I had chosen jet airways to rech on time from Goa to ahmedabad for emergency reason.As my uncle got died and it was

much more important to reach on time so that i could see his face before my family members could go ahead for "kriya

karam".But because of an uncaring nature of an air hostess,i missed my connecting flight from Bombay to Ahmedabad and it

became impossible to see my uncle and my family members went ahead for further proceedings .This was a real serious

matter.I was so pissed off.I would suggest everyone not to go for jet airways especially when you need to reach

someweher on urgent basis.They are highly uncaring and unprofessional.I also asked to make an alternative arrangement in

a next flight to baroda but they dint respond me well and left me on my own.

    Hi,
    I have been made victim of Jet airways with my both check-in luggage declared lost and untraced and have been said you will offered a compensation stated below.
    Though i agreed to it even though the value is less than what i have lost till now i have NOT heard back from them on my position.
    The value of the material though being higher they have put me in lot of mental agony and made me to suffer for my loss.
    I would like to take appropriate action against them for NOT responding to a customer and letting know the status.
    Please advice..

    May we assure you that we have checked all possible areas at our end but regret to confirm that your missing baggage has not been traced as yet. In keeping with the laid down procedures (based on the IATA regulation) the compensation for the lost baggage amounts to INR 41,400/- calculated at (46kgs * 900 INR).

    We would request you to advise the name of the person on whose the cheque is to be prepared in India & the details of the person ( address with pin code, telephone number, bank account details in India) so as to enable us to initiate the processing of cheque for the above said amount.

    May we also request you to please revert with the above details within a period of next 30 days, following which we will not be liable to process any claims thereafter.

      I HAVE REACHED AIRPORT AT 4.30 AM ON FLIGHT DAY AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE M/C AVAILABLE FOR LUGGAGE X-RAY AND IT WAS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR APPX 125 PEOPLE FOR THAT FLIGHT BOARDERS.
      AND WHEN I REACHED BOARDING COUNTER APPX AT THE BOARDING CLOSING TIME AND I WAS TOLD THAT YOU ARE A COUPLE OF MINUTES LATE AND WE HAVE CLOSED THE COUNTER.
      I HAVE THEIR SIGNATURE AND STAMP ON MY TICKET WHERE THEY HAVE MENTIONED REPORTING TIME OF (SIGNED MOMENT) 5.29 AM AS AGAINST 5.25 AM CLOSING TIME FOR BOARDING PASSES.
      FOR THAT REASON I HAVE TO BOARD ANOTHER SPICEJET FLIGHT FROM KOLKATTA TO GUWAHATI AND JETLITE FLIGHT FROM GUWAHATI TO JORHAT, WHICH COSTS ME RS. 5982.00 + 4133 = 10115.00 INR WHEREAS I GOT REFUND OF APPX 1300.00INR.
      I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER, I WAS SUFFERED DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF SUFFICIENT EQUIPMENTS WITH THE AIRLINES TO HANDLE SO MANY PEOPLE.
      DESPITE OF REACHING AIRPORT WELL BEFORE THE SCHEDULED MENTIONED TIME BY THE AIRLINES I HAVE TO SUFFER FINANCIALLY AND MENTALLY.

        Hi,

        This is regarding the credit failure of the failed transaction of one of my ticket from Kolkata to Raipur, journey date[protected].

        I rescheduled three of my tickets, current journey date[protected], e-ticket nos[protected],[protected],[protected].

        The rescheduling charges 1104 have been issued 4 times instead of 3 times, also the lady officer confirmed me that that the 4th transaction has been reverted and it will credit back to my account.

        But it is shame that the reverted amount is still not credited to my account.

        Please investigate upon the same, credit the reverted amount and acknowledge me the same.

          Dear Sirs:

          Jet Airways has disabled the facility to do a web check-in on their main site (www.jetairways.com), although they sell code share tickets on the main website.
          The unfortunate passengers who have bought a codeshare flight (Jet Konnect) have to necessarily get the check-in done on the counters.Complaining at the call centre does not help. Firstly, the number is never available. And, if you hapen to get through the guys says We are working on integrating the two systems.
          Basically, Jet Airways cares two hoots on what passengers think about it. It is now a monopoly carrier in the corporate travel segment

          Hello,

          I do agree, Go_Air, Spicejet and Indigo are now much much better then JetAirways. JetAirways webchecking seem not working from many months and they even does not care about it. I now used to prefer AirIndia before Jet.

