The lock BUTTON is mobile is not functioning from previous one week dated[protected]. I reported to the nearest service center but they had not responded properly and adviced for online complain.As the lock BUTTON is not functioning i am not able to open the mobile. please solve my problem as soon as possible. Sir, I purchased KARBON ITANIUM mobile on[protected]. witin 10 days the mobile battery got fully discharged from full charge within 30 minutes and stopped working though no services were on. I took it to the shop & the shop owner again charged the battery but again within 45 minutes 100% charge of battery got discharged and phone stopped since then. I spent 5000 Rs. gone waste. I shall get back a new piece since it is well within warrantee period. mu email id is [protected]@gmail.com

Problem was, - Desplay not showing, - Speaker & micro phone both are didnot work properly, - Charger was geting over heated very quickly, - ear phone speaker also dont work, it work when it close to mouth other wise its not audiable to other side, All are showing problem at a time within 1 month. They said come after 6/7 days. But till that time they didnt repair my set. I wait for another 3 Days..till that time also nor ready..so I called to Karbor Head Office & Say my problem ..& they answered me there is no stock o[censored]r required parts so Please wait more max. 10 days. I said OK. After 10 Days i call to care they again said the same reply.." not Ready ". This is realy Rubbish & How the Karbon provide service to customer. Again i called to Karbon Head Office again the replay was same .. " There Is no stock sir, plesae wait for max 10 days.." What type of rubbish is this.. A mobile company say that we have no stock of our mobile Parts. Dishgusting... Esa kehte hue Company ko saram nei ata he...ki company ke pas stock nei he.Till now already 22 days gone but i dont get my Phone fully ready...This type of rubbish service Karbon company & there service center provide. Another thing is Karbon phone showing so many problem at a time within 1 month from buying. And company wants positive feedback from the customer. This is Ridiculous. I want my set as soon as possible.

I purchased a karbonn mobile S-25 KLICK in NOV 2014. but the display stopped working suddenly within 6 months. I gave it for repairs to the authorised service centre .CELL CARE POINT ON 4TH JULY 2015 . they assured me that it would be repaired with 30 working days . But even after 45 days they are giving evasive replies that the part has NOT been recd by the company . my job sheet no. is KJASPMH484715KR8124. Sir enough is enough sir my patience limit is crossed please return my mobile KARBONN A51 is going for repairing on 12 may 2015 and today is 11 aug its rediculous sir very bad and your compnay can call me after i complaints many place the high authority officer tell me my mobile money is refunded my account because my mobile is not repair or misplace by compny they ask me for my account detail nd i will send all the details about my account they should not transfer my money in my account i think karbonn caompany is frauding with me because they not transfer my money in my account and i will again complaint about this matter so he tell me they should not transfer my money in my bank account they ask me i will use my ATM then company transfer refunded my money what is this this is not rule because jaruri nhi ki har kise k pass ATM card ho ya vo use krta ho i will not use ATM so the company can not refunded my money i think company make me fool and fraud with me ...so plzz its over return my mobile after repairing even u should not return my mobile beacuse i think u should not return my money but sir this is not fair because u promise me for this action sort out my problem return my mobile ...4 months have already going okhhhhh...i will take strict action on you its my last warning vijay kumar sharma [protected]

On 23 Jan 2015 he purchased karbon titanium octane mobile from nasik. Mobile was working fine for the initial 2 month then suddenly mobile had some problem with the charging socket. we were not able to charge the mobile the the authenticate karbon mobile charger. As the mobile was in guaranty period we show the mobile to the service centre on 13-5-15(job sheet no was 1505013/27). Since then we never received the mobile from the service centre. we also speak with the service centre toll free no. but every time we received the same ans the the part is not available and it will be available in 7-8 days. Now its been a almost 3 month that our mobile is in the service centre waiting for that part. (only god knows when will it became available). We also launch a complaint for the karbon mobile service query portal but never received the feedback also your toll free service centre mobile no[protected] is useless. Now this is the final warning and reminder from our end. If after so many days the part is not available then please gave us the new phone. Paying so much money for the phone and not able to use it, also the facing the low class and substandard customer care service is really harassing us and mentally torturing us. It is the limit of our patients, do respond to this immediately of we will take the matter in the consumer court. All the details are as follows for your action. Purchased new karbonn s1 plus on 21/5/2015 after 10 days getting problem of hang . mobile given 2 times for formatting in service center but same problem again given to service center this time they told that board has to changed on 18/6/15 mobile given getted back after 2 months on 1/8/2015 but still same problem

