I have purchased a karbonn titanium octane plus new mobile from flipkart. I received this on 5/04/2015. when it was open & charged the battry is not responding. It is showing only 11% battry after charging more then 1 hour. I have a very bad experiance from karbonn. A new mobile is working like this then what will happen to the old mobiles. It cause make a bed expiration in my mind. i choosed karbonn instead of micromax & other brands, I think this is my very big mistake. Before delivery you must check all the equipments are in working condition. I will never comes to back to the Karbonn & do not suggest for it to anyone. I want to repalce it & issue me the new mobile set otherwise please retured back it. I will purchased another brand. Dheeraj [protected]

      This mail is in regard to the replacement of mobile for Karbonn A27+

      I am Vishwas U Palankar, from Bangalore had purchased Karbonn A27+ from CROMA Electronic Store on Jan 04 I am facing issues with the rear camera (8MP) and found dark spots in the lens even the data cord provided by the company is not working within 2 months.

      Also I found that the mobile performance is going down and day by day and didn't get any android updates.

      Even my earlier quires were not resolved till date.

The service centres people are speaking in such a way that we will send it, it it does not cones back its not our problem you (ie i) have to face it. I think thay will bw sending it to you on 4/5/15.             I have given my handset Karbonn S5Plus for servicing on 27th Feb 2015 at Service Center. They have forwarded it to Co.'s Service Center at Mumbai. But Inspite of 2 months time, I have not got my repaired handset back. I have mailed them 6-7 times. Every time they reply that "The complaint is under process at the service centre. We will get back to you with the exact status as early as possible."

            Dear Sir/Madam I had given my Karbon titanium S2 Plus for repairing to a local Karbon Service centre in my city kota " SHREE BALAJI MOBILE POINT" which is a authorised service centre a month ago that is on 30.03.15 and I have been paying a visit almost every week since then and they forward me always for a upcoming week but even after that I don't get my phone back. They say that the display is broken and it is not available. I need my phone back as it is a vital part of our lives without which it is almost impossible to work, I can't rely on others for it any longer. Why do company makes such products whose parts are not available easily. Please consider my request give me possible solutions.

              Sir, I purchased Karbonn KC 540 mobile on11th May 2014 from a dealer named Alankar Electronics in Dombivli. It will be a year I purchased this mobile and I’m fed up with this faulty piece. · This piece had many issues. · It has been to service center for 3-4 times in 9 months (15-20 day approx. each time) before we submitted the handset to service center on this occasion on 26th February 2015. · Since then the handset is moving to & fro from the company to service center with no solution. · Service center informed us about their decision for DOA and hence we submitted the mobile box to the service center on 22nd April 2015 · On 23rd April 2015service center again called us back saying that company won't replace the handset and they will repair it and give us. I request you to kindly take a note of all the issues and inconveniences caused to me in last 1 year and issue me a new handset with no problem. Hope to see my problem resolved ASAP. Also pls note, I wish to enclose the scan copy of bill & service center report, but the consumer complaint site is not taking the attachments. Hitesh Jain

                    I have purchased Karbonn mobile model: A-90 Karbonn. The speaker n mike not working after 6 months. I visited their registered service center in jalandhar named: Harsehaj Communications. They told me to submit the phone and they will send it to company office in delhi for repair and I will get it back in 2 weeks. I have given them the phone on 14th Jan 2015. The job sheet number for this is: KJASPPB170115K13058 Till now there is no update form them. Whenever I have called them or visited they only say that its in transit and will reach in 10 days. But seems like 10 days are not coming to end.

                      This is about the worst service center of company in Old Panvel. Frustrating experience of this center. I had given mobile for the sound button problem and after 2 months they told there is fault with mobile motherboard. So need to replace it. Again I gave mobile to them and they told 3500 cost. So i told them do not replace it. I took my mobile. When I again tried it at home, it was working. So there was issue with the batteries availble with them and they failed to find out issue. Again I gave mobile to them and it was returned after 6 months without any repair. These were frustrating months for me. They are fraud and dont give mobile for repair to them. Owner name is Ramesh.

