    i bought this mobile around end of october 2014.now its just may and my camera s indeed the poorest.front camera is okk but the back camera is blurred.no matter however i click the pictues keeping in mind the direction of light the image is always blurred.

      hi, Im submit my mobile in ur service center {novelty service center ulhas nagar) dated on 22 April 15 means more than 3 week ago but still they are saying that we talk with Delhi office, after telecom with delhi office they are say we need more 20- 25 days for solve ur problem, means from 22 april to near about 5 june they send me back my mobile.tahn how i am manage my comunnication without my mobile more than 1 1/2 month . pls do needful...as soon as possible

        this is sakthi velan.c from kanchipuram. I purchased karbonn titanium octane plus at snap deal on october 2014 after 5 months it automatically restarts.. I suddenly give my mobile to the karbonn service center in t-nagar at chennai. but they did'nt solve my problem... pls help me to solve my issue.

          i had purcahsed a mobile phone karbonn a52 plus on november 2014 however the battery went bad after 5 months being in warranty i submitted it to an authorised service centre on april 2nd, 2015 still date i have not received any update regarding the same to the worst of the sitauation the toll free number never connects..i m on a fix i need immediate resolution for the same

          its a shame to be one of the following brands to be sold to the public...
          worst service and worst product for the general users...

            On 12th August, 2012 I purchased one karbonn A5 Smart for Rs.5560.00. The set is completely OK till date. The only problem is its battery of 1420 mAh has gone exhausted. After thoroughly enquired from the market as well as Service Centre no one can provide me a Battery for the same since January 2015. In this I contacted your customer care number from where it was assured that your esteemed organization will provide me a battery through local authorised service centre by submitting atleast 50% of the battery price. In this 06th Feby, 2015 I booked a battery through your authorised service centre at Kanpur, U.P. M/s. A.S. Enterprises, 117/N/887, Tulsi Nagar, , Kanpur by depositing Rs.200.oo in cash. On 19th of March, 2015 I have been delivered with a packed battery which was fitted and shown me that it is working. But on 17th April, 2015 I noticed that my said new Battery was charging but failed to start the phone as it could not store the charge. To my satisfaction I make a try with my older battery which was completely OK except it can not operate beyond one hour or so. Hence I understand my set is completely OK and contacted your authorised service centre, M/s. A.S. Enterprises. Kanpur who informed me that though it was supplied from the company itself through them, there is no guarantee or warranty for a single day and thus they are unable to undertake any liability for the same. At the most if I bring the set to them they can have a check. On the above context. it seems to me that I have been cheated/robbed by your authorised service centre M/s. A.S. Enterprises, Kanpur. Moreover I have lodged one remedial complaint on[protected] online, but till date there is no response from any corner either from you or your authorised service centre. Hence I request your goodself to look into the matter at the earliest and arrange for remedial or otherwise instruct thereon to redress my grievance and keep my set in vogue Yours faithfully, ABHIJIT DUTTA [protected]@rediffmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com.               I purchased karbonn A35 mobile from Dehradun, but after 2 months of purchase the screen of the set has thread line broken due to my mistake..but mobile is working properly...but after few months my cell stop working comp-letely even it was not on...I went to Ujjawal telecom karbonn service centre in Dehradun and gave my phone on 5/2/2015.. they told me that the touch of the set is broken and phone is dead..we have to send it to the Delhi because broken set we cant consider in warranty period so firstly they repair it for this i have to pay 1500/- but after when you got your phone from us..they told me that phone will be handover to you within or in 45 days i said yes no problem...i cal them in around after 40 days to ask them my phone is repired they said no we need some more time...after this things happens continously wenever i called them they told me that we will give definately tomorrow or day after tomorrow...they gave me 110% surety that they will give me my phone after few days...iam leaving very far from dehradun..its very difficult for me to go their..but when i cal they they told me the same thing...once i visited to there i ask face face when wil you return my phone they told me after few days and they gave me surety..but on that day when i call they told me that my phone will not repair..they take almost 3 and half month...so its very disappionting me or so many times i feel that it was my big mistake to purchase karbonn set...so i have complaint against karbonn company and againgt that service centre

                Model No : Karbonn A 19 Date of Purchase : 31 Aug 2014 Dealer’s Name : Bhatia Electronics, Ambala Cantt IEMI No : [protected] My Name Girish Sharma I have purchased Karbon A 19 Mobile from Bhatia Electronics, Stadium Road Ambala Cantt Haryana -133001 on 31 Aug 2014. The mobile has started a problem of Automatic Switch Off i.e. it gets switched off automatically without pressing any button at any time. I have deposited Mobile for repair at Jai Balaji Telecom Service Center, Misra Complex, Bikaner Road, Suratgarh - 335804, Rajasthan on 14 Mar 15. The Mobile was then forwarded to Company for repair. I received my mobile back after a long period of 51 days, on 04 May 2015. The problem still persists. I am not able to understand what to do as if I deposit it back to repair agency my warranty period will be expired till than it comes back to me. The Company (Karbonn) is not bothered about the suffering of their customer. Please help.

