I given karbonn s2 mobile for repair on 11.02.14, without repair as it is they shown to me, I checked in the spot it is not repaired. then Immedetly they made job sheet and sent for repir on 29.1214 till today no information regarding repair. 1st job sheet No.KJASPKT0381214K1980 DATED 11 DEC 2014. 2nd job Sheet No KJASPKT0381214K2125 DATED 29 DEC 2014.     I have Karbonn A12+ but due to some problems like hanging, auto rotation not working, dust inside the led screen I have submitted my phone to shyama enterprises, Ranchi to 3rd Nov.2014.after more than 2 and half months has passed but I do not get my repair handset.whenever I call to customer care help line they told me sorry, wait some more time, ur phone in our top priority level, wait 5 days more etc.reply they provide me.I have already spent more than 50rs.mobile bal to call them but I neither get my mobile nor any sufficient reply by them.Karbonn mobile service is one of the worst service provider.itna Mae main bahar phone repair krwa leta aur mera time v muskil se 2 din lagta repair krwane mae. Ya to karboon mobile mera mobile 5 din mae repair krke deliver kre nai to bina repair kiye h 2 din mae deliver kr de.kyunki 3 month bina mobile ke h rhna h to mae mobile h nai leta... I also attach a manual receipt in which everything related to my handset is mention.this receipt is given by service center to me when i submitted my handset.

        karbonn mobile S5 with IMEI no [protected] & [protected] was submitted to Harsehaj Communication jalandhar on 06 Oct 14 as the camera was not functioning properly as well as the handset battery was heating up early and geting discharge very quickly before the time mentioned in the brochure (maximum talktime was 1 hr). As the handset was deposited with above mentioned service centre on 06 Oct 14 they informed me that it will take two months but still i did not get my handset back. further while spoken to headoffice of karbonn mobiles at telephone no[protected] they told handset was forwrded to karbonn company in last week of december 14 and it is near about three months and i am not in the possesson of my handset. you are requested to look in to the matter n resolve my problem as early to avoid any legal consequences.

          My Karbonn phone model A3 IMEI - 1 :[protected]; IMEI -2 :[protected] went dead so took it to the service were they deposited it on[protected], under guarantee job sheet no. being KJASPDL108314K7713. After five months they gave me a faulty replacement model A51 IMEI/ESN1 : [protected]; IMEI/ESN2 : [protected] which never switched on, so, returned back to the service center and the incharge of the center Mr. Gaurav after issuing me a new job sheet no being KJASPDL108814K13610 gave a personal assurance that he will give me a call back and took both the hand set and battery leaving me with the flip cover. Now the phone at service center is not ringing (there is always fault), the executives at the customer center are rude and they keep disconnecting my phone, though they gave me some numbers for few interaction, they are 60676 & 135818, with the second number executive said that I'll be getting a call back, which I'm still waiting for. Kindly help me get my phone back in running condition.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a Karbonn Titanium S5 mobile phone on 12 November, 2013 from Mobile Point, Aggrasen Chowk, Pipli Road, Kurukshetra. IMEI No. 1: [protected] IMEI No. 2: [protected] After one month of purchase the display was not working and the local service center-Kurukshetra Communication, Uttam Nagar, Post Office Street, Mohan Nagar, Kurukshetra then updated the software but the problem remained as such. Then I again submitted my mobile phone on 11/02/2014 to the local service center. Job sheet no. KJASPHR068214K6293. I received the set after one month but the problem persists. After unsuccessful trying to bear with the problem finally, I had submitted my phone again for repair on 11th October, 2014. Job sheet no. KJASPHR0681014K11562. After completion of TWO and HALF MONTHS I got an USED SECOND HAND Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus mobile phone on 30/12/2014. IMEI No. 1: [protected] IMEI No. 2: [protected] I want to ask that why your company replace my phone with a USED SECOND HAND Phone? This phone was again in a very bad shape with faulty display. After my complaint the local service center first updated the software to no avail. Then the local service center took my phone on 17/01/2015 and gave me back on 19/01/2015 and told me that they have replaced the whole touch screen. This USED SECOND HAND phone still does not work properly. If my original phone is not working replace it with a new unused phone and not with an USED SECOND HAND FAULTY PHONE. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. It is causing a lot of inconvenience and harassment to me. Sharad Sharma

