I am totally disappointed to your company and service center negligence. Its over 6 months but my phone not repair. Had given my karbonna A27+ mobile at Shakarpur service Centre Delhi for repair on 18.12.2014 (Job sheet no- KJASPDL1081214K20872) but after more than 133 days My mobile not repair.On the 17th April your service centre call me and said pick up my phone. when i received my phone that is another one. when I checked that Phone was Defective. Network problem and charging problem. That phone like as a debris. So I returned that. Thereafter service center executive made a New job Sheet no which is Kjaspdl108415k26781. I request you kindly Return my Money or will going to take legal action against your compny New Job Sheet no- KJASPDL108415K26781 OLD Job sheet no- KJASPDL1081214K20872

      Dear Team, This is to inform you that we are facing a major issue with your service center where our complaints are lying since more than 1 month and no one is bother about the cases. We have tried to contact your call center team and the service center team but as usual getting the same response that some more time will take to get the phone serviced. Customers are shouting on us and wanted a urgent resolution on the cases. Pity issues are stucked at your end, as Brand like Karbonn cannot even arrange a Display and a Charging jack to replace such incompetency shows how much you guys are sensitive about your goodwill and Market Reputation. I know I will not be receiving any response on this mail as usual but it’s an shameful and awful situation for you as an organization that you are not concerned and not have a courtesy to reply on our mails.           I bought karbonn A12* smart phone 8 month back from flipkart online shopping and I faced the mobile is automatic shut down and aircel sim is not working. I Poblem, that time they told that phone have software problem and they reload new software at the same time and gave me my handset to me, but after few day I find again the same problem and I revisited the same service center and handover my handset to service center boy. After checking my handset they told there is a mather board problem and you need to replace new mother board. I handed my handset to the service center boy on 29 april 2014 and they told me they will replace it by next week. I did many calls to their service center but they every time told me it will take more time and we will let you know by call. I waited more than 1month 16 days but they did not reply after frustration I am writing this letter to you. now i file a complaint national consumer helpline.my reference number 603576 So, I am requesting you to please look into the matter and resolve the problem.             Dear sir, I purchased a new karrbonn titanium s6 mobile online from flipkart its available to me on 13.april2015. that time no any problem but phone getting hot during charging and i feel that is normal as per shopkeeper sid.but on 1 st june when i pick up phone from charging to calling i foung colourfull linings on internal lcd screen so, i went to service centre that told me that was not repaired by us as it is purchased through online, so what can i do, requested to get repaired my mobile as it has short time to purchase.

              i have purchased a karbon s5 plus series mobile 1 and half year back. recently it has given problem like hanging, one day it got dead. i have visited a karbon authorised service centre in jayanagar, bangalore (mobile care centre). they told they want to check and mostly the mother board problem. they took my permission that they wanted to send it to their head office. i have been calling to their number and no one picking up my call intentionally, they picks call only through landline. till now they didnt not send my mobile to anywhere and not even updated any service related issues. their mobile no. is [protected] and landline is[protected]. i have uploaded the job card also. please take it as a serious issue and take action on this fellows. otherwise i may have to take this matter to consumer court.

                i am having a karbonn titanium s20 and from the day i buyed it i m facing problem. First of all this product is not listed in the official website of karbonn and after approx 1 month from the date of purchase the charger port was damaged i went to the service center in Delhi and they repaired it and took rs 50 from me i said that it is under warranty then they said it is because of voltage fluctuations so this is not covered under warranty. Then now before 15 days its sensors were not working and the speakers were very low and the mobile was heating very badly and the battery backup was horrible. I went to service centre in Gorakhpur and they took the mobile and kept for around one week after when I got back the mobile nothing was done in it all the problems were left like that only. Please.                   One month ago my mobile Karbonn Titanium S7 touch screen was broken due to some accident during the warranty period but LCD screen was safe, so I went to service center but they told that they can not repair it because touch is not available, so need to change complete screen means LCD screen+Digitizer both but I need only touch and I was ready to pay for that but they refused that they can not arrange it so this mobile repair is not possible. Please help and arrange Touch screen for my Karbonn Titanium S7 as soon as possible.

                    I have purchased a karbonn mobile at poorvika, mobile store, madurai of tamil nadu state in the month of august 2014. The front panel has been not working within the period of 9 months. I approached your service point at madurai m/s united telelinks ltd, saradha shopping centre, 39/40, work shop road, madurai - 625001. (Asp code: t974). Job sheet no: t974j6740 and revised to j6828. The hand set is not yet repaired. Whenever i am approaching your service point they require another one week. This is the repeated reply from your service point. Kindly arrange to repair and hand it over to me immediately.

