I hv Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus.When I start net, the signal comes weak and I cannot enjoy the internet on both sim.Also while speaking, the signals show weak and cutdown the call.What may be problem? The device has warranty.Pls suggest proper solution.My mobile No. - [protected]

I have purchased new carbon octane plus phone on 22 march 2015 After a weeks span we found its overheating even a call of 15 mins .also some internet processes not working on it. So we submitted a phone on 30rth march to service center . and they logged its complaint on 2nd April. But still we did not received phone . every time they are saying it will take some more time. I feel that all my mony wasted for this phone. When i will get my NEWLY purchased phone repaired ? ???? Is this this case for every NEW carbon mobile purchased???

I have submitted my Karbonn A27+, Jobsheet no KJASPPB010115K27688 under warranty period on 31st January 2015. The issue had to be resolved with in 30days but its now 16th April 2015 and still they have not resolve the issue. Even I have Called a number of times to the customer care but now its 16th april 2015 and from 12th march 2015 they have the same thing to say That you will get your phone with in 10-15 days. please help..

I purchased Karbonn Titanium Octane at Big Bazaar's eZone at Arcot Road, Saligramam, Chennai - 600093 recently. The phone got hanged at Karbonn logo. Since it is within the warranty period, I request you to replace the phone. Please advice me where to surrender the warranty and the phone for replacement. My contact no is [protected]. Dear sir/ madam, I have purchased a Karbonn A7* mobile on 23.06.13 from kanchipuram Czone mobile shop, since day i am purchase facing problem in battery backup and micro chip.i was keep on going to CIT nagar service center (Mobile India_TN 2/49, North main road, west CIT nagar, near nandhi statue, T-nagar, chennai) with the subject job sheet no. but nothing is resolved since day, am not even used my mobile hole day i have serviced more than five to seven times, last service am given on 23.11.2013 since day the problem is not solved and also am lost mobile warrant period due to service delay. i request process mobile as DOA or else kindly refund my money or i am ready file case against company its worst service i have seen compare other brand no response from any one Name : Nandhabalan mobile nos. Dear Sir, I have purchased a Karbonn Octane Plus on 8th December 2014 from Ebay. Upon receiving this phone i realised that the phone does not charge properly and a due complaint was registered post which i was directed to contact the service centre (Shankla Telecom). The phone was handed over to the said service station on 24th December 2014. Till March 17th 2015, there was no status update on my phone and i was forced to speak with Mr. Yatin who apparently is the ASM of Haryana region. As per Mr. Yatin, the phone can not be repaired and hence only a DO can be provided to me. I was also informed that using this DO i could approach Ebay to get a new handset. However on checking with eBay, i was told by eBay that a replacement handset on a DO can only be provided within a month of purchase. As you can note from the dates it is been more than 5 months now. Till date i have neither received any communication from your authorised service centre of your ASM. I would request you to kindly provide a new handset to me or refund my money. Dear Sir/Madam, My self Sandeep Das & I have purchased Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus on Feb21st 2015 through Flipkart worth Rs. 9999. On 2nd April 2015 it's touch panel stops working. On 6th April I have shown my mobile to your service center in Faridabad @ TripleSolution (5e/35, Near Mungafali Chowk, Nit Faridabad, Faridabad, Haryana). After checking my mobile fault they suggest me it need to replace the touch panel but it will take 15 to 90 days time. They kept my mobile with them. Hardly 1 month I can able to use my new phone it's stops working. For repairing it will took 90 days that's really disgusting. my handset of karbonn IMEI1:[protected] IMEI2:[protected] Is troubling me with some problems like low battery backup, phone storage and mic .so i have reported to the service center on 27march 2015 n till yet no information of my handset is provided to me. i am facing very tough without my handset so please give me my information of my handset and date of returning my handset!!!

I have given my mobile on 21st February 2015 as there was low out going voice issue on my handset . Service center people informed me it will done in 2 days or it will take one week if instrument go for replacement at head office.As usual i went after one week for status and they told it is still at head office for replacement or repair .Just 3 weeks before after constant enquiries and constant nagging service center told me that it will get repaired in 3 days and i[censored] give your hand set it will get replaced in 3 days being normal customer i preferred replacing my handset .now after one week of submitting my all accessories and box they were telling me that head office is getting shifted so cant process replacement now .I keept calm and now I am getting call today 10/04/2015 that they dont have any replacement handset with them so they can give me higher phone S5 ultra with difference of 1200 rupees . Now my issue is after waiting for more then one month they are asking me to pay for something which i should be paying in any chance. I could have considered paying if the phone is worth 1200 more but it is exactly the same as S2 plus with 1 GB ram . I think Karbonn people should have given me S5 Ultra free of cost a they don't have S2 plus and being morally responsible for my 2 month harassment

I have given my mobile to the service centre, Tambaram on 3rd january 2015.The new smart A51 mobile i used only 15 days.They told problem with voice receiver and board and they didnt return mobile still today.They use to say call after 3 days, courier not received like many reasons.please try to solve this problem sir and when i will get my phone.

I purchased a mobile before 10 months. After purchasing a mobile with 1 month speaker gone again i changed it once again its gone. He say camera not working replace this and take 15 days. After 15 days he say problem in board and mobile send to Lucknow head office and time to 25 days. Sir I want to replace the my mobile because I purchase after 18 days get the problem your varanasi center engineer not trend the find the problem they are surfing me in one month. I submited my mobile for a minor problem i.e. some application are not working. The karbonn customer care said it will be fixed in ten days and then after ten days I asked the customer care about my mobile then again 10 days they said, we are working on it. Presently today will become 1 month completed and still they are saying after ten days . I just want to ask when your 10 days will complete!!