                  i have given my handset Karbonn Titanium S6 for servicing on 14th Mar 2015 at Service Center in T.Nagar, chennai .But Inspite of 2 months time, I have not got my repaired handset back. I have Called so many times . Every time they reply that "The complaint is under process at the service centre. We will get back to you with the exact status as early as possible."... But Today when i called Service centre, they are not responding and disconnecting my Call. (Job ID no.140315P113181 at PMW cares, T, Nagar, Chennai) Kindly look into matter and give instruction to them.

                    I have bought Karbonn Titaneum S6 on 13.02.2015. Its touch & Display got damage on 10.05.2015. Service centres in Kashipur Uttarakhand, which were told that they exists, were not in place. I found 1 service centre anyhow, but they refused to repair saying that this model is not in their list. I am helpless and think that this Karbonn mobile is fraud and does not help customers. My device is not in use now and had become E-waste in 3 months. Please help me out.

                      My mobile KARBONN A51 puchase on 15 may 2014 .volume key is broken then i will go service centre and service centre name is Aarohi services at novelty chourah in Bareilly UP . they give me 3 dayz sleep for repairing after 3 dayz i will go nd he says the mobile is not repair because vol. key is not availabe but i manage and they again say u will come tommorow i respect her i will come tomorrow but the shop is close because they close the shop on sunday its okh but i will go to monday and they again say the mobile is not repair nd again give me a 7 dayz recipt after 7 dyz i will go nd they say worker is not come unfortunetly your mobile is not repair nd he say u should come after 15 days so plzzz take an action about this prblm not facing by me but whole karbonn mobile customers facing this and take action about this Aarohi service centre for his bad service ... thnxx AKHIL BHARDWAJ Bareilly (UP) pin.243001 mob.no [protected]

                        I submitted a titanium s2 plus to MP Telecom on May 8th and my Jobsheet number is KJASPKT088515K291 it seems like they have no interest in repairing my phone. When I call them to enquire about this jobsheet the tell me to enquire after 15 days It was a very good mobile and I recommended Karbonn Mobiles to every friend and relative. My phone did'nt boot up one day and I went to the service centre. He is trying everything he can to convince me that warranty is void. There is a small dent in bottom corner but believe me it was about 1 month since I bought the phone and it seemed to work fine. You wont even notice the dent. The service is very bad and the personnel are very rude. I was considering buying Octane plus as my next phone but after this HORRIBLE SERVICE I am thinking to cancel my decision to buy Karbonn again. Please look into this issue and solve this at the earliest I want my s2+ back in life.

                          I have purchased a Karbon A1+Duple Phone from Lucky Communication Indra Colony, 20 futa Road NH-24, Ghaziabad on dated[protected] vide bill no-238 dt[protected]IMI NO-[protected], [protected]). This set automatically Swichoff any time. Therefore to remove the fault I visited your service centre M/s. Anuragni Electronic three times but nothing concluded and we stll have same problem with my set.                                 I bought a Karbonn MachTwo last week from a vendor with a valid bill of the payment done and on the box and in the advertisements and every where the company says that the from and back both the cameras are 8 megapixel cameras. I bought the phone home and while I was checking the settings in the camera, it showed me that the maximum picture size I can get from the phone camera is 6 megapixel for both front and back camera. The company is giving incorrect information in the advertisements and making the customers to buy the product only to realize later that the company has done false commitments about the phone and we feel cheated for the money we have paid against the product the company is supposed to share.

Jodhpur Garden, Kolkata, Kolkata - 700045, West Bangal, Service Center Support Number : [protected], [protected], [protected] ) for rectification of the problem (Job sheet No. KJASPWB030215K2590). Till date they are harassing me by saying that my handset will be delivered within 10 days, though the original scheduled date of delivery of the handset was on 16/02/2015.

                                      08 April 2014 i contact to Barrackpore Karbonn mobile Service Center because my handset display was broken then they said that deposit 500 rs and leave this handset for 10 days. After 10 days when i called them they said we need more time. Then i contact them after 28 days and they said yes your handset now ok please take this today[protected] i went to service center but they are say sorry we need more time. I am totally disappointed.                                         new karbonn purchased 4 weeks ago showing faulty display screen and camera. the sevice centre has kept the phone for 25 working days to fix the problem. how does the company expect anyone to function without a cell phone for 25days? by purchasing another karbonn phone, i suppose. i will certainly discourage my friends and colleagues not to purchase from a company with such skewed policies and processes.
