I have purchased a Karbonn mobile model no-KC540+, Imei no-[protected] on dated[protected] through Garg Telecom in Nangloi, I hardly used this phone approx 1 months & suddenly Ear phone sign showing in display even when the head phone is not connected, I submitted the phone in S.K.Enterprices in New Moti nagar near my office on dated[protected], After submitting my phone there is no response from Service center till date, I am doing regular follow-ups with company but they guys not giving us any time. I am frustrated from this company & due to this company I am also mentally harass, Please look into this matter & reimburse my money along with compensation.

    I have submitted my phone karbonn titanium S3 on 15 Sep 2015...Job sheet number (KJASPDL206915KR2836) They said the phone will get repaired in 15 days and I vl get a call from service centre whenever it gets repaired ( as it can repaired before given time as well) But the reality is...it has been a month now, eveytime we contact to know the status the same answer -the phone has been sent to head centre, check back after 10 days. Plz somebody tell me the exact time or the reply which Will giv me some affirmation that my phone and complaint are being addressed. Its really disturbing when each time you contact and felt as a customer you are being ignored and hence every time delayed response :(

Is [protected] & [protected], & 2nd time on[protected] mobile phone dead & currently we have again find dead problem[protected] jobsheet no.           Fake company seriously...I have submitted my karbonn titanium octane plus to the service center at talwandi sheela choudry road, kota, rajasthan, they have told me that they have sent my phone to karbonn head office at delhi,
          I bought karbonn titanium octane plus in 4 nov 2014 by snap deal and karbonn phone has given problem in just six months, it means that karbonn given me defective products as well as snapdeal has delivered me defective product i am very frustrated about their service i have submitted my phone on 11 aug 2015, it has 62 days have been past and till i am not getting proper response from their side as well as from service center, i will be one of the dissatisfied customers of karbonn products, and i will not buy karbonn product any more...

Since the 1st day the contacts stored in it deletes automatically...I runs good if I factory reset it for 3-4 days..then after it agai shows problem... What can I do to solve this problem..                 I have never seen a worst customer service like this, i gave my new mobile for some techinal problem on 29/08/2015 and still i could n't able to get back my phone. very bad response, very worst service. workers are using tobacco inside the service centre. always they are sending me back telling come after two days. very worst service.

                  I have never seen such unprofessional mobile company, your companies lunching new phone every month but not having a common accessories like battery for support porpose. I have purchased the karbonn s20 mobile on 15 October 2014 from amazon.com, The battery of the phone became dead in august 2015, I have given order (for paid battery) for the battery in the service center in the kalyan west on 12 august 1015, but till date I have not received battery from the service center, They are saying the company is not dispatching the battery as the company is not having a battery in stock. sir pls tell me my warrant for the phone is wasting because of non availability of the battery from your side. pls give me a solution on the same asap, or replace my phone with new phone.                   I also have a Titanium S20 whose battery has gone dead since Oct 2015. I have visited 3 Karbonn service centers in Bangalore and have given orders for the replacement battery, but they have not accepted the order as the part is not in stock!! The company's website or authorised service centers do not have a clue on how to get a battery for a cell phone!! I aM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

                  Karbonn Team - please call me on[protected] if you care. My next phone will not be a Karbonn if this is the kind of service.

                    Dear Sir, I have purchased last year Karbonn Titanium S5 Ultra mobile, but from last two week i have searched all online store but no one have a battery of this model, also when i visited in market shop also they have not any battery of this model. I just want to know if any company designing any mobile model then why not they are provoding all the related component in market. I am really very disappointed from Karbonn, because my phone is now useless for me without a battery, whereas i have paid Rs. 7000/- I hope you will take strict action against this company so that nobody can suffer like me. Now, I want to know as to whether I shall be getting my hand set back or not and if yest, how.

                        I purchase a mobile karbon octogan plus Mobile on Oct 2014 n online website www.snapdeal.com, and there was issue phone was getting charged efectively and i went to Karbon service centre which is based at Mira road station I have deposited my handset on 23.07.2015 From that day i have called them more than 100 times and everytime they give assurance of providing handset in 15 or more days .                               I bought a Karbonn mobile (Octane Plus) in Mar-2015. It had some issues with the charging. Since it was still under warranty period, I gave it for servicing on Aug-26-2015 at one of their service centers in Hyderabad. I am yet to get any update on it. Whenever I call the service center, they say call Karbonn Mobile Helpline #[protected] for latest status but when I call at this number, it never works. My service number is KJASPTG006815KR13. I am so disappointed that finally I have purchased another mobile. My sincere advice to fellow customers. Never buy Karbonn brand. It pays going with brands like Samsung, LG and all.

