Hello,
I would like to inform you about the issues that I've been facing with My Karbonn Titanium X mobile phone, It was bought on Aug'14 from local dealer Poorvika in Selaiyur (East Tambaram), Chennai. It started heating, freeze applications, interrupt applications & internet connectivity and touch screen inactivity. After servicing in Dec'14 from United Care in Mudichur (West Tambaram), Chennai they confirmed stating that they replaced motherboard.
It worked till May'15 and now the touch screen is faulty again, heating up and battery discharge could be never minded but when touch itself gets inactive "Could anyone suggest what needs to be done" ? It is requested to look in to my concern quite seriously as I am not the only one who face issues with Karbonn. I have spent 10, 500.00 INR which means a lot for me when I thought of a smart phone investment. Please advise !
