Hi there,
I purchased Karbonn A40+ on 12/01/15 and after few days it was hanging and left side bottom display was not working perfectly. so, i went to unvercell to know what is the issue. He said me to visit Karbonn service centre, later when i had been there, He said me its software problem. so i took 2 days time and gave for service on 16/02/15 they gave me slip and said to call to check when they will give me. so, i called them, But nobody responded and i visited that day evening and he said me that track has gone i have to pay 500 even though i have a warranty period of 1year, if i again go back next time i have to pay 1500 with service charge and he will cancel my warranty too. so, what should i have to do?
