I have purchased Karbonn S19 handset from G D Retail, Shop
No1/2, Anusuya Enclave, Jagtap Chowk, Wanowari, Pune-411040, Phone-020/26856044
on 01/02/2015 in the name of Mrs. Archana Kulkarni.
From day of my purchase default google playstore was not
there in the handset, internet connectivity issue was there(we have Idea 3G
connection), still we are unable to browse anything, also unable to download
video's from Whatsapp. We have tried our SIM card in other mobile, where it was
working properly.
Twice we have visited the retail store with our complaint
but they were not able to solve our problem. After that we have visited the
Service center (G.S.M Solutions, Amba Heights, Near Budhni Wafers, Camp, Pune-411001), Mobile-[protected],
We have horrible experience at the service center, and at the end they were
also not able to resolve the issue.(They opened the mobile, format the software
but still problem remain the same). Now the Service center engineer is saying
that we will send handset to Delhi service center for repair and it will take
minimum 25 days time which not acceptable to me. Initially they are saying it
was software problem, now they are agreeing that it may be hardware problem. I
have requested them either return my money or give me new handset for which
they are reluctant.
Karbonn Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
