regarding of payment, sir i was booked a flight ticket with your jetairways as on 28th Nov 2012 at 1355hrs jurney from chennai to dibrugarh on 31 december 2012.payment was debited in my account from my account but ticket not booked. so kindly requesting you to refund the amount or book a ticket on the same date of 6583.00 as on early.and when we try to customer care toll free number of [protected].but they do not pick up any call since three days we are trying so kindly do the need full.

    On 3rd October 2012, I had booked Jet airways. At the time of booking the flight rates for the S2 3435 was less than the rate for the S2 4435 flight. Despite lower fare wherein I would have been saving Rs.500/- per ticket, I had selected the later flight only because of the timings.

    Jet Konnect has now cancelled the flight S2 4435 without our knowledge and have accomodated the passengers on the flight S2 3435. If the passengers have been booked in flight having lower fare than it is the legitimate right of the passenger in demanding the difference in fare.

    I feel this is an unfair practice in recovering more amount from passengers which is not expected from a reputed company like Jet Airways.

    I had demanded difference of fare from them to which they have replied as under

      Dear Sir/Madam
      I have traveled in Jet Airways dated 20th August 2011 from Hong Kong to New Delhi at
      that time i did not get my luggeage (Black colour Bag 1nos) from New Delhi Airport. Immidiately
      I have informed Jet Airways on duty officer but still there is no responce from any Jet Airways officers.
      After that several times I have done telephonic complane but till i did not get my luggeage.
      My luggeage contains most important business documents,New i-phone 4, Two double black visky
      bottle,new cloths and some electronics materials.
      I hope Jet Airways is most popular Airways inthe world today and this type of services to the custormers
      is not justified any of cost.I request you to take the necessary action as earliest.My contact nos and address
      are here with for your reference.
      Hope some corrective action will be taken.

        sir, I mr suresh kumar KN ex-mployee of M/S Jet airways india ltd, PF AC No MH/39804/459 want to file a complaint against EPF Bandra office regarding my request for the settlement of my EPF/ Pension scheme 1995.My services has been terminited wef Nov 2001. I have been forwarded applications for withdrawal ofEPF and pension schemeon 02 may 2012 duly recommended and signed by Mr MK Raghavan Hon MP ( Lok sabha)along with advanced stamped receipt. during this time span of 7 months i already submitted 5 reminders through e. mail and regd letters,but till date i didnt received any response from EPF Bandra office, inview of the above and iam in need of money urgently, i requested your good office ,kindly lookinto the matter urgently and do need- ful at the earliest.

          I booked two tickets for Bangalore to Patna for 15th of november.
          As we reached 10 minutes late for check in to the airport, the jet airways didnt allow us to board the flight.

          They asked us to book another flight for the cost of 30k (for both tickets).
          As i didn't agree on this. they asked me to give the tickets for cancellation.

          I gave both the tickets for cancellation but the staff has cancelled only one ticket and stamped the ticket saying that cancellation for both has been initiated, you will get the refund in 3 working days.

          Now, when I am checking the status of the refund amount,they are telling only one ticket has been cancelled and other is marked NO Show.

          Kindly raise a complain regarding this. Because, we gave both the tickets for cancellation but still only one ticket has been cancelled. Please guide us how to proceed for the reimbursement.

            I travelled in 9W 7075 flight from Delhi to Chennai on 3rd Oct'12. I have kept my mobile in the seat pocket. In the time of the transit in Bangalore, I was checking my bags in the over head compartment (just exactly opposite to my seat), in the mean time cleaning crew was cleaning the cabin. When I returned to my seat, I saw that the mobile was missing. I had asked crew to check the cabin and the cleaners at Bangalore airport, but we could not find out. I always had a very good trip with Jet airways, but this incident was really horrible. BUT, the very painful thing was that one of the cabin crew member was teasing me and joking at the incident. The dialogue which he said was;

            "Mam, I found a mobile but thrown it in the dust bin ", I really do not understand, what was his thinking. More than the missing of mobile, his ill behaviour was very painful. He was continuously laughing and making fun about the incident.