                        I bye new Karbon titanium octane plus on 2nd Sept 2014 through snapdeal. Now my mobiles back camera is not working so I went to the service center for repearing on 14 feb 2015. Below is the service center details: Microcare services, nagarpalika complex, shop no :122, 1st flr, Old Panvel, raigad maharashtra:410206 they took my complain and commit me to came back in next 10 days with the mobile so they can replace my camera and they also informed me that "We have sent a request to the karbonn company for new part of your camera" below the the jobsheet details Jobsheet NO: KJASPMH442215K9226 Date:[protected] Customer Name: sagar ughade Model : Octane Plus Warranty status: UW IMEI/ESN 1: [protected] Voice of customer : Camera Error | VOC11 POP Date: 02/09/2014 Now almost 2 month has over and yet i have not recived any part and my cmplaint is still pending. 100times i sopke with karbonn customer care persone they alwys commite me "Within 10 days we will diliver you your camera to the relevent service center " Please help me out... Please... no one speak with me properly and no one is helping me..

But when i called this no. & asked the same abt. with ur customer care people they said that it is chargeable...& for my confirmation i checked the balance then they said rt. ys it is chargeable no...what the hell is this??????? U LIER...U CHEAP..

                            Hi, I bought a karbonn mobile, model no A12* in November, 2014. But with in few months its battery was got damaged and i go to the service center and replace it in 15 days time period. After replaced the battery now the handset is heated in simple use. Again i go to the service center and submit the set and now its over 1 months 15 days everytime service center says that your set is pending due to parts.                               Dear Sir, I have purchased one mobile A1* for my wife from shop no.-6, Dubai Shopping Centre, Emerald Complex, Chirag Ali Lane, Abids, Hyderabad-1, in Rupees 3, 500/- (Three Thousand and Five Hundread only) on dated 24.03.2015. IMEI:[protected], Ref. No.:[protected], Color-White-Gold. When I came back to my Home Place Raipur and Started use of Mobile It was completely Boggas and Troublshooting. Battery is completely not supporting always I have to put it on Charging, No functions supports like as Facebook, Whatsapp, Mail or Browser. Always hang and automatically Shutdown. Then I call and contact through mobile and Mail to its Head Office Delhi, then they have given me number and address of service provider of their mobile. Now I have given my mobile for repare on dated 07th April, 2015. Till dated I have not got my mobile, I am waiting for my mobile in good and satisfactory condition otherwise they should(Karbonn Company) return my money what I have spent.                               Dear Sir, Thanks to register my complaints. In this connection I would like to inform you that after receiving this your confirmation mail regarding registration of complaint, I received one call Mr. Anuj Shrivastava who told me that he is legal and claim officer from Karbonn Mobile Company and asked about my actual problem with that hand set and request for wait for some day or get back return from their company as mentioned amount Rs. 3500/-, also request and advise me to go to near SBI, ICCI, HDFC or AXIS BANK . He will generate one Transaction ID by which amount will return in my account and he has guide me and instruct me all steps for next day at 10.30 am because same day I was in travel so I have done in the very next day. According to their continues guidance I have done process two times. But surprised and sorry to say that instead of credit, Rs. 7000/- debit( Rs.3500 /-&3500/- two times) from my account. That I came to know today when I gone and get my bank transaction statement slip. He has completely CHEATED me and done FROUDE with me. His mobile no is [protected]. Now please guide me what I have to do for justice, instead of getting back my Rs. 3500/- reverse I lost Rs. 7000/-. You people guide me what I should do . Today again I tried same process 2 times before taking get account statement, but fortunately their was insufficient amount in my account. We meet with Commissioner Cyber Crime in Hyderabad, discussed and give details regarding this cheating . I have file complaint In Cyber Crime Police Thana in Hyderabad against this cheating. I am sending copy for your reference please.

                              Till date no other one contacted except this cheater officer from Karbonn Mobile Company. If still it will be situation I will send all details to Media.

Then i go to karbonn authorised customer care centre at trupati mobile centre, Business tower opposite vivekanand aashram, Rajkot. On jan 2015 there was a problem on my mobile so i have submitted on mobile service center on 19 / 01 / 2015. But still yet i havenot received my mobile when ever i went to shop they said that it went to delhi for replacement, it was almost four months i havenot got my mobile.                                         I want to register a Complain about your product and your service . I purchased online (from snap deal) a Cell phone Karbonn Titanium Octain Plus Blue order no. [protected] IMEI No. "[protected]" at 22 Jan. 2015 those I receive 9 Feb.2015, I use it normally, at 26 March 15 my cell phone not working I went to service center & there it's totally dead as per service Center Person, so submit my cell phone for service, after 3-4 days he inform me that they were not able to rectify problem of this phone & they suggest me you submit this phone on another service center. I do the same, I were submit my cell phone at 1 April 2015 to SAI TELECOM . & They provide me a Job sheet, it's no is KUASCUO006J402 after that they not able to update about my cell phone statues.
