Hello,

I travelled from Colombo International Airport to Mumbai airport on 29th March 2016, flight no. 9W 251, passenger name Ajay Jayantilal Shah departure time 21:35pm.

I was really disappointed with the baggage service . My precious stone (white sapphire) purchased from Srilanka is missing from the bag, the bag lock was broken and it was marked cross.
The stone is worth $340. This is such a huge loss to me .

I trusted jet airways and srilankan tourism for my and my luggage safety and in return I get this.

I need a strong action against this loss and need a 100%compensation for the same .
Strict action and immediate response should be taken

    Bad experience while travelling with Jet Airways

    Jet logistic dept in charge of Imphal is the most ill-mannered rude person I had ever seen. I am suprised how can Jet employ such a person on Job. There is a loss of Rs > 10,00,000 because of him. The diagnostic related deal was cancelled from Mumbai because of his behavious. It is hereby requested to see in this matter deeply as the Jet bussiness may come down tremendously because of such staff. I am filling a legal case for such an issue, even if there is no panelity on such person. Rest of the internet comsumer complaints will follow if no action is taken up soon. Thanks

      I had actually travelled from Mumbai to Chennai. My baggage had been handled mistaken . the wheels in the suitcase had been broken. this is 10000Rs/- suitcase. the damage done by this airlines is 1000Rs/- by the damage of the wheel.

      I had filed a complaint to them with the broken wheel. But they had not paid for that. People should not use this airways because their service is real bad.

      My name is MuthuSankaraNarayanan Valliammal. I had travelled in JetAirways from morning 3:10AM to 5:10AM in from Bombay to Chennai.
      My seat number is 33F.

      I had checked in my blue suitcase with full working condition with 4 wheels. when I checked in Bombay, I had seen that. But when I received, one wheel is not there. I need reimbursement of that suitcase wheel around 1000Rs/-. The suitcase total rate is 10000Rs/-. So please reimburse my suitcase wheel with 1000Rs/- or get me a new suitcase. I had given a complaint to Prashant in the airport who is representative in Jetairways mishandling of Packages. He also took the photo of this.

      Please provide justice, otherwise I have to go through consumer court. I had attached all the photos.

      At Jet Airways, it is never our intention to inconvenience our passengers. We train our loaders on how to handle passenger baggage with due care. Hence, we note your grievance with great concern and have briefed all staff and loaders to take additional precaution to ensure that we do not cause inconvenience to our valued passengers.

      However, we wish to mention that we would not be able to compensate / offer any claims for baggage which may show signs of fair wear and tear as a result of normal baggage handling, including but not limited to minor cuts, scratches and dents or damage to items protruding from the baggage such as handles, wheels, labels and straps.

      May we request you to view this incident in isolation and not representative of our services we endeavor to offer our valued passengers.

      Jet Airways — MISHANDLING OF LUGGAGE

      Dear Concern,

      Today on 24th may 2009 i came from Nairobi via Kenya Airways at that time i made mistake to choose my luggage on belt.May be it is due to same color same size and 100% same dimension of bag also with hurry scheduale Afterward i continue my journey by domestic airline Jet airway from Mumbai to Rajkot.

      When i reached at Rajkot i realized that i made mistake this is not my bag i made complaint at counter of Jet Airways the staff told me that we will arrange for you no problem.I have already submitted some one else Bag to jet Airways.Already 24 hours passed i am not getting support from Jet Airways.Now they changed and said its your fault you solve the problem.

      Please tell me how can i get my luggage bag from Mumbai International Airport.

      i want to let you know that i travelled from guwahati to bhubaneswar on oct 3, 2009 and when i reached bhubaneswar i found the lock of my bag is broken and somebody stole Rs 5000 from my bag.
      Is there any way to get it.

        i reached on time at airport got my boarding pass even than flight took off without even any single announcement. there is no gate no. written on boarding pass. and they didn't even transfer me on any other flight nor they refund me any single penny. if there is somebody out there for justice please please help. i am common man, nobody listened to me i thought you people might.