            I need help in getting penalty from the airline. They are very careless..

              Sub: Complaint regarding late Refund Amount of Jet airways Air Ticket.

              Dear SirMadam

              I had booked Four Online Airline Tickets from the website of Jet Airways www.jetairways.com on 2nd June 2012 in the Name of Mr. Zenith Vadodariya & family, the Jet Airways Flight was from Bhavnagar to Mumbai. I had cancelled the said ticket on 29th June 2012 due to unavoidable circumstances at local jet airways counter at Bhavnagar Airport.

              I have received the refund amount (Rs. 8308) from Jet Airways on 11th Aug 2012 that is after one and half month after the cancellation of the said tickets. In view of the same we request your goodself to kindly explain the reason for delay in getting refund amount so late or its your routine professional prevalent practice. Several times I had approached them at their local counter at Bhavnagar Airport but they had never given me the appropriate status of the claimed refund amount except false promises & excuses. Being a senior citizen I had to struggle a lot to get back my refund amount, my family is a frequent flyer of jet airways. I never expected this kind of sheer negligent approach from such a pioneer airline.

              My son who is an NRI residing in U.S.A & frequent flyer member of Jet Airways recently had a worst experience with jet airways once he was coming to India from U.S. by Jet Airways when he was landed on Mumbai Airport. He had to catch the flight of Jet Airways from Mumbai to Bhavnagar. He was carrying luggage of around 175 Kg with him. Jet Airways asked him to pay Rs.[protected] per KG) as excess baggage charges to carry his luggage in the said flight (Mumbai to Bhavnagar). Which is nine times higher than the fare charges of the same flight from Mumbai to Bhavnagar (fare of Jet Airways from Mumbai to Bhavnagar is Approx Rs. 4000 – Rs. 4500). Later on the said flight was cancelled & given him another flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad & allowed excess baggage without any charge.

              In U.S.A for excess baggage the y charge 25 USD per baggage for 23 kg.

              This is a sheer unethical practice of an airline company like jet airways which is charging exorbitant service charges as mentioned above. Ishould also insist Government of India & Civil Aviation Ministry to take necessary steps against airline companies for the sake of common people & unnecessary harassment from the airline companies.

              I am having savings account (No. [protected]) in IDBI Bank Bhavnagar from which I had booked four online Air Tickets of Jet Airways.

              Jet Airways — Flight Delay by 6hrs

              My Name is Nikhil Mudbhatkal Employee Aditya Birla Group.

              Flight - 9W-2152 was suppose to leave Kolkata by 8.40 PM but it left at 1.25 AM. No proper informaion was provided and the facility provided was very bad at the airport by Jet Airways. we were told to be seated at the Louge no proper food was provided . When we boarded the flight at 12.30 AM it took another 40 mins to take off it was extreamly frustrating as the AC was also not functional in the plane.

              Jet Airways employees were behaving as silly as your CEO Mr.Goel.

              AIr ticket cancellation — Delay in refund amount after cancellation of Air tickets

                FLT NO S2 4391 for Ahd to N delhi on 10th seot 2012 at 07.15 a.m. my son had cancelled air india ticket of 08,00 a m on 10th sept 2012 and had pr urchased jet airlines ticket. airindia had told to allow two 20 kgs baggage i.e. 40 kg as my son sharvil naresh naik was travelling from ahmedabad to new delhi and from new delhi to new jersey, usa by atlantic virgina airlines;, but to our surprise rs 3150.00 was charged at ahmedabad airport by jet airways arrogant officer on duty at 06.00 a.m.. As i am working with sbi and once i was posted as officer at ashram road branch opp jet airway;s office near gujarat vidyapith and many jet staff was banking with sbi so i told name of mr kulkarni which i had remembered as officer of jet airways but the officer posted on 10th sept 2012 at 06.00 a.m. did not allow excess luggage though my son sharvil was international passenger and there is a treaty with IATA that two baggages should also be allowed for domestic travel. thus it is my humble request to please return my rs 3150.00 or else i shall go to consumer protection council under COPRA Act as the charges levied by you is not valid but as our flight was at 07.15 a,m, and time was less in the morning to avoid any delay for flight i paid rs 3150.00 at counter at airport cash.

