Hi all,

My user id is chin80471fb. While i am creating my account i given facebook account. And i played with account. While deposit money and playing game there is no issue.

I gain money around 1498/- after so many deposits. When i process for withdraw they asked for my proofs i given my aadhar card and pan too. If my proof are mismatch with my login credential they must inform or give access to change.

With out doing all these they simply locked my account. I try call for technical support which is useless.
I tried through mail, but i didn't get any reply.

I lost my money, sorry they stolen my money. For depositing money, they don't required any rules but for withdraw they simply lock the account with out information.

Friends there are many site for online money games.
Don't be fool with play in jungles rummy.

Your reason is unsupported,
I am not playing from Telangana. I you find it show proof for that.

If you find I am from Telangana you must lock my account while I am playing.

Or your should not give access to add amount.

You didn't do both. You simply take money and locked account with a fraud reason

      Hi,
      I have withdrawn 2000 rs in today monday, but it's been denained due to incorrect id number updated and second time also it's been denained due to kyc is incomplete. Please find attached screenshot for reference.

      But i have already submitted my id and address proof before playing and the status of id and address proofs in verified.

      Can you please let me know the reason and why withdrawal was unsuccessful every time.

            I had pressed to enter 800 /- table from the lobby but it fraudulently took me to 3200/- table.this happened thrice.secondly there is time delay of 9 seconds to leave the table but on all three occasions the time delay was 2 seconds and leave table was muted..this points to planned fraud.kindly refund mind 3200/- which is deducted by fraud means.

                My username jagdishp6. I have got a mail saying your account will be locked due to unfair in game play. I did not play any games unfairly i have played with my friend. It is also mentioned in your terms and conditions you can play with your friends not a team play but fairly. I have played fairly. Why i have got such email to lock my account. I have replied to your email but no response. Could you reply to it.

                From this complaint portal i could see many people are playing like that only plenty of complaints regarding this. If friends can join same table and play fairly. Let assume in a 6 table 4 friends joining two unknown players these 4 people no need to do any collusion just play if they got good cards and out of four one can easily won fairly. So i don't think all the games are playing in this site are fair. Every table two to three friends join together and play.

I want to withdraw money from my jungleerummy.com account but My ID proof (date of birth) which was uploaded by me and jungleerummy.com account is different so it is denied to withdraw money.

                    As you can see i have won 5000 rupees in one tournament but it is since 1 day still now i have received my money this is not at all fair before they said you will get money in 24 hrs but it is more than 24 hrs still money has not credited... Why this junglee rummy is doing in this way we should and why are you not providing the money to fast... I want my tournament prize within 24 hrs it should be done......

                    I had read the terms and conditions of junglee rummy which says that rummy is a skill based game and i had called the customer care team to clarify my doubt on how it is a skill game but the customer care executive named madhu had said that rummy is a 50% skill game and 50% luck which they hadn't mentioned in their terms and conditions. If they had mentioned about it i wouldn't have played the rummy before.

                    Ok if it is a skill based game then why did your customer care executive named madhu had informed its a 50% skill game and 50% luck game? And in one of the games I had played I had played with my complete skill but when I was in 80 points the other player had finished his game before giving me a turn to drop the cards and I had lost the game so where is the skill in this scenario?

                            During conversation between junglee rummy executive and myself. They found some wrong word from me as i take this with consumer court and addiction of add on game.

                            Kindly take this issue seriously, as correct complain t junglee rummy is not taking seriously and they are blocking account by finding some weakness...

                            Junglee rummy software discontinuation of games during playing but they are debiting the amount.

                            We are proved and they agreed for the same. But did not refund me amount.

                                I am playing jungles rummy from last 4 years i have lost more than 30 lakhs, i played as they mentioned it is a genuine site to play online.

                                But the site is a fraud site & players are also fraud. I have refunded by jungles rummy n number of times by proving fraud games, but bcoz i have lost so much money to recover that money i have played & lost more & more.

                                Now i realized to complaint on jungles rummy to recover all the money i lost.

                                I have avidences & promotional activities where they tempted me to play games.

                                Kindly log a complaint on jungles rummy i am ready to face any kind of situation & threats from jungles rummy.

                                My sincere request is to close jungles rummy app and release the payments to all losers who palyed and lost bcoz of fraud games.
