With due respect it is hereby inform you that I purchase a Karbonn s201 in july 2015 . Due to Speaker and mick problem, same is give to service center in sep 2015 against compliant no S201_[protected]. and its 2 months handset is with service center and not received any responses from them.On follow up they keep extending the promised dates

    With due respect it is hereby inform you that I (Harish Chand) purchase a Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus white on 04th august 2014 vide IMEI [protected] vide order no [protected]. Due to Speaker and mick problem, same is give to service center on 27th July 2015 against compliant no KJSRUP4441015KR4894. and after that three times handset handed over to service center but problem is not resolve. in this days my handset is in the hands of service center form last three months and not received any responses from them. For your ready action i have also attached my invoice. Your good self is requested to please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible as its almost 4-5 months delay. if my handset problem is not able to resolve then do needful for their replacement or some other convenient option as you may think fit. other wise I have to taken a harsh action against the same.       I have purchase a Karbonn make A26 Model mobile hand set C 93947 ([protected] & [protected]) from Flip kart online shopping invoice number bir_wlfd [protected](26/03/2014) VAT/TIN—[protected] IOD[protected] seller W.S Retail no.42/1 & 43 Kacherakanah Alli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru, Karnataka on 26th of March 2014.The material received is a defective one and registered a complain through E-mail to Flip kart and Karbonn also on 14th of April 2014.Flipkart send me a mail and advise me to lodge a complaint to Karbonn directly. Karbonn send me in reply mail to go to the service Centre M/s DIGITECH SERVICES on 16th APRIL 2014. As per there recommendation I visited the place at least 9 times at an regular interval of 7days.In the month of September I came to know that Digitech services is no longer attached with Karbonn company. Again I mail KARBONN and explain the fact I faces for replacing a defective back cover of mobile hand set. On replying my mail they recommend me to go to M/S, G.B.ENTERPRISE, M-8, RABINDRA PALLY, BLOCK-C, DURGAPUR- 713204, MR. SWARUP BOSE (Ph. No. [protected]) on 16th September2014. Accordingly I registered a complaint for replacing the back cover and I am willing to pay for that. But again the same problem I face as they are unable to supply a spare parts of my mobile set. Lastly after my 21 numbers of mail Karbonn company sent me a mail on 14th of April 2015, and advise me to visit a nearest authorized service Centre and registered a complain at the ASC for required spare part and mention a name of M/S SAHANI TELECOM, GANDHI MORE, G.T. ROAD BUS STAND DURGAPUR, and again I visit the service Centre, probably it is a shop and the name is also SAHANI TELE TALK AND NOT SAHANI TELECOM, I have registered a complain ( a voucher is still with me) on 26th May 2015 but still I am in a dark as the boy of that shop is telling me that Karbonn company is no more manufacturing the model A26, and it is very difficult to get the spare one. After knocking all the 3 authorized service Centre as recommended by Karbonn Company and nearly 16th months of time, no one is ready to help me in getting the spare one; still I am ready to pay for it. On the last mail of Karbonn Company, dated 2nd September, 2015, they inform me that they now going to forwarded my complaint to service in charge and would back to me with exact status as soon as possible. I call back to their customer care executive and ask him for the feedback. Still I am getting tired for such a small spare; I have harassed a lot by the company for getting it. I am ready to hand over all the relevant documents as and when I asked.

      I heard that you are more reliable than any other consumer forum in our country.

        Two months back my Karbonn mobile display was damaged. I went to service center at Chinthal, Hyderabad. Those people diagnosed problem and sent my mobile to Delhi for replacement of mother board. After one month i received my mobile with new mother board. Immediately after one week again I got trouble with my mobile. Signal drops frequently and when i remove battery and reinsert SIM, it works for 2 mins and then signal drops. I went back to service center again and reported the problem. They replied that antenna need to be changed which costs 350/-, and if it doesn't work then again entire mother board need to changed which costs 3500/-. I got shocked and asked how mother board will give problem within one week. They rudely said for electronic devices there is no guarantee it may damage in one day also. I got irritated and asked how that company is making such a worst product for which it can't give guarantee for even one week. I shouted them to close their service center and company and came back. So, please never purchase such a stupid Karbonn mobiles and get into troubles.

