, competition and aviation authorities…so that this may be broadcast or published so people take note of it. Also please stand by your mission statement and all the claims that you make of your airline. The website has so many false claims and promises which are never adhered and addressed. This is fraudulent and misleading and gullible people fall for such claims. At the same time I will be advising all my contacts, friends and families never to travel by Jet ever. I would like to know how you propose to rectify this issue and what actions are you proposing to take to compensate for the grief, and the issue that I have faced with Jet. I am skeptical that I will ever receive a response to this note of mine, as this one too will be discarded and trashed, like the millions of other complaints and issues which have been raised, but will keep a glimmer of hope that some response will be received. At the least people will be made aware of the continuing issues with Jet and will make a concerted and educated decision of ever choosing Jet for their flying needs.

                                  Dear Sir, Sub:- Jet Airways flight No 9W 427 dated 28/08/2014 Jet Privilege No.[protected] This has reference to the above mentioned flight. 28th August 2014 was the second wettest day of the season for Goa also there was a massive accident near Zuari Bridge and that caused a huge traffic blockade of almost 5 kms at both ends of the bridge. Almost 300 air travellers from various airways were stuck in the jam and reached late (As per TOI Goa report 29/08/2014). On a personal note I called up your contact centre at 6.00 pm and informed them but they were of the view that they can’t do anything (this is the first point of dissatisfaction with regards to your service). I reached airport at 6.35pm and went to your counter, (there were close to 20 passengers also delayed for the same flight). The response that I got from your staff even after stating that I had a web check in, was that flight has already left (this was a plain white lie, I discovered later). I told them that the delay was not on purpose but due to the unforeseen circumstance of the accident and that was the reason why all were delayed, but your staff didn’t show an iota of empathy towards this. Many passengers asked for refund but what they got was a blunt denial. Then I took the next earliest flight of Air India (which they gave at discounted rate considering the situation, when I entered the airport what I saw was that your flight was still boarding till about 7.45 pm, but as per your staff it had taken off at 6.45pm. Do you even understand that this lie of your staff caused a couple to miss their linked Dubai flight, it caused a person to miss his Singapore flight and these are just two cases amongst many others. On a personal front, your policy states that a web check in passenger should reach airport 45 minutes prior to flight take off. I reached at 6.35pm and your flight was showing boarding status till 7.45pm, that means I reached the airport more than hour before the actual departure. Another instance of your pathetic service is that airways like Spice Jet, Go Air delayed their flights to accommodate their guests due to this delay (this is as per the same Times of India Report), and Jet Airways one of the largest players in the Indian Airspace didn’t budge and even lied to their guests. I do not expect any refund but the service has left me disgusted. Today, I have made up my mind to never again travel by Jet Airways as this experience has left me disgusted and will recommend everyone the same.                                     This is to inform you that on the 24th of July while travelling from Mumbai to Goa on 9W626, seat no 37 B middle seat
                                    .
                                    I was just crushed by the OBSES gent who boarded the aircraft late and just sat like a over grown pumkin.
                                    I tried to change my seat but could not as the flight was full, since me and my husband are both Silver member,
                                    I would request you to please ask your ticking counter to make these type of Obese people pay for a extra seat when they see them personnally or dont allow them to board the flight.
                                    they book on line and no one knows the weight.
                                    Take for example Air Samoa an Airlines in the South Pacific are charging their passengers more on the Body weight than on their Baggage weight.
                                    So I hope your Airlines will treat this matter with great urgency and dont let any other passenger being crushed by these Obese people.

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that while coming from flight No. 9W 7017 (Premiere Class) on 23 July 2014 from Mumbai to Hyderabad I found my hand baggage missing when I reached Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Hyderabad, However airport staff Mr Atif assured me that the baggage will reach in evening and till now I am still waiting for my hand baggage. I have to submit the Original Certificates (Attested) to my Employer, They are doubting me of fake certifications. Kindly do the needful at the earliest to clear the baggage lying since one month.                                         Hi, I did online booking from Jet Airways site. Due to Technical error, amount got deducted but ticket was not generated. I tried calling to the customer care, but those are misguiding. Also sent mail to [protected]@jetairways.com. But not received a single revert.