          Very poor services from Jet Airways...

            Dear Sir/ Madam

            We are hereby sending you the details of the kind of service and non-refund of full flight charges caused due to delay in flight from Mumbai to Delhi.

            On December 01, 2011 we had confirmed tickets, numbered[protected] and[protected] for trip from Mumbai to Chandigarh in the name of Tejas Shah and [censored]al. This was a connecting flight from Mumbai to Delhi 9W351 with Jet airways scheduled to leave at 13:35 and reach Delhi at 15:35. The connecting flight from Delhi to Chandigarh 9W7126 via Jetlite was scheduled to leave from Delhi at 16:10 and reach Chandigarh at 16:55.

            We had checked in for boarding passes of both the flights at Mumbai airport. However, the flight 9W351 from Mumbai to Delhi reached Delhi airport reached at 16:05. At the Delhi airport we did not have any one to guide us toward the connecting flight to Chandigarh and by the time we reached the terminal where the flight was scheduled, it had already left.

            When we contacted the customer service desk, they confirmed we would get full refund for the flight from Delhi to Chandigarh for both o[censored]s and informed us to contact the ticketing counter for refund. Unfortunately, that day we did not carry the credit card through which we had booked the tickets. So the person at the ticketing counter gave us the breakup of the amount of ticket that would be refunded and asked us to contact their customer service once we reach Mumbai.

            To add to this, they had already transferred our luggage from Jetairways Flight to Jetlite Flight towards Chandigarh as we had already checked in our baggage in Mumbai. When we were informed to check for refund, they could not locate our luggage and later on when they contacted the ground staff at Chandigarh; our luggage had reached Chandigarh and we were in Delhi. They informed the ground staff to have our luggage secured with them and once we reach Chandigarh they would send it to us. However, we did not wait and when we reached Chandigarh next day in the morning, we went at the airport and collected our luggage.

            On reaching Mumbai, when we communicated with Jet Airways customer service, they informed only Rs.500 could be refunded to us. Further, as you can check the communication enclosed below in chain mail, you will find that they later agreed only to pay Rs.1600 per person. As such, after two months of communication, we have only received Rs. 1600 in the month of February 2011 as against full refund as promised.

            As per the working , we are supposed to receive Rs. 3834 per person for the unused sector of the ticket. So accordingly it should be 3834 x 2 = 7668 – 1600 = 6,068.

            Mumbai- Jet Airways customer care is not at all co-operative.

              Last month, I cancelled a ticket booked on Jet Airways. The cancellation fee was Rs.750. The refund amount was Rs.3076. More than a month has passed. Despite several reminders, Jet Airways has not refunded my money. They claim that there is some internal problem which they need to resolve and keep asking for more time.

                Am an citizen of India living at Jodhpur, Today i went at your Jet Airways booking counter at Jodhpur Airport, i went there for buying ticket for Jodhpur to Aurangabad flight for which i have already talk telephonic ally phone no. [protected] for book ticket .At booking counter your employee Madam Meenakshi was siting she was discussing with another customer, she tell me to wait for one hr after one hr when i ask her to book ticket her behavior was very rude using abusive language with all customer including me standing near booking counter, apart from dis madam Meenakshi was very confident about her behaviour and was warning about local contact at Jodhpur. Your two employee was witness of all this there name are Mr Kartik & Mr Dheeraj even the guard at airport was telling that Madam Meenakshi always repeat such type of behaviour after that Mr Kartik & Mr Dheeraj make my ticket and feel sorry on behalf of jet airways madam mennakshi was telling us take my name but nobody can take actoin on us.
                Sir my flight is at 24th April but ther is no dought that ur employee can again abuse like dis as she has done today.it is very bad for Jet Airways Image because MADAM MEENAKSHI represents JETAIRWAYS.I am and many customer are dissatisfied with your Employee Behavior and its a loss for ur company regarding 2 customer satisfaction, hope u will take action on this.