              Sir, I purchased karbon mobile & within 6 months its have some technical problem & got switched off. I gave it to Karbon mobile service center at Crawford Market, Mumbai on 30.09.2015, but till date I have not recd. my mobile. Every time I am getting same answer, your mobile is under observation and will take another 10 days. Today also i called there customer service center & recd. same answer.
              Karbonn Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I lodge my complaint to you on 04.11.2015 & till date i am not getting any reply or feed back from carbon mobile co. today again i called to carbon mobile customer care they again answer me same statement pls wait for another 10 days & i think this is never ending another 10 days story. I submitted my mobile to carbon service center on 30.09.2015 now 1 & half month past and they are giving same answer to wait another 10 days. this is intolerable & ridiculous service giving by carbon mobile. I request them to resend my mobile.

                    now. It is 10 days less only to comple 2 month. I never seen that in the
                    world any mobile can take so long time.

                    3. Do i know i will get my phone or not ?

                    4. Who will pay ny loss due to unavailablity of phone device and who will

                        This a mail I was sent of karbonn company but there side no action. I am Sachin Sharma from Ludhiana. I have problem with your mnobile service and service man. I have Some problem with touch (KARBONN OCTANE PLUS MOBILE) on one month. I gave my phone in your H.C SERVICE CENTER(service man- JASPREET SINGH) date[protected]jobsheet no-KJASPPB2201015KR4485) . And he told me your mobile will repaired as on after one week. But after one week my mobile was not repaired and he told me your mobile part is not available in sevice center. and wait 15 days of part. I was go there again and again but no any respose given from your sevice man. 15 days after I called jaspreet singh. He told me you part is come in and next day you will take your phone. Then next day I went there sevice center. same thing he was again told me those part are Wrong whose coming from delhi head office. But I was checked those part is real Wrong but these part are not coming from head office because these part are already damaged. And I am also call this numbers for status :- [protected], [protected], [protected] But any side no postive status and they are no idea hows talking way of coustmer.there talking base is very bad. I ashamed you service hows working in market. When you solve my problem so I am waiting your answer. Otherwise I will go CONSUMER COURT FOR case on your company. Give me answer as on as possible.

They said within 10 days they will rectify the defect but till now I didn't received call from them regarding status. Please repair my mobile quikly and give back.                             My handset is karbonn machone plus . i buy it on 2nd september, it gets surprisely hot and consumes battery fastly. i took it to karbonn care .they said that it will took a time of 15 days . after it they said 10 days later and thaen 10 days more .and now they arfe again saying 15 days .so pooooooooooor service. i recommend everyone not to buy a karbonn mobile plz.because they still not giving my handset and saying to take it on 15th nov. NO RESPONSE !!!

                                      Dear sir, I have given my Karbonn S12Delite handset on service centre ALIGARH on[protected]. My JOBSHEET NO. is KJASPUP442915KR8988.. On service centre it was told me that you can get your handset within 15 days from the date. After that many times i called on service centre but they are saying " upar se nahi aaya hai abhi'' . and they are not giving any proper solution or proper answer about the handset. On asking that How much more time you will take for returning my Handset.. They reply it can not be said about time " aa jayega to mil jayega". Forty days has been passed. there is no clue of my Handset. I live 50 kilometers far from service centre. on telephonic conversation they dont pick the call or after picking they disconnect my call..                                         Dear Sir,
                                        We have bought karbonn mach-2 and faced software problem after just 15 days...the product was handed over to service center who created job card after 15 days and then after it took 1 month (total 45days) to make it... after we got it, there was only 5.91 GB internal space left rather than 8 GB. Now they are saying that they are not responsible for this and nothing can be done to it. off to Rs9000 in just 15days...wow...what an offer karbonn had designed..hats off 2 u
