    Dear team Greating of the day i am Harimohan from agra ([protected]@gmail.com) i bought a karbonn window wind 4 handset online at HOMESHOP18 But my handset show problem first day i complained my shipping brand homeshop18 he suggest me i will help to karbonn service center so i go to karbonn service center Mr. AGRAWAL service center agra i submit my phone 30/09/2015 and he tell me my handset give me in 15days but after 2 months i have not recived my handset any condition. please sir help me to return my phone on running condition.

            One year warranty time my phone get 3 time problem, 2Times solved below 50 days. 3rd time not solved. There is no provision to contact higher authority only call centre. i fadap with call centre they are telling same dilog wait for another 15 days from the last 05/10/2015 to till.if there is no spares why don't they give new phone.

              I had purchased Mobile Handset, Karbonn Mobile Model S4, from E-Zone (of Big Bazaar), Kothrud on March 27, 2015. The handset/phone was covered under warranty back-up of One year from purchase. After working fine for about Four months it developed problem with display function. It was deposited with Universal Enterprises (Authorised Service Provider of Karbonn Mobiles) located in Sagar Arcade Complex, Mitra Mandal Chowk, Saras Baug, Pune on July 27, 2015. They had promised to deliver it back within 25 days since the handset was to be sent back to the company.

              Today it is exactly FOUR months since I deposited this phone to them but they have not been able to resolve the issue. Whenever I contact them through telephone number or email, i get the same standard reply every time, that yet to resolve the problem it will take another 10 days or 5 days and as soon as it will be resolved we will get back to you.

              I am forwarding you their standardized email communication reply received yesterday -

              With reference to your complaint, we would like to inform you that the complaint is still under process and we are in continuous follow up with the concerned team.

                  on 14th july 2015 through Amazon on line shopping, the above Mobile Set was sold by
                  Seven Star Infosystem, Village:taoru Distt. Mewat-122105, Haryana.
                  Ifurther advise you that form the begining I felt that Mobile is not working up to the MARK. Sometimes unwarranted SITES open, sometime mobile HANG, Data connection
                  automatically open, in this condition I am unable to do the desired work.

                    Date of incident : 15th april 2015 client number : [protected]. Phone fell from the pocket of my shirt on to the road and the screen got cracked. Had insurance and gave it to the shop from where had bought it (fone zone) rohini. They sent it to the insurance agent and service centres across ncr region and even to okhla the head office. Reply after 6 months that the part is unavailable and out of stock at the company. Desirable resolution ; replacement of set since the same models are being sold online, hence parts are available. Help required at the earliest.

Since its delivery, the mobile emitted exorbitant heat which is unbearable. I have raised this issue with the Karbonn Service Center. The Customer Care gave me a contact Number of Mr.Karthik. When I contacted Mr.Karthik, he informed that they don't have good terms with Karbonn Service centre. Now I am helpless. I deposited handset in gurgaon service center near bus stand for repair, they told me that it will take 10 to 15 days. They also told me that they will call me itself, I was waiting for the call but I didn't receive any call from them. I myself made a call to the service center number on 1st of September they didn't answer the phone, next day I went to service center they told me that it will take 5 to 10 days more but in the evening I lodged a complaint & the number is 275265. After one week I got same response as I was waiting for the call from karbonn but I myself had to call to karbonn customer care, because karbonn is not suffering it is me who is suffering, still saying it will take 10 days more. Today also I made a Call to the customer care and I got the same response still saying it will take 10 days more. At last I am very upset that is why I lodged a complaint in consumer forum also. I have kept all the recordings of the conversations between me & the karbonn customer care for future reference. Still I politely request you to please provide my handset back after repairing or replacing with new one or my money back, because I am facing lot of problems due to this, not able to access my mail and other things. And also I had to purchase a 2nd hand set for about RS.2500, because it is about 42 days back when I submitted my phone in service center for repair.                                     I am extremely dissatified by the karbonn titanium s15 4gb handset and the service provided. Since last 5 months the handset is more with the service centre rather than with me. I am in extreme trauma since i have purchased this product. I have to sacrifice with my personal data whenever i submit the mobile to service centre.

                                    I had purchase karbonn titanium s15 4gb.. From snapdeal (Order no [protected]) on 30/5/15. I was unable to return the handset during 7 days return policy as i was out of town. Post that i contact both karbonn service centre and snapdeal but neither of them replaced the product.

                                    The handset is continuously giving me trouble. This is the 5th time i have given my mobile in the service centre universal enterprize pune. Address : narayan peth 580, shop no.7, shree saishwar app., near ramanbagh chowk, pune, pune, maharashtra. Currently also my mobile is with them and i am trying to call them but there is no answer from them, job sheet no kjaspmh4221015kr14717. Recently i have submitted it on 31 oct 2015 and they still not returned it to me.

                                    The initial problem was
                                    • battery drains out very fast.
                                    • contact from phone book disappears
                                    • unable to change the ringtone.
                                    • heard bursting sound.
                                    • hanged up on more than 2 occasions.
                                    • the voice of the opposite party during the call is not clear.

                                      I bought Karbonn titanium s109 before diwali(new mobile). The phone battery is weak decreasing fast like 1min per 6% and while calling opposite guy voice is clear to me and my voice is not hear them. I went service centre before diwali but they are responding my complaints. They simply changed the software and that is waste. Now what can I do? A Please help me in this regard.

                                        I purchased a karbonn titanium s3 on 2nd October 2014 in ezone Big bazaar Kacheguda at Rs.7000/- and as i have a battery issue since last 8 months when I want to buy a new battery, they say they don't have a stock.
                                        a complain was registered with Local service center in chintal on 15th june 2015, since then i am being made to run from pillar to post for it.
                                        I have been following up with both service center and at company call center. but till date I am struggling to get the battery.
                                        I might have made around more than 100 calls to both companies call center and service center but all in vain. Now Karbonn has a policy to close a open call every 3 months and they have closed my call without any prior notice or repair Hence request you kindly help me
                                        I have all the supporting documentation details as proof with me .