                Am an citizen of India i was living at mumbai, on 30 june 2012 with jet konnect flight no 9w-2054 from jaipur to mumbai at 2050hours name shoeb habib seat no 28D but in that flight the a/c was not working and that flight was full with passengers like some just born babies, infants, childrens and many of the femails and also some senior citizens but the pilot knows that the a/c is not working he was not cared about the passengers and attempt to try to take-off the flight but after all the passengers complaints to the crew members of the same flight they are get back the flight to hanger and then call to the ground staff for help to check the a/c of the flight and then after 1 hour late the flight was take off from jaipur to mumbai after in flight many passengers asking for headache problems and i had also suffering from low blood pressure broblems becouse of hot in the flight but the behavior of cabin crew staffs was very rude using abusive language with all customer including me, and for this late arrival to mumbai for 1 hour late i got my very important meeting was cancelled and also some deal was also cancelled and now i am facing net lose is over more than 300000/ last time also i get this kind of harrashment from jet airways flight on 2 june 2012 i was comming from aurangabad to mumbai by jet konnect flight no 9w-2512 time of deaprture is 2035 name shoeb habib seat no 22f that flight was also late for more than 1 hour and i had complaint to ground staff of jet airways in mumbai.many customer are dissatisfied with your Employee Behavior and its a loss for ur company regarding 2 customer satisfaction, hope u will take action on this.and give me with good positive reply to your jet privilege guest

                    I have travelled by 9W 572 from Mumbai to kuwait on[protected].I have following complaints.
                    1.There were mosquitos biting on the plane during travelling.I have coomplain to crew member FIRDOUS/DEEPALI,they have said they dont have mosquitos repelient or any solution.
                    2.Temperature was so high and uncomforatble.Upon asking to above crew member they stated that AIRCONDITION DOES NOT PERFORM EFFICIENTLY.
                    3.Noise level was so high and uppon asking to DEEPALI she said she does not know the permissible noise level in the air craft inside.Hower noise level was above 80 db which impaired the hearing capability and can permanently damage the ear drum.
                    4.Food was lacking in the solt and upon asking the salt kit DEEPALI replied that they have stopped the salt kit.
                    5.Interior of the aircraft was found damage.ON THE ROOF OF SEAT NO.12 D,E,F.We brought to the notice of DEEPALI ,she replied that they also copmlain but NOBODY is listening.
                    YOYR CREW MEMBER ARE NOT RESPONDING TO THE GREWANCES AND FACIAL EXPRESSION IS NOTHAPPY LISTENING TO THE COMPLAINS.
                    In all this circumtenses I request you to refund me.I have paid KD 105 FOR RETURN AIR FAIR PLUS KD 40 FOR 5 DAY EXTENSION.

                      Dear All,

                      I had flown from Kolkata to Guwahati on Dated[protected] & i had booked for my meal which i was not served & the information provided by the Crew Members was that my Name was not Enlisted in the List of Passengers who had applied for the Meal.On writing to them for the Refund of my Meal Amt. & many follow ups i get the reply on Dated 15-04-12, that the Meal was served to me.

                      Here the fault is of the Jet Airways. They instead of accepting the same, denies so & is inflicting it on to the Customer.Hence i rqst your intervention for the same so that aleast Justice is being Rendered to me by refunding me the Amt..

                        I was the chaperone for a school trip and was involuntarily denied boarding. I can't believe they seperated me from my underage students! I was rerouted through another country, delayed 10 hours, I had no local currency and little to no help was offered. The plane they booked me on was cancelled long before I arrived at the gate, and I had to get myself to another airport to try to catch a flight out.

                        Ironically they said they had someone waiting to help me but I was not on the flight! I WAS NOT ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS CANCELLED!!!!

                        I will never fly with jet airways again!

                        I had a confirmed ticket for a Mumbai-Chennai flight on the 1st of August,2010 at 3:20pm.we checked in at 2:30 pm way before the 30 min prior departure policy of jet airways.We were informed that the flight was overbooked and we would not get seats on this flight.At first the staff said we had checked in late but we knew this was not correct.Later,they agreed to put us on a different flight.They put us on an Air India flight flying out at 5:50 pm although there was an earlier jet airways flight.I want to know what i can do to make jet airways compensate for causing such problems.I have never come across staff that spoke to me in such a threatening tone.
                        I too was involuntarily removed from a flight. I was leading a school trip, and I was the chaperon! I was 10 hours delayed in joining up with my group again. I was offered little to no help, I was detoured through another country, with no local currency, and the plane they booked me a flight on was cancelled! I was left to find my way to another airport and try to get home from there!

                        I was dumbfounded when they accused me of not accepting help as they had someone waiting but I was not on the plane...the plane I was not on was the one that was cancelled!!!
                        What kind of business model jet airways is following? Overbook flight if tickets are getting sold for higher price &amp; then keep some loud mouth ladies to sought on customers that we are least bothered about your urgent work. Will never fly with Jet again.. Worst in industry services...!

