I,Amritesh Ranjan booked the flight ticket of jet airways on 28th dec 2012 for the journey date of 31.03.2013 with the same PNR-i.e. KRYQBT
from Ranchi to Delhi and then onward Delhi to Vadodara with PNR -KRYQBT and flights were scheduled to depart from ranchi to delhi
(Flight no. 9W615) & delhi to vadodara(Flight no.-9W2064) at 12.10 Hrs and 18.15 Hrs. respectively. I was repeatedly getting messages of change of schedule of flights till travel data.

I talked to to the customer care center of Jet airways on 30.03.13.After long time,a lady picked the phone and told me about the cancellation of the flight from Delhi to Vadodara i.e.(Flight no.-9W2064) ,before that ,I have not been intimated about the cancellation of that flight.
She suggested me some horrendous way to plan my travel, like I can travel from Ranchi to kolkatta ,then Kolkatta to mumbai on 31.03.2013 and from mumbai to vadodara on 01.03.2013. I denied because ,I would have to attend a very urgent public party in 31.03.2013 and office from 01.04.2013.
then She said me in rude way that ,we can not do anything for you and you directly go to Ranchi airport and explain the same .
By the way,On 31.03.2013 ,I went to Ranchi airport by 11:45 hrs and nobody from Jet airways was there to assist me or even listen to me for an hour in the front office of Airport .after an hour a person came and said me about the only about the postponement of my Ranchi-delhi flight by 1 hrs.30 min.He did not give me the clue about the Delhi-Vadodara flight,even after my repeatedly asking.

I went to make my boarding pass to the jet airways counter inside the Airport .A lady who was making Boarding pass told me that vododara flight is cancelled and you would have to meet my manager for the same,who was also a lady there.
After 20 min that manager lady came with a male ,named ANIL .I explained my problem to them but they said me that we can not help you in any mean ,If you want to complain or you want to go to any consumer forum ,you are free to go and tell them these things with my name. I told them ,Plz let me reach to Vadodara by today(31.03.2013) anyhow ,so that I can attend the Function and as well as my office(from next day).then she gave the same suggestion like Ranchi-kolkatta-Bombay-Vadodara with no accommodation and said me to stay in airport in bombay on 31st night

She and Anil lost the respect for me and responded me very rudely and arrogantly .they were shouting like anything and were saying ,we have already intimated you by mails.But I did not received any mail of cancellation of that flight.

By end of debate ,they send me From Ranchi to Delhi and Delhi to Ahmedabad only on 31.03.2013 and they had not provided me any transport from Ahmedabad to Vadodara and have no regret for that.Although the flight reached to Ahmedabad by night 22.00 Hrs and I reached to vadodara by my own hired taxi by 24.00 Hrs. and I could not Attend my Function.



I experienced the same before with same Air Service provider(Jet Airways),Same People(That Manger & Anil) in similar Journey (ranchi-Delhi-Vadodara) on 02.12.2012 .And the problem,the Solution Offered and Attitude were same.


Please ,Guide me to move for legal actions against the Jet Airway,the Fellows in Airports and for my inconvenience, my Lose and that harassment .

Jet Airways — Repeated cancellation

Jet Airways have been repeatedly cancelling flights due to low loads and rescehduling me and other passengers on other flights. I was booked on 9W 417 leaving at 1400 hrs. from Mumbai on 22nd July.

On 21st July they ring me at 8:30 pm saying I ma booked on the later floght as this has been cancelled due to "operational reasons". I had a meeting so I requested to be booked on the earlier flight at 10:30am. My whole day 21st is wasted as i have to spend it in Bangalore, apart from the expenses of food and calls to Bangalore to change the timing of the car receving me at the airport.

I had a meeting in mumbai in the morning on 22nd which I had to cancel at short notice causing me loss of business.

I would like to repart this to the authorities that this is not the way to run an airline with total disregard for the customer - cancelling flights at will. Passengers need to be compensated for loss of time and realted business losses.

Jet Airways — change of my flight without any notice

i had my tickets of 9W 602 but on reaching the airport i found out tat my flight is changed to 9W607 which is 03 hrs 30min after my flight! my further prog are cancelled.now it is hell waiting here!

    I booked a return ticket of jetairways pune to indore flight online therough jet airways' official website(i.e. www.jetairways.com) on 13the march 2013 and my journey date was 23rd march 2013.

    On 23rd march 2013 when I went to airport at thee time of flight , I got to know about cancellation of my confirmed ticket.
    They Sent a mail to my given mail id of cancellation just one day back at around 9:30 PM, otheer thean theat I did not get any message or communication on my cellphone.
    They deducted thee cancellation charge also.