        Jet Airways (India) Ltd — Baggage

        I had arrived on Jet airways flight 9w 1117 from london to Mumbai arriving in mumbai on 21st Dec. However my 2 bags didnt arrive. Due to bad weather flights on 22nd Dec got cancelled.When I called Jet airwasy they told me some bags have arrived today on 23rd dec. they would sort the bags and call me in the afternoon. However despite calling them several times, they have not bothered to call back.

        my baggae tag no is AA442302/01. Please help me track my baggage.

          We have booked a return ticket from Mumbai-Jaipur-Mumbai for Mrs Sunita K Parmar on flight no 9W2073 on 12/07/2013 at 17.55 hrs. PNR NO: AOUCLS
          But due to some technical difficulties from your end, the flight timings have been changed from 17.55 hrs to 18.50 hrs.
          With the due change , we have booked a ticket for Mrs Sunita K Parmar on flight no S2-3093 on 12/07/2013 at 05:25 hrs. PNR NO: ZVURFV.
          Though the return ticket remains the same i.e. in flight no 9W2094 on 14/07/2013 at 07:15 hrs.

          Kindly cancel and refund us the money booked on flight no 9W2073 flying from Mumbai to Udaipur on 12/07/2013 at 17.55 hrs. PNR NO: AOUCLS

            I travelled on 19th June'13 from Bangalore-Bhubaneswar (PNR:FHPKOF, Airline: Jet Konnect). I had booked 1 ticket for 3 passengers, when I asked for the printout, they gave me 3 print out and charged Rs 300. Upon asking the executive over there said "this is to save paper". How are you saving paper here?? A one page ticket could have done the job.

              I am a permanent resident in USA, on 17th of may I have booked my vacation to Hyderabad thru virgin Atlantic to Mumbai with jet airways connection to Hyderabad thru reservation number - VS/ANBEZP,9W/NYJMSK,as p er my itinerary i am allowed two baggages, and i have no problem carrying my baggage to hyderabad on my onward journey. but on my return journey jet ways insisted to pay excess weight fee as per local traveller, i have shown all my papers proving that i am international traveller, even i agreed to pay amount as they requested thru my wife credit card or by my personal check but they harrased me to pay only in form of cash or leave the gabbage at garbbage. i have lost most valueble and affectionate items to this act of jet airways, which caused lot of stress and agony till today

              Dear Sir,
              I would like to bring to your kind notice that an issue has arise with me while booking your online ticket.
              When I was trying to book Jetairways ticket from Delhi to Kuwait, Flight no 9W 572 through internet on dated 07-04-08 the website/net responded in a uncertain way while clicking enter key to confirm the money transaction. I tried twice and both time it was a failure in confirming my ticket. Thus, I was Compelled to take a ticket through an agent near my residence .This all happened when I was on my vacation in India.
              No online purchase or any confirmation message was displayed by your website. I also cleared this out by visiting your airlines office locating in Madhuban udaipur (Raj).
              Here the issues is that IRS 9381.00 was deducted by my ICICI bank account on that day, stating that it has been transferred to Jetairways account
              so kindly do the needed at the earliest.
              An immediate response shall be highly appreciable.

              While i was travelling through Flight No. nw 0122 from Delhi to London on 10th May 2008 I missed my Mobile handset with a Sim card in it. The model Was Motorola V6 Rocker . My seat Number was 41B . I complaint regarding the same at the jet ofiice in London. They didnot written any complaint and thus vocally accepted the complaint and assured us that they will the cell and handover to us in London in the hotel booked by us . for that they also took my number.

              But until know their is no hearing for my complaint and thus i am passing through big mental loss. Please go through my complainyt and solve the same as jet airways is my favorite flight, thus i dont want to blame them.I am is on Business tour and thus withour my mobile it is very hard to go .

              My A/c. no. is [protected]. Suddenly my internet banking facility is withdrawn for the reason better known to you. Even after repeated applications still I am unable to access my transactions through internet. This is a very poor service from your end. This is the first time I am facing such a serious problem with you. This is the way you response to your customer. Very sad it is. I need a reply from you. You have to give me the accessibility for internet banking. If not tell me the reason for cancelling the same.

