sir mai BHANU PRATAP SINGH mob no [protected] ; [protected] maine do baar complain ki abhi tak koi solution nahi hua . last baar 2 july ko ki .. kaha gya ki 2-4 din me resolv ho jaayegi but kuch nahi hua na hi service center se kuch problem resolve ho rahi hai 30 din ho gye service center me pade pade

sir clear bata dijiye prob solv hogi ya nahi abhi abhi handset enqry k liye service center me pone kiya 26 jun ko dusari baar SFR k liye gya tha aabhi bol rahe hai 10-15 din baad phone karna waha enqry counter par 12-15 saal k ladke do baitha rahakha hai .. kuch pucho to ulti seedhi baat bolta hai ..

    So i have to remove my battery than start

      Karbonn mobile horrible phones & cheats service centres. . .
      Gave my phone a90 karbonn at n. D. Traders b - 11 jyoti shikhar tower disst. Centre. . Janak puri delhi (Your service centre) .
      As the problem of not charging was there. Which was due to software problem. . But your service centre took rs 530 for replacing battery connector. I thgt may be after taking money they will correct the error. But nothing happened. . Problem was still there. . I visited them again & again, wasted my hrs & hrs there at their service centre. . They just say change the charger. . I changed the charger to new. . Then too nothing happened. . I complained to you at [protected]@karbonnmobile.com. . But you people dont do anything. . Now m starting campaigning on internet & will tell how horrible your services are and you people just opened the service centres to cheat people. .

        Hello This is inform you that i have purchased new Kabonn mobile 70 days back but with in a week it got switched off but then i have submitted the phone at Service center and i get my phone after 32 days but same days i have check and just plug in the charger after that phone again not starting. but again i have submitted the phone at center on 13 th June or still not received. so tell me what i have to do Complain no. KJASPDL14615KR1694 Either give me new mobile phone or rectify my complaint in a week time. if my complaint not resolved with in a week then i will move to consumer court against you.           I have purchased a Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus handset from Bigbazar e-Zone on 6th, March, 2015. After using of 2 and half months, its touchpad got corrupted. I have given the handset for repair under warranty to Karbonn Authorised Service Center, M/s. Smart Services, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar on 27th, May, 2015. After several follow ups through phone and personal visits tto the Service Center, I got only answer that, the defective part is not yet invoiced from the Parts Dispatch Center. Today is 3rd, July, 2015. I would request you to take necessary legal action towards return of my handset in working condition or otherwise submit the case in Consumer Forum for this type of mental harassment.                 Sir, I had bought a karbonn mobile (Karbonn Titanium s3 ) back in December 2014 from snapdeal.com . In course of time the touch panel became faulty and I submitted it to an authorised service centre named Lakshmi Telecom who took over the set and it was completed on 17th March, 15. Till then almost 4 months have gone by and still I have not received my handset. I called up karbonn customer care where they told me that my set had been repaired on 12th May and that I will get it within 10 days positively. But till then many 10 days have gone by but I have not received my handset. This was told to me by the customer service representative named Mr. Vikramjit Singh.                   Hi, I purchased a mobile Karbonn octane plus ([protected]), when I had received the mobile soon after I realized that the MIC problem (outgoing voice problem) of mobile was not working .As per the procedure I went to the registered service Centre in Infinity care and they asked me to pay 750 rs first to get the MIC replaced or repaired, at that time my mobile had already been dead completely, when i dropp for repair then i call them only recived only one ans your mobile update will update after 25 day, when i call agin when i got same ans your mobile status update after 25 days, i tired for call and his same ans and finally i got mobile then i face other problem the flik in disply (display line problem) and camera was not working i face problem from last 6 months to till date

                    i was submited my phone (titanium octane plus) in service senter of karnonn.. after 20 day they say they don't have a part... and they aslo told me there is no any tat of that...and am not the single one who is face this problme... Application no below mention:- KJASPDL108C1SR2943B so i suggest to everyone plz don't buy any karbonn mobile... its total waste of money..

                        We have purchased a Karbonn mobile A99 on 27.9.14 at Poorvika Mobiles, Valasaravakkam, Chennai. IMEI No. [protected] & [protected]. Due to non-charging of battery it was given for repair to PMW Cares, T. Nagar, Chennai -17 on 18/07/2015. It was learnt that in addition to the above problem there was heating of board also. The service is being carried out under warranty period. After one month have lapsed the phone is yet to be repaired and handed over to us. In addition it is being said that the phone is sent to Bangalore and Hyderabad for testing. No concrete reply is received and the status of the phone is unknown. Since it has developed this much problem I request that the handset may be replaced. T.K. Rajkumar

                                Date From : 12.05.15 of complain registered to Service center Name : B.Anandbabu Cell: +91-[protected] Service Center : United Care (Tambaram) Chennai Service NO Job sheet - KJASPTN066515K396 IME NO :[protected] To whome soever it may concern, Please note i have handed over my mobile to service center for Networking problem and they taken for service and said this problem is unable correct . so we need to send this mobile to Karbonn head office (Delhi). After a 1.5 month with continues follow with Service center and karbonn customer care. And finally advised the mobile will reach the service center on 11.06.15. I have not got any information on the mobile phone from service center . So, i personally went and check for the details on mobile. On request, they searched and handed over to me. Then i have checked the problem is rectified . But still the network problem is not corrected also from the Karbonn Head office Service center. However, they said need to send again to Head office. Now again im waiting for 20 days . Still unable to find the solution. Kindly help us to get back my mobile phone Best Regards Anandbabu