    After theat theey were not ready to provide me anotheer ticket for same day.They offered me a ticket for next day which was costing 500 bucks more thean thee earlier ticket.

    The booked ticket was for me and my baby who is just 1.4 yr old.
    The whole process harassed me mentally and economically.
    I had to bear taxi to and fro expenses and thee cancellation amount Plus it ruined my holiday plan.


    I sent a mail also to theem for clarification but theey did not turn up.

    I want theem to learn a good lesson

    Airline Jetairways — cancelled flight

    I am hereby reproducing a email sent to Jet which is self explanatory.:
    "Sir,
    4 Passengers were booked on flight 9W 7064 of 23.01.2010 from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata PNR No. BGTFGZ through Easy Trip planners Pvt. Ltd
    The Flight was cancelled. The same was confirmed to me when I called the call centre of your airline at 7.40 AM.
    Firstly, You should have called at least on the previous evening to inform us the same, so that alternative arrangements could have been made to leave by some train in the early morning, since the passengers were booked further from kolkata to Bagdogra.
    Due to your negligence the onward journey flights had to be cancelled at a charge of Rs. 750 each and further tickets had to be booked for the next day at higher rates.
    Secondly, the lady who received the phone on the call centre mentioned that there are no phone No. recorded in the booking, which is utter and the most degrading lie. For your information I have a print out of the ticket which clearly states the contact information and phone Nos.
    Thirdly, When the agents M/S Easy Trip Planners Pvt. Ltd.were requested for full refund, their first reaction was that as per the airline whome they contacted the flight was NOT cancelled and that it took off on right time. This again is a utter and most degrading lie so as to be able to usurp the full amount of ticket by claiming NO SHOW. This is the most disrepectful act on the part of the airline, if they said so to the agents.
    Fourthly, When asked for immidiate refund for the tickets the agents mentioned that since there was no written order taken from the airport official it will take upto 7 days to refund the money. Why on earth will it take 7 days? Since the flight was cancelled from your side you should refund the full amount without any act or demand from the client immidiatly. Why should your coustomers money be blocked, which will be handy to book another flight when out of his home town in fact at the airport itself.

    You think that your coustomers are a bunch of whom you can treat at your will. and push arround as you feel like. You do not have the least botheration of what trauma the passengers (out of whom 1 is a seniour citizen lady) have to go through and what further travel plans etc. can be.

    Just by informing the previous night all the hassels could have been avoided. Instead you have taught all your call centre staff to repeat a sentence "We are sorry for the inconviniance caused to you." like a parrot. As if that is good enough to finish all the problems of your client."

    Jet Airways — amount deducted without booking ticket

    My name is Gaurav jain. I was booking The flight ticket for Bangalore to Delhi (18Th August flight no 9W-812) on 5Th August Through jet airways online site ,but transaction didn't get successful and my amount got deducted from my credit card. .
    Jet Airways sold my ticket to someone else for more amount.
    Jet is fraudulent.

      Hi All,
      Greetings.
      I am not frequent flyer but I travel regular basis and almost travel all Indian flight and jet airways was my first choice to travel but now I have to rethink my decision.
      Today (i.e. 6th march 2012) I had travel from jaipur to banglore via jetkonnect, I am sorry to say I had worse experience.
      In Jaipur, The ground staff was unprofessional, very rude, uncooperative and impolite and biased on gender. They have proud on their unprofessional attitude and when I told them to complain for their attitude then duty manager told me that if senior gets that complain then they will admire him.
      I never had seen that kind of attitude in travel and hostility industry.
      I am advising to all travelers if they are flying from jaipur then choose flight option ver carefully and tey to avoid any jet airways flight or sister concerns. Think twice or thrice before booking any jet airways ticket.

        I had made a booking via Goibibo for a Jet airways flight from Lucknow to Indore (PNR: EIMEXB). This flight was cancelled due to fog and I wanted to claim a refund. When I emailed Goibibo in Dec 2012 last week, I was informed that Jet airways will take 15 days to process my refund and then Goibibo will credit it back into my account. I was not been given any confirmation for my refund amount also, where as before cancelling the ticket when I checked the refund details with Jet airways customer care, I was told that full refund will be given.
        Its been more than 2 months and neither GOIBIBO nor Jet Airways has acted on my request to process the refund, despite several follow ups.Instead each one keeps directing me to other one!
        Can you please help me get my refund at the earliest?