                            My mobile phone Karbonn Titanium S1 Plus was not working. So I visit Reliable Enterprises Service Center, Akruti, Pune on 30-May-2015. Please find the attached bill of mobile. EMEI1: [protected] EMEI2: [protected] When I ask the girl what is problem with Mobile, she replied that the mobile have problem with moisture. I told her that mobile is in warranty period. She reply that software need to check which require Rs. 190. Then she said if there is no issue with software then they will check hardware, I need to pay money more. What mobile cover warranty period? I get really confuse because of improper investigation whether it is software or hardware problem and also asking for more money. Then after lady manager is speaking very rudely and telling me that mobile is damaged by water. Really Lady manager dont known about issue, still defending her subordinator and told me required money Rs.290 for software. When I told lady manager that I will show in other service center, she told her subordinate to return with reason "Damaged with Water" which is not acceptable by me. And she didn't return mobile. Is this way to speak with customer and demanding more money? Hopefully company person will contact and will return my mobile after repair with less money as soon as possible. The same experience happened with one person which I saw in service centre. He had get his mobile after 2 months after so many argument. My experience is too bad as lady manager speaking rudely and also lying about things. I am taking follow from last one week but no response. And Customer Care no [protected] is always busy. It is too experience for me.

                              ubmitted my phone two times in your centre 1. On 10 Mar 2015 To 17 Apr 2015 2. On 22 Apr 2015 to till now job sheet no . KJASPPB020415K11270. each time your representative told that your phone is under repair and it will take 10 to 15 days but on ground it takes more then one month. Pl repair my phone immediately and increase my warrenty expired due to your fake commitment otherwise it is a case of FRAUDULENCE.

Was nill they just have to update it with the same IMEI no., so they didn't didi that and just fooled me by saying that it is an hardware issue, and phone will have to sendto the company for 45 days!plz help me and reply my no.                                   I would like to bring to notice that it has been 5 weeks since I have given my mobile for repair and yet nothing has happened. It clearly shows the heights of the great service that is provided by the company. I must say Karbonn must be given an award for the best customer service (which ofcourse it is not). I hope the people associated with this awfully stupid company understand that we live in an era where a phone is something that is a need for day to day activities. My question is how do people at Karbonn expect a customer to be without a mobile phone for 31 days? I am asking a very serious question to which a very intelligent logical answer required, which I am sure none of you can ever reply back with an answer like that This particular mobile phone which has already been repaired once after which it stopped working again. With not less than 6 weeks off from the warranty period, I very much believe none of you or your people can even repair a handset. My car, which took 7 days to repair, is a rather tedious job than repairing a mobile phone. Not even that to even say Samsung repairs its phone within three days. Also they know what happened to the phones. Unlike your forsaken company it has been a rather mentally disturbing unhappy service. No other company like yours troubles a human being this much to the extent where they lose thousands of money on a stupid phone belonging to your company. Ofcourse you wouldn't know what a middle class man goes through just to get this phone repaired not that anything happens will ever matter to your stupid company. As I said what an excellent service. Hats off to you. Apparently you all have no shame at all. It's been a long time and after talking to Manik and Luv from your company it couldn't get any worse I wish to have Extended Warranty over & above the existing one for my mobile for the number of days it is at your end. It is Switched off automatically for every second, I made complaint about this in you service center (Reddy mobile center) they are telling that this one Battery Problem. How it is?.                                         Hello, I would like to inform you about the issues that I've been facing with My Karbonn Titanium X mobile phone, It was bought on Aug'14 from local dealer Poorvika in Selaiyur (East Tambaram), Chennai. It started heating, freeze applications, interrupt applications & internet connectivity and touch screen inactivity. After servicing in Dec'14 from United Care in Mudichur (West Tambaram), Chennai they confirmed stating that they replaced motherboard. It worked till May'15 and now the touch screen is faulty again, heating up and battery discharge could be never minded but when touch itself gets inactive "Could anyone suggest what needs to be done" ? It is requested to look in to my concern quite seriously as I am not the only one who face issues with Karbonn. I have spent 10, 500.00 INR which means a lot for me when I thought of a smart phone investment. Please advise !
