      I m playing from last 10 days I have added 10000 inr in game aacount every thing is going good but 3 4 days before I withdraw 900 rs and after 12 hours I got a mail that due to internal policies your aacount balance is frozen
      Please help me out please unblock my aacount

        I never played a rummy game in my life. But this rummy messaging are spamming my mobile. Its not only my problem many people who had never used or played receiving spamming message from rummy especially junglee rummy.

                            We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request id 36183321 has already been processed by us on[protected] at 19:05:57. As per the bank's processing time, it may take 5 working days(excluding Saturday & Sunday) to credit these funds into your bank account.

                            In case you don't receive the funds in the specified timeline, please send us your recent bank statement in PDF format (from the date of withdrawal to till date) so that we could take it up with the bank.

                            Thank you for your response.

                            Sir this is My unique (Case number- 07843561)
                            Which I got on 18th January.

                            I have withdrawn Rs.7000 from my rummy account. My withdrawal request id is 36183321. (2023-01-18) was processed at 09:01 AM.

                            Then I got a reply.
                            Please follow the following turnaround time for various status of withdrawal
                            -Pending-24 hours for the status to be updated.
                            -InProgress-72 working hours from the time of status update for the bank to process, depending upon the bank's processing speed.
                            -Failed-48 hours for the withdrawal to be reprocessed from our end.

                            But today the money has not been deposited in my bank account since 9 days have passed.

                            Iam Send bank statement of registered bank account (withdrawal request date to current date)
                            and action taken report so far.

                                Can you please remove my number from your database? I have no idea how you guys got my phone number. I’m getting a lot of SMS from you guys that it’s getting frustrating to keep deleting it daily. Every time I block a number, you start sending messages from a different number.                                   I have an junglee Rummy account related phone no. is [protected], yesterday they blocked my account, it have above 15000rs, and one withdrawal request of rs. 5000
