I am continuously receiving spam calls and messages from jangid on me as I am not the player of Junglee rummy and don’t want to play that are rubbish game Please do not send me messages and do not call me. There was I have to lodge a complaint against you.

      I had complained that my account with money in it has been blocked. Also withdrawal amount has not been paid to me. The only response that I got was kindly inform us the username. The log in to Junglee rummy account is through a mobile app in which you fill in your mobile number. After that a full KYC procedure has been followed. I have used the account for only few days and when I made a withdrawal my account was locked and I cannot log in . There are 1000s of rupees belonging to me in my account which have been locked. There is no call number no email id on which I can talk to Junglee rummy and there is no support service . Kindly resolve at the earliest

      Sir there is no user id. It is logged in using mobile number. Please stop asking for user name

          I am playing here from last 8+ years, have lost amount in lakhs, have deposited amount in crores. But then when I ask for some bonus amount to be credited to my account, I just get a response stating I am not eligible currently. Why is it only with Junglee Rummy when other platform provide Bonus cash? Even after being a customer who deposit in lakhs every month, why we are not being provided some bonus cash when requested for? It is so frustrating how customers are treated here.

              I get calls from Rummy everyday. I even can't block them because they use different number each time they call me. I want them to remove all my contact information from website. I don't want any call or message from them.

                I have joined in junglee rummy with an ID 'mefrommel' earlier, but were not submitted the required ID for KYC verification. Last week I have again installed junglee rummy app and deposited money and started playing. In the mean time I have uploaded the passport, pan card and adhar card for KYC verification. Also my phone number and e-mail ID also got verified.

                While I was playing, suddenly got logged out and now showing this account is blocked. I have made a withdrawal of 23850 also. That was also held up. Also there was more than 25000 rupees in my account. So nearly 50000 rupees of mine is there in my junglee rummy account

                When contacted, Got a message that suspicious activity from my side is noticed. But never mentioned about what kind of suspicious activity. Though I sent mail from my registered email, no response is there from ther I haven't made any kind of malpractice which is against junglee rummy rules.

                Kindly take necessary action to remove the blocking of my account and return my money

                mefrommel was the username when I joined in JR much earlier. I december 2022, i changed my mob and submitted KYC documents and the my mob.7907950609 with otp used to login. Pls do the necessary. I haven.t done any fraud. Just played for one day and suddenly got blocked and all the money stuck there

                                    I'm recieving multiple dspam messages and calls from Junglee rummy despite never signing up or sharing my phone number, the messages are very intrusive with hook words like "Cash deposited" or "transaction complete" which is very annoying and clearly an attempt to have people look at the message again, now I have also started getting spam calls with recorded messages. I expect to be immediately taken off the list for any communication from Junglee rummy and some form of legal action against this company for its non stop and unwarranted harassment and misuse of data

                                        Withdrawal request has processed but payment not received

                                        My withdrawal request has been processed but not credited the amount to my bank account, withdrawal ID is 36584302. please help me out.
                                        Jungali Rami nowadays is providing a very worst service. Deposits are not getting updated and withdrawal also not getting processed quickly....
