    I will like to inform KARBON management that your Mobiles are awesome and not a single point lesser then Samsung, Motorola and Nokia but the only thing what makes them Leader of Mobile industry is their Service. That is the Reason that why any body once purchase any of Indian Mobile Like Karbon, Spice, Lava, Micromax because of its lesser cost then Samsung and Nokia but he never go for the same again after using these phones because once he face any problem the he has to eat iron Balls because of your Service centres and process. Your Chandigarh office looks like an office o[censored]S ambessy which works only for five days in between 11 AM to 5 PM. Not a single minute earlier and not a sinle minute after 5. So please improve your service and be the leaders of Mobile Market in India. Because your mobiles are really of that Level.

      My self Shailesh Kumar. My Karbon Set No.A51+ This Set is in Warranted. actually My karbon set Problem is ( Charging, On Off Key, Current on Phone, Hanging) Then I sent it to the service centre date on[protected]. They said the phone will be repaired within seven days. But it did not Happen I have gone atleast 8 Time to collect it.but they gave me same answer that it has not done come after 3 month Then I called to the customer care for this inconvineince but they also gave me same answer come after 3 month I have spent much money for calling & travelling to the service center & Customer care.         I bought a Karbonn-sparkle V mobile through snap deal on 18.09.2014. Then after 7 months iam facing with a touch problem. For that i went with a karbonn service centre in chennai- Annai Electronics. They checked the mobile thorougly and raised a job sheet on karbonn mobiles(ref job card no: KJASPTN040515K2591, ASP code: KJASPTN040 dt:02.05.2015) under the complaint code- touch panel faulty(VOC 27). But so far the touch spare has not been received by annai electronics from karbonn and i raised a complaint several times on karbonn customer care(TICKET NO:#2638403) but no clear response received. Every time when i all the customer care-karbonn, they are asking 10 days but no change in scenario and this makes me in a very difficult situation.

            Sir, I have purchased a karbonn S19 mobile handset on 02.09.2014 (IMEI No. [protected]) after few month my phone start giving me problems but major problem was battery discharge and phone heating. I visited Karbonn service center at Karol Bagh ( Vinayak Enterprises). I told them my problem and they said its a software problem and upgrade software of my phone but after upgrading my phone software problem was same and i have to visited service center next day again then they told me maybe its a battery problem and submitted my phone after few days they call me to collect my phone. They have changed the battery but with old battery and i came back. After using phone i found problem is still not sorted out and i have to visit service center next day this time they again upgrade software. But problem was still there so i have to visit service center again and this time they said its a mother board problem and submitted my phone again. after 15, 16 days i got my phone back they said they have changed the mother board (i am not sure did they really changed the mother board or not) but problem was still not sorted out i am still facing the same problem of battery draining without any use of phone and phone heating. So on 13.5.2015 i again visit service center and this time the said they will send this phone to Karbonn company for repair and it will take minimum 30 days. On 14.5.2015 i write a email to Karbonn service center ([protected]@karbonnmobiles.com & [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com) in there reply they told me that they have not received handset and will get back to me with the exact status after receiving the handset. But after that they have not inform me about my phone status. on 26.5.2015 i again write email to service center about my phone status in there reply on 26.5.2015 they told me to collect my phone from service center after receiving this email i call service center. But they told me that they have not received my phone and i write a new email and inform them but they never reply me back after that on 27.5.2015 i again call service center in karol bagh this time they told me to collect my phone. on 27.5.2015 i get my phone back after chasing them. When i used the phone i found problem is still there battery still draining like before without any use on 28.5.2015 i again visited service center in karol bagh delhi and told them about problem this time they again said that they will check the phone. Sir its been two month i am visiting service center again and again. Its cost me financially every time i visit service center because i have to take leave from office and also i have to paid for conveyance. Sir i am a service person and its not easy for me to take leave from my office every time. Only i know how i have save money to buy this phone. I never imagine i will get this service from karbonn i am really fedup now. I think they are making me fool till my phone warranty got expired because after that i have no right to complain them. Sir i am requesting you to please look in this matter and help me. I am also attaching 3 Job Cards. Thanks & Regards Parmod [protected]

                Hi, I have submitted my karbonn titanium s9 phone for mousmi mobile care 14, dobson lane Howrah my volume key is not working but service center engineer mistake my touch is not working.And I have a job sheet date 12 / 12 / 2014. Job sheet no.KUASCWB005J774. They told me that you will get it back in seven days but I didn't get it back since five months .my old job sheet is cancelled and I have new job sheet 18/12/14 and my job sheet no.is KUASCWB005J774 my phone is damaged caused at the service center.                   my karbonn a 21 model is being switched off regularly... i went to the karbonn service centre at visakhapatnam and told about the complaint firstly they took the money and changed the operating system but no change in my phone then they told to change the battery... i did it but no change ...they told to change the mother board but they are not confirm that the phone will work properly... they are not telling me what the exact problem is... I think is this the way that a reputed company servicing doing like this??? please check out about the problem and tell me the solution