                  I am Travelled on Jet Airways From Vadodara To Mambai on 14 September 2012, My Ticket No Is[protected]. Flight No 9W342. When I am Landed at Mamba Airport i try to find out the Luggage but not able to find after that 30 minutes. i am launched one complaint at the loss baggage counter of jet airways. they people says we will find out then call you on mentioned numbers as per given by you. almost 8 days gone, but i have not received any call from jet airways office regarding Baggage. if i try to connect with jet airways peoples for finding my luggage. they are saying we will call you back with in 30 minutes. but no body call me back. in the luggage so many important things like certificates,documents, clothes, medicines, and jewellery. it was an utterly poor and pathetic service from the customer service, where i followed up with them each and every day

                    I was cancelled my flight tickets from Jet airways customer care executives through telecall and they informed me first time for refund amount is nearly Rs 3400 and amount will be credited to my card within 15 days. One month is over still i am not getting my refund money back.

                    I was called several time to customer care support regarding refund amount of Rs 3400. They just giving me always wrong information regarding this issue and misguided me always.

                    Again I was informed this via email to [protected]@jetairways.com and they informed me refund of Rs 2662 only.

                    Now this time it is very serious. I will fix this case with the help of consumer court if you are not willing to do any needful action.

                    You can check my all the call details which may be recorded on your customer care list.

                    and please go through below messages for your information.

                    jet airways tickets — non refund of payments

                    On 09/02/2010 I was booking air tickets of JET AIRWAYS for me & my family members through " make my trip.com " while booking tickets the transection was not complete as informed to me the ccavenue executive Mr.ROHIT and informed that my amount will will be refunded within three four days but till date it is seven days have past but I am in no reciept of any Refund into my account from which the amount Rs. 17,742.00 was debited on dt. 09/02/2010. Earlier also I have written to ccavenue but no communication from them is recieved from them till date. The transection ID provided to me were FLT[protected] & FLT[protected]. Please look into the matter and inform me accordingly.

                    Last two week ago I booked a ticket with my wife from Reykjavik(Iceland) to New Delhi(India). The next day I got an answer, that with no charge and they are sorry, but they can`t book my ticket. I called the office, they were very rude with me. My money was cut already from my account, after all, I got back 40 euro booking fees from edream company, because they book a ticket with Jetairways, but the 873 euro are still missing, they said ask Jetairways.we already many call to india and uk. not any hopefull response. Where is my money? any friend can give me any idea How can I get back my money? We are calling from the last two week to jetairways office, but no body gives us any hopefully answer, not from India evern from UK.

                    I booked Air Ticket through Make My trip on 23/4/11 from Kolkata to Visakhapatnam by jet Air ways (15.50 time) to travel on 12 th May 2011 . But money was debited (deducted) from my SBI A/C, ( bearing No POS PRCH –POS[protected] Avenue India PVT ltd without Air Ticket, called as failed transaction by Make MyTrip.
                    I was tried to contact through customer care No[protected] &[protected] but I cold not get the line and it is almost impossible to contact the Customer Care Dept of Make My Trip.

