Sir This is my second complaint. I'm a college student from uttarakhand. i had given my mobile in A1 karbonn service centre in kashipur, uttarakhand on 23rd july 2015, since more then one month. Whenever i call in service centre or in company they say we will fix your problem in 10 days. I did not even get any messege from service centre or company if they have my phone or not. I call them every 5 days but they just say we need 10 more days. I have service centre's job sheet also. Not even service centre is helping me. My phone no. is [protected]. My phone's IMEI no. is [protected]. Please take a quick action as i'm facing various problems without phone.

We have given one mobile karbonn titanium s6 for service in thambaram service centre-name-united care.After one month also they are giving same answers next week sure and the system is slow we will check it up and call u, they are not calling another day we called they are saying the same thing and no responce very worst service...And they are telling we will send one mail to our company like this.. Sir, My name is Susanta Kumar jena. I had bought a Karbonn Titanium Black Android phone from Snapdeal and the invoice date is 14th jan 2015 and the invoice number is D4D896/14-15/195935 . I have attached the invoice with this complain. Sir, now the problem is, my was working good and fine but couple of weeks before my phone didn't switch on and hanged on karbonn logo at start up. Then i waited for 3-4 days without using my phone . But when i tried to switch it back on, then same problem arised which is the phones starting problem . So i took my mobile to one of the Karbonn Mobile authorized service centre in cuttack. But i was shocked to hear their reply . They said it has got a very serious problem in mother board and will cost me around 60% of the actual cost to repair it. But sir, neither i had misused my phone in any way, nor i have damaged its part. I also didn't do any thing to my mobile . It all has happened on its own. So instead of repairing my mobile which is with in its warranty, they are demanding money from me? Why would be I charged? It's nonsense absolutely . I have all the right to get my phone back in well conditioned from the service center without paying a single penny. please consider my request and try to resolve my issue. I have attached all the proofs regarding my issue.

I bought "Karbonn Titanium Octane" in May 2015 and within 3 months, its display went bad. I went to the service center in Indiranagar, Bangalore but they told it will not come under our service center and gave us Domlur, Bangalore service center's address. When we went there, the lady sitting on front desk told us that the display is broken and so, the phone will not be covered under warranty. There is not even a single scratch on the phone and she is telling that its broken, on what basis we don't know. The engineer sitting inside told us to buy a new phone rather then getting this serviced.. Woww what a suggestion!! What kind of a service is this?? Even when the display has issue, your service center is not ready to take it just because its under warranty?? WE FEEL CHEATED!!! A 10K PHONE WENT BAD WITHIN 3 MONTHS AND NOW NO SERVICE FOR THAT AS WELL??? Is Karbonn not making good phones or you people don't want to take it for service just because its under warranty?? If this is the quality of your products and services, then, we will definitely recommend people, not to buy KARBONN and not suffer like us!!!

I'm perched karbon mobile S310. It's damage within 15 days created tuch pad and Bluetooth security code problem. Your service provider Universal Enterprises said it will OK after 10 days return said now will also extra 40 days. So i am depression because i have not my handset. Universal Enterprises say we have not parts so want to ask karbon company when I will get my mobile. Because could not used 15 days. My fault is i bought karbon mobile. I will suggest to all my Indian public don't Bay karbon company products and China made any products. Because China made products is very low and damage quality products. Sir mere mobile me kabhi diplay aa jati thi or kabhi nahi muzaffarnagar service center par mai gaya tha unhone mera mobile daid bataya hai mere mobile me abhi tak koi bhi problam nahi aayi thi or wo kahte hai ki mobile khula hua hai jabki maine abhi tak mobile pahli bar service center par hi diya hai mere samne hi pahli bar mobile unhone hi khola tha abhi tak mere mobile ka waranty samay bach raha hai or center wale use thik nahi kar rahe hai s no. I had purchase karbon titanium octan plus 4 months ago, after fwe days it started recieving many problem like charge than charging than charging socket problem .. now current problems are as below : charging loose contact battry loosing charge fast mic dosnt work mic work only in speaker mode getting too much hot than normal. Please refund the money or else change the handset now.

