[IMEI/Serial No: [[[protected]]] ] Grand Total 919.0 I'm Neeraj Kumar, I purchased the Karbonn mobile phone through online website called "Flip Cart", The phone was delivered to me, it was working hardly 2-3 months only, after that I went to up Karbonn Service Center, the guy told me there was Battery Defective and they kept my Battery for last 25 days and no resolution, however when I asked to update the software they said, there was a hardware problem, so this type of phone you're providing to the customer. I escalated this case through News and Media as well. I'm not happy with the services at all. These are the representative's give me the bad serices.

The guy I spoken to called in this center, The Senior of the authorised center, He gave me a commitment trhat %99, We'll call you and resolve the battery concern and They called me when the battery comes up, but no one can turned and no one can call to me. This is very ridiculous and poor services. I'm not suggesting anyone to purchase any phone from the online and Karbonn mobile phones.