                Worst night mare in my life, I am a permanent resident in USA, on 17th of may I have booked my vacation to Hyderabad thru virgin Atlantic to Mumbai with jet airways connection to Hyderabad thru reservation number - VS/ANBEZP,9W/NYJMSK

                On 2nd June on my return trip to US, jet air ways denied accepting my two bags as per international travel permit, as your systems show my ticket upto Mumbai only and demand Rs.8000 odd as a extra baggage, I shown all my itinerary and all other documents to show i am traveling to US, they checked and confirmed that I am a international travelers and refused to accept by baggage.

                As iam not carrying any US currency or credit cards I have offered my inability to pay at that time and requested to consider as special case and allow me to travel but supervisors of jet air ways has no mercy to accept my request and threatened my if i didn't pay with in 5 mints they gonna closed the gates. And one supervisor told he didn't care if I loose my trip to US and told me that I an complaint to any body and ask me to move out of the counter .

                At that time I have offered to pay thru my friends credit card but he rejected as they need a card as physically

                Next I offered to pay my by check but he refused to accept the check and demanded only cash, I have no idea how he expect me to pay cash.

                At last he made to garbage almost one and half suitcase of stuff with most valuable and affectionate items

                I never ever saw such a Rigid rules and treatment of customer service worst and uneducated and mafia type.

                  I had booked a round trip ticket from Mumbai -->Vizag 9Th May and Vizag -->Mumbai for 9Th June. Due to some emergency appointments, now I have to travel to Hyderabad and Thus I will not be able to board This return flight on 9th June. I had raised This concern with Jet Airways and requested Them to change This flight to Vizag-->Hyderabad instead. I tried multiple times from my mobile and always I got a response saying I should hold The call for 15 mins. I actually waited for some time and The call got automatically disconnected.

                  After 2 days, I tried The same helpline from my Google Voice number (US Number) and Then I got a chance to speak to an agent. After This long wait The agent said That I cant cancel This ticket but I can change The flight. But They cant give a ticket for a flight to Hyderabad as They dont have a direct flight to Hyderabad. And They also said That i can send an email to "[protected]@jetairways.com" for additional information. I explained everything in The email and set That to This email ID. I got a response saying I can not do anything with The ticket I must board The flight or just leave The money to jet airways. I didnt see anyThing of This kind mentioned on The ticket I got and I always Thought That These air tickets are flexible and we can reschedule Them when ever we want with a little charge. I was cheated by Jet airways and lost around 5000rs. I need some kind of justice in This case. Please help

                    I had a Jet airways flight to catch from Delhi,on my way to the airport there was a major accident which resulted in heavy traffic jam. Thinking of getting late I tried for web check but, it wasnt working. called the customer care,it took around 5 minutes to actually talk to the executive.Told theml them how badly I am stuck in the traffic and that I was not able to web checkin,instead of listening to the problem and trying to help, the customer care executive kept repeating that i should reach the airport 2 hours before the flight and wasted another 10 minutes. when I told him that i wanted to speak to his manager, he put me on hold again. After another 5 minutes, he says, he can do it, and started telling me about the available seats in the aircraft. Despite of me telling him that any seat would do, he kept asking me about my preferance and again kept me on hold. again after 5 minutes he comes with a reply that he is getting some error and there is nothing he could do.

                    After 25 mintues of waiting i was left with no seat and at the same time was harrased by the executive.

                    why are customer service not customer friendly. it could have been done within 10 minutes if the executive realy intended to do it. but there was no help but wastage of time.

                    From now onwards not only I will stop flying through Jet airways but will never suggest anyone to take Jet airways flight

                    Jet Airways — poor service by tele executive

                    I tried taking help from tele executive ( named Amandeep Kaur, employee # 1513) to book the ticket using promotional code. But her service was extreamly poor. Her voice was not very friendly. "Who cares" atttitude. <br />
                    <br />
                    Put me on hold for almost 10 minutes and she came back with the excuse that her supervisor is busy talking in different call. Did not take the complaint rather she had given me the email id to put the compliant. <br />
                    <br />
                    Why, as most of the people dont write the complaint using emails after such an annoying and frustrating long calls with these type of tele executives. Who most of the time dont care about their customers. <br />
                    <br />
                    I know nothing will happen using this as well, but atleast i will hope that it will be put to the right forum.