              Sir, I am pranay kumar singh I have submitted my titanium s9 Karbonn mobile for repair on dated 15 oct 2014 at parisha communication bhilai (c.g) services, janakpuri, within 5 months from the date of purchase. At the time of submission of mobile they told me ' it will take time about 10-15 days to get it repaired, but once, after 15 days I have called them for my mobile set, they again told me that it could not get repaired so please contact after 15 days, again after 15 days they told me that the mobile set has not come & then I call to customer care, they told me to wait as maximum period company take for repair is 2 months & you have to keep patience for 2 months. Now more than 2 months has gone, what action I have to take ? Even after taking continuous follow up with them i m not getting any revert/status about my cell phone.. .Hence my sincere request you to refund the cost of my phone or replace it with brand new cell phone with latest & upgraded version only, because I will not compromise for lower version & for repaired set at this stage.                   Sir, I am Balwant rai, I have submitted my A18+ Karbonn mobile for repair on dated 30 oct 2014 at Harkrishan Gallery & services, janakpuri, new delhi within 8 months from the date of purchase.                     A heavy sensor problem becoming in my mobile and i checked my mobile in your karbonn care center, near paper mill City Yamuna-Nagar ( HAryana) and the karbonn care center sent my mobile in your company center for clear the problem coming in my mobile but after one month i got the mobile from your karbonn center Yamuan-Nagar but my mobile problem has not solved. So Sir please again request to you solve my mobile problem / change my mobile. Other wise I will go to the consumer court and take action against your company for dehort me.

                      Hi, I am Kumaresh Mallick, I have submitted my mobile to repair on the date of[protected], at the time of submission of mobile they told me ' it will take time about 20-25 days from the date of submission, but once, after 20 days I have called them for my set, then they told me the set has not come please contact after 25 days, again after 25 days they told me the set has not come also they could not clarify the reason of delay, then what should I do? The contact person of Karbonn service centre is very irritating behavior, he has threaten me that I do not bother regarding your set you can do anything against me, he also advised me to complain against him. I just asked him the reason of this delay.                           I had purchased karbonn Titanium S2 ( White ) cell phone on November 2013. cell phone given problem (Regarding 3G Network from staring) So i had given my cell phone Karbonn Titanium S2 for repairing on 22/09/2014 to Karbonn authorised service centre i.e UNIQUE MOBILE Address: 9, Janki Market, Sitabuldi, Nagpur. City: Nagpur, MH. As informed by local service centre, my cell phone has been dispatched to Karbonn service centre at Noida. At that time they had informed me it will get repaired within 40-60 working days but till date it has not been repaired. Even after taking continuous follow up with them i m not getting any revert/status about my cell phone. As mobile with me for only 1 & half month after that it is with Karbonn only.                                 Let me use this opportunity to say that it was my blunder mistake that i bought karbourn s9 titanium phone n i have a valid reason for that, I submitted my phone to the service centre on 20th nov 2015 as its in warranty period till now its has been 50 days m still following this small issue.I have never seeing this kind of services ever in my life. The services the you are giving its and which will result in karbourn mobiles going in loses very soon and i would say people like who are facing the same problem are also praying the same .Let me come to an conclusion by saying that m on the verge to take this case legally not just for my phone but for the people who r getting harassed because of your pathetic services.                                   I bought karbonnk20* mobile on 27th august 2014. after a month it gets switched off often and skins in the number keys are coming out. i contacted the service centre and said the problem that it gets switched off often, they said that it is due to battery problem. so they asked me that xerox of bill. i gave it on 28th november 2014.they promised to give a new battery within 25 days . But till now i didnt receive the battery and they say, they have not received the battery from company . now todays date is 9th January 2015. i am not using that mobile for the past 1month due to the problem. I hate this type of service. Want to replace a battery or problem. If possible I need a new mobile set or a compensation amount for this problem.

                                    Dear Sir I purchase a Karbonn A2 Model at 16.04.2013 after 5 months set create complaint so i visit karbonn service center at jalandhar i.e Phone Zone shop no. 5, G.S bajwa Complex, opp friends Bakery nakoder road jalandhar city on 24.09.2013. service center give me his job card with no.5206 and ask me come afer 15 days when i go their after 15 days they asked set is in not repaired so i come again after some days. but next time he also asked same .. I visited several times on that Service Center but till now date as on 05.Jan 2015 I did not Recieve my phone. now the employees did not give any response about that phone . please detailed me regarding my phone.                                         I have given my mobile (S9) for service on 26-Oct-2014 to Sun Enterprises, Dombivli on 26-Oct-2014. Jobsheet number is KJASPMH4341014K6492. Till today (05-Jan-2015) I have not received my phone back. Every time I call customer care they are saying to me to wait for another 10-15 days. What the hell is this?
