Job card no. KJASPDL102015KR25578 DT. 15:10:15. A period of more than 60 days has elapsed but my phone has not been received after repair....

I have submitted my mobile phone to karbonn service center which is located in Navi Mumbai Vashi on dated 28 Sep 15 & till date service center person dont know status of mobile phone.I have repeatedly visited their service center ( Rudra Telecom) Sec 30A, Fantasia business park, G77, Opp Vashi station Vashi Navi mumbai. I purchased Karbonn C540PLUS on SEPTEMBER 2015. I had given it Karbonn Service Center at Prerna Telecome & service center Alwar on 26/10/2015, with in warranty period for repair the handsfree problem. They assured me that set will be okay in 10-15 days, But after 15 days they did not any call regarding the status of the servicing.