                    JETAIRWAYS — Not provided boarding pass & Worst customer service experience

                    Hi Mr Naresh Goyal,

                    I had a quite bit of weird and worst experience on 29 Oct 2009 at patna international airport. It is fairly minor compared to the other complaints if some take to the responsibility. I have reached airport allmost one hour before flight departure time. i have request many times to customer service desk for my boarding pass but they said i was late so they allotted seat to other passenger and also Mr.Suhash & Mr. Rashid ( jetairways emp) said seat are full hence they can't issue boarding pass. also said he busy and come after 45 min later.he was very rude.

                    Reason for late:- As i was holding jetlight flight ticket but @ airport no where mention jetlight flight boarding pass will available @ jetairways counter.

                    Complain:

                    1). How can they issue my seat to other passenger as i paid ticket cost and i have not canceled my ticket ?
                    2). As i booked 2 ticket one for me and other for my friend, My friend had informed to jetairline emp to hold boarding pass as i was bit late. thay why they issue ticket to waiting list passenger?
                    3).I was traveling to Jetlight flight but holding jetlight ticket but @ patna airport ..not even single counter seen for jetlight counter ..after spending 15 to 20 time to find out that i will get jetlight flight boarding pass @ jetairways counter ..so it was not my mistak that came late.
                    4).Both Mr. Reshid & Mr .Subash Jet emp didnot explain ticket cancelation process?

                    Bcoz of all these problem i have to pay 13,000/- to extra to come via airline ..

                      I would like to seek your mention the cheating and non-fulfillment of promises by Jetair and their incorrect policies which has resulted me with financial loss of 7110 INR and it might be possible that there would be many more such policies and victims like me who have been or are still being cheated by Jetair.

                      I traveled from Delhi to Budapest as Delhi - Mumbai (Jetair), Mumbai - Munich - Budapest (Lufthansa) on 26th March 2013.

                      I had an additional baggage, for which i inquired on Jetairways about the charges until Budapest on the basis of my ticket.

                      Jetair has informed me the charges as 4050 INR until Budapest and provided me the receipt upon payment, which states final destination of my baggage till Budapest .

                      Once i reached Mumbai airport, i was informed by Lufthansa staff that i should pay additional 7110 INR for the same baggage. I contacted the Jetair staff in Mumbai and they again confirmed that i have paid the charges till Budapest but they simply denied to help further and communicate with Lufthansa on why they are asking additional charges.

                      After a long fight and debate i paid 7110 INR to Lufthansa for same baggage to board my flight.

                      Once i reached Budapest i contacted the customer care department of Jetair and they once again confirmed over mail as
                      "Having inquired on this incident I understand that our staff at Delhi had rightly charged for the excess baggage in keeping with the baggage policy. Your baggage were accordingly tagged till the final destination and the excess baggage charges levied was also till the final destination.
                      I humbly request you to take up the issue with Lufthansa Airlines for further clarification as the money collected by them is not with Jet Airways. "

                      Kindly note : I got three times confirmation from Jetair that 4050 INR is correct charges for my additional baggage until Budapest.

                      It was really a big shock to me when both companies are stating that their charges are correct and they are not contacting to each other.

                      After many chain mails with Lufthansa and Jetair, i received a reply from Jetair that they have done a mistake and now they are offering me the refund of 4050 INR only, which they have collected at Delhi airport.

                      I would like to highlight here that receipt which is provided by Jetairways at Delhi airport against my excess luggage is not just a paper but a promise from Jetair that my baggage will reach till Budapest without any additional charges and in proper condition. Hence i would seek the refund from Jetair for amount 7110 INR which was additionally charged to my by Lufthansa. Also i am seeking the compensation against mental harrasment and stress under which i have gone thru from almost last two months because of mistake from Jetair and lazy behavior against customer complaint.

                      They are just stick on refund of 4050 INR.. that too when i return them original boarding pass, and payment receipts. However now i am in Hungary so i have to bear additional courier cost to dispatch the same.

                      Please be careful next time when you fly with Jetair, as this company has policies only to cheat the customer and make profit out of it..and their customer care or other staff is good for nothing.

