I submitted my phone on 9th Feb 2015 to the service center under Job sheet No. KJASPDL108215K23465 for a screen issue which I faced in just 4 months after purchase. They told me that by maximum 1 month, I'll get my handset repaired. On 9th March they asked me to wait for just 10 more days, reason being the mobile part was not available. After those 10 days, again they asked me to wait for final 10 days more. All these days my handset is in the center as it is as I submitted. Now that final 10 days past and this time again they are asking to wait for another final 10 days which is not acceptable. All these call backs were done by me and I never received any call from the center. This seriously not acceptable from a customer end and I am really not happy with this kind of service. I kindly request to take some strict action regarding same. Either I want my phone back in this last 10 day span or I want my money back on the 11th day.

I have just purchased a karbonn machone this mobile has good features but its battery backup is so dull. It is not so good phone it goes hang when some apps are in process and we get a incoming call after receving call it hangs all time. two main problems are in karbonn machone it goes hang and its battery backup both. Do you will give any satisfactory solution why should i purchase korbonn mobiles. I will give its complain to the consumers websites i[censored] will not give any solution as soon as possible. Karbonn's S3 Titanium Phone purchased in Oct '14 Display problem faced within 4 months of purchase and matter reported to Karbonn service centre on 17-Feb. Also submitted the device with them. Till today (More than 6 weeks after submission), I have not received any intimation from them regarding date of delivery. After every mail/call to their customer care centre, I'm told to wait another 7-10 days but after the said period is over, I hear the same thing again. I purchased your Product Karbonn Smart phone on 05 Dec 14 from Galaxy Mobile at Shyam park extn. in Sahibabad (UP). The mobile was working good, recently from last 5 to 10 days back, during switching on of mobile the display was coming in white line. On 28 Mar 2015 the set is given to your service center "CHAUHAN COMMUNICATION " Shop No. 304, Hans plaza complex, Ambedkar road, Ghaziabad (UP). The service center is saying to give my mobile after 25 days which is a long time to survive without mobile. I am a defense personnel working away from my family. The mobile is the only way for communication. How can a man like believe on your costly product like Smart phone, which is gating unserviceable within 04 to 05 months. Pls resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Sir, Please find the attached herewith the mobile bill. I am a user of the Karbonn A6 mobile last six month. I have purchase the karbon mobile on dated 1/10/2014. Now we given to the mobile three times in your service center lot of problem. dear sir, I bought a mobile(karbonn titanium octane plus white) about 3-4 months ago...at first there wasn't any problem in my phone but now it is not working properly and its not charging...even the charge in my phone is suddenly decreasing(if its 100 percent and at that time if i am using it for only about half an hour it gets decreased suddenly to 50-60 percent...now i am unable to use my mobile phone right now...so i am giving this complaint in front o[censored]... so please take this as a serious issue and try to overcome it...

Sir, I am living in Darbhanga, Bihar. I have visited Karbonn Service centre (at Donar Chowk) around 10 times at Darbhanga reg repairing of my mobile. The Karbonn Service Centre, Darbhanga is running a parallel mobile repairing shop "MOBILE WORLD". In Most of the cases, Mobile handsets being collected at Service centre and being repaired at that second shop, Customers are advised to collect the handsets from "MOBILE WORLD", second shop. By this, your engineers are insisting that - 1. handset will not repaired under warranty (showing any reason) 2. charging around Rs. 800-1000/- for every time of repairing and keeping handsets around 15 days. For all complaints, they try to divert that this will not repaired under warranty and making image of Karbonn brand worst.

Dear All, I have bought online - Karbonn Mobile Phone KC620 on 18th Oct 2014 through online website with bill and one year warranty. The phone got switched off automatically after few days o[censored]sage and I gave it to company's mentioned service center at Bhubaneswar - Smart Service - on 7th January 2015 vide Job no - KJASPORO38115K181, local serial no - 1341, mobile no[protected] Since then I have been doing follow up with them. Its about to 3 months and I am yet to receive my cell phone back or any status on the same. It is matter of shame for the company like Karbonn to cheat customers with poor service quality. Since them i am following with the service center and everytime they tells when it will be ok we will let you know. I have send my Karbonn A7* handset for repair to concern service centre on 20th December 2014, but no response given by the same side, I have send the same hand handset two times before to the concern service centre but the same problem persists again and again [protected]

Sir, I buy a karbonn Mobile from flipkart... After same month mobile display getting wight ... I am going to service center but they are not recived my mobile to repair in warranty . They told because I buy from online . But company gave 1 yr all india warrenty.