                                I am also having the same problem since I purchased this mobile I used it with maximum patience, then this phone started misbehaving like restarting in idle condition that to repeatedly. Up to now I have got 2 replacements in last 3 months recently on 09/11/2015 and it is having same problems as earlier two handsets. It proved me just waste of money only plus point is its battery. No good software very poor as compare to Android, no popular apps in store etc. etc..

                                  Hi, I purchased a mobile Karbonn octane plus ([protected]) in Jan 2015, when I had received the mobile soon after I realized that the second sim slot of mobile was not working .As per the procedure I went to the registered service Centre in preetampura and they asked me to pay 550 rs first to get the sim slot replaced or repaired, at that time my mobile had already been dead completely, they told me to pay 550 rs first and only there after they will repair the mobile. I was not ok with that so I went to another service center named JMV Technosol Pvt Ltd, however they did not asked for money but they asked me to wait for 45 days and to get the mobile repaired. I requested them to return it back soon but they told me that this is the company protocol that it will take maximum 45 days to repair any mobile . After that I called them twice but there is no satisfactory reply from them. Customer service people are saying they have no update when will I get my mobile back. I sent an e-mail to kabonn head office but there is no response from them. Moreover neither the earphone nor the charger is working. its being 6 months that I am wondering one to another service center somebody is asking for money another one not providing satisfactory services . Now I am fed up with the karbonn mobile services and there is no contact number working for customer services given on internet. I think I wasted my 10000 rs on this mobile and a lot of time as well. I got mentally harassed. I request them to replace the mobile because if not able to repair soon. but they denied for the same. Note- As you can see the all the issues what I have faced and still facing after purchasing this mobile, now I would expect from you to get my mobile replaced my mobile as soon as possible or pay get my money back. I was not ok with that so I went to another service center named JMV Technosol Pvt Ltd, however they did not asked for money but they asked me to wait for 45 days and to get the mobile repaired. I requested them to return it back soon but they told me that this is the company protocol that it will take maximum 45 days to repair any mobile .


                                   


                                  After that I called them twice but there is no satisfactory reply from them. Customer service people are saying they have no update when will I get my mobile back. I sent an e-mail to kabonn head office but there is no response from them.


                                   


                                   


                                  Moreover neither the earphone nor the charger is working. its being 6 months that I am wondering one to another service center somebody is asking for money another one not providing satisfactory services .


                                   


                                   


                                  Now I am fed up with the karbonn mobile services and there is no contact number working for customer services given on internet. I think I wasted my 10000 rs on this mobile and a lot of time as well. I got mentally harassed.


                                   


                                  I request them to replace the mobile because if not able to repair soon. but they denied for the same.


                                  Note- As you can see the all the issues what I have faced and still facing after purchasing this mobile, now I would expect from you to get my mobile replaced my mobile as soon as possible or pay get my money back.

                                    I was given mobile to “M/s Maa Mobile, daltonganj Jharkhand on dated 04.06.2015 for repair due to charging problem As already 20 days pass, mobile not repair, When I called to customer care customer care executive they told me parts not available its will be take 10 days, On 4th June given assurance to me for 10 days, now on 23rd June after 20 days you people assurance 10 days Very poor service Pavan-[protected]

                                      I had Given my Handset Karbonn A19 for repairing 19.05.2015 it was under warranty period. They said that it will take 7-10 days for repair. But now its more than a month my phone is still not repaired. When i call nd Complain for it at Karbonn Care they say that please Wait for 10 days and after 10 days they again say same. I want that Karbonn Company should provide part(LCD Screen of Karbonn A19 Handset) to service center so they can repair my phone I want my phn to be repaired in this month. iam facing many problems due to this.                                         Hi, Myself Vinay Kumar H purchased the Karbonn Titanium S2 Plus from Flip-kart on[protected], but after 2 months i.e.. in the month of February i started facing the problem display (lines on display also some glitches coming on the display, finally a vertical line remains on the display). Hence i went to service center (Mobile Care Centre, Jayanagar Bangalore 560011 // Ph #[protected] &[protected] with the problems what i am facing (26th of February). At that time a person at the center took a print out copy of the invoice bill (BLR_WFLD[protected]) and advised me to wait for a week to get the display and touch but every-time when I reach out to service center they advised to come next week. Finally after 2months on 1st June i only called them and asked for the status at that time they advised me that phone is ready and collect the phone today (on 2nd June) - i don't know even they wont communicate to people in the proper manner. I went and collect the cell phone. But the main problem starts from there, again the phone has repaired but put the display which is still damaged with blur screen, speaker/mic/touch not working. Again the cell phone has been handed over to them on June 16th now they advised to wait for another 10-15 days don't know when I get the cell may be after the warranty period is complete.