                    Jet airlines — Refund of canceled flight

                    I booked tkt on 21march late nite fm NGP to Delhi for 22 nd march morning flt after reaching airport after 1 hour they have canceeled the flt till date they have not refund my money after more then 10 reminders now I have sent court notice to them even they r not replying

                      In reference to the PNR:( DWUOAG) booked with jet airways on 9th July 2012, intend to travel on 31st of August 2012 at 23.10 on flight 9W 2124. The carrier operators claims that this flight was cancelled and a decision was taken to be combined with some other flight, further they claim that it was informed to the passenger via SMS and delivered on 30 August 2012 at around 7.30pm and has the record of the same, to my surprise when reported at air port on the intended time and date they explained to me all above mentioned, in turn i stated arguing with them as i have a onward journey next morning, with thin instead they help me the duty manger asked me to do i can and complain where ever it is possible, to my surprise when i made a hue and cry at the entire airport their is no one to take action against such rowdies operating at airport. during this argument around 12.30am midnight on 1st September i received a message stating that my intended flight to travel form Bangalore to Mumbai at 11.30pm on August has been canceled, i submitted to the the proof of same. Due to this flight cancellation i incurred a huge loss, apart from this a to suffer a lot from my employer, is their a law to take action against such rowdies they do what ever they want and keep playing with the general public, further to surprise their no authorities at Bangalore the international airport. fo this complain they have replied like this as below.

                      Thank you for choosing Jet Airways. This is in reference to your intended travel from Bangalore to Mumbai of 31st August, 2012.

                      We are concerned to note your disappointment with regard to the schedule change of our flight and missing your onward connection.

                      Our records indicate that flight 9W 2124 from Bangalore to Mumbai of 31st August was combined to operate with flight 9W 2262 departing Hyderabad at 21:35 hrs. In keeping with our process, we endeavour to inform guests in advance with regard to such change. Our booking records indicate that an SMS with regard to the flight combination was sent to you at 19:28 hrs on 30thAugust on the contact no [protected] mentionedin your booking as your preferred number and we understand that the same was delivered to you.

                      I am unable to comments as to the reason for the delivery of the SMS on 1st September. There could have been a network issue due to which the SMS was delivered late to you.

                      We do realise the impact of such changes on the convenience of our guests hence all efforts are made to inform guests about any new development as and when the information is received from our Flight Operation team.

                      Please be assured that we on our part will continue with our efforts to maintain the reliability of our operation. We regret for the inconvenience caused and request you to view the incident in isolation.

                      Further we understand that our Bangalore team rebooked you on the first flight operating to Mumbai against the same ticket.

                      Mr Rahman,, as your onward flight to Muscat on Oman Air was on a separate PNR, hence our staff at Bangalore airport were unable to assist you with your onward connection. In the event the booking is on the same PNR, our staff is able to make alternative travel arrangement vide a FIM (Flight Interruption Manifest). Hence It is always advisable to make reservations on a single document, as in the event of such situations, the carrier (who has issued the ticket) is responsible to ensure that the guests are facilitated with the onward connecting flight.

                      In view of the above, we sincerely regret our inability to accede to your request as suggested and we seek your understanding of our position in this regard.

                        At Ahmedabad Airport i complained to one of Jetairways rep. and Property irregularity report was given to me.

                        Vendor collected my Bag when i came back to bangalore ( Indian Mart ) in the month of March only but till now i have not got replacement of my Bag.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had inconvenience caused because of Jet Airways Flight 9W 556 from Kochi to Doha on 03.09.12 which was over booked.
                          I’m an NRI from Mumbai staying in Doha and never had an problem before with jet airways for travel from Doha -Mumbai-Doha.

                          This is the reason I choose Jet airways for my official Kochi travel. Start from Doha to Kochi was good but from Kochi to Doha (ETKT 589 [protected] )ended in real trouble.
                          It was really important for me to travel to Doha the same day as my wife was having health problems and need to reach Doha around 10.30 pm and take her to doctor.
                          I waited till last looking for some chance that your staff might allow and look for 1 seat for me if it is available.

                          As mentioned in the attached ticket I was given only option to travel next day on same flight and was told to try for next day morning 4.25 am QR 265 flight with no chance seen as the flight was fully booked.
                          I got a seat in QR 265 flight but situation was so tensed that after checking out of the hotel if I didn’t get the seat in the flight where should I go after that.
                          I would blame jet Airways for this total inconvenience and over booking of flights and will try in future not to travel by jet airways.