                      I had travelled to Bangalore from Europe (international weight allowance is around 23kgs) and then Jet Airways decided to sting me for having 22 kgs when I was on an internal flight from Bangalore to Chennai as their allowance was 15 kgs.

                      Why have Jet Airways done this - move away from the international standards?

                      This means every passenger from international flight has to pay them a ransom

                      Well done Jet Airways you have found a fail proof system of fleecing people !!!

                        Returned Indore today from Delhi via flight no . S23793 of Jet Airways. Surprised after reaching indore that they have left my baggage in Delhi only !!! actually i was not alone , around 15 bags they had left at delhi terminal . Then there was some stupid jet air girl proving her stupidity in front of an aged lady that "i can not commit , MAY BE bags will by tomorrow's flight " !!! then she was not even filling the Property missing forms . And was asking one of her colleague Ms. Vaishali to do that, who has handled the situation in a calm manner.
                        But I don' t understand when you dont have to reply properly , you dont have to do the work , then why are you standing in front of suffered people and giving pain to yourself as well !!
                        But amazingly , Vaishali was saying that due to overload some bags were not loaded to the flight, they dint even bother to communicate this to passengers !!!!
                        But anyways ,, they were saying that bags will reach by tomorrow's flight in the morning.
                        Lets see whats happens.
                        Some foreigners were also there whose bags were missing. What impression of India we are leaving in front of them ??

                          two months back i bought jet airways ticket vadodara - delhi - vadodara. Bought three tickets which includes my wife and two kids out of which my younger daughter is just 24 months plus and is not much comfortable while traveling. So i bought jets direct flight and they rescheduled it to one stop flight via mumbai which takes nearly 5 hours instead of one and half hour direct flight.
                          My family travelled it to delhi and suffered a lot so i requested them to switch to direct flight from any airlines for return but they denied it. when i went to airport office executive told me that there is tie up with air india and they have direct flight.
                          I request again to shift them to direct flight from any airlines from delhi to vadodara which is on 7th june and dont mind for plus minus 1 or 2 days.

                            My parents were returning from Dubai to Mumbai on 11-May-2013. From Dubai airport, the staff was very kind and took every care to ensure my parents age 82 (mom) & 85(Father) were comfortably taken care right until they were seated in the aircraft. I can only be thankful to the ground staff at Dubai Airport who knew very well how to take care of elderly couple travelling alone. My father is suffering from elephant foot and has a swollen leg which makes it very difficult for him to walk.

                            Upon landing at Mumbai airport they were asked to wait inside the aircraft until every one left the aircraft. they had the patience to wait for 1 full hour and eventually they were informed wheel chair has arrived. They got up and left the aircraft only to know that the staff has fooled them to exit the aircraft as they were made to wait and upon asking they were only told its (wheel chair) coming. Two wheel chairs arrived but another couple (who were not that elderly) were given the chance to take the wheel chair whereas my parents were the first one to exit from plane who should have been provided the wheel chair access on priority basis. No Wheel chair arrived and my poor father had to walk all the way down till the exit of airport. Pathetic part is that at the airport, no one really bothers to even attend to such elderly citizens. If there was any humanity left in any of those 1000's of passengers at least one human could have stood up and done something to help them. This is the fate of parents travelling alone. Jet Airways only knows how to cash in on the tickets, wish it could pay some heed on how to take care of its passengers. All my mom's pleads remain unheard and ignored by the staff of Jet Airways.

                            I suggest Jet Airways should go for a training to other international airports to see how well they ensure passengers are taken care and also well treated.