                                Dear Sir, We Have purchase a karbon mobile hand set Karbon Titanium S5 Ultra on Dates[protected] But i find tuch problem & Phone dead & not on in 16 july 2015 then i have shown in yamuna vihar service centre (yes mobile service) Our Job sheet No, KJASPDC206 7151KR735 dtd:[protected] & IMEI NO. Is [protected] & [protected], & 2nd time on[protected] mobile phone dead & currently we have again find dead problem[protected] jobsheet no. KJASPDL206915KR2987 BUT I HAVE NOT RECIVED PHONE YET, WHEN WE CALL HIM HE ALWAYS TELL YOU WILL GET YOU MOBILE IN 10 DAYS ALWAYS MY 50% WARRANTY EXPENSES IN REPARING NEITHER PHONE IS OK NOT HE IS GIVING REPLACEMENT

                                  Dear sir, Madam I would like to complaint against the KarbonnService Center Service Center for not Providing my Handset. I have deposited my handset on 23.07.2015 because of Charging problem as said by them. From that day i have called them more than 100 times and everytime they give assurance of providing handset in 15 or more days . But I have not received any call from there .So i would like to complaint against them . (My. IME [protected] (Sneha Kumari) (Handset Deposited at Trinity tele service C- 211, 212, Shanti Shopping Center, Opp To Rly Station Mira Road East, Thane 401107 ) Model No. Titan Octan Plus (w), Battery SR: [protected].Till now I have not received my handset, Today again when call service station they told me that they have got karbon new phone Karbon Titan Mac which value is half of my phone.Request you kindly update on this scenerio I am also posting my grivence on PIL forum and consumer forunRegardsSneha Kumari[protected]

                                  As Fae I am concerned they had promised that they be taking matter and revert within 48 hr but it is almost three day they have not communicated nothing up till now now we are also receiving threat from service center that they are least bothered about our greviences and told us we can ladge complaint with whom sober we won't. This is most pathetic Karbon mobile company can do to consumer like us they are thing they are god and push and insult customer who has buyed Karbon octogan Mobile for value of 16000 and give mobile worth 6000 to us this is cheating at its peak I thing Karbon mobile company should be treated for their Sin.

                                    I submitted my Karbonn S9 lite to one of the service centre of karbonn in Bareilly. There was a problem with its display. After one or two hours of submitting the phone to them I received their call and they told me that the phone has to be sent to their branch in Delhi. I was told that I will get my phone back in one or two months. I submitted my phone on July 24, 2015 and I have not received it yet. Whenever I call them for the phone they give me another date, this is fourth time they have postponed it. Last time I asked them, they told me that I will surely get my phone within 5 days but now its 15 days and still have not get it. I am totally fed up with this company and I want refund because I don't want to use this companies product ever again.

                                      I have purchased a karbonn machone titanium s310(dark blue) from amazon on 04 September 2015 and i received the same on 09 September 2015 and the invoice no-HR-DEL[protected]. The display of the mobile broke from inside. I don't know how it happened because the phone didnt even fell down once. so i contacted the local service center in bhubaneswar but they told me that the display is broken and has to be changed. so then i contacted the amazon india customer care and they told me to take a DO from the local karbonn service center but the guy in the service center refuse to give so. then i contacted the amazon again and they told me to mail in this forum. please do the needful and send me the DO as soon as possible so that I can get the refund.

                                        Dear Sir, I had submitted my handset on 27 July 2015 due to memory card & camera issue but when i contacted to service center that time they had told as my handset was declared as end of life and i need to contact to local technician for the repair. After long follow up and discussion about legal action they ready to give the services for my handset. On the day of 21st August 2015 they made printed job sheet and accepted my handset for repair but from the day of submission to till date there is no response from local service center. I had contacted many times to customer care over phone but every time they said as handset is under process and we will contact you and same reply over email also. Also there is no call back from concerned department as they said. Now i am frustrated due to such delays. (My handset IMEI is [protected] Santosh Pawar) Handset submitted at Shree Services, Chandani Chowk, Sangli. This is humble request to provide my handset as early as possible.