                            I am Jet privilege Member and a frequent flyer on Jet airways both on domestic and international flights. On a recent flight from Mumbai to Singapore I was appalled as to the standards to which the airline has fallen.

                            1. The coaches which transport passengers from the terminal to the runway were dirty and had cockroaches crawling over seats.
                            2. The flight for which I had done web-check in and arrived nearly 3 hours before started boarding way before schedule only to take off off nearly an hour late.
                            3. I had a connecting flight from hongkong which I missed, and was then booked on the next available flight nearly 4 hrs later. There was no communication between the two carriers at all. After a lot of explaining at the airport the other carrier, sensible people did the necessary arrangements and put on the next available flight where there was a seat.
                            4. The reason for the flight landing nearly late was the routine excuse traffic in Mumbai terminal (well if they already know that why not take off on time) and that they were waiting for for some last minute passengers. So they think it is ok for 99 per cent on time passengers to suffer for the remaining few who do not bother to show up on time. The carrier from hongkong did not wait they followed the boarding rules quite diligently else I would not have missed the flight I was there nearly 40 min before the flight but they had closed the boarding gates already.

                            a co -passenger told me that he had a similar experience with Jet in Chennai where they simply cancelled the flight and the next flight was nearly 7 hours later. I think they book people on flights and if they do not get the necessary capacity they simply cancel it. I have flown many airlines which go less than capacity but they never cancel their flights and leave the passengers to fend for themselves.
                            5. The service of the connecting airline was seamless and the flight service and attendants service oriented/pleasant and I had a great connecting flight to my destination, however the jet airways leg is a different story altogether.
                            6. As soon as we boarded even before passengers had taken their seats the Rule/ordering about jet crew started ranting out orders on how to sit (I have a taken a million flights in all parts of the world and traveled several airlines no where are customers on whom you depend for your survival treated with such a shoddy manner.
                            7. The cabin crew seemed to take pleasure in belittling and ill-treating passengers (especially Indians) by being rude and gruff. The cabin crew needs to know that they are not rocket scientists/business leaders or Nobel prize winners they are just a bunch who serve tea/coffee up in the air and are over paid to do that job and on this flight it may have been better if they were not on board.
                            8. A totally shoddy snack was stuffed into the passengers hands which everyone practically returned without eating. They woke up passengers rudely asking them to straighten their seats as breakfast had to be served after about 3 hours of a 1 am flight which took off late. Well! most passengers had already eaten and wanted to sleep and well!! their precious breakfast was shoddy it had no salt/no pepper and served with such rudeness that again the few unwitting passengers who took it returned it not eaten.
                            9. The crew was very good ratting out rules most of which they were themselves not following most of them. The customer was the last thing that had any value on the flight. If there is an award for excuse mongering/acting as though they were doing favor by being there they would have won it. 10. They were bothering sleeping passengers by checking if the their seat belts were put on while most seats on the flight would not even recline properly and some would not straighten properly. When informed about that they just ignored it and walked past as though the passenger was invisible.
                            11. The flight had not been cleaned properly before boarding I suppose they expected the passengers to do that. at the end of the of the flight when they said pl give us the opportunity to serve you what that means is have a "death in the air" experience with us..most passengers said yeah sure right.
                            12. The cabin crew is overpaid for the job they do, they are picked up from their residences by cars, they are put up in hotels in foreign destinations and their 1 kg make-up (at the end of which they still manage to look ugly) comes out of our pockets. They needs to understand
                            that the customer has to be treated with respect he had paid his fare and earned the right to good polite service.
                            13. I have been on several foreign and domestic carriers no where I have had such a shoddy experience from cabin crew. Most foreign airlines the cabin go out of the way make you feel welcome and happen to take care of your needs without being intrusive. I suppose these though travel everywhere have not learned anything. Being a dominant carrier has made them even more arrogant and they have quickly forgotten that airlines have died out for way smaller reasons than poor customer service.

