I give set carbon platinum s5 plus on date 15/1/2015 for repair in under warranty. They say to give back my set after 20 to 25 days and we will call u for ur set of it come before it time.or u can call us on our contact no[protected] for u set status.I call on this no lot lots of time but no body pick the phone.today it's 26/02/2015 today i go to this service centre and ask for my seT but they says the network is not good the server is down come tomorrow. so please i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.           Hye, I bought a Karbonn mobile A9+ on 01st July, 2013 from a retail shop in my locality. After the use of only few months, the screen started to become completely white. I gave it for repairing in Karbonn Service Centre located at Hari Niwas Complex, Patna, Bihar on 20th February, 2014. After keeping my mobile for more than 4 months and always postponing the delivery, finally they gave me A15+ as replacement in which there was no front camera as well as flash facility. On asking them, they said that the company has stopped manufacturing A9+. They had given the date for delivery after 15 days and they delivered after more than 4 months. So, is it my problem that company stopped manufacturing A9+? They kept my phone for so many days and its their fault. So, why should suffer and carry a phone with no front camera and flash facility which was there in A9+. I think replacement of a product is done when the all the facilities provided by the default one is present in the new product. But this was not done with me. And i ask u why? Its not my fault that company has stopped manufacturing A9+. The company kept it for more than 4 months and is then giving me a replaced set which has not even as much facilities as was in the previous one. After keeping me without phone for more than 4 months, the company should compensate for the loss by giving a phone with more facilities. But the concerned one did not do it.So, I want you to do justice with me.               Karbonn is worst mobile company with very poor service, my phone is in service center from past two months and no part is available till date.                 I was Buy karbonn A52 mobile through AMAZON, on June month, yesterday my mobile was fall from table, the table height is 3 feet only but my mobile getting damaged, i was called my near service center( Madurai M/S mobile gallery ) they not give any respone... so please kindly give replay for this complaint... i am middle class family so i find our company mobile .. its only cheap and best, so plz rectify my mobile...

                      I have a Karbonn A12 Star & it has been purchased from Flipkart.com by 10th Jan 2015. Tomorrow (19.01.2015) afternoon suddenly its display light gone off & doesn't show anything & Today when its checked by your service centre "Gurgaon" at Devi Palace, they told "it will not be covered in Warranty" & if I want to got repaired they have charging almost Rs. 1, 000/- & they are taking replacement for specified parts more than 30 days.                         I had given my Karbonn A12* Mobile handset (IMEI No. [protected]) at JMV office (authorised Service centre of Karbonn) at New Delhi on 15/01/2015 for the problem that " touch was not working ". More than a month has been passed but i still don't know when i will get my handset back...???. A few days ago i had spoken to JMV front desk lady who informed that they also don't know when my phone will be received at their office as this has gone to 'Bangalore' for repair purpose (As i had purchased my phone from "Flipkart" and the parts are not available in delhi). It is of great surprise that a prominent brand who holds a large market for selling of their mobile handset and sponsoring TV serials for sale etc... is not working on the strategy o[censored]ser satisfaction after purchase. The touch problem is a very common and this should repaired within few days but more than a month has been passed i didn't get my handset back. Further, it is o[censored]tmost surprise that i had written to concerned authorities but no information has been provided to undersigned either through mail or telephone neither by JMV staff nor by KARBONN customer care division ...????. This is totally the case of negligence of customer.

                          I have purchased Karbonn S19 handset from G D Retail, Shop No1/2, Anusuya Enclave, Jagtap Chowk, Wanowari, Pune-411040, Phone-020/26856044 on 01/02/2015 in the name of Mrs. Archana Kulkarni. From day of my purchase default google playstore was not there in the handset, internet connectivity issue was there(we have Idea 3G connection), still we are unable to browse anything, also unable to download video's from Whatsapp. We have tried our SIM card in other mobile, where it was working properly. Twice we have visited the retail store with our complaint but they were not able to solve our problem. After that we have visited the Service center (G.S.M Solutions, Amba Heights, Near Budhni Wafers, Camp, Pune-411001), Mobile-[protected], We have horrible experience at the service center, and at the end they were also not able to resolve the issue.(They opened the mobile, format the software but still problem remain the same). Now the Service center engineer is saying that we will send handset to Delhi service center for repair and it will take minimum 25 days time which not acceptable to me. Initially they are saying it was software problem, now they are agreeing that it may be hardware problem. I have requested them either return my money or give me new handset for which they are reluctant.