          I booked my ticket online with jet airways 05/02/2013 using my credit card.My ticket was booked for Kuwait-Bangkok-Mumbai-Mangalore-Kuwait.The journey was on 12/4/2013-27/4/2013. For some personal reason I had to cancel my trip which I did on the 20/02/2013 using the manage my booking option.I soon got an email that my refund will be done on my credit card and it will take couple of days.On the 23/02/2013,I checked my bank statement and was shocked to see that jet airways has credited KD 1450/- in my account (one thousand four hundred fifty Kuwaiti dinar).When I saw this amount I was really sure that there has been a mistake by some staff for which they have transferred such an amount.I paid KD 182/-when I booked my ticket so I guess when I cancelled my ticket there should be some deduction charges and the rest of the money should be transferred to my account.On the 24/02/2013,I contacted jet airways by email and informed them aboutt the issue.I was expecting that someone would contact me and inform me what is the procedure so that I can return the money to jet airways as the complete KD 1450/- does not belong to me.On 26/02/2013 I get an email mentioning that I have to give my complete credit card number and also the statement for the card,which I refused to do so as I was not convinced on the fact that after me informing jet airways aboutt the mistake from their end,NO ONE even bothered to call me and apologize aboutt the issue and thanking for what I have done in order to return the money.In fact I replied to the email giving them my booking reference number and I guess that should help in retrieving my ticket and card details.I still didn't get any reply to that email.So after I got the email I checked with my bank statement and what I saw was even more shocking this time. The complete KD 1450/- was again debited from my credit card yesterday without even me authorizing to do so. How does jet airways have the right to debit the amount which is been credited to my account couple of days back ? Shouldn't it be like jet airways should have called me and informed me that they will have to debit the amount from my credit card and I should authorize the bank to do so in case the bank will ask me ?? Not only that the money has been debited from my credit card without my permission but I also get an email from jet airways asking me for my credit card complete number and the statement. Today 27/2/2013, my refund amount KD 145/- has been credited in my credit card & yet no one from jet airways has contacted me. I want to be compensated for the inconvenience caused & the stress which i went through also for invading my account and debiting the amount without my approval.Jet airways has no right to debit the amount from my credit card without informing me on doing so. I guess this is considered as fraud as i believe that once the money is credited to my account the money belongs to myself & jet airways should have contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and also informed me on the procedure on returning the money back to them which i informed them aboutt. They were not even bothered about their mistake.

            I had made a booking online through the Jet Airways website on March 21st 2012 at 10:19:33hrs for four tickets from Toronto to Mumbai on July 27th 2012 and then onward from Mumbai to Bangalore on 5th Aug 2012 and then return from Bangalore to Toronto via Delhi on 18th Aug 2012 for which I was charged CAD $ 7,943.80 on my American Express credit card with the booking ref OODGCU

            Unfortunately I had to make changes to my booking as my father passed away and I had to leave earlier so I called Jet Airways on 13th June 2012 and spoke to an agent named Deepak and made the following changes cancellation ref of original booking for Leena Menon given was LZEVDL

            Leena Menon was booked only on the return sector from Bangalore to Toronto via Delhi on 18th Aug 2012 PNR IESNJE
            E Ticket Number[protected] and was charged CAD $ 1,167.65

            The other 3 passengers were booked on the same PNR OODGCU but outgoing journey was changed from 27th July 2012 to 15th July 2012 with the new E-Ticket numbers

            The additional charge I was told would be CAD $ 337.18 per ticket totalling to CAD $ 1011.54 which I was OK with but when I got my American Express statement I find that I was billed CAD $ 5174.24 per ticket for a total amount of CAD $ 15,522.72 a difference of CAD $ 14,511.18 for which I am being charged overage charges as I am now well over my credit limit plus interest charges.

            I request that this be looked into and resolved immediately. I had spoken to a few supervisors at Jet Airways and was assured that I will get a response within 48 hours.

            I have been contacting Jet Airways and American Express to get this resolved and as yet Jet Airways has not been doing anything to help and it has been over 6 months now.               I had a Ticket of 18th Feb 2013 by Flight S23583 with PNR CXKGHWbut due to some reschedule in my plans i have cancelled it and to book another ticket for 19th Feb 2013 i went on the Site of make my trip. Around 4:30 t i have to book for 19th Feb 2013 and by some confusion it got booked fro 18th Feb 2013 for flight S23583 with PNR HCYZBV departing from Mumbai at 6:40 PM. then immediately i called Make my trip for cancel the ticket that told that now only less than two hours are remaining so you have to contact direct to airlines we cannot help you. then i contacted to Jet koneect i had conversation with three executives they always listen my problem and told me that we are transferring call to other department and kept me hold for half n hour three times without giving any solution. i again contacted finally concerned department person came on the line by 6.44 Pm and by then my flight got departed and they refused for cancellation.what should i do as the ticket cost me Rs. 4882 INR and i didn't got refund a single penny. if their lines were busy for 1.5 hours so it is not our fallout that they are having less customer support Executives and this should not be done with the clients. i want my money back after deducting cancellation fees.