                            They just lost many passengers who later told me they would go through a different carrier in the future. Etiquette and manners are not taught in a fake accent English flight training school they are learnt at home. Throwing attitudes is not part of good customer care and if they do not like doing this job they can very well quit, the paying passenger is not required to put up with their mood-swings and tantrums. It is racist to treat passengers differently based on their nationality and skin color. India is free of colonialism but it was atrocious to see cabin crew treat foreign passengers who have paid the same prize with respect and dignity and Indian passengers like cattle/sheep. I would have filed a racist complaint if I was abroad but where do I do that in India itself what a SHAME.

                            I will fly a foreign carrier I am like to receive better treatment there in the future. The cabin crew on all international carriers are usually amazing, they do fantastic job and they do not need a cake of make-up to look presentable. I had a great experience on my connecting flight which sort off proves the point. It was then that I missed Kingfisher airlines and even Air India.

                            Jet stop being so arrogant you are not indispensable as you think you are.

                            me and my mom were in the kolkata airport.....as for the reception of a guest
                            a crew member from spice jet name RIYA SARKAR with a tag onn was as humilating and arrogent for my mom,my mom asked her how to get the info for spice jet incuming flights and she answerd in the uniform 'am not here to assist any xyz am here for inflight services'as a son i wuld hav replied her back but bcause am a regular flier i preffered to write dis complaint against her.....its better you people take some firm decision against the crew member or else....i have to move further for the case of 'loss of self respect'.

                              We have paid through our Debit Card and amount also debited from our Bank Account. But This transaction successful not done while payment process in your website.

                              So We have booked another ticket and journey made. But till date we have not received refund for 1st booked ticket for above mentioned PNR.

                              Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount immdly.

                              I have purchased ticket through jetairways website to fly from Chennai to Singapore on 10th Novmber. Due to some reasons I have cancelled my booking and got informed that I will be getting the refund in 7 to 10 working days.

                              But, when I check my credit card account for refund, I am really shocked, only part of the amount is refunded. So, I have called your call centre to check the status today (11/11/2013), they advised me to check with my bank, hence I called bank and they told me that, there are few transactions made from jet airways as follows:

                              Partial amount XXX credited on 20 OCT 2013
                              Amount XXX debited on 23 OCT 2013
                              Partial amount XXX credited on 23 OCT 2013

                              All the above transaction made by Jetairways, India.

                              So, finally I got only part of the amount XXX, which is 1/3 of the actual amount.

                              I am totally upset while writing this.

                                My name is Mohammed Tahsin Iqbal. I’m a Citizen of India and a resident of Chapra Bihar.

                                I travelled from Delhi to Patna on the 9:30am flight # 9W 2287 on 25th Aug, 2012 – Sunday via Jet Airways. My reservation ID WG52CS and my seat number on the flight was 18A.



                                I kept my passport in front of my seat bag and forget to take it. I reported immediately on arrival 11.20AM 25th Aug to Lost Luggage Assistance, they assured me you will get it , despite of my repeated request to staff flight,while flight was there requested to flight staff let me allow to go there to take my Passport from the front side seat bag of 18A but no one allowed me to go inside the plane as they said I came from the flight and again entry is not allowed hence my Passport left there.

                                Please note : I have reported loss of this bag on 25th Aug, 2012.



                                Please get back my Passport immediately , this is very essential document and having issues of my job.