                    Hello Team, My Name is Abhishek Srivastava from Visakhapatnam. I ordered a cell phone, Karbonn Titanium S3 from Snapdeal in the month of March and just after the use of 1 month, the phone started having problems. I am mostly busy in office and hardly used my phone, Did not install any app or anything. The touch pad became paralyzed and defective. The speaker phone was spoiled and started giving trouble. The earphone also spoiled and defective. I gave my phone to the service center and they are just giving me a run around and making me run from post to pillars. Its been more than a month and they have just been delaying further and no sign of getting it back. I claim for a replacement phone or a reimbursement of full money. I spoke to the manager of the service center and the actual karbonn Manager and they were very rude and said parts not available in stock and will update once comes.                       I have bought karbonn titanium s1 plus with android 4.3 jelly bean and 1GB ram with 1.2 GHz quad core processor but I want a software update as many business apps are showing you need android 5 to operate the function. I thought that in 2 to 3 weeks I will get one software update but no it's wrong. It's my humble request that please make a software update of Android Lollipop 5. So I can do my business as in past.                         We purchase the Karbon A40 from FINE MOBILE CENTRE as of 11/09/2014 mobile under warranty and after few days i facing the problem in instrument and i give the mobile to FINE MOBILE CENTRE as of 22/03/2015 but till date not received the mobile form Service centre. After several reminder and follow up with FINE MOBILE CENTRE and Devarsh Enterprise centre my mobile not service till date and as confirm with Devarsh Enterprise still 15 days required this not acceptable to me. Mobile purchase on : 11/09/14 Complain on : 22/03/2015 JOB Challan date : 15/04/15 if i not get mobile as on 25/05/15 i will be case to both the store and Karbon Mobile company. Ankit Gajjar

                            I have purchased karbonn titanium s3 mobile from snap deal a few days back, bur ever since I have started the phone it started causing problem . once I lock the phone and again want to unlock it the screen stops to respond and even doesn't respond to the touches . Even though I charge the phone fully once I restart it the battery percentage comes to 1%. Memory space being more than 1 Gb the phone on installation of any app starts showing the memory space is low . Kindly revert ASAP .

                              Hi, I had submitted my Karbonn Titanium s5 phone for body replacement as it was damaged. And I have a job-sheet dated 13/10/14. The phone is still in service center and now with all the internal ICs burnt. The damage is caused at the service center and I have an official police complaint against the service center. Name of the service center: Universal enterprise. The guy sitting there is rude and misbehaves with girls. Worst service anyone could ever get. Registered the complaint in the Karbonn customer care. Case got escalated to Head Office, nothing yet. These guys just know how to fool their customers. They keep playing around promising you a solution in a day or two and now its 7 months already.                                 Sir I have purchased karbonn mobile model A 93 IMEI no [protected] and [protected] on dated[protected]. The mobile set is under warranty. Few days ago mobile set was not working properly. I went to Gupta Sevice Point Deoria u.p. service center and said the problem. Service center manager MR. Manish Gupta gave me a customer receipt on dated[protected]. After one week a telephone call I received from service center point. The voice was not cleared. After then I went to service point and inquired my mobile set. but no one cleared about set. In this regard a employee of service center demanded Rs 1400-00 for service charge. When I denied for giving the above amount he throw the mobile set on the ground and abusing and thretened for life and misconducted with me. In this way I am very worried about it. They keep the mobile set till today. Without mobile set my working is badly effected. Please take necessary action.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, My handset was submitted to the service center on 28th Feb 2015 which was having a display problem and software problem too due to with back as well as front camera was not working.i got my mobile back after one month.with same same display problem, i have submitted the phone to the center on the same day.i had to go to the center twice a weak. i have visted the service center on[protected], then on[protected], then on[protected] but still i have not got my handset in my hand. if we try to contact them ..there also no one is there to attend the call. I am expecting a new handset from the company becoz the condition of my handset is not the same when I had summited it to the service center. I request to look after my problem as soon as possible. I am going to Karbonn service center on dated 09.03.15 & excecutive say to me after 15 days your handset problem will be resolve. provide to me customer receipt & jobsheet no is KJASPHR098315K224998. after 15 Days I Am going toservice center again for my handset receive but executive say sir your handset is not ready please give me a 15 days then again I am going to service center but again excecutive say to me your sir handset problem is not resolved sir give me a again 15 days.then I am agree for 10 days I am going after 10 days service center then againur excecutive say please give me a 15 days more.Now tell me this is right system of karbonn service.can you tell me any person can live without mobile last 35 days.