                Hi,

                This complaint is regards to refund of my money which is not yet provided by JetAirways airlines, after speaking to JetAirways Helpdesk team they have insured that they will be returning within 10 days.But till now i didn't get my money back.

                I booked JetAirways Airlines ticket for 6th january 2013 from Chandigarh to Bangalore Via Delhi which got cancelled due to bad weather. Then jet airways provided me alternate flight for 7th january 2013 with the same PNR.

                Again on 7th January 2013,The JetAirways have informed me five hours before the journey starts time that the flight is got cancelled from chandigarh to delhi.So it was not possible to catch flight from delhi in these 5 hours mean time.

                Finally i cancelled my flight from JetAirways helpdesk and they assured me the refund of my air fare.

                I contacted multiple time for the same but they are not responding to me.on the above of it i have to book a new flight on 8th Januray 2013.The cost for the journey was 9143 INR.

                Because of flight cancellation i wasted two days time and money.

                Jetlite Airways — Compensation for cancelled flight

                I had a confirmed ticket for Jetlite flight No. 162 from Lucknow to Delhi on 3rd September (PNR No. J78LN). They call me up the day before the flight i.e. 2nd September, and tell me that the flight has been cancelled and that they have made alternate arrangements in another flight at a timing which i cant make it to. The tell me that either i will have to take the flight (which i can no way do) or they will give me the cash back. I have another flight to catch from Delhi next day morning. So its important that i have to reach Delh on 2nd September night itself. So i had to catch another flight (Kingfisher Airlines) and spend about Rs. 1000 extra on the ticket. Is there any way i can get the compensation from Jetlite airways.

                we had booked ticket with JETLITE more than 1 month in advance. However 2 days before the journey date, we are informed that the ticket is cancelled. No information of this was provided to us. This is an transactation error from JETLITE however there is no positive response from them. Even the contact details of web transaction team is not made available to discuss the case. As a customer we are just informed the ticket is cancelled.

                This attract the reputational and financial loss to us, however there is no response from JETLITE team.