                          Jet Airways flight 242 Mumbai-J,Berg-SA on 7th May 2012 at 2.05 am departure. Ticket booked, flights confirmed as per e. ticket no:[protected] and paid for thru ORBITZ-USA. My ticket route is: Lilongwe-Nairobi-Mumbai (Kenya Airways)-Mumbai-Joberg-SA (Jet Airways)-Joberg-Lilongwe9SA Airlines).All Sectors confirmed as per e.ticket.
                          I checked my confirmation for Jet Airways- Mum-Joberg flight and find that my name does not appear in the confirmed list. Jet Airways when contacted failed to respond . I do not want to go to Mumbai airport on departure date unless the ticket is confirmed. I would like to know where i should approach for loss & inconvinience,damages in the event i am unable to board the flight if my confirmation is not honoured by the airline.
                          I have travelled by several international airlines but never experienced the third class, poor customer services of jet airways

                            I have booked flight ticket for 7th April from Hyderabad to Lucknow
                            via Delhi in Flight S2-244. PNR no is JOHJBH .

                            Due to some reasons we want to get down in New Delhi Airport .

                            Two weeks back when we called the customer care at 3989 3333 they

                            Three days back again when I talked to Customer Care Executive (guy)
                            regarding the same ,he confirmed that we can do this and today when I
                            called (lady) to reimburse fare from Delhi to Lucknow as we will get
                            down in Delhi then he is telling we can't get down in New Delhi as we
                            booked ticket till Lucknow .

                            As we were confirmed by your executive that we can get down at Delhi
                            we didn't book another ticket and now we are getting tickets on very
                            High rates .

                            Please look into this issue NOW and reply me with the reimburement details .

                            We need to get dowm at Delhi airport as our children can't travel till
                            lucknow and would need medical treatment at Delhi

                            Jetlite — money got stolen from baggage

                            I recently went from mumbai to goa via jetlite. I had kept 6000 bucks in my baggage. when I gave my baggage at the counter, they did not seal it. As soon as I reached my destination, I found that the belt of my bag was open and no money in my baggage. The money got stolen in transit. I suspect its stolen by internal jetlite people. Passengers please be careful before handing over your bags at jetlite. It costed me a huge loss of money and I will never ever travel by jetlite ever in my life and creative bad word of mouth everywhere around.

                            Jet Lite — Refund of Tariff

                            I had booked the ticket for raipur to Mumbai on 12th of Feb and cancelled that on 17th of the same month but till date i had not received the Refund of my payment.............

                            Many of the times i had called to your customer service but all time they informed me that you will get your refund in 10 - 15 working days of time. Its almost 25 days passed out but till not received any payment..

                            If Jet airways do not have fund or you are in fund constrain than let us know.................... let me know when will i get the payment..... all time i talked with different people but nobody bothered about customer care... I think you people are not in service industry.. this is the first company which had took 28 days of time .... but than also refund not proceed.... if i will not get my refund with interest than i will process for legal notice and also go in consumer forum....

                              I travelled to Delhi on Jetairways flight 9w257 on 25.03.2012 from colombo. Seat No 34c. Bag tags No 05899w879617/18. I was attending an assignment at the WHO till 11.04.2012. When bags were collected, one of my bags was damaged. after waiting for more than 1hour for a rep from jet airways at Delh airport , I was told by the JetAir rep that she could not accept the complaint. As I was insisting to lodge a complaint, she gave me a form to make the complaint and promised a reply by email. So far no one has replied nor have they given a word to compensate my bag damage. Once this happened to me , the Singapore airlines attended to this immediately and took measures to replace my bag as it was damaged beyond repair. So it was strange when the rep told me that Jet airways do not take responsibility for the damage while handling.