                              I am Madhumita dey, female - 20 (age) resident of assam is totally dissatisfied regarding misbehaviour by the staffs of jet airways from chatrapati sivaji airpot which is not acceptable. Actually my father is a patient suffering from metastatis carcinoma of gall blader who is now under the tratment of TATA Memorial hospital mumbai. He had been certified with a fit to fly certificate which had been shown by me to the airlines authorities during booking of tickets and they had no objection regarding this regarding this. I had my flight from mumbai to dibrugarh via guwahati on 4th of may 2:45 am we already had our check in and also be boarded the flight and still they had no objection in it. Neither the crew members had any objection but suddenely a ground staff named Venketesh.Sakthivadivel staff no. 10611656 who had our security checked had no problem that time but before the flight was about to take off came rushing towards us and asked to get down from the flight immedieatly and he also brought 4 to 5 members along with him and harrased us by saying us he would call the cops if we dont get down of the flight we made to call our oncoligst Dr. Nishitha shetty speak to the airline doctor Rohini but airline doctor refused to her words too which was totally disguisting . Moreover not only i the other passengers also requested but he refused and insulted my mom like anything which made her cry out there which was the worst thing for all the passengers regarding the jet airways. Everyone protested to this matter. They should had said us before check in so that we would not have been harrsed. I request you to please see to it and take a necessary action for it regarding misbehaviour with pasengers.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                On reaching to Lucknow, I had made verbal complaint to Mr. Vishal ([protected]) for my missing luggage and also requested him to lodge my complaint but he did not do so. Ultimately I had requested to my relative to lodge the online complaint which he has done. Since I had to catch the connecting train (Triveni Exp- 14370, PNR No.[protected]) which was at 4.00 PM from Lucknow and therefore, I could not wait to lodge the complaint to higher ups. Eventually, there was not any alternative except to leave airport and catch the train. However, I have repeatedly requested Shri Vishal over his phone all the way but Mr. Vishal blaming me that it was due to my negligence rather listening me.

                                I had given him the address of my headquarter but he told that he cannot send the luggage to a distant place and advised me to give the local address. On his advice, I have given the following address.

                                On being traced the luggage, Mr. Vishal did not agree to deliver the luggage on the above also and told me that I may give him another address nearby airport. Again I given the phone number of my colleague (Mr. Sanjay Kumar- Mob. [protected])) where the luggage was to be delivered. On repeated persuasion, the luggage was handed over to Shri Sanjay Kumar, who any how managed to send the same to me through courier. The luggage could be handed over to me on 03.01.2013. On receiving the luggage, I noticed that most of the costly items such as - cosmetics, innerwears and eatables were found missing from my air bag beside I had to spend Rs.900/- to courier. Thus, I was in total loss of approx. Rs.2900/-.

                                In view of the above, I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and arrange to pay me Rs.2900/- as the fault is totally attributed on the part of the Jet Airways and treat this as a notice failing which I shall be constraint to seek legal advise and lodge the complaint in Consumer Forum.

                                Dear All,

                                I want to file an immediate complaint of Jet Airways, which they did to me when i was travelling from Chandigarh to Doha via new delhi. Hope i will get quick solution from you guys and hope you will also came to know how corrupt are the services of jet airways.


                                On 5th of december i travelled from Chandigarh to Doha via new Delhi. TICKET NUMBER : ETKT 589 [protected]

                                I got two boarding pass from Chandigarh Jet airways staff at 4.15 PM. One from Chandigarh to Delhi and Second from New Delhi to Doha (Qatar).
                                They collected my luggage whose weight is around 23 kg with recipt DOH161898 and they told me that i will get my check in Luggage in Doha.

                                But on the last moment jet airways told me that they are boarding me from Chandigarh to New Delhi via King fisher airlines. They took back both the boarding pass from me and tore them with baggage receipt. When i complained for this than they gave me my boarding pass from new delhi to Doha (stapled and taped) and also gave me a hand written ref number for my check in luggage. I was assisted by a staff of Jet airways to the kingfisher flight and she took my boarding pass of king fisher.
                                Jet airways also told me that there is no need to worry about my check in luggage as i will get my luggage in Doha safety and they convinced me to go to Delhi from king fisher airlines which take off from Chandigarh at 5.30 pm. My seat number in King fisher airline is 17 A and it is next to the toilet.