                Jetlite Airways — Not keeping the settlement

                I am going to put an awesome harassment by India’s one of the premier Airlines, which harassed us to such an extent which is just unimaginable, which also caused me so many of losses. The Story begins from Port blair Airport (Veer Savarkar Airport). I with my wife (newly married) had gone to Port blair through Jetlite Airways [Jet Lite (S2) 319] on 28.12.08 from Kolkata. I had taken leave from my organization till 04th Jan’09. We did not face any problem in the outward journey, and the journey was very comfortable.
                We were to return from Port Blair to Kolkata on 03.01.09 [Jet Lite (S2) 320]. The tickets numbers are[protected] &[protected] in the name of Mr. Vikash Anand & Mrs Smriti Anand. The departure time was scheduled at 11:50 hrs from Port Blair and arrival time at Kolkata was 14:05 Hrs. Keeping this in my mind I had taken reservation in Sealdah Rajdhani Express (PNR #[protected], Ticket #[protected] by paying 1200 extra to the reservation agent for getting confirm berths, whose scheduled departure time from Sealdah Jn. was 16:40 on the same day. When we reached the Veer savarkar airport on 03rd Jan, it was announced by Jetlite that the Flight is delayed and they have no idea about its arrival time at Port Blair. I was scared that, we can miss the train. So I told my Brother at Kolkata to cancel the ticket and get another reservation for 04.01.09. Again we paid 1200 extra to get the confirmed berths. So I got the reservation in Sealdah Rajdhani Express for 04.01.09 (PNR #[protected], Ticket #[protected]. Lastly Flight arrived at Port Blair at 15.00 Hrs and Check-in had started at 13.30 Hrs. When I reached the counter for getting my boarding pass, I was asked for Identity card as I was having e-ticket. I showed my Official I- card of Indian Oil Corporation in original, and my PAN card also. Then they asked for my wife’s Identity card. I was not having her I-card. They regretted straightaway that we can not board the flight. Lastly I found Assistant Commandant (CISF) who had earlier worked at Panipat Refinery ( where I am working currently). After some queries he was ready to issue my wife’s identity with his signature and stamp. Then also they were adamant not to issue the boarding pass. I kept running here and there for any kind of assistance from any responsible authority. Lastly I showed them the boarding passes we had for Kolkata to Port blair issued by Jetlite only. Then also they did not allow. Finally three families ( 09 persons) of similar case were held not to board the flight.
                After flight left at 03:30 pm, we came to know that earlier some Flight was cancelled by Jetlight and to accommodate those passengers in next flights they were doing such harassing activities to other passengers. In spite of arranging some other alternative Flight they chosen the simplest way to get rid of their problem- Transferring their problems to Innocent Passengers.
                Anyway they arranged some accommodation and Dinner for we 09 persons in such a Hotel whose condition was worse than miserable. Some snaps of Room No.-303, Hotel Palika Palace is being attached herewith. We were taken back from Hotel to airport in Auto Rikshaw (Snap attached with my luggages).
                Next day, i.e, on 04th Jan’09. They had no any problem with my wife’s I-Card. They did not check even my I-Card, and we boarded the flight very easily. Again, this day also the flight was late and I had to get my reservation in Sealdah Rajdhani Express on 04.01.09 cancelled. I again told my brother to to get the reservation in Sealdah Rajdhani Exp for 05.01.09 and again we had to pay Rs 1200 extra to get the confirmed berths. We got the reservation for 05.01.09 ( PNR #[protected], Tkt #[protected]. When we reached Sealdah Rly Stn. on 05.01.09 to board the train, we found the train was cancelled. We got that reservation charges refunded and again booked the reservation in Sealdah Rajdhani Exp for 06.01.09. We again paid Rs 1200 extra the travel agent for getting confirmed berths. Finally we were able to board the train on 06.01.09. All these series of problems, I would blame Jetlite airways from beginning. End of story has not reached yet.
                I would like to ask Jetlite management to answer and pay the losses mentioned below:
                1) I was to resume duty on 05th Jan’09. I resumed it on 10th Jan’09. Reason was that Oil sector PSU officers association had called strike from 07.01.09. I arrived my place on 07th Jan’09 at 05.30 pm. If you are absent on the day when strike has started, I was not in a condition to join the duty. Strike continued till 09.01.09 evening. So I joined my duty on 10.01.09. I had planned whole of my travel taking strike into account, as we had already received the strike notice well in advance. After facing so many of difficulties in resuming my duty, I had to take 05 more earned leave from my organization (IOCL). 05 days leave means Rs 4000/- loss. Who is responsible and who will pay this loss to me?
                2) I incurred Rs 3680 extra for getting reservation after so many cancellations of my train reservations. Besides my brother took such a pain that he was also not able to perform his duty for 03 days. Who will pay all these?
                3) We were not of such a low level persons that we had been accommodated on 03.01.09 in such a mean level Hotel, and we had to travel by Auto Rikshaw. At least Jetlite can not provide such a mean quality service. I must claim Rs 25000/- against such a mean service by Jetlite.
                4) All the Jetlite officials we faced at the Veer savarkar airport were behaving so rudely so rudely, that one can not think of it even in dreams. They were talking with us in such a tone, that, we were their hostages, not Elite Passengers. The lady manager was telling she cant do any help regarding I-Card. Next day they allowed easily to board. When I asked to let me talk to any higher authority who can take any decision, she told rudely “Humlog yahan Jhakk marne ke liye baithe hain kya”. No one was wearing any Name plate with the uniform. When I asked her name she replied “ I don’t think it necessary to give my introduction to you.” Did we pay for this type of behavior from Jetlite. I must claim Rs 10, 000/- for this type of misbehavior in place of welcome.
                I had lodged my complaint with Consumer’s forum on 11.01.09. The same was forwarded by Consumer’s Forum to the concerned, but till date I did not receive any reply from Jet Lite.
                I am eagerly waiting for your reply and fair redressal of this complaint.

                Jetlite Airways — Ticket cancelled

                HI,

                I had booked my tickets from Hyderabad to Kolkata for Deepawali Occassion more than 70days before the date of departure (which is 15th Oct 2009), hoping to have a hassle free journey back home.

                But some 30-40 days advance of jouney date i found the flight (S2 512) no more availiable for booking tickets. I reluctantly called the call center and inquired about the flight status, they informed that there is no official confirmation whether the flight is cancelled and ask me to wait.

                I constantly kept on checking the flight iternery but nothing helpful was availiable. Also each time the call centre person ask me to wait. ( I realised shortly that most of them are not trained and lack information). Now just one week before the departure the company sends me a mail stating that the flight is cancelled and also there is no direct flight option availiable.

                Please advice me the course of action which i should take coz the fare now cost around 9K.

                Hence forth I am putting an SOS appeal with request to your esteemed authorities that please take an immediate enquiry on this “Shameful Incident” and if possible, please arrange to return my precious mobile from the actual CULPRITS.
                I do hope that proper justice will be given to me and I shall be pleased with that. If I don’t get justice, I shall be forced to put up my issue before the further higher authorities. In that case I shall have a second thought for boarding Jet Flights.