                            Dear Team Greetings of the day !!! I purchase a mobile phone (A50s) Karbon mobile from Flipcart online shop date of purchased 24/06/2014, very first month i got problem of incoming calls when ever the calls will come the voice are not clarity I have given a complain to Flipcart costumer care they have not given correct answer, by one of my friend finely I got Authorised dealer shop at Abids Hyderabad, after two days i got my phone back with rectify condition, but my problem was not rectify properly, again it started problem with hanging when any outgoing or incoming calls, I have called again to costumer care of Flipcart this time they are not given any good feedback or good response, after some time again my phone has completely hanged I have given it to Authorised dealer on 02/02/15 he asked me to collect it after one week but I visited today almost after 18 day he asked me to collect by 28/02/15 why is that. Kindly suggest me.

                                I brought new phone from Andheri. Facing the below listed problems since then. 1) Getting switched off three to four times in a day. 2) Battery drains too fast. 3) Speak Google getting on while listening to music. 4) Work pad getting hanged. 5) network goes on and off. 6) calls disconnect while talking on phone None of the problem shows up at a time. It poops in continual use. Took my phone to service center. They one week and gave it back claiming they repaired it. But Non of the above problem changed even a bit. Please help me out of this trouble.

                                    I had bought a karbon mobile handset in the month on 04/04/2014. In three four month the screen got disturbed. I got this repaired from Kaiser Mobile (service centre of karbon mobile) at crawford market mumbai. There was a spot in the screen when they delivered the mobile to me. They told that it is an air bubble and will go automatically in one or two week. However it never gone and in the month of February the screen of the handeset again stopped responding. Due to shifting of house this time i went to Karbon service centre at borivali in mumbai. They returned my mobile saying that there is liquid damage. This mobile was never exposed even to the moisture as the same is used in home only and there is no chance of moisture even through sweating and had this problem would be there the previous service centre at first would have told the same. When they returned the handset two of the back screw were missing and when i asked to put the screw they told that one screw was missing earlier also and as the slot for fitting the screw is broken from inside so it can not be put. It is obvious that this could not be broken until someone tries to open or close the screw and both the time the handset was handled by Karbon service centre only, so anyway they are responsible. They also refused to reseal the handset saying that they do it only when the handset is in ok condition.
                                    I know that all excuse given by them is to avoid the warranty and any other responsibility.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve this problem. I will be highly obliged to you

                                      Here is Navjot Singh from Chandigarh, I gave my karbonn mobile model A119 having display network problem to a service center in Chandigarh with a job sheet number KJASPPB184115K9486 on 8 Jan 2015.I called a lot on Customer care. As per conversation with the criteria for reparing the phone would be max 30 days, but i passed near about 40 days, still not recieved any genuine answer, Always say same spoonfeeding word- Kindly wait for max 5 days, again and again kindly wait for 5 days, Am fed up this poor service, I am complaining as this is the only last thing i can do.                                         Dear Sir... I purchased Karbonn S5i mobile from China Bazar, Surathkal, Mangalore on 10/03/14. Since the power button was not working properly, i gave it for Chandu Service center (Authorized Karbonn Service center), Mangalore. For just replacing the power button they took nearly 15 days.. That too even after repair, they didn't call me. I only called and enquired about my phone. One point you have to notice here is, when i gave my phone for replacing power button, they changed my Original battery which was working fine and had no problem. Since i had noted down the battery number, i came to know about it. When I asked about this, the reason given is "battery warranty period has been expired". Immediately after 2 weeks of this repair, my mobile suffered from automatic switch of problem. Daily nearly 10 times my mobile started switching off automatically. Even while charging or talking. Again i gave mobile for ur Authorized Service center at Mangalore on 16/1/15 for repair. I Am really fed up with ur Service. Again the same Response from service center. I have to wait for 20 more days for repair. When i asked for alternative mobile during repair period, they didn't give. SINCE I WAS FAN OF INDIAN PRODUCTS, I PURCHASED KARBONN MOBILE. NOW I GOT TO KNOW THE BAD THINGS ABOUT UR MOBILE. SO MY NEXT PLAN IS TO GO FOR CONSUMER COURT. BEFORE THAT I WANTED TO INFORM THIS TO YOU. SO AT LAST EITHER YOU GIVE ME THE NEW MOBILE SET (bcoz am sure that while repairing, they wil replace one or the other original parts) or i want my set within 2 days with full working condition. Most of my mobile phone warranty period has been wasted in the service center only... Even TV, Fridge etc gets repaired within a week. So its my humble request to u is either u repair or replace my mobile within this week. If I didnt get my mobile back, Sure i wil complaint to Consumer forum. Am sure that i wil get good response from them. If no proper response from you for this mail, sure i wil inform all my relatives and friends not to purchase any Karbonn Products. You only decide about this, and Do the needFull.. I am sending IMEI number . pls go through it.. Already 30 days over. My handset is still in Chandu service center, Mangalure..
