Hi there, I purchased Karbonn A40+ on 12/01/15 and after few days it was hanging and left side bottom display was not working perfectly. so, i went to unvercell to know what is the issue. He said me to visit Karbonn service centre, later when i had been there, He said me its software problem. so i took 2 days time and gave for service on 16/02/15 they gave me slip and said to call to check when they will give me. so, i called them, But nobody responded and i visited that day evening and he said me that track has gone i have to pay 500 even though i have a warranty period of 1year, if i again go back next time i have to pay 1500 with service charge and he will cancel my warranty too. so, what should i have to do? When shall I get the solution for this problem univercell people are saying that karbonn people has to replace or get it serviced, if go to that service centre they are asking money who is liable for this problem is has not even been 2 months that I have purchased the mobile. What a rubbish kind of customer support how the hell will they will grow in future I don't know..

    I have purchased Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus on 9th of Feb using SNAPDEAL and got the product on 12 of same month. Handset was perfect till 24th of Feb. From 25th onwards the problem started. It produces lot of heat and i think the heat could be not less than 35-40 degrees. Second problem is if i use product continuously for 15 min then it will restart automatically and it takes 10 min to restart. I spoke to customer care of Karbonn on 28th of Feb about the complaint, they are asking me to drop the phone at service centre to rectify and takes maximum of 30 days of time.

      I had purchased a Karbonn Titanium S9 mobile on 12/4/ 2014. The instrument started giving trouble and needed repairs. For this I went to your authorized Service Center M/s Saraswatri International Technologies, 165 Kakrola Housing Complex, Dwarka Mor, Delhi. They prepared a Job sheet No.KJASPDi_0821114K22263 on[protected]. There I was told that I will get my phone back withing 10 to 15 days maximum as it had to be sent to Karbonn Company for repairs. After expiry of 10 days I contacted the service center and they informed me that the instrument was still lying with the company and it will take another period of 5 days approximately.. After 15 days I again contacted the service center, they told that they had still not received the instrument rather they advised me to contact the company's customer care no. Upon contacting company's customer care deptt., I was told that it will take minimum 20 days to repair the phone. After expiry of 20 days when I contacted the customer care deptt, to my utter surprise I was told that it will take another 15 days to repair the instrument. I was shocked to hear the words of their representative. I requested him to contact the line to any executive of the company but he straightway denied to transfer the line to any senior and told that I would have to wait for another period of 15 days as he could do nothing in the matter. He told that he is not allowed to either transfer the line or give the contact no. of his seniors. I gifted this mobile to my daugher and she was getting all her study material and notes on this mobile through amazon. My daughter was suffering a lot. Ultemately, I purchased another phone for my daughter. Then I sent a mail to the company to return my money i.e. Rs.12828/- alongwith interest @18% and compensation. Till date, after expiry of more than three months, I have not got my money back with interest and compensation nor company has shown his interest to refund the same. Please help me in getting a fair justice.

        I have Purchase a new Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus on dated 22/02/2015. I selected this phone after viewing its specifications. But on the next day when I installed an application on this & started working on this... it gets heated up like hot plate after 5 minutes. Problems those I am facing are:- 1. Overheating of Phone. 2. Back button Stop working many times. 3. Poor Performance.

          this is my second time im registering a complaint against karbon, but no action has been taken yet... i have faced the worst service in my life from karbon mobiles... i wish noone else faces same problems as i am facing... i have given my phone 60 days back... to fine fone solutions in bangalore jaynagar... which is a authorised cutomer care center... wen i call them they say the company has not delivered the hardware part( display) to them... this is repeating from almost 3 months... when i call karbon customer care.. they talk with least responsibility... i have called dem more than 20 times... and noone says wats exactly... happening with my phone... when i asked dem to gove the contact of their higher officials.. they denied to give me.. which is denial to right to information.. i just asked der official contact which is my right... but they dint give me... (EXECUTIVE- ASHUTOSH SHARMA, , AND TEAM LEAD HAPPY SINGH) most oirresponsible arrogant and customer unfriendly ppl i have faced ever in my life... they have made my life miserable... now ... few days back the fine fone solutions the authorised dealer said..the company wants to replace phone so u call us in 2 days... i have been calling dem from 10 days and i understand its just a trick to postpone things... i have been cjheated... waht can i do.. i can spend money to teach dem a lesson how to behave with customers.. so that noone else wil face the same problem... please let me nw the legal process...mobile model : karbon titanium s9 under warranty, , my name " vinay

            Sir, I kiran ramdas pakde mob [protected] hereby register my complaint against the karbonn mobiles for fooling me to buy a mobile karbonn k+22 handset in which it is assured by the company that the handset has whatsapp inbuilt in it. After purchasing the handset I found that there is such software in the mobile but it is not supported by the Os of handset. I went to service centre at amravati to get it repaired they told me that this problem is being faced by most of the customers purchasing the handset. They said they had asked for right software from company but even after two months they have not received any help from company in this regard therefore they are clueless as to what to do of the problem and therefore the costumers cannot be given any help. In short costumers are just helpless Sir this is complete fraud in the name of providing whatsapp in the handset . We bought the handset hoping we can use the whatsapp but we came to know that we are fooled by the company Sir I as well as many other costumers who have bought this mobile because of company's assurance of whatsapp programme in it, need help from your side Hope you will extend helping hand to us

They saying that we replace new mobile for u. but everyday they foolish me as it will come today or, come after one week like this. Pls take action and return the mobile. my no is- [protected]

                I gave my karbonn mobile model A99 having display problem six months back to a service center in mangalore (deepa compartment, near empire mall) and they are not returning my mobile.Their service is very bad as they keep postponing the day to return my mobile. I even went their and talked to them personally but it waste of time. I am complaining as this is the only last thing i can do. Claiming my rights, due to not available of my online net banking i m not able to get money so, I kindly request you to look into the matter seriously and to do the need full at the earliest possible way. Thanking you.