                WHO IS THIS GUY FROM EASEMYTRIP WITH CHALLENGE, I BOOKED 3TICKETS THROUGH EASEMYTRIP AROUND 2-3MONTHS BACK.EVERYTHING WAS FINE. BUT AFTER ONE DAY(WHAT I REMEMBER) AT 2:00AM SOME ONE CALLED ME SAID THAT YOU TICKET HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO NO AVAILABILITY. WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY THAT GUY SAID WITHIN 24HRS I'LL GET IT.                 Jetlite — flight ticket found cancelled

                I went to the airport with my baggage and luggage to travell from Imphal to Delhi on 3rd july'10 only to find my ticket get cancelled. This is realy a miracle. I feel their office staffs did this. They cancelled the ticket and they sold the seat at a higher price when the date of travel is near. we book the ticket almost 20 days before the shedule date.

                This is to inform you that on 10th July 2010 I tried booking an air ticket from Mumbai to Coimbatore through online booking. But unfortunately I couldn't book as it showed an error after entering the amount in the transaction details. I too logged out thinking that the amount has not been transferred. I didn't receive any flight ticket. But to my shock, when I saw the bank statement today (06.08.2010), the amount of Rs.11486/- was transferred once and an amount of Rs.11708/- was transferred 5times to the account[protected]. The total amount transferred is Rs.70026/-. So I request you to transfer the amount to my Account No. : [protected] immediately.

                Jetlite Airways — issuing two tickets for one seat

                this is to draw your attention towards the extreme inconvenience which my mother and i went through while traveling from Srinagar to Mumbai on jet lite flight number S2 0105 seat number -14A and 14B on 26/05/2011. when we boarded the plane to my surprise there were two people already sitting on our seats . when we approached the air hostess she told us to sit on some other vacant seats, but there was no vacant seat . so we asked her again where to sit and why we should sit on some other seat when we have our seats booked well in advance .to that she shouted on my old mother and started arguing .after this she made us to sit on seat numbers 23A AND 23B but this was not the end of it . when we reached Delhi
                other passengers from delhi boarded they came to us and asked us to vacant the seats as those were their seats at that time another flight persor came and asked us to sit somewhere else he made us to sit on two seats far away from each other and after some time asked us to get up when other passengers claimed that it was their seat.this confusion was going on for about 25 minutes, which caused my sick mother [age-63yrs] and myself tremendous mental agony.i want to ask jet airways how can they be so careless how can they issue two tickets for one seat? i want my complaint to be redressed immediately.

                Jet Airways — Refund of cancelled ticket

                I had booked air ticket from Jetlite on 13 Nov 2011 the booking was cancelled but amount of ticket has already been deducted from my account which not had been refunded yet so please help me.
                Jet airways is pathetic. I know lot of such complaints and the same happened to my parents too. These guys didn't intimate regarding cancellation till the time my parents reached airport. They missed the connecting flight from Delhi as well.

                Till date the refund is not done and the follow up queries are transferred from one department to other for refund.

                No two thoughts why indigo and other airlines are growing in customer satisfaction and these guys are doomed.

                  HI,

                  I would like a prompt refund of my booking made via Goibibo for a Jet airways flight. This flight was cancelled due to fog and now I have been told by Goibibo that Jet airways will take more than 60 days to process my refund. Whereas when I called them in late December 2012, I was told that it will be processed within a week. I have dropped several mails to JetAirways and GoIBIBO Customer Care but there has not been any confirmation for my refund amount and date.

                  My PNR number was EIMEXB.

                  Would appreciate if you can help me in this regard.

                    My mother and I travelled from Mumbai to Guwahati in Jet Airways Flight 9W-619 on 30 Jan 2013. My PNR was KFMELB. An amount of Rs. 12000/- in cash as well as 4 bangles (imitation jewellery) were stolen from my suitcase having luggage tag No. 0589 9W152692 .

                    I noticed the pilferage only after reaching home. Though now I may not have any claim against the airline but I would like them to check out from their surveillance cameras and find out the culprit so that others may not have to suffer similarly.

                    I would be very happy to get a reply from the airline about the action taken by them in this regard.

                      On 13.01.2013, I travelled from Delhi to Bhopal by Jet Airways Flight 9W 2652 (seat No.10F). After reaching Bhopal , I found that that the lock of my Suitcase is totally damaged/broken. When I brought this to the notice of the Jet Airways staff, he simply said "sorry" . But this has resulted in a loss of about Rs. 500/- to me.Now, I request you to kindly instruct the staff to handle the luggage of the passengers carefully and also compensate me for the loss.