                                Kingfisher flight landed on the airport at 6.30 pm on terminal 3 of new Delhi. I contacted jet airways and king fisher airlines immediately when i reached at terminal 3.
                                From Jet airways i meet a guy named Naleem/Nadeem. He told me that i will get my luggage in Doha. They will transfer my luggage from king fisher and will send it to Doha flight directly. They convinced me to go thru immigration process immediately without any delay. He also gave me the number of duty manager in case of any emergency [protected]
                                I had cleared the security and immigration process. But when i reached gate number 7A from where i will get next flight to doha. I meet with another guy from jet airways. His name was Arun. When i told him whether they recieved my luggage in flight or not than he told me they have not recieved yet. Its on the way. I requested him to send my luggage immediately to the flight. He told me that he can only help me if i will pay him Rs 9000. Than he will get this done in 5 to 10 minutes. Otherwise its not possible to send my luggage today on flight. I tried to contact duty manager for this complaint but his number was found switched off.
                                Mr Arun also told me that there is no one from jet airways to handle this issue because almost all the staff left for the day. He was sitting with a Sikh guy at that time when he asked me for Bribe of Rs 9000.
                                When i shared this issue with other passengers than Jet Airways staff told me that i will get my luggage in Doha on 06th of December. I lodged a complaint at doha airport for my missing luggage with the help of jet airways staff. Ground Staff told me that they have received a message from New Delhi that one Baggage is still in new delhi and it will come tomorrow. They lodged complaint of missing luggage immediately at doha airport file ref number is DOH9W11141/06DEC10/1900GMT.
                                When i called them today at 9.30 PM aviation officer told me that they have not received my luggage yet.

                                This clearly shows us how jet airlines works and harass people to save there seats while boarding . Transferring from flight to flight. Missing there luggage, openly demanding from Bribe, Duty manager was missing and his number was found switched off.

                                If i have not got any response from jet staff immediately than i will raise this issue further. I am new in Doha and due to this issue iam very upset.

                                I landed in Mumbai from Paris on 21.03.2015 and was told that my luggage will be coming the day after (file ref. no. BOM9W70730 and tag no. AF407106). I waited for more than 72 hours during which didn&#039;t get any response. Meanwhile every time i called to jet airways, I was asked to wait.
                                My bag contains branded clothes, footwear, handbags, and gifts i bought from Spain for my family. All the items have a cumulative worth of more than Rs. 90, 000/-. This excludes the cost of harassment, insult and inconvenience caused to me due to the jet airways carelessness.
                                My self Arun kumar, boarded flight (Jet Airways) from Patna to Ahmedabad on 10th June and we have flight change at Delhi.

                                When we reached to Ahmedabad I did not receive my luggage and after ground staff (Mukesh Sharma) told that we will get back my luggage from morning flight (8 am) and deliver to local address given by me before 3 pm. Even he told that he will update the compliain in system and I will receving the message of that complain.

                                But I did not receive any message regarding complain and when I called them after 3:30 pm they told we will give details by 5 pm. When I called them after 5 pm, no is picking the phone now. My cloths and all necessary things are in that luggage.

                                When I called to the tollfree number[protected], the person pick the call has no idea where is our Luggage and he need confirmation from A&#039;bad Airport.

                                I really annoyed, this people don&#039;t want to take any responsibility. I called them more than 30 times. It looks like Jet Airways is running with only 4-5 staff who does everything.

                                This is my worst flight travel experience. It is going to more then 22 hrs reporting complain but still I don&#039;t have any details of my missing luggage.

                                This is not good way to treat the customer. I request you to kindly return my missing luggage by today. It is very urgent. I accept that it was my mistake to travel by Jet Airways.
                                I flew from Edinburgh on the 4th of feb my luggage didn&#039;t turn up for 14 days later I have e mailed comes up error 404 I have phoned phne bill 50 only to hung up on I flew from Edinburgh to goa change over to air france I have wrote to use with copies of admitting not putting my case on plane I had no clothes for 14 days more importantly no medication totally ruined my holiday and not one person has even tried to contact me or apoligise no compensation what kind of company is this I saved for two years for this holiday to be treated like this my case was sent all over india totally ripped apart with items missing yet this doesn&#039;t seem to bother you
                                i have been reporting this incident since 20th of feb to no avail i even went back to airport where i got conformation that it was the airlines fault ot giving up util i get componsation for a ruined holiday

