I have booked karupan movie, i am booked date 02/10 but show date is 05/10 i am really confused in online please cancel that ticket and refund my money my account as soon as possible.

I tried to book assisted booking for upcoming movie...But in terms and conditions u have mentioned that your tickets are not confirmed...At the same time you are asking us full amount for the same... Please reduce the amount for assisted booking...we will pay the full amount after the tickets are confirmed...

To place an Assisted Order, you are requested to keep enough balance in the Wallet. Your tickets shall get confirmed only when seats are available as per your preference and enough balance is left in the Wallet. Incase your booking is not confirmed, your money will continue to be in your Wallet.

            When i am trying to book the tickets of jai lava kusa movie in justickets on 25/09/2017 the money was debited from my account and it is showing that the transaction is failed and i am not received any conformation of tickets to my mobile or mail. But i have got the message from the bank that the money has debited.

              I booked 2 seats for parava @ regal theatre and an amount of 342 inr has been transferred to justtickets. Yet i didn't get the confirmation message neither in my email nor in my phone. But a message from my bank arrived stating that inr 342 have been transferred to justticket. So i kindly request you to refund my money back. Else we will lose our trust in you.