Dear team, I have bought karbonn mobile from local retailer jn the month of June..It was a basic model and i have spent Rs1400 for the same..But unfortunately the phone was not working properly.. Karbonn dazzle 2 a new phone purchased last month after a few days o[censored]se the contacts saved got deleted automatically the phone has a problem as i checked gmail the contacts are there but on phone it gets deleted now it is very irritating and seriously don't recommend any one to go for karbonn phones kindly come up with a solution and please update the users

Sir, I purchased a karbone mobile (karbonn A 6 turbo) in two month ago. After two week it was damaged, I can find a complaint in the display. Then I produced it befor the karbone service center (Global mobile masters - Trivandrum) one month ago. They told me that it will take 10 days. But after 20 days I didn't get my mobile back. Then I contact the customer care, again they said that it will need one more 10 days to replace the display. But even after 40 days I didn't get back my mobile. (my computerised job sheet no. is : KJASPR048715KR506) I didn't use that mobile for atleast one month, Is it karbone trusty this much only ? They are not able to clear my problem . I am not satisfied with Their after sale service.

Hello, I Pokale Manik from pune(Baramati). I purchase the karbonn A^ Turbo from online @ snapdeal at the 18 may 2015. I saw the phone having display problem so I submit at 5th Aug 2015 in Karbonn Service center Add Magarpatta city (Hadapsar Pune) . But till this time I don't get any response from the same center. My question is that "R U Extend Warranty period" if the Warranty Period getting over?

I purchased my karbonn titanium Octane mobile, and its IMEI [protected], IMEI [protected] also here is a charging problem occurs in my phone I was submitted my mobile at service center "chauhan communication" adress "308 Hans plaza Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad on 20/07/2015 my phone complaint job sheet number is KJAPUP328715KR18837 .The service center of that company gives me the period of 7-10 days that my mobile has been solved its problem, But that problem were not solved. We also speak with the service center toll free number they were give same answer that part is not available So i have requested to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to solve my problem

Dear Sir I have submitted my KARBONN k595* phone at KARBONN service center he check my phone and then give me Job sheet and told me that my problem is solve within 2 days and when I go to the service centre after two days they said that my mobile is water damage actually when I submitted my mobile is in warranty... Sir, i had bought my karbonn s19 mobile through online from one of the leading online shopping site and i have my warranty period. but with in warranty my phone not getting switch on and i had taken my mobile to one of the authorized service center in cuttack. but they are saying that the mobile has some defect in mother board and it will cost around 80 percent of the original cost to repair it . but i have my warranty period and i didn't misused my phone in any manner. so why would i charged for repair. it's your duty to make it correct . why would i pay? please reply me. otherwise i would go legally to take further action.

I had given my mobile karbonn octane plus for repair at your Raj mobile shop service center in vashi on 23rd june 2015. The job sheet no is KJASPMH1286615KR14983 and EMEI no is [protected] and [protected]. But the service center is telling it will take time. Already 60 days are over and the service center is telling it is sent to OEM. It should not take so much time to repair. Pl urgent to repair the mobile . The mobile is under warranty

i have submitted my mobile in gurgaon sector 12 karbonn klinic. I Had submitted my mobile two months before and on 4th of august 2015 when i called service center they told that they have repaired my mobile phone which i had submitted to them on 26th of may 2015. But when i went to service center i found my mobile phone in same condition even after 2 months again they submitted my mobile in front of me till now i havent recieved any news regarding my mobile. I purchased that mobile phone for me not for service center Its warranty will expire in november you guys will say that it is not working even after keeping it with you for more that 2 months what will i have to say than. Either repair my mobile phone as soon as possible or give me a new one i dont have any mobile since last 2 and half months It is creating a lot of difficulty for me . On 22 July 2015 I submitted my karbonn titanium octane plus mobile from chennai since there was problem with the charging socket and mobile got hanged frequently. As the mobile was in guaranty period we shown the mobile to the service center on 22-jul-15(Job Sheet No:KJASPTN040715KR3707), Since then we never received the mobile from the service center. I also spoke to Karbonn service center toll free no. but every time we received the same answer that it is in service center and please wait another 10 days and it will be delivered with in that time. There is no proper response on the compliant from Karbonn
