Hi i am Dhiraj Motwani from Ulhasnagar My mob no. is [protected]. I have Volume key problem in karbonn titanium s9 since 14th october and Job sheet no. is K2807 of S.K.Telecom Ambernath.4 months gone my problem is still not solved by karbonn. Few days ago i received call from karbonn company they said that we are giving you replacement of s9 to karbonn titanium s7 but when i told this to service centre they said that i havent received any update for this from company. Regarding this i have mail to karbonn co. they only replied contact service centre

      customer care service is very poor i gave my phone (job sheet no. KJASPPB0901214K15968) on date[protected] at singla communicators, patiala, punjab Till today company did not able to repair my phone I want my phone replace as soon as possible

        i think this phone is the wrost phone in the world . everytime hang, no good internal memory, very bad performance.i had cracked the touch pad and repaired paying nrs1500 but not touched properly, while pressing on off button it opens only after 30 seconds, , , , poor battery back up potato phone, , , i am so regrating that i paid nrs 9000 ...felling so sad, , , one of the wrost company, , fraud manurracture

          I HAVE PURCHASED KARBONN ANDROID ONE SPARKLE V VIA SNAPDEAL. I GOT DELIVERY OF THE SAME YESTERDAY. POWER BUTTON OF THE MOBILE IS NOT WORKING. ALTHOUGH MOBILE GETS STARTED ON PLACING BATTERY INTO THE PHONE AND THAT TOO WITHOUT PRESSING POWER BUTTON. I CHECKED 3-4 TIMES. BUT THE PROBLEM CONTINUES. PLZ RESOLVE THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

              Sir, My self Satyendra kumar Verma resident of C/O Mr Gopal Sharma #251 B2 Shiv Colony Bitna road Pinjore Haryana, On dated[protected] i have purchased a mobile Karbonn S9 Titanium from Flipcart .com at Rs 17990.00 I have invest this huge amount on karbonn because my thinking was that why give a huge amount of money to Other country . But u people change my mind never to purchase costly indian goods, In warranty period the volume button not working so i went the service center of Karbonn as Ranvir mobile solution after opening the handset they said that part is not available, Before opening the Set they dont know the availability of Part after they replied to go to another service center, So i went to Gandesh Mobile solutions on 14-09-14 they kept the handset and answered that in 15-20 days part will come, so many reminder to service center they send the hand set to service team of company on 25 nov 14 from 14 sep 2014 to till date 02/02/2015 near about 5 months handset has not returned back .when calling to service customer care they only sorrow and same answer from last 20 days. My question to u people is only that after investing 18000 rs is it possible to purchase another mobile in mean time when you people are repairing the handset this was last lesson which i learned through this company Satyendra Verma Mob.                 Dear Team, I have bought a Karbonn A18 mobile and is working OK, but the battery is dead. I contacted the bangalore service centers, but they said they dont have and told me to check with the local market. When I go to the local market, they say contact the service centre. There is no equivalent battery also in market.. If this is the case, what do we need to do.. Throw the mobile and buy another brand of mobile.. Same thing was experience by my friend. If this is the case of service we get, I doubt Karbonn will be a failure very shortly... If you can guide me to buy a battery, It will be of help. best regards, Ravichandran J +91-[protected]
                I have same complaint as jravi007, I have a Karbonn Titanium S20. I am not getting a battery, if we go to retailer they ask us to go to service center and service ask us to go to local market. If they are not able to keep accessories why are they selling mobiles. Note: this battery became unusable in less than one year.
                Don't buy Karbonn products.
                I bought titanium machfive.After 7months the battery(KB-5E)was dead.Ibought it in amazon.Nobody selling that kind of battery. This is not the way Karbonn and amazon are doing the False marketing.

                    Dear Sir, I am Marita Sequiera, customer of Karbonn Mobile, this is to inform you that, I had purchased Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus on 18th October 2014 for Rs.12, 490/- from SNAPDEAL and received it on 24th October, 2014. After 2 months from the said date of purchase of the mobile, it started showing some technical issues like turning of the display to purple and green color as well as the phone used to hang and switch off and on automatically. There were severe display issues. So I immediately submitted the mobile to the service centre FOUR GENIUS MOBILE SERVICE situated at Shop no.328, D-wing, 2nd Floor, Shanti Shopping Center, Opp. Railway Station, Mira road, Thane. They told me that the phone has some software issue and is not repairable in the service centre itself which is why they will have to send it to the company to get it repaired and I will get the phone back in a week’s time. I kept following up with the service centre but every week they used to tell me the same thing over and over again! Now it’s become exactly a month and again today they informed me that it will take another one month or more for it to get repaired. How does this even make sense? A mobile company does not have the software for its own phones model and takes about two months just to change the software in the phone? All this has caused me great inconvenience. I hardly used the phone for a month! I had been sending e-mails regularly at [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com but they always with the same e-mail saying they will do something as soon as possible.                         A Karbonn mobile service station in Basti dist. UP refused to repair my handset saying this cannot be repaired here. When I asked him to give this to me in written he denied asking me to make calls wherever I want "aap consumer form me bhi complaint kar lo mera kuch nahin kar sakte" .These were his exact words. Sir kindly take a sudden action else warranty period will expire .Now with this I simply want my Karbonn phone to be refunded as the customer care center are also not responding to our calls.

                            I am Ramesh Kumar Press Reporter from Chennai, I have handedover my A26 Karbonn mobile for repair on dated 28/11/2014 at DEPROSYS TECHNOLOGIES - CHENNAI within 9 months from the date of purchase. At the time of submission of mobile they told me it will take time 10-15 days to get it repaired, but once, after 15 days I have called them for my mobile set, they again told me that it could not get repaired so please contact after 15 days, again after 15 days they told me that the mobile set has not come & then I call to customer care, they told me to wait as maximum period company take for repair is 2 months & you have to keep patience for 2 months. Now more than 2 months has gone, Even after taking continuous follow up with them i m not getting any revert/status about my cell phone. I request you to refund the cost of my phone or replace it with brand new cell phone. Hope for immediate action in this.                                 I have ordered battery of karbonn A8 mobile on 16 sept 2014 at their service center at shivajinagar pune. But still i did not get it (Today 27 jan 2015). Completed 4 months. Whenever i call at Pune service center(Shri sai Telecom&laptop), they say that it is not available..so u call our head office delhi.. Then i do call on [protected](company's number). They say every week that wait for 5-7 days.. It is going on since 1-2 months.

                                  Dear Sir, I have complaint regarding new handset(karbonn titanium s1 plus) issued by company in place of karbonn titanium S1.karbonn titanium s1 have come under problem during warrenty period & company has issued me new handset karbonn titanium s1 plus which is inferior in quality.I am not satisfied with this handset as screen size of karbonn titanium S1 plus(10.16cm) is smaller than karbonn tianium S1(11.4cm), Also karbonn titanium s1 have 1600mAh battery while karbonn titanium s1 plus have a 1500mAh battery.I have previously complaint to my district Service Centre (DIGITAL SOLUTION, CHITTORGARH) & they have forwarded my complaint through mail to company.But no response have come from company. I want cashback of my handset or otherwise I will go to consumer court with this problem.                                       i just buy a karbonn a52 plus from flipkart on aug 1st.But in mid november mobile's battery become swelled.so i go to the nearest service center they told me that battery swell is not under the warranty .i dont know what condition require for warranty for the battery.so again i this time i contacted other service center nd tell about the mobile battery problem they said they can replace but when i come to the center they didnt replace.