                        This is with regard to the booking made my me on Jet Konnect Flight No. 9W2651 on 24 December 2012 from Bhopal to Delhi. PNR No : GNMMWS in the name of Tara Hari. The flight was cancelled by the airline. However Make My Trip through which this booking was made seem to be running on defunct computers and they repeatedly told me over phone that the flight took off and therefore I cannot be refunded. Now there has been a part refund but I was penalized Rs.1300. I cannot understand why a booking agent does not get the information regarding the cancellation of a flight. Moreover when a flight is cancelled the refund is automatic and it is a given. But it seems as though I have to prove myself 'eligible' for the refund. I hope Jet Konnect takes note of such inefficient services and such inefficient travel agents who tarnish customer relations with the airline. I have booked with Yathra and have had some very efficient handling of such things from them. I will never ever book with either an airline which cannot update their status with the travel agent or a travel agent who seems to be making the bookings in a digital world that seems 50 years behind. From Trivandrum one could see the Bhopal Airport status that the flight was cancelled, but Make My Trip customer service glibly told me that the flight took off on time as per their computers. I hope it also landed in Delhi as per their records.
                        I request you to initiate steps to make my complete refund immediately. I also request you to kindly help Make My Trip update their data bank that the Bhopal Delhi Jet Konnect flight on 24 December 2012 did not take off and therefore has not landed in Delhi as is being claimed by them. My heartfelt condolences to thousands of your customers who might be in the same boat as me trying to reclaim a few odd rupees by making useless phone calls to toll free numbers and listening to crap for hours together instead of doing something useful.

                          I did travel by Jet Airways from Mumbai to Dhaka on 26th December 2012 by 9W 276 my seat no. was 14D and returned on 30th December 2012 by 9W275 my seat no.was 12 A , But the meal was served while coming back was so horrible, I am sure no human could digest the quality of food severved. The seat was not reclining and had back ache seating three hours straight!!!Crew service was not as per expectation....

                          Again I am flying to Manila by Jet Airways on 13th January 2013 and will be back on 19th January 2013, with hope will not exprienced the same!!!

                          I am not satisfied with the service on Mumbai- Dhaka route...

                            I would like to state that and I am sure you will resolve this issue of mine. i am frequent traveller and used Jet airways for the second Time. I live in Dubai, I used Jet International Flight once for going to Dubai and this time New Delhi to Lucknow, I reported late at the airport 25 minutes because of various reasons which i told them, i was all alone and in a bad state of mind, i explained them requested them a lot of time to let me board on the same aircraft as my father is not well and i need to go. They never made me understand just a rude big No. I completely understand their point also. The lady sitting at the counter told me i will give u Next Flight at 4 20. I had no other option . I went to ticket counter where they gave me a bill of extra air fare and penalty also. I has no energy to argue, i took it as i had no other option, i came back to check in Ms. Supriya the supervisor was busy in talking on phone i asked her to listen to me, she had no manners to even greet the guest ignoring me she started talking to other colleague of her. IT was height o[censored]n hospitality behaviour from a lady who belong to this Industry and they are trained from day one about serving standards. I thought let me speak to The manager , Manager On dUty was Mr Nishant who heard me very patiently but could not say even a single word. I think being single and disturbed the guest just need is somebody who can listen to you. I am really sorry to say that i have never seen service like this and staff present there not capable of taking any decision. Jet airways is an international airlines and the reputation is really high. I dont want to think wrong about the airlines because it was a matter of few people who would have helped me. No body know there to say Sorry. In my own country if i ma treated like this. Then i think being a NRI tag is good because people respect you outside. where i was sitting in the aircraft two seats next to me was vacant and next two seats in the same row. I never felt that terrible ever before.
                            But I am really sure that somebody in the management will definately take it as a serious issue and will resolve it. I am available on this number until 1 and leaving for Dubai the same day. My dubai no is[protected].

                            I take a 820 am jet airways from chennai to bangalore. what a sweaty flight as the airconditioner would not work. The crew had little idea how to solve it... shockingly the pilot refused to meet even after the flight landed. what a cattle class airline and what an arrogant pilot (shri vikas choudhary).

                            I was supposed to travel by Jet Airways flight to kochi 9W2729 on the 1st of May. I obtained a boarding pass and was due for check in and due to a heavy Que managed to reach the gate by 6.00 am but to my disappointment the gates were closed and they have already offloaded me 25 min before departure .I was treated badly by the staff named Pradeep who claims he was a manager and spoken to very very rudely as well . I wish to bring to your notice that people who pay Rs. 9000/- for one way fare DO NOT deserve to be treated in a manner that brings utter disgrace to the airlines .I wish to bring to notice the humiliation i suffered due to this behaviour . I have seen JET AIRWAYS staff behave in a similar manner with others as well . My husband is a Platinum card holder and i do not think that holding a platinum card means anything as the way the staff behaves is highly discourteous.Being in the services industry i hope that they give appropriate training to their staff on the same . Customer satisfaction and comfort should be their priority i do not think that Jet airways has that as a Key Performance Indicator ....
                            Mr. Pradeep made me lose the money and also did not offer any help to reach my destination . hence i had to purchase another ticket in another Airline .
                            Hope some corrective steps are taken to avoid such unpleasant incidents.