                              Am an citizen of India i was living at mumbai, on 30 june 2012 with jet konnect flight no 9w-2054 from jaipur to mumbai at 2050hours name shoeb habib seat no 28D but in that flight the a/c was not working and that flight was full with passengers like some just born babies, infants, childrens and many of the femails and also some senior citizens but the pilot knows that the a/c is not working he was not cared about the passengers and attempt to try to take-off the flight but after all the passengers complaints to the crew members of the same flight they are get back the flight to hanger and then call to the ground staff for help to check the a/c of the flight and then after 1 hour late the flight was take off from jaipur to mumbai after in flight many passengers asking for headache problems and i had also suffering from low blood pressure broblems becouse of hot in the flight but the behavior of cabin crew staffs was very rude using abusive language with all customer including me, and for this late arrival to mumbai for 1 hour late i got my very important meeting was cancelled and also some deal was also cancelled and now i am facing net lose is over more than 300000/ last time also i get this kind of harrashment from jet airways flight on 2 june 2012 i was comming from aurangabad to mumbai by jet konnect flight no 9w-2512 time of deaprture is 2035 name shoeb habib seat no 22f that flight was also late for more than 1 hour and i had complaint to ground staff of jet airways in mumbai.many customer are dissatisfied with your Employee Behavior and its a loss for ur company regarding 2 customer satisfaction, hope u will take action on this.and give me with good positive reply to your jet privilege guest

                                I was supposed to travel from HK to Mumbai on 26th March. I called HK reservation hotline number on 22nd March to enquire about whether it is possible to change my tickets to 2nd April. I was told with penalty of HKD 1,000 it was possible, as ticket expiry was on 30th April.
                                I went to Jet office in HK on morning of 24th March to confirm the same and check the availabilty- I was told that this is possible by a lady there. Then I went to AI office to change my onward journey ticket. After that when I went back to Jet office, to my horror and surprise they told me this is not possible since ticket expiry is on 31st March! I told them it does not makes sense, she said she will check with India office and call me...I got no call till Monday morning (day of my travel)...I had to go back to Jet office to be told the same thing.
                                My complaints are on various issues:
                                - incorrect info by reservation hotline;
                                - lady in HK office did not cared to check expiry of tickets before telling me that ticket can be postponed: gross negligence at work;
                                - nobody cared to call me to update me despite taking my phone number.
                                I am frequent flyer with Jet, never had such an issue- utterly pathetic. AI experience have been much better, despite it being miles ticket! All of this caused lots of inconvinience to me and money to go to various offices multiple times.

                                Jet Airways — POOR RESERVATION SERVICE

                                Hi Everyone,

                                I had booked the tickets from London to ahmedabad return from 23rd July to 08th Aug 2010. Due to some work I had to reshedule the date on the return side. I called up the helpline alomost a month ago and requested for change of date to 26th July. The staff was friendly and they did the change and asked for a charge of 58-60 pounds(I dont remenber the exact amt). Now today on 13th July I called on their helpline again and asked for change from 26th to 27th July. The guys in call centre explained and agreed on 88 pounds for a change( previous charges included in this 88pounds). Unfortunately when the call centre executive was changing the dates, the call got disconnected. I again called up after half an hour and I was told that my previous charges were 80 pounds and the change will cost me in total 112. I was surprised bec there was no fare change, it was just a penalty and how previous charge changed fron 60 to 80 pounds. I had confrontation with the guys and there is no manager on service because its night time in India , though its 24*7 service. I am pissed off with the attitutude and poor service and I now doubt the reliability and integrity of any talk with JET AIRWAYS customer service on phone. Hope the senior management will look into this query and will take this as an example to improve their customer service to some standards....... Regards NM JAIN

                                Jet Airways — Poor Services

                                Dear Sir,

                                It is sorry to that your services are very poor w.r.t cancellation of any ticket. I'm cancelled the tickets from Bhopal to New Delhi (Jet Airways Web Booking eTicket ( DXLUVR ) on dated 30.07.2012 on phone. As customer care executive informed me about Refund reciept shall be mailed / sent within 48 hrs. After 72 hrs I'm not received any communication from jet airway. I'm calling to ur customer care executive daily for provide the reciept till date but they give only assurance.

                                To day I'm told with Mr. Saif he assure me Refund reciept shall be mailed / sent before 7.00pm today. But till now I'm not received the same.

                                Considering above you are requested kindly look into the matter immediatelly.
                                And give me the reasons behinde the delay of 8 days (i.e. 30.07.2012 to 06.08.2012)

                                  On 2-3-2012, i took the morning flight from Kolkata to Patna by JET-AIRWAYS. At Patna airport i found my baggage brand name Aristocrat Linea was madly dented and one lock was broken. I complained at Jetairways office at Patna airport. They took my complaint officially and assured me to collect my damaged baggage from Residence of my friend at Patna. On[protected] they officially informed me over telephone that their head office superiors have turned down my request either for repair or replacement of the dented baggage. I wrote to the guest relations officer of Jet airways but they informed me that the damage caused to my baggage comes under normal wear and tear under the baggage handling policy and they can not acceed to my request. They also informed me that my baggage should have that much strength to bear the shocks of normal baggage handling.

