Dear sir, I Was submitted my karbbon s7 mobile phone in service center on 13.07.15 for microphone problem. He was ask me get back to my phone within 10 to 12 working days but they are not give me my phone to till date. when i call him he always ask me i will give you in 3-4 days without any solid reason. please solve my problem as soon as possible. thank you sandeep [protected]

    I am Advocate SAUMITRA VERMA and i live in R.B.I. Officers colony, Tilak Nagar, KANPUR (U.P.) 208001.I had purchased a new KARBONN TITANIUM DAZZLE 2, Model no. S202 whose IMEI NO. is [protected] on 07/05/2015 from SAGAR WORLD SHOP whose address is - shop no 29 SAGAR MARKET, KARACHI KHANA, KANPUR 208001 and whose TIN NO. is [protected] and Book No is 25/16 and bill no is 745. I have the warranty of 1 year upto 07/05/2016.After one and half month wifi of the mobile stopped working. On 24/06/2015 I gave my mobile to DKG software and service solution in Somdutt Plaza kanpur which is the service center of Karbonn mobile in Kanpur where ASC incharge Manisha registered my complain and took my handset with battery and provided coustomer receipt whose job sheet no is KJASPUP038615KR16816. she told me after 10 days you will get mobile and she gave me a karbonn mobile customer no which is [protected]. After 10 days i called customer care they told me it will take 10 more days to resolve your problem after 10 days i again called customer care and i got the same reply next 10 days and after 10 days also i got the same reply. Till yet i din't got my mobile and same reply is coming it will took 10 more days and without phone my all work had stopped. Now i want that company take strict action against service center to get my mobile within a week and not to give misleading information about the delivery of time. service center told me that you will get mobile in 10 days and today 1 month 10 days had gone and i din't get my mobile. I get the one year warranty in which more than a month your service center is taking. Now i want my mobile in a week otherwise they are forcing me to go in consumer court for your worst services and misleading information which are given to me.

        I bought karboon S6 mobile in chennai poovika shop on[protected], from the beginning the phone was not working properly, i gave it in the karbonn mobile service center which is authorised by karbonn still the problem presists, in this 11 months, my mobile was in service center for 5 months but still no remedee, i am a business person, i lost my repo in the market due to this kind of communication issue, i want compensation. service center name is Mobile india .tnagar.my invoice num is-10944. still 1 month more for warranty, but they are not accepting to ake my mobile for service, they ask me to contact poorvika, they are also saying the same thing.will u pls help me.my IMIE num-[protected]

          Job sheet no kjaspkt088615kr352 sir i had deposited my mobile on 08 jun 15 for charging problem but inspite of several reminder i am getting no response.             I had bought a karbon a25 plus 13/5/14. it was hanging and camera blank, other problem face the first day. I handed this phone for repairing to chauhan communication service center Ghaziabad on 14/6/14 job sheet no. KJASPUP328614K8358 around one month have been passed but phone is not properly repair . the service of karbonn mobile is not good. I returned home and using the mobile but mobile problem is growing out. so second time go to service center on 13/3/15 job sheet no. KJASPUP328315K15329 but we can say clearly no body listening my problem. I have given my phone in service center for repair but phone is not properly repair some time problem is continue so I am going to service center and submit the phone 11/5/2015 job sheet no. KJASPUP328515K16715 service center next day return my phone but phone is not repair and return for me. my camra is not working and hanging problem and service center not accept the mistake. plz solve my problem urgent. I am very upset for karbonn service and customer care not support my problem. karbonn not provide the good service for customer. I am mistake the purchase for karbonn hanset. not for good choice a karbonn mobile plz don't buy karbonn handset...

              This is to bring to your kind notice that I had bought Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus ( IMEI no.. [protected]) on 17/10/2014. After 5-6 months o[censored]se the phone incurred a problem. It was not charging. I submitted the phone to the Karbonn Care Service Centre( Kavyanshi communication, Dhirendra complex, Rathyatra, Varanasi) on 21st May 2015. Its been 2 months now and still everyday they are telling me to wait for 10 more days because some parts have not been delivered to them by the head office. I request you to look into my problem. Thank You!

                after all the harassment i ad to face, i again went to the service center, and once again i was harassed saying that the service of the product purchased online will serviced in some other center.

                had somebody picked up the ph and gave me the exact details about my cell getting serviced in a particular center, i would have not got so harrassed.

                further it has been told that it will take a month to get it serviced, while the problem identified as need to software updation.
                which should not take more than an hour.
                i am not able to understand why such a problem in getting a small service.

                why was this not mentioned in the site that Karbon does not provide service.

                  Karbonn a51 imei no - [protected] going for repaire last 2 month 12 / may / 2015 and today date is 26 july 2015 no response by karbonn for this mobile they repair or not on / off key reapairing problem is a minor problem but they not repair in 2 months above and i will call 2 costumer care so he tell me my mobile in transit my mobile phone is not recive by karbonn company for repairing on / off button problm its rediculous ""it means in 2 month my mobile is not recieve by him"" ! Is not possible i think karbonn company stolen my mobile phone nd he say company can provide me new phn but compny can not call me after 20 july when i call to customer care its to much plzz help me give me a new mobile nd give it to me therefore i take strict action on him because my patience limit is cross. . Immediately chek my mobile status nd beacause it cross your 45 dayz repair limit today is 74 dayz nd customer care is tell me your mobile is not recived for repair it to much i attach jobsheet image plzz chek thnx vijay kumar [protected] call me now nd plzz provide me new mobile i[censored] stolen my mobile okh

                      My karbon sparkle v got out of order on 20th july 2015. Purchase date and details aareas under:

                      The service center no provided in the waranty card is fake, the person picking up the ph says wrong no (Akarsh electronics - ph no [protected]) the toll free no [protected] is all the time non responsive.

