I purchased a karbonn mobile (s310) IMEI No. [protected]/2817 on 18th July 2015 from M/S. Poorvika Mobiles Pvt Ltd, Perambur, Chennai.600 011 on paying Rs.7300/-. Since the dayone the battery got heated up and the charging was not stable. I waited for sometime . I contacted the Poorvika People. They asked me to contact the Karbonn Service Centre. I went to M/S.Ascent Tech, Ambattur.They changed the batteries twice and returned the mobile twice without any service. Since the problem was not solved, on advice from Poorvika Mobiles, I have given my set for servicing to M/S.United Telelink, Purasaiwakkam - Chennai (Karbonn Service Centre). On the advice of some of my friends and trust i had in Karbonn Products I purchased the product.But now that i have slight doubt and feel sorry. Since it is very well within the Waranty, I request you to kindly give me a new set failing which i will be constrained to approach the consumer forum and the media. Having paid Rs.7300/-, why should i suffer wihout a handset. I have not hardly used the set continuosly for oneday rather. Expecting immediate response.