                                  I informed them that Brand of my baggage is Aristocrat-Linea and it is certainly a reputed brand in India.
                                  I hereby seek your help and intervention so that i get justice.My complaint No. with Jet Airways is PAT9W10166 dated 2-3-2012.

                                  I travelled on 18th March,12 by jet flight(9W 2256) from Chennai to Delhi. When i received my baggage at airport i found that wheel of my trolly bag was broken it was a case of mishandling,i gave written complaint to jet airways but i received no reply from that side. I want calim for my bag.

                                    I travelled from Jeddah to ahmedabad via Mumbai on 22nd feb 2012 on Jet Airways. This was a via flight, i.e. I had change flight at Mumbai Airport. At Mumbai airport, we collected our some peices of luggage items and handed them over to the ground staff at the Jet Airways "Inter airport" transfer counter at the arrival section of Mumbai International airport.

                                      I am Ankit Kejriwal from Ahmedabad. I took a flight from Patna to Ahmedabad on 29th March, 2012. Flight Details –

                                      I am narrating you the harassment caused to us by the airlines staff-

                                      We were carrying extra luggage with us. We had three bags and there total weight was 49.50 kgs. The limit allowed as per airlines rules for free baggage is of 20kgs per passenger, so in total we were allowed 40kgs luggage. So the extra luggage was 9.5 kgs. The airlines staff at the Jet airways counter told us that we have to pay for only 7kgs extra baggage and they would allow our luggage to go. So i paid for extra 7 kgs luggage , Rs. 1400, I also have the receipt for the same.

                                      When we arrived at the Ahmedabd airport and took our luggage from the belt, we found that out of three bags one of our bag lock was broken and there was a big cut on the upper side of the bag. We then checked our luggage and found that our clothes and other stuff estimation to Rs. 15000 were missing from the bag.

                                      We immediately contacted the security staff of Jet airways at the airport. The Security staff at first paid no attention to us. They were of the view that bag lock can be broken and the cut is a normal wear and tear. After much deliberation they allowed us to weight the baggage again on the arrival. On weighing it the total weight came to 47 kgs instead of original 49.5 kgs as recorded at the Patna airport.

                                      We requested the Jet airways staff to take our complain in writing about the broken baggage and the lost stuff. The staff didn’t register our complain and told us that since we have only paid for 7 kgs extra luggage we have got 47 kgs of luggage.

                                      This whole incident which occurred on 29/3/12 at Patna and Ahmedabad airport is recorded in the CCTV camera at the airports. You can look in the video that how we were robbed of our belongings by the airlines staff.

                                      I request you to kindly look into the matter and take proper action so that we can get compensation for the loss of the goods as well as the harassment caused to us the airlines.

                                        I always travel in business class when traveling internationally. This time I am going from Dallas, TX, USA to Ahmedabad, India. I have booked British Airways business class from Dallas to Mumbai, India which allows 3 bags at 23 kg each. From Mumbai, I have to take domestic flight which I initially booked in Jet Airways. However, Jet Airways says that as it is a separate ticket, my baggage allowance would be only 20 kg total. They said that 3 bags would be allowed only if I have one ticket for entire journey and not two. I confirmed with my travel agent (close friend and 20+ years of experience) and with British Airways that it is not possible to have one ticket. Jet will be separate ticket. I asked Jet supervisor how I can have one ticket and she said that fly Jet Airways all the way from New York to Brussels to Mumbai to Ahmedabad and then you will have one ticket. However, I am from Dallas. She said manage Dallas to New York yourself somehow. Well, I will be in the same problem Dallas to New York. Then, she said the only option is to pay Rs. 200/kg, and that would be Rs. 9800 extra.

                                        In short, Jet Airways wants everyone to fly their airline from the US. They don't want domestic passengers who take other international flights.

                                        One of the representative was very rude to me and even claimed that I will not be allowed to use the transfer desk of Jet Airways at the international airport. Worse, he claimed that I would not be even allowed to use the airport bus, because I have separate ticket. I will have to manage everything on my own. The way he was answering was as if I committed a big crime by not flying with them from New York and how dare I buy their ticket only for Mumbai-Ahmedabad and he pretty implied that I was unwanted passenger.

                                        I had very good impression so far. But I am not flying them anymore.