                      Some how i located the local service station in lucknow, where the executives were least bothered to hear my complaint, and even told me that its services are closed till saturday (25 / 7 / 15) and i was asked to take my ph to another service station which is more than 21 kms from my place which is very inconvenient. The place i went is hardly 5 kms, which makes it convinientto reach there.

                      Today the mentioned saturday (25 / 7 / 15) i triedto call them (From 10 in the morning till 5:00 in the evening - which maked id arounf 25 times) to know if the setvice of the center has resumed, the ph was not picked up and got a message saying that i'll get a calllater and which never hapened.

                      When i again called up at 5:30 i founf the ph no this time is unreachable.

                      I felt harrassed, so i am putting up a complaint to get my problem resolved asap.

                        hi I'm arvindh from bangalore I purchased karbon s 360 Mach 2 15days ago from gapalan mall kr. puram bangalore. yesterday suddenly my handset did not work I visited the reliance store where I purchased the product and the person there advised me to visit the service center in SP road bangalore I visited the service center ( pathetic service starts here) there were 2 men's and a lady I explained what happened and asked them for the replacement but there treated me like a begger in front of others customers and the lady there rasing her voice and they chased me away with giving me any solution. Is this the way you treat your customers do you all think customers will be happy for your service which your providing.

                        I need a justice on this I demand a compensation for the misbehavior of your employees and also my handset has to replaced if not I'm very sure I will escalate the issue on the social websites.

                        I'm very damn sure your employees are worthless and don't know to handle the customers.

                        I need a prompt response on the issue.

                          Dear Team I purchased Karbonn Titanium Octane plus on 4th April'15 from Ankit Communications Gurgaon. (IMEI - [protected]), vide bill no 10040. since then i am facing problems with phone. 1. Phone got problem of charging in June'15 and when i gave it to service center, they were not accepting the phone because they mentioned that the imei no, is not registered. I had faced great inconvenience due to phone not charging. After great difficulty and repeated calls to customer care, no solution was given. i had to get the charging point replaced on my expense from your service center in Sikanderpur, Gurgaon. 2. Now camera is not functioning well. it is giving blurred image and on showing it to service center. they are again asking to leave the phone for at-least 10 days. It is ridiculous to keep the phone for 10 days as it is important part of daily routine. I requested them to order for the part and take the phone for 2-3 hours to replace part, but they refused. with these great inconveniences and mental tensions i strongly looking forward to Karbonn Company to replace the phone immediately. looking for positive reply soon Dheeraj Parkash [protected]

                            Karbonn Titanium X phone sent to their authorised service centre Techno are on 24.04.2015. Called them up thousand times but they say they can't help as the spare touch screen is not supplied by the principal company for which they had sent requisition.

For struggling after 3 months, i got a solution for the problem of my handset from their side and that solution was hell poor. Being a reputed manufacturer, its their duty to serve the customer in the best way. And they resolved my problem by providing me other second hand worst condition handset Karbonn A35. And now its been more than an year that i am complaining about this phone to your complaint centres that the condition of this phone is way too bad (as it keeps on hanging) since the day i have got this phone but no one is responding to me in suitable manner. I really wanted to get out of this problem either by getting new phone or the repaired and good version of Karbonn A26 only as my earlier phone was under warranty and i have been given extended warranty again and its because of their complaint centre problem only that i am facing this issue. I hoped that they will resolve this issue because the patience limit has reached its heights after almost 2 years.

                                  hi, dear sir, I was brought a mobile from your store ezone home town vikhroli on 12 jully 2015. so after the five day i got problem in this cell phone, the touch screen is'nt working. Then day after that i went to the customer care of karbonn at Globule Telecome dreams mall bhandup, but that day this customer care was closed beacouse of EID festival on Satureday 18 jully 2015, so day after that sunday 19 jully 2015 same customer care was closed So I went to Monday at customer care their are your exicutive told me your not in the replacement process, beacuse the replacement process is only 7 day after purcasing date.after that they told me put your mobile for repairing for 30 or 45 day.                                     Karbonn A51 imei no - [protected] going for repaire last 2 month 12/may/2015 and today date is 20 july 2015 no response by karbonn for this mobile they repair or not on/off key reapairing problem is a minor problem but they not repair in 2 months above and i will call 2 costumer care so he tell me my mobile in transit my mobile phone is not recive by karbonn company for repairing on/off button problm its rediculous ""it means in 2 month my mobile is not recieve by him"" ! is not possible i think karbonn company stolen my mobile phone plzz help me repair my mobile nd give it to me therefore i take strict action on him because my patience limit is cross.. immediately chek my mobile status nd repair it beacause it cross your 45 dayz repair limit today is 68 dayz nd customer care is tell me your mobile is not recived for repair it to much i attach jobsheet image plzz chek thnx Vijay kumar [protected] [protected]

                                      karbonn kc620 mobile have not proper services. its key pad is not working, camera or led also are not working.your asp demand payment to repair led or camera. i have purchase your mobile on date 7.10.2014 but three time i have repair your by your asp. please resolve it under warranty. regards neeraj soni [protected]

                                        My Self Harjeet Singh and I bought a Karbonn S15 mobile set on 12 March 2015 (invoice attached). It was a faulty phone and i submit my phone to Karbonn Service Center Ludhiana (Receipt Attached) 23 March 2015. Service center executive told me that phone cannot be repaired by them and they will send it for replacement. They gave me receipt and tell me to come after 15 days. Now it is 18th of July but till not get any replacement or refund. Sir, I have visited service center too many times. But they never answered me satisfactory. Kindly help me to get out of this and guide me what should i have to do now.