                              Can someone explain to me what is the difference in all these different classes of economy class tickets? I booked my ticket on makemytrip, and the ticket gives no indication of the class. It was apparently a V class ticket. I had (due to my former Citibank Jet Credit Card) an upgrade voucher that I tried to use on my trip from Kochi to Mumbai but as told that since I had booked on a V-class economy, I was not eligible for the upgrade. How can anyone know what class it is when one books on MMT or Yatra? They give no indication, to which the counter clerk replied that you will know only when you book on jetairways.com, even though the ticket rates may be higher. So, I guess they book everyone who uses the other travel sites on a lower class that makes them ineligible for an upgrade or higher jet miles. What is the difference anyway? It is the same class of ticket, and even the seat is determined only while checking in. Shouldn't all economy class passengers be treated at par?

                              Why couldn't I use my upgrade voucher despite having a valid one? What''s more they would not even let me do a cash upgrade to a higher class despite me having some frequent flier miles and being willing to pay the extra amount mentioned on the website, to which the checking counter staff gave some more confusing answers like they are only for redeemable tickets, etc. What's funnier is that they would not take my money for a higher grade though they were flying with empty seats in business. If I was a Jet shareholder, I would be concerned.

                              Also, has anyone tried to use the discount vouchers that are also sent to you? Apparently they are valid only on full fare tickets. So, if you are willing to pay an amount substantially greater than what you are getting the tickets for, you can get a discount, and even after that the cost of your ticket will be significantly higher than when you purchase it from a travel site. Does it make sense? It does not, to me.

                                sir, on 12th dec 2012 at around 19.15 pm i have booked an online domestic ticket for 13th Dec 2012 flight from mumbai to nagpur for 11.15 am by Jet Airways for one Dr Bhaskar Ramrao Kate. My credit card account got debited for Rs 4591. but thereafter I got the message on my computer screen that there is an error in ticketing by the jetairways.I did not get any PNR or any ticket information.The airline helpline keeps me on hold for 30 minutes on 2 occassions and the executives are not able to help me even after the long hold.                                   This Airline is cheating with foreigners for rerouting purpose making so much money,for example, on their booked ticket via London with Air Canada than you are gone,though one change is free is like a joke,if you take their online flight via BRU than you had it, they charge you which you cant believe or if your agent has tried putting some confirmation on your file they all calculate money for insertion of the confirmation and charge so much that you jump out of your sleep.They should be stopped playing all these games,all customer should take action against them.

                                      Flight number 9W 2143 ....departure 3 am from Mumbai. I reached at 220 am at domestic airport from international airport due to airport delays and was web checked in. To submit the baggage I cut through the queue and made to counter at 225 am and that's acknowledged on my ticket by the lady officer. She emphatically declined me boarding stating boarding gates closed 40 minutes prior. The web check in print out however states boarding gates close 25 minutes before departure which means I still had 10 minutes in hand and I kept stating I have to reach somehow. She insisted that i can't speak to he supervisor. She did declare her name but was sitting on the 2nd counter in front of entry gate next t web check in gate and wasnt wearing a name batch too. At 245 she agreed t call her supervisor Reenact who was nothing less than an irritant and called some pilot and stated I can't be accommodated. The kept asking me to buy a ticket for next jet Flight from Akbar travels just outside the gate .... Why them and not Jet....
                                      My biggest question is why was I not allowed entry even when I was just in time....I am now waiting a airport for my next flight a 550 spent 9000 bucks which isn't the bigger concern....
                                      I am a senior member of the hospitality community and This consumer forum complaint number shall betaken to right levels of notification. I don't care that Jet Konnect employees don't know how to smile or even hEar what I am stating ...and that they have informal commission set ups with other agencies probably because of the way they oversold them to me...buy from them or next flight will also be full...I need my answers.

                                        I flew on Jet Airways flight 9W 2054 on September 20, 2012 from Jaipur to Mumbai. I had 1 checked-in bag of 20 Kg, which they have misplaced.

                                        Been chasing with them since September 20th & they refuse to pay me the money. They make one excuse or the other.

                                        Forget paying money, they did not even bother to say sorry even once - or show any concern for me.

                                        This despite me flying with them every since Day 1 of their operations in India.

                                        Shame on you Jet!
