The lock BUTTON is mobile is not functioning from previous one week dated[protected]. I reported to the nearest service center but they had not responded properly and adviced for online complain.As the lock BUTTON is not functioning i am not able to open the mobile. please solve my problem as soon as possible. Sir, I purchased KARBON ITANIUM mobile on[protected]. witin 10 days the mobile battery got fully discharged from full charge within 30 minutes and stopped working though no services were on. I took it to the shop & the shop owner again charged the battery but again within 45 minutes 100% charge of battery got discharged and phone stopped since then. I spent 5000 Rs. gone waste. I shall get back a new piece since it is well within warrantee...

On 23 Jan 2015 he purchased karbon titanium octane mobile from nasik.