I've purchased a Mobile "Karbonn S12 Delit" from Reliance Retail Limited. Right now this Mobile is not working properly. Details of Mobile is as under: Model: S12 Delit IMEI No. [protected] Purchase Date: 03rd Feb 2015 We have already visited at Karbonn service centre in Jaipur. The concern of service centre has told us that this mobile is not covered under warranty. But as per the reliance store this is under 1+1 Year warranty. Please help me to get it repaired!

First i went to teh service centre in Borivali east and they submitted my mobile after checking the same that there is a problem with the touch pad. After 2 days they called us back and said we will have to go to goregaon to get the same repaired. I went back to collect my phone from them and went to the goregaon service centre. They told me a different story that my phone touch pad has got damaged due to water inside the phone. My phone has never fallen in water and i don't know how come they said and reached to this conclusion and asking for 5500 INR for repair of my phone wherein the Borivali service centre in (Thakkar Mall, 2nd Floor, SV Road, Ecetutive - Heena) had told me that my phone is under warranty and did not charged anything for the same. I am very disappointed to see different comments coming from same company's service centre. I am attaching the copy of invoice for your reference and the card of teh service centre of Goregaon. I feel cheated buying this product as there is no support coming from service centre when my mobile is still in warranty. I need your support, please help.

It's IMEI_1 : [protected] IMEI_2 : [protected] (he is out of warranty. ) but my problem is battery. it's not working. i visit nearest Karbonn service center as named is Ashapura Mobiles (Add: Chawala Chowk, Gandhidham). service center's man battery replace me. and manual bill provide me (hear attached) . but problem start is after 10 days. second battery is stop working. and i again visited service center. but their not present available new battery . and he said me "please come tomorrow, i provide you new battery" but problem is contunnes 10 days he only same word saying me. and after 10 days not provide me battery. so, please help me. what i do. I had purchased a karbonn A29 moblie with imei no[protected]****** imei no[protected]****** on 15th august 2014. Today(4th August 2015) i visited karbonn service center in nagpur, maharashtra which is om mobile at sitabuldi area in nagpur. They checked my handset and said the touch has gone bad so i asked them to cover it under warranty. Previously i had the same issue once and they covered it under warranty. That time it took two and half month to repair my mobile after many emails and visits to the service center. But this time they checked their system and said the model A29 is in END OF LIFE state and they can not repair it under warranty even the device does not have any physical damage and with the Karbonn warranty seal intact. So i asked them to give me some written proof of denying my warranty and they refuse to give any. Immediately i called the karbonn toll free number and loged a complaint that if karbonn gives me 1 YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY on my mobile which will stand valid till 14 th August 2015 then Karbonn mobile should give me REFUND, REPAIR, Or REPLACE my mobile which is still under standard 1 year Brand warranty. I also got the mail from Karbonn mobile customer care and they said they can not give service to me. So kindly look in this matter immediately. Awaiting for your precious timely response.

I purchased a karbonne A 6 turbo smart phone before one month. After two week I found a complaint on the dispaly. Then I submit the hand set before the authorized karbonne service center at Trivandrum (owned by one Mr. Arun Nath) They told me that it will take 10 days to clear the problem. But after 22 days, I could'nt get my mobile phone back. (My computerized complaint registration number given from the service center is KJASPKR 048715KR506) . They are saying that spare parts are not available. It is a terrible situatone that I had'nt use that mobile phone for at least two weeks. The karbonne team is not care about customer and after sale service. As a customer I am not satisfied with their product and service. Please clear my problem as early as possible. Dear sir i went karboon service centre for repair my mobile so i gave my mobile he told me came after 1o days your will go to company he said very rudely nd took my mobile for repair.when i went after 12 days so he gave me nd said your phone is repaired now so i checked so i got it didn, t repaired nd everything was like before what were they doing from last 12 days nd when i told everything is like before what have you repaired so they took my mobile nd gave me after 1hour my new phone became very dusty nd full of scratched what have they done ? please call me [protected] as soon as possible other wise i have to take any other step this service centre is located at near azadpur inside fortune mall
