Kindly look this matter serious and solve on urgent basis 1 :17th Sep 2015 Purchased a Karbonn Mobile model- A119 from HomeShop with EMI Number: [protected] 2: Mobile Phone giving network issues, Submit a Mobile in AKS Telecom, Sector 22, Chandigarh with Job Sheet Number : KJASPPB184115K9486 on 8th Jan 2015. 3: Mobile sent to Delhi/Pune for Service 4: Phone recieved on 8/9 March 2015 after atleast 2 months even with repeating calls, Surprised to see as Company replace the Karbonn Mobile A19 with EMI Number :[protected] i not accepted the phone as with Different Model and different configuration 5: On 24 March 2015- After getting superb response as suggested in point6, After all, I collect the phone from AKS Telecom, Chandigarh.Collect at 04:00 Pm and at 10:00 Pm phone getting restarded again and again. Phone Life was only 6 hours 6: 25 March 2015:- Went to AKS Telecom for installing software, He told me that Service center change to Davinder Communication, Shop No :2212/1, Near Fouji Dhabha, Pipli Wala Town( Manimajra), went there and at Davinder Communications, That person installed the software but the phone again not started and i have to again submit the phone, now i think have to wait for another min 60 days.I have been without phone from last 3 months now Kindly refund me money or Please reply with DO Letter what ever we say it. I am complaining as this is the only last thing i can do. Claiming my rights, I kindly request you to look into the matter seriously and to do the needful at the earliest possible way. please someone help me... im not getting my phone repaired.. its in warranty and they r postponing from 3 months... customer care service is the worst here in karbon.. i have called them 50 times no one tells me wats happening.. they r denying to give higher official numbers or official mail ids.. im not able to adress my grievances to anyone... KARBON DOESNT HAVE A GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANSIM... ur karbonn gallery takes new parts from ur side and give us repaired used parts using repair our handset. my name sachin mehta. ihave given my handset to unique infosystems. at the mall, malad west, mumbai. on dt.[protected]. almost 90 days passed. job sheet no. KJASPMH4641214. till before 7 days they says us that they will give new version new handset as they not have parts.from ur karbonn company head office mr. sushil mobile no. [protected].is also call us three times to collect new handset from gallery till not get it. after also we have all recorded conversation with mr. sushil alsdo. he said several time that i will get new. but before 7 days they are giving me any other used handset which is in bad condition..they used another one scrape parts like touchpad, back parts, camera, motherboard..etc. only they stick imei no. sticker from my mobile. do u think this is cheating???. please do needful. they collects p[arts from ur side but not reaches us it all shares between gallerey and ur connecting karbonns p[eople.

Hi Please help me to get my phone. I have given on 12th Feb and till date there is no update from Karbonn people they have kept my mobile in pending list and no one is responding to any of e-mails or calls. I had being chasing from more than 45- 47 days but no one is bothered to respond.

Listen to me carefully ...I m really fed up with the lag in Karbonn titanium octane plus ...it lags so much that when u press the home button it is so slow that that it takes u back to home screen after 5 oor 7 seconds ...I have paid 13 thousand rupees for just lags ...I would like u to contact me soon as I am not able to contact u on the no u have provided..

We have purchased Kabrbon Mobile Titanium Octane Plus (Black) from Naptol.com. The product was received on 16/03/2015. When we opened the box and used the mobile we found default defect that the buttons are not working and mobile does heat very quick. Please replace the piece or refund the amount paid. My mobile of Karbonn A35 which s/n is TEMA[protected] is repaired at Mahrajganj service centre on 12th March 2015 in which its screen and touch pad was changed and the mobile was delivered same day. When I switched off the mobile at home in the morning period next day I found there were more visible dust particle between the screen and touch pad. When I reached the service centre for solving the problem they said for next working day and when again I reached there again they said that our technician not available there. i have 2 problem in my hand set 1st is back camera not working and 2nd is sim car tray is not working but if you don;t have the parts of SIM Tray then leave it you only repair the camera its self when ever you get the parts then i submit again for the same. so my priority is camera repair not in SIM slot because in this mobile 2 SIM tray available and i required the 1 SIM and my work is saficiant for 1 SIM only so i request you please resolve my Mobile Camera Fault for priority basis and handover the phone. now more than 1 month to go but not resolve the problem with your service centre.

I have purchase a karbonn smart mobile from Homeshop18 but unfortunately it was found defective and after complaining karbonn customer care they had suggested me to visit cuttack service centre in odisha. i HJAVE GIVEN MY MOBILE TWICE...to them...first they return me without repairing them and second time when i complain they again sent it to Delhi HO on 13/01/2015 but till now i have not yet received my mobile set. I have called them and vist them several times but they just ignored my complain. Now i am going to file a CONSUMER CASE against karbonn company and the concerned service centre in cuttack. Respective Team, I am Nurul Khan, I am facing on very Bad response from your side and repair service from Karbonn care service center. Which is located at Noida Sector -27 ( Anuragni Electronics ). I have submitted on my Mobile Handset { Model No.;-S3 Titanium Plus } on Date 17/02/2015 that concern person had said that they required Max.7 days to solve my Mobile handset problem ( LED Display Broken) . I have called lots of time to that number what ever they have mentioned in The job sheet or visiting card { [protected] } ( Sandeep ) to some person said your mobile handset is not repair on till date. I am completely fed up with the kind of response and will definitely share this with my contacts, In case if this problem will not be resolved at the earliest, I have no hesitation to move to the consumer forum.

Respected Sir/Madam, I have submitted my karbon A25 in AKS TELECOM chandigarh on dated 30.12.2014 due to some issue in its touch and battery and the customer executive told me that you can receive it after 30days. I am regularly trying to get it from February 5th but every time they ask me to wait for 5 to 10 days. but today is 16march but they are still told me to wait for 10 to 15 days. it is just a ridicules services provided by karbon customer care.
