Hi, i m govind dey, i want to complain about karbonn titanium s204 purchase on dated 09-07-15 used only 15 days. after new mobile set it makes many problems.submitted to service centre dated 10-08-15. job seat no.-kjaspr228815kr4500.IMEI no.-[protected] till today it is not repaired. service center said we sent to delhi for repairing but customer care said we are not received any set till today for servicing. please take neccessary action for that and resume that problem as soon as possible. thank you Govind dey mob. no.-[protected] email [protected]@gmail.com

    I am Arun Kumar Chaudhary from gurgaon haryana I deposited my Karbonn mobile (Titanium S9) [IMEI Number [protected]] to Karbonn service centre in gurgaon on 8th may 2015 and it is in repair since 4 + month and still no update after calling 20 times on customer care and writting 10th of mail to customer care They is no response always false commitment of they will surely get back in 24 hours but after calling 20 times on their customer care they there is not even a single response from their side. Problem : My device has a problem in display. suddenly it wen off. first they did not agree to take it since it was in warranty and company was supposed to repair it free of cost. then in 2 nd visit one gentle man took it on 8th may 2015 and told me that they will call me as n when my device is repaired. I contacted them many times with no answer now after 3 month they suhggested to contact on karbonn customer care. Solution : I need my device repaired or need my money back. Totally fed and frustrated. karbonn is pathetic Attachment : Job sheet is attached with same email communication with customer care

    This is Arun Kumar Chaudhary I deposited My Karbonn S9 phone for some display issue in Gurgaon centre. I followed up them and finally they gave me customer care number.

    I have called on this number 7 times.

    Every time i listen i will get a call in next 48 hours and my device will be received by me in next 10 to 15 days.

    But you can see it has been 4 months :)

    I think Time again starts like as if when ever i call a stop watch starts for another lapse of 15 days. I am highly fed up and frustrated.

    Sir I request you with folded hands to look into it and Provide me my handset ASAP.

        Dear sir myself pankaj gupta, i have purchased karbonn a51 from mobile store, new market, bhopal dated 15\8\2014. after one month its camera didnot work.after that still i using phone without camera. i have paid rs 129 extra to mobile store for extended warranty. after six month, my phone not charging and start. i went to mobile store for servicing. they deposited phone but after 10 days they returned phone & send me your authorised service center( which is only one in bhopal).sir i have deposited my phone at karbonn service center dated 28\07\2015.( i have reciept) they said your phone charging pin damaged, so phone will we out of warrenty.& will be charge rs. 800/- ( which is very higher for charging pin replacement) and phone will be repair within 7 days. but sir after 10 days, after 20 days, after 30 days after 40 days, ater 50 dyas, i have not recieved my phone. sir i called your service center approximately 100 times within 2 months, but not they not confirmed, when i recieved my phone.i have NOT recieved till now. sir i purchased first time your phone but had very bad experince.please solve my problem as soon as possible. if it is possible to give me a new phne, i will believe your company. thanking you pankaj gupta KARBONN A-51 IMEI [protected] ph [protected] [protected] E MAIL [protected]@REDIFFMAIL.COM

          Sir, i am Rakesh kumar sethy .my karbonn mobile A100 model have been take 80 days above.but when i got my phone 9/09/15 i will check that phone is not working properly.when i am going to service center they are not listen my problem and also do not receive my phone and tell me we are not take karbonn company phone.

            There was issue with my handset that, The phone was automatically getting discharged very fast. They said battery is fine, issue with charging IC and it's replacement costs me 5000 RS. but actual issue is not solved. When I again went to service center they said problem with battery and need to replace. Even I raised complaint over their customer care, but no satisfactory reply. This company is fraud, I wanted to check how can I log complaint against it to get my money back.

              My battery was damaged due to more usage. i raised job sheet (KJASPAP108915KR2418) from karbon customer centre. Irresponsible about my concern. For simple battery they are taking 1 month time still not received my battery. Its better to close company. [censored]ing service.. Then how will we encourage indian brands by this such type of careless service.

                    Am sheeba...a person named deepak called from karbonn and took all the details from about my atm card and told that he need to transfer the mobile cost so that we can take our complaint back...but finally he with drawal the entire amount from my card...his number was switched off when we call back him...and his number is [protected]

                      This is sheeba..i purchased this mobile 3 months ago in reliance digital, within twenty days a problem occurred with motherboard, we want to return mobile but service center people argued with us that they wont take the mobile, at least we thought to contact manager of karboon company that mobile has many issues..now again there is problem with battery or charger mobile was not turning on...we really got exhausted with this mobile..we want this company people to react with it.and help us to get new mobile or money return.[protected] this is our number company people should react for this..

                        I purchased karbonn titanium S20 handset at dated 01/01/2015. I hav observed problem at battery as discharge quickly & finally found swelled condition. so complaint registered at service centre Rewa dated- 10/06/2015 Job No-KJASPMP152615KR71 IMEI NO- [protected] IMEI NO- [protected] Now till date 08/09/2015 no any action taken, where as many times talked with costumer care & mail done. Now i am facing new problem as mobile automatically ON & OFF frequently.
                        Karbonn Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        I also purchased karbonn titanium S20 in Dec 2014. Now today i.e 7 Nov 15 in less than a year, the battery has swelled and gone. I went to karbonn mobiles service centre in indiranagar (bangalore ) near ESI hospital to get a battery as this battery was not available in any of the general mobile shop. Even karbonn mobile service centre disappointed me. They say this mobile is a chinese mobile only marketed by them and is not from karbonn. Now i am not getting battery. God save u if you buy this mobile. Battery goes down in less than a year and then it is not available online or in karbonn service centres.