                                  Jet Airways – Compensate fairly for our lost items



                                  Hyderabad, 14th August 2012: This complaint is about the miserable experience we have recently had with Jet Airways on our way back from a vacation with our family in the US. On Sunday 10th June 2012, my father and I were on our way back from Chicago to Hyderabad via London and Mumbai when our cabin bags were forcefully checked-in due to insufficient cabin space after we boarded the United Airlines flight at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. This last minute check-in was not done properly as per procedure and our 2 cabin bags were both hurriedly checked in. The worse part was that we were not given enough time to review our valuables and remove them from these bags. After reaching Mumbai in the late hours of Monday, 11th June 2012, out of two cabin bags we received only one bag and the other missing one which contained a Sony handycam and a jewellery bag apart from some clothes and food items. We immediately raised a missing baggage claim at the Jet Airways’baggage claim counter and listed out all the items that were in the bag, and the Jet Airways personnel at the counter estimated the worth of the contents of the bag as Rs.70,000/-. We reached Hyderabad on the early morning of 12th June and at around 8:30 PM on same day, I received a confirmation that the lost suitcase had arrived at the Hyderabad airport. But the bag reached us in the late afternoon hours of Thursday, 14th June 2012. Upon opening the bag we were shocked not to find our Sony handycam (which had all our memories of vacation) and the jewellery bag (containing precious and semi-precious jewellery items along with many cosmetics and accessories). It took countless emails, phone calls and tweets from our end, and a month of time for Jet Airways to finally tell us that the bag, which as per their information weighed 8 kg at Chicago, never went through customs at the Mumbai airport and upon reaching the Hyderabad airport weighed 7 kg. This observation itself is a proof about our lost items. As per their own policy the lost and found bag did not reach us with plastic wrap. Another proof for theft of items. We demand a FAIR compensation for our lost items from Jet airways .For communication pls. refer to, Barcode reference no. of missing bag: UA[protected]

                                    Now Jet Airways collecting astronomical extra baggage charge. My wife and 2 kids were travelling from Mangalore to Bangalore and from BLR they are traveling abroad (Los Angeles). There was no concession made (at check-in counter) in this case even though passengers were bound to international flight. They paid the price equal to 2 more flight ticket to Bangalore. This is outright extortion and unethical. I or any of my family members will never travel again in Jet Airways. Hope Jet Airways end up like KingFisher.

                                      I had my share of trouble in Kolkata with Jet Airways while taking my flight to London via Mumbai on the 20th of July.

                                      What happened today was worse. My friend (who cannot talk because of a medical condition) is stuck at Kolkata Airport because apparently Jet Konnect got her luggage down at Hyderabad! Unable to talk she launched a complaint at the airport and the executive choose to laugh! She has already missed her connecting flight to Ranchi and is not well attended by Jet or Airport Authorities.

                                        sir,
                                        I was in the group of 17 persons to travel from Kolkata to Guwahati on the 25th July 2012 by Jet airways flight at 10.15 am vide tickets bearing PNR - CWTWCA . we have all reported in time to the counter of the airline in a queue. our luggage were taken charge by the staff of the airline. Surprisingly at the first instant only 9 of the members were issued boarding passes. After sometime another 3 of our members were given the boarding passes, while the rest 5 members ( I was in this aggrieved group) were instructed verbally by the staff of the airline to wait. after waiting innocently, the staff told us that we would be flown by the flight at 1pm, which was a blatant lie. Again after waiting, the staff of the airline asked for our tickets, we handed over to him then we saw him written "RPTD- 0932" a code which was not known to us then, with a promise that we would be put in the flight at 4.50pm. he instructed us to go for lunch and to report back to him at 2pm, which we complied. after coming back we reported exactly at 2pm to the counter and we found out that he was replaced by a lady. the lady asked us to give our tickets to her, after handing over our tickets to her she refused to give the boarding passes on the ground that it was written Reported late, which was in fact not our fault. I argued with the lady and justified our claim and right , but the lady refused to accept. after a persistent argument, the lady then instructed us to reconfirm our tickets from the ticket counter for a flight of 27th july 2012 free of cost. we complied her instruction and reported to the ticket counter , surprisingly we were asked to pay Rs. 6500/- as a penalty with no fault of ours. Such harassment by the concerned Personnel of the Jet airways to the simple passengers like us has caused us to suffer mental agony, loss of time and money. In this regard I would humbly urge upon the authority to take action against the guilty
