Hi Sir,

I would like to update you about my experience of Karbonn Titanium Machfive which i bought on 12 Nov 2015 from amazon.in.

Frankly speaking i was too much scared while trying any other brand as i am a frequent Samsung smartphone user since 2008. This time i wanted to try Karbonn mobile as i heard from some of my colleagues & relative that Karbonn has become a well trusted brand in Indian market. I purchased a Karbonn Titanium Machfive phone for my mother & gifted on her Marriage anniversary.

As i was excited to know the feedback from my mother, she was pretty happy with this phone for 1.5 Month. After this phone has started a very irritating problem which was Hanging & charging issue. I was unable to return the product on amazon as one month was completed. I was so embarrassed as this was a gift item to my mother from my side.

I insisted my family to go further for service center option of Karbonn in lucknow as they stay there. Service centre people took the phone & promised to get back with solution with in three weeks. When they returned the phone so my parents used the phone but same problem was still persisting & again service centre took the phone & again promised to retrun the product with in a month as they send their mobile phones to Mumbai or Bangalore to get the proper rectification.

Now i want to know that why mobile phone was not properly made when service centre people took at first time. As they already took more than three weeks in first time & now again they have promised for more than a month.

I am totally unhappy with the services provided by Karbonn. Also Karbonn should not lunch their phones in 6k range if mobile features cant be compatible. My parent are not that much technology user so if they cant operate phone just for calling & basic feature so how a smart phone user will use this phone,

My phone is still in service centre from last more than a month & i would never suggest anyone to buy Karbonn. Its not a matter of 6k but its a matter of services, trust & standards. I stay in Delhi & i can't force my family to run for service centre every-time.

Now i don't need this phone back, would request you to return my money or give a new phone to my family. Refer to attached job sheet given by service centre & invoice of phone as well. I never thought that to make trial on Karbonn, will be a big time risk for me.

Sir my phone has been sent to service centre from 30janvery but one and a half month passed but service centre karbonn has not sent my phone yet please sir sent my phone soon

I bought a karboon titanium moghul anroid phone from mumbai which got defected after just 2 days! so i went to karbon service center for repairing but they forwarded my phone to company and told me that your phone will be back in 25 days!!
but todays its been around 64 days yet my phone is missing! every time i go to that service center..they ask me to contact directly to company and when i call in company they are not responding correctly!!
please submit my complaint and take a neccesry step to get my phone back!

I purchased a mobile, model no: karbonn titanium s3 on 06.01.2015. set
is under warranty period

I would ask you for the replacement of my set as I fell that this particular set has some manufacturer defect and I am not getting any stable solution of it...

* I would like to request you please resolve my issue as early as possible
or you replace my** product the earliest. And kindly look into this
matter took needful action in my favour*

My karbonn moble submitted to customers care center(malhotra mobile world) yamunanagar haryana for repair. But they sent it to company dated[protected]. Phone is not received till now. Please reply about it. A12* is my phone model No.

Dear Sir/Mam,


I am facing problems with my karbonn android one sparkle v .

The android is not starting as it is showing the karbonn mobile logo.

After that the android is not loading as some android icon is comming with a message ERASING and the screen is blinking it goes on and off but it is showing ERASING.

Tried to boot in safe mode or other mode fastboot mode but the only screen comes with a message erasing.

while charging its not charging only the lights are blinking.

please provide me a solution.

is it a hardware/ software issue ???

Please look into this concern and do needful.

Respected sir i am sachin from chandigarh, i was deposite my cell phone in your service station on 25/01/16 due to some battery default. But till the date i does't get my cell back. And the staffs are so rude, misbehave, use abuse lang. And when i call on customer care numbers they are also illitrate and misbehalf person named nidhi. I requested to you please resolve my problem as soon as possiable either i have to go customer forum. Regards

I had purchased machfive online and within below six months fault is there and now the service center in gandhidham are refused to handle the issue and I am trying to call customer care but ir is not reachable, Pls advice what to do next? Rgds Devendrasinh [protected].

I was not able to charge my mobile. I handed over my instrument to M/s Diya Solutions in Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai 47, who is authorised service centre of Karbonn mobiles, on 11th Feb 2015. Till now I have not received my mobile repaired.

My karbonn taitanium phon when i using my phon. Automatically show on screen launcher loading. What is this how can i use. This phon

I have given my Karbonn S4 Titanium on[protected] to Ghatkopar service center they promised to collect it after 1 months but it's now 2 months haven't got the phone and while we asked for the product replacement they are saying that we don't have it u have to call on toll free[protected] number and ask for the email and drop a mail u will get a call and hence now we are helpless we need someone to take an action...

In spite of giving complaint in this forum, they have not responded to me. They don't pick up phone and after 20, 30 calls they give false date to receive phone. They again don't pick up phone and mentally harassing me giving false date five times. What yo do now? Today they picked up phone and giving date of 16 the march 2016. Should i believe this. Original date of giving phone for repair was in October 2015.

As per your last mail I had received on 04/02/2016 regarding service problem of my above tab which is still not yet solve- As per your instruction I went TECHNO CARE at 413 Jodhpur Park, Anand Apartment Flat No 1A -Kol 45- they took my tab for necessary repairing after 4 days they called me & told that its ready and working fine.

After tow days its giving the same problem again the kept it for 4-6 days and said On/Off switch to be change and requisition for parts sent to company. Again few days back they called me asked me to take delivery of your tab its working fine.

Again after 4-6 days back the same problem started and again they took my tab for necessary repairing & said it will take 20-25 days time as b'coz they will sent this tab to Karbon Company for necessary repairing & given me service receipt-

On Monday at about 5.30PM from Techno Care I girl phone me and said that your tabs security seal is scratch so it will be chargeable of Rs.. 1500/- What is happing Sir ? My tab is with techno care more than 20days & they open my tab for necessary repairing & now said I had scratch or open security seal- Ok when they twice repair it without any cast why ? Its mean when I gave my tab with security seal & other things absolutely as per warranty norms -.

Kindly look into this matter & extend my warranty period for tabs another 6 months as b.coz I am not using it for last two months & I don't know after receiving it whether it work or not ? kindly do the necessary as early as possible.

Sir\mam i am tarun sharma mera phone titaniium s21 jo mane 8 dec 2015 ko peeragarhi service centre me diya tha aaj tak nhi mila aapko phone akrta ha to aaap har bar 10 din ka time dat a ha aap mujha mera phone 5 din ka under do da vrna 6 th day aaka pass samoun aa jayga consumer court its my last warning in front of you the bakwas service ever issa acha to chinese unha bakdo apni company

I gave my sparklev for repair and they said it will take about 15 days after giving it in the company now after 47 fays they just ignore me and say next week