                          NEVER BUY KARBONN PRODUCTS..!!! DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS..!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..!!! Horrible first impression on buying Karbonn mobile. Battery problems and network problems. Brought "karbonn dazzle 3" from reliance digital on 25-Aug-2015. After 2 days o[censored]sage faced network and WiFi issue which got resolved automatically after 2 days. After 1 week o[censored]sage facing problems with battery, Phone switches off automatically after using for some time [20 to 30 mins] even though battery charge is more than 80%. After the issue the battery level is 0%, again you have recharge the mobile. Issue is observed consistently, Not able to use the phone for continuous half an hour. Now took the mobile to a Karbonn authorized service center and they are saying it will take more than a month to get the phone back. Such a nasty experience with Karbonn, I will never consider Karbonn and will never suggest to my friends and family as well. I guess this company has started with only motive to loot the customers money with defective products.!!!

Which i have been purchased. while my old battery is working properly in karboon A50.I dont know what is the problem with the product dispached by you.This battery is defectevie.                                 Dear Sir I have submitted my KARBONN S2Plus phone (IMEI No. [protected]) at authorized service center " Samarth Telecom, Nashik.", on Dt.13th Of July, 2015. The service center told me that it will take 30 days to repair..The Karbonne Handset was purchase in Oct, 2014 whose screen got blanked on July, 2015.The hand set was given to Even after 55 Days, when I contacted to Karbonn mobile customer care 6 times from 16-07-15 to 07.09.15.Each and Every time they told me that my handset will be repaired after 10 days.( Complain No. 197326, Dt.16.07.2015 to 07.09.2015). By their attitude, I am not sure whether they will be able to repair it in near future. I want either my handset should repair in 2 to 3 days or I should be provided new hand set as it is already with them for around 55 days and my new phone has eventually became old. Kindly help.                                 As per my previous communication to your service center executive on 6th Sept 2015, he said that your handset has been DOA so he said to submit Handset box and accessories which i got with mobile after purchased, as per his demand i have submitted it on 8th sept 2015. after that i had telephoned to tollfree no., tollfree executive had told me that your new handset has been dispatched on 15 sept 2015 and it will receive to you in next 7 days but till date it is not received. kindly look into the matter and do the needful. you should improve your service otherwise no one will prefer to buy or suggest to buy your product.

                                    My self ilavarasan. I was given my karbbon mobile (Model-Karboon taintanium octane plus) for service at 15th july in chennai service centre ( annai electronics) due to phone hanging problems. The Chennai service centre checked my mobile they detect some of the issue in my phone. After that they will listed which problems are my phone in check sheet. This problems are solved by my head service centre at Delhi. So we will send your phone to our head office service centre. It will take 1 or 2 weeks. I was checked my mobile phone service stautus periodically in Chennai service centre via phone. After two weeks later my mobile was serviced return to Chennai service centre. They once again checked my phone issues are rectified of not. While checking they found charging issue on my phone once again. So we have to once again sent your phone to head office service centre at (5 th Aug).It was reached Delhi service centre at (10 th Aug).So it wil take 7 working days for service. After that periodically follow up them about my phone service status up to till date. They told to still it was pending in Delhi head office service centre. I was getting too worried about your service. It was really disappointing to me. Because I choose your mobile for it is a Indian product give really these kind of amazing features are given at this cost. I was enjoyed while using your product phone. When I am getting issue on my phone .I was faced your disappointing as well as unsatisfied service care. The service delaying was affected my day by day social activities lots more. I hope you are realizing my problems or situation without using my phone at last 50 days. Also note that I was not seen like this customer service. Hence kindly lookup on my phone issue problem .This is your customer humble request. Furthermore you are not taking it too seriously action about my phone service. I don’t have option again asking like this. I will move to further consumer court. I hope you are not to lead for took optional decision.                                       We have purchased Karbonn Handset - Karbonn Octane Plus on 08 feb 2015 from Relience Digital, NAGPUR, Maharashtra. In the month of May end it was observed that handset is not charging. It was shown to the customer care at NAGPUR. After observation they told that some part at charging side want to be replaced so he kept handset and given receipt. After constant followup they are not responding, as the person at the counter raises his hand, saying that "What I can do, if company is not giving spare parts" Now almost 3 months are over, and we are left without handset. resulting mental pressure, and physical exertion to visit the customer care center. This is mental and physical harassment. The photo of the receipt from customer care is attached for easy reference. We asked that if your company is not manufacturing ther spare parts, kindly arrange to replace the handset, but no response from the company.

                                        Phone IMEI No. [protected]. The Karbonne Handset was purchase in May, 2015 whose screen got blanked on July, 2015 ( after 1-1/2 month only ). The hand set was given to authorized service center " JMV Technosol Pvt Limited", 252-O, Ground Floor, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110068, Ph. No. 011-[protected],[protected]. on Dt.8th Of July, 2015. The service center told me that it will take 45 days to repair. Even after 50 Days, when i connected to service center, they told me that it is still pending as the part has not been received from Karbonn mobile ( The office of Karbonn mobile is around 5 KM from service center ). I contacted to Karbonn mobile customer care on Dt. 24.08.2015, they told me that my handset will be repaired after 10 days.( Complain No. 262652, Dt.24.08.2015). After 10 days, when I contacted to karbonne customer care on Dt.3.09.2015, they again told me it is still pending and will take another 10 days. When i asked them to connect me to their seniors, they were not able to do that even after i hold the call for Half an Hour. By their attitude, I am not sure whether they will be able to repair it in near future. I want either my handset should repair in 2 to 3 days or I should be provided new hand set as it is already with them for around 60 days and my new phone has eventually became old. Kindly help.