When ever i go to ur service center they always told me that sir ur ur phone is in our head office and it will be come with in two day. But after two day same thing they told me ... That's the reason my cus. Service exp. Is so bad and i hope that my phone will be come to me after 1day...

                      My mobile Karbon A 35 was given to the local Dealer at Pimpri on 29th Jan, 2015. The Dealer and their staff went on fooling for one month that the same has not been repaired and will take 15 days then again 15 days, one week, and then again 15 days. I Lodged complaint with Karbon Customer Care Toll free number and I was given Complaint No. 218937. On 2nd March, 2015 Head office rep had called and taken the IMA No. [protected]. In the evening the Dealer attended the call and informed that the mobile has been repaired. Today i.e., 3rd March, 2015 my husband Mr. Ravindra Pillai had given to the Dealer. The staff have handed over the mobile saying that the same cannot be repaired. What type of service Karbon Company is giving. Company cannot give replacement within one year guarantee mobile. One month more than one month customer is suffering without handset. I want to know whether my handset will be repaired and if not repaired will I get replacement. Very Urgent.                         Hello I bought Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus mobile phone 8 months back. In the specification manual of the box, it is written that it comes with 16MP camera. But when one day I was checking the settings of camera, I found that it can only take pictures up to 12MP. I think this is a false information and I bought the phone because I thought it has 16MP camera. So kindly resolve this problem as I feel like I have been fooled, and please take appropriate action against the concerned person of the company, so that they do not make such false promises and mislead the common people again.                             I have bought Karbonn mobile on 04/03/2014 IMEI NO : [protected]/[protected].So i got display issue after using for 35 days, when i was in between somethig handset was not responding and i have to remove battery.It's not worked one day and handset stopped totally responding because display was fauty.i went to service centre at borivali surrendered my handset they provide me JOb sheet : KJASPMH522614K617.After 2.5 months servicecenter provided my handset but it was not repaired as display was working fine now i got network issue.i tried with 3 sim cards same issue found. As of i am going to submit my phone to service center i think will get my warranty extend because i have not used handset for just more than 1 month and i have repaired but it's still faulty.i have warranty extended and repaired my handset also. i hope anybody respond if read it.

                                Kind Attention : Hello, Here is Navjot Singh from Chandigarh, Kindly pay some attention on this as Mine phone karbonn A119 having IMEI NO .[protected] was submitted on 8th January 2015 with Job sheet No:KJASPPB184115K9486 because of network issues to service centre in Chandigarh.Till now its 28th Feb 2015 I still not recieve my phone back.Every time I call they say phone will be available in next 5 days.Even I am not getting satisfy answer from Chandigarh .I humbly request you to pay some attention in this regards and get me my phone back.

                                  Dear Sir, I have purchased Karbon mobile model A99 (IMEI no:[protected]) in poorvika mobiles at Coimbatore on 5.4.14 bill no 0261. So for 3 times the mobile charging pin failed and karbon service center in Coimbatore repaired once through chargable basis and twice on foc. now the USB port in A99 is not working which is required upload or download data with my laptop.upon checking with Poorvika and Karbon service centre they say that the track for USB port has failed hence repairing it will cost around 2, 000. My mobile is still under warranty and it was thrice repaired by Karbon trained service centers within this period. Hence i feel the failure might have caused either due to design fault or manufacturing fault or workmanship fault.For your information i also use HTC mobile for last 2 years without any problems, hence do not tell us failed due to handling etc. Hence I request you to arrange to replace my mobile immediately as it is still under warranty. We will appreciate your quick action and reply on this request.

                                    Job Sheet no KJASPMH2841214K22044 dt 22 Dec 14. My S9 model not yet delivered to me even after 60days. Also there is no response/reply from company. During this period my warranty is over on 16 Feb 15. No one seems responsible for the lapses. Same model may be replaced immediately or repair the with extended warranty till mobile is with company. All my details available in Job Sheet. Plz do need full.

                                      I have submitted Karbon A27+ mobile on 05.11.2014 for display damage repairing to your customer care new limra mobiles shivajinagar nanded NO. KJASPMH164 . After one month on 20.12.2014 no display repairng or spare parts available from Karbon Company therfore submitted to your Delhi office for further repair till date we have not received reparing of mobile or replacement of mobile from your service centre or your company. My complain will be solved with in 2 days otherwise i have to filed compalin against your service centre and company in consumer forum court Nanded for my losses.                                         hello sir, this is Satpal from faridabad, i was purchase a Karbone octane plus mobile from croma(crown interior) faridabad, they cheat me on rates o[censored]r mobile they display the prize of karbon octane plus 13990 on his outlet but the actual MRP on phone box is 12990, because of hurry and Smartness or cheating quality of Mr. Ritesh Singh( slaes man) i didn't see the MRP of Mobile till i left the Croma outlet. he also gave me his own brand make power bank and a momery card to cover his cheating as free, but at the time of billing he show his smartness to agree me for dicress the mobile rate in bill for his power bank warranty card( that was free of cost) he add 1980 of power bank. but in local market it was just 250 X 2 =500, they totaly froud me or your company those who saw you product for purchase they sale his oen product. now i request you to do some strict action about my complain, i also go to the consumer court. i also watch your activaty about my complain if see any lassy behaviour i also make you other one party in this case. thanking you yours truly satpal [protected] e-mail= [protected]@gmail.com
