I have purchased the above mobile on 13.7.15.since the date of purchase the mobile is not working properly its battery will be completely dischaged within 3hours even if it is kept idle.hence it may have some manufacturing defect.please replace the mobile immediately...

We have bought karbonn mach-2 and faced software problem after just 15 days...the product was handed over to service center who created job card after 15 days and then after it took 1 month (total 45days) to make it... after we got it, there was only 5.91 GB internal space left rather than 8 GB. Now they are saying that they are not responsible for this and nothing can be done to it. off to Rs9000 in just 15days...wow...what...