                                  I BOOKED 4 RETURN TICKETS ON 18TH JAN, 2013 UNDER PNR: MNCWK3 ON LINE FOR 26TH JANUARY 2013 AND RETURN ON 28TH JANUARY 2013. I PAID THE AMOUNT BY MY AMEX CARD. I GOT MY TICKETS PTD ON LINE. ON REACHING TO THE AIRPORT ON 26TH JANUARY 2013, I WAS TOLD BY THE CHECK IN COUNTER , OUR TICKETS IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM. I WAS SURPRISED , HAVING CONFIRMED TICKETS IN MY HAND , WHILE DEBITED THE AMOUNT TO MY AMEX CARD, THE CHECK IN COUNTER SAYS , MY NAME IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM . AFTER A GREAT ARGUEMENTS, I WAS TOLD TO CANCEL THE TICKETS. HAVING NO OPTION, I GOT MY TICKETS CANCELLED. WHILE CHECKING AT THE COUNTER , TO MY SURPRISE, MY RETURN JOURNEY TICKETS WERE IN THE SYSTEM UNDER THE SAME PNR.. I HAD MY HOTEL BOOKING IN UDAIPUR FOR 2NIGHTS 3 DAYS, AND ALL AMOUNT PAID UP. I HAD NO CHOICE THAN TO BUY ANOTHER EXPENSIVE TICKETS FROM BOM-DLI-UDR . SPENDING APP RS 15800/- PER TICKET. WHILE CANCELLING THE TICKETS , I WAS TOLD MY AMOUNT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO MY AMEX CARD. IN SPITE OF WRITIN BACK ON 22ND MARCH EVEN, I HAVE NEITHER RECD ANY REPLY, NOR THE AMOUNT.
                                  THIS IS SHEER CHEATING BY THE AIRLINE. I DONT KNOW TO WHOM I SHOULD APPROACH.

                                    This is in reference to my already lodged compliant with Jet Airways:

                                    I would like to share/complaint my experience with Jet airways as I was badly harassed by The ground duty staff at New Delhi Airport T3 for my flight 9W 18 to Singapore departing 8:45 AM.

                                    I had booked my ticket online and got it rescheduled , after reschedule my economy class changed from "W" which is entitled for 20kgs to "K" which is entitled for 30kgs. As you can see on the attached ticket, the baggage allowance is mentioned as 20kgs however, manage booking section showed me baggage allowance as 30 Kgs .

                                    So, I had come prepared with a checkin bagage of 30 kg's. I had no arrangements to carry 10 KGs of my stuff in hands. I was looking forward for a support from the ground staff member, but I was shocked to see the attitude your staff carries. I was trying to convey repetitively that the online booking showed 30kgs but I was let down by your staff. They asked me to provide proof or be prepared to miss my flight.

                                    Sorry to say but this was my worst experience with Jet airways. I wasted more than 1 hour just running around from checking row M to the jet airways office at gate 1 but in vain. Ground staff was not ready to help me by finding out how the online manage booking showed me 30 kgs.

                                    For your reference, Jet airways website shows after September 11th 2012 economy class K is entitled for 30 Kg baggage allowance I have attached the screenshot, I have also attached the screen shot where while booking it still shows me allowance is 30 Kg.

                                    Now, I am looking forward for a compensation for the harassment I bared and loss of 10kgs. This is the first level of complaint/request from my side. If no action taken I will be forced to go to consumer care organizations.


                                    My First level escalation was sent on 1st April and after that I was asked to bear till 11th April but in vain, now no body is even replying to my emails , this is not the kind of service I expect from a known name like Jet Airways.

                                    I have attached the proofs that jet airways fare team is also saying my baggage allowance should be 30 kgs.

                                    I claim a loss of sense , bearing humiliation and ignorance , bearing harassment and loss of luggage at INR 100,000.

                                      I had booked two tickets to Raipur from Indore in jet airways for 02-march 13.The purpose was to consult a doctor for my wife's medical problem, at Raipur It was through their agent FLYWINGS UNIVARSAL TRTAVELS.The booking was done one month in advance due to urgency of purpose and doctors appointment. All the boarding and travel arrangements were also done in advance. But at the time of check-in the jet team approached my wife and asked if she can delay her visit because they have some important client who want to go . She refused. But the team did not allow my wife to board the plane by saying that she has fever. I strongly object to the action and demand compensation for all the misconduct and deficiency in service and the mental agony . also she missed the appointment with the doctor. all other arrangements have to be cancelled including the two way air ticket.Kindly take cognizance and oblige . awanish dixit.
